Here in the USA the Series is only up to Ep 6. And you need VIP Membership to watch that now... GRRRRR I have only been able to get Ep 5!!!

The levels of the quarantine in the Philippines have gone UP and DOWN. I have a friend on Negros. The City of Dumaguete is open but his area of Valencia is locked-down!! It is the same in various areas of Cebu Island. And Tourists cannot yet travel to the PH. If you come on Business you must still test Negative on Arrival AND spend 14 days in Quarantine. SO not much chance to enjoy the warm beaches!! There has been no decision as to which vaccine to give. President Duerte said the US should GIVE the PH 2 Million doses if the they want to keep their military bases there. HAHAHA! From what I read the PH will buy vaccine from Astra-Zeneca, not from China. But my friends there are "afraid" of the vaccine after the terrible experience with the Dengue Fever Vaccine. Again my friend on Negros keeps telling me to NOT take any vaccine. It will infect my brain. SO I have no plans for a Holiday soon...

The Philippines has banned travelers from the USA and 18 other Countries. Including GB and AU. Looks like no trips until February or March...

Well, here in the good ol' USA the Government supports, or subsidizes, many farm crops. Just look at Pres Trump "buying" the Farm Votes in the Mid-west with his Tax Breaks during his Import Fight with China. And here in New Mexico, the State government provide supports for the chili and pecan growers. That is Life!!

On this same topic I want to ask if there is a Brand of Thai Jasmine Rice I should look for at the US Supermarkets; Whole Foods or Sprouts?? We have been buying Thai Jasmine Rice and I honestly do not find it very special. Of course we are Americans and do not eat rice 2 to 3 times every day...

I am very glad that my Friends mostly live on Cebu. It is not easy for them but it is not like in Manila. I do what I can each month to help out...

You guys might want to watch "Kalel, 15", the movie from the Philippines starring Elijah Canlas. It is just now available on Netflix. I watched it and have to say it is very depressing. Shows how difficult things can be living in Manila. Unless of course your family is Hi-So. I am glad my Guys live down on Cebu. It is still not easy but not like in this movie!! Cheers!!

Yes, I had downloaded the first two episodes from jiminskook's post on dailymotion. I have now found a friend online who is downloading each episode from the We TV Site. But, as said here, he must wait 1 week because he does not have a VIP Subscription. So far very interesting series. Cheers!!

For me it has to be "Manner of Death". But I have a big problem!! It is on We TV and to watch the later episodes you need to be a VIP!! And being in the USA I cannot enroll and pay. OH well...

I am an admirer of Filipino Guys, so I might be prejudice?? BUT... I found the PH BoyLove Series more REAL!! They are dealing specifically with Covid, where none of the Thai Series are doing so. But they are also address the real difficulties of Gay identity in the Philippines. The issue of what will your Family or Dad think is central in the PH. And I am happy to see some guys who are accepted and understand the problems that other guys, like Karl, are facing. The production quality of the PH BL Series does vary. But with major TV Stuidos and directors getting involved several are well done. In particular I found it amazing that "Gameboys" was all shot remotely, actually using ZOOM. Anyway, almost too many Series to follow these days. I also like to have the entire Series on my HD and watch one at a time. HAHAHA

Yes, "Present Still Perfect" is a great Film. Glad to see it win an Award. It is a sequel to "Present Perfect", which I found an even better film.

Yes the Project S Volleyball was very good. I think there was also one about Skateboarding. I have been watching "Oxygen". For me it is a great story. But many twists and turns. Give it a watch!!!
