The guys whose photos are used for that site are models....I have not seen any of them at the saunas personally.... I wouldn't advice you trying any guys outside of the sauna based on your lack of knowledge in Portuguese, how to treat somebody even if you are paying them for sex or just common sense.... I think the biggest issue will be the distance from Copa/Ipanema to where the Olympic Village is....and the ease of getting there...On my last trip, I visited the stadium that is all new for the Olympics and saw the brand new apartments...its at least 40 minute away from the south zone Rio by car (Copacabana or Ipanena).... I went on a Saturday with no traffic and it was still a long way with everything in the area being new....the issue will be when people get out to that area, it will be hard as hell to get back to the city to party and do other things... I think the powers that be are hoping that people will just stay out where the majority of the events are happening versus wanting to go to Rio....the South Zone... I told my friend who lives there the comparison is like Atlanta hosting the Olympics but all the events being in Alpharetta or Macon....considered part of the metro area but because of all the increased traffic...it would not make sense to drive back and forth....

Not at all bro...I have seen a few of the guys out on the beach with their friends (the gay beach, Ipanema) and I know for a fact one of the sauna boys has a boyfriend.... Planning a trip to Germany early 2016...can anyone provide some feedback on the sauna scene, which cities to try out and what it is like in Germany...I received some feedback from a local guy who told me the following- Cologne have the best Saunas.... you have three huge Gay Saunas in Cologne.... open 24 hours.... Berlin also have one call Boilers.... and that one is open too 12 in the night i think... Amsterdam also have one great one and Paris.... Brussels is smaller.... it really depend on the day.....

I don't see saunas going anywhere....they make a ton of money...I have been to Rio outside of holiday periods and you take into account the cost of entry and the cost for renting a suite and even without the tourist dollars, they do well... I think we forget about the standard of living and standard of products in our countries versus in Brazil.... Services are very inexpensive so the labor/workers in the sauna is cheap compared to what we would pay for hotel workers here in the states Also take into account that the escort/male prostitute thing is completely different in Brazil than here in the states... Yes you can find hot boys on some of the apps but if you don't speak Portuguese, it's not happening AND those guys tend to be gay versus the sauna workers who many consider themselves gay and actually WORKING a job.... From all the trips I have taken in Rio...I have only seen a handful of the sauna guys in "gay" places like Ipanema beach or in front of the gay bars...the vast majority of them look at the saunas like a job

Hey guys.....last full day and I am ready to go home....amazing trip...have had some great experiences.... After spending yesterday in Ipanema...seeing all the sexy gay barbies....I walked over to Copa to get the most amazing $16 hour long massage....On the beach.... We then went to 117....As always...super packed....maybe about 25 boys and about 50 clients...the indoors sitting room was packed like a social club....and the outside patio had a lot of people....It rained and it was New Years Day which may have been the reason there were so few garotos....
