Boring...I like PR for a quick, cheap get away but I like NYC Ricans more than local Ricans...you can find some guys but it feels like all the hot Ricans are not in Puerto Rico...No lie... Because it is so Americanized, it would almost make more sense to go to Miami versus PR but the island is beautiful....And it is cheap to get there from Atlanta Go with the expectation that you will not be seeing the kind of guys you would see in NYC or South Florida and because the economy is US based, unlike DR or Brazil they do not have a sauna or male escort scene at all...

If you are questioning even taking a trip as a grown man to Brazil or South America, I strongly suggest you start off someplace that will be easy for you and wont take you too far out of your comfort zone.... Puerto Rico...decent looking guys, American dollars used....a great place for a first timer who is trying to get his feet wet Columbia, you need to be fairly attractive or have money...Bogota was great and there are tons of very hot Colombians..Grindr did me well there Costa Rica....very safe, decent looking guys....many speak some English DR, to me, is the poor mans Brazil and you should know basic Spanish...not the safest of the countries but a great bargain and close to the states...can find man cheap dates and the middle class boys use the Apps.....the working boys hang around the Conde Brazil....Paradise for me...quality, quantity, location, beaches, food, did I mention the quality and quantity...I have never had any problems except once when I was smoking weed and the police officer took it away and told me it was a no no...Plenty of hotties in the saunas, streets, beaches and apps but if you aren't confident and comfortable, its not a good option... If you have to take somebody with you to help with being comfortable, that is the reason why you shouldn't go....

DR also happens to be the least safe in my opinion....Corrupt police officers as well as the guys selling themselves who will take advantage if you do not know what is going on around you... DR, to me is a poor mans Brazil...been there, done it....TOO many options (there are definitely some hot Dominicans available for free and for pay) but tends to be dirtier and more grimy than Rio...In my opinion... Sex is available and plentiful but you should definitely be careful as there is no sauna scene and you would have to have guys in your hotel...I definitely do not recommend going back to their places Do you speak Spanish? Are you physically built? Strong? Appearance will make you less a target or an easy mark... Also do some research on areas to go to if you decide on DR....

Yakisoba is a Japanese noodle dish that I get when I am in Lapa, from Japanese Brazilians... It contains noodles, vegetables and different proteins-chicken, beef, shrimp, etc.

Amazing trip as usual.... Grindr was crazy busy as usual.....Some hot guys in Copa and Ipanema Went to the infamous gay bar across from Galitos in Ipanema...nothing great there since it was Saturday and all the hotties were at the Weekend.... Preparations for Carnival are all over the city....I went to two street carnivals...One in Ipanema and one In Copa....TONS of people... I went to 117 Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.... Definitely not as festival as the after Christmas....Not as many tourists, more locals and not as many boys working....still some great options... Thursday as just okay...did enjoy time with a HOT young guy there... Friday was a little busier...still not as festive as during my last visit....also had fun with a guy that I wouldn't be able to find here in the states.... Saturday as well was pretty laid back....not sure if it is just the timing as a my local "boyfriend" told me that it should be busy in the next few weeks since Carnival will be in full swing... Sunday was a total waste of time....first decided to see if Pointe has gotten any better....NOPE...got there at about 8:30....LAME....walked around and was able to walk back out after about 3 minutes... Went to Gloria to 117...got there around 9....there were some guys and clients there but nothing of interest to me.... At least it was close to Lapa so I could at least go get my Caipirinha and Yakisoba.... I did get a chance to go to the Sambodrome....amazing to watch the practices and the people in Rio LOVEEE samba and the whole pageantry of it all... The beach was also amazing....LOVE LOVE LOVE the sights of Rio.... Went to Jardim Botanical and to another less busy beach.... Great food... Looking forward to my next trip...

I tend to perform different with different people....again, again generic information is always going to be based on the person, the vibe, the level of attractiveness.... Me giving you my experience does not mean you will have the same one... Circuit festival is very expensive even by American standards, club wise, hotels, transportation, etc....Barcelona is not a cheap city and if you don't buy the all access pass, getting into the clubs during the week long event was at low 30 euros up to 50 plus euros The is PLENTY of sex going on during the festival, inside the clubs and even at the parties, hotels...everywhere...you put thousands of hot guys in a city for a week and you know what is bound to happen...one must know where to look...Check out the bathrooms after a pool party or event....NO WORDS can describe the scene on the floors...use condoms and wrappers all over the place...And the apps are hot 24/7 While the crowd is definitely not exclusively one class, those who are on the lower spectrum are WORKING during the time they are there...Rentmen.com and backpages.com are definitely in full swing... Poorer neighborhoods-subjective...are you basing that off the area, how it looked, how much he spends on rent? My first trip is in March so I am looking at areas for Bangkok....I'm open to suggestions as far as hotel and locations that would be best for somebody visiting for the first time....

Exactly...some of the guys do the saunas for a living while others offset the sauna work with their full time jobs or school... Once you become a regular..you will quickly see who is doing it full time for a long time... And how good the money is varies based on the guy himself and the season...

Countries can indeed cater to foreigners...the "people" of the country do not have to cater as a whole... There are countries that cater to medical tourism, not all of the countries are full of doctors and nurses There are countries that have cities that cater to shopping or those who love to shop... 1. Samba Schools....Every since samba school (when they have having their practices) will have tons of hot guys there...Some of the guys are openly gay and some or very discreet.... 2. Lapa-excellent place to see guys...Friday and Saturday nights AND especially when during major holidays...you will even see some of the sauna boys hanging out there 3. Beaches-whats hotter than seeing sexy muscular bodies in those little Brazilians briefs that all the locals seem to wear 4. Local Street Markets-the farmers markets, Sunday markets are always full of hot guys 5. Restaurants.....I have met guys in restaurants around the city while not even cruising... Brazilians are very friendly in general and seem to be very open minded if they are attracted to what they see....
