  1. I'd say unless the moderators or the board owner asks you to stop, then post all the photos you want. Again, some of us are really enjoying your photos and don't want you to stop. Those who don't like have the option of bypassing this thread.
  2. I can't remember the last time I saw a problem, or rather "non-problem" so incredibly simple to solve. Some of us enjoy these pics and some don't. You certainly know by now that ChaseLB is going to post more if he has them. If you're among those who don't like the pics, just bypass this thread. What's the hard part?
  3. Wonderful. Keep right on viewing a thread you dislike and keep telling us all about your opinion. After all, nobody had any idea what your opinion was. Now we know.
  4. Way overboard? According to who, you? All these photos are being posted on a grand total of one thread. Again, if you don't like it, why do you keep coming back to this thread? Is somebody forcing you to view this thread? You already know what's here. Are you trying to spoil it for those of us who enjoy the photos? Why don't you just bypass this thread instead of complaining about it? I, for one, like this thread and I hope he posts as many photos as he's got.
  5. Another little point: If I remember correctly, you live in Bangkok. Suppose a Pattaya venue places an ad and because of the ad you came from Bangkok to Pattaya - only to find the venue closed and no explanation whatsoever. When would be the next time you respond to one of their ads? When would be the next time you would ever set foot in that venue at all?
  6. He does have the geographic coordinates on the web site. 13° 51' 16" N, 100° 32' 53" E. I copied and pasted those coordinates on Google Earth and it worked perfectly. If you have a GPS, it will be easy to get there. Even if you go by taxi, with a GPS that has a Bangkok map in hand you can tell the driver where to turn from wherever you are.
  7. That's my point. You have to guess what happened and why the bar was closed. Maybe you're right about why and maybe you're not. Plenty of other bars were open and plenty of boys were working in those bars as usual. As I said, if the bar owner has time to advertise, then as a courtesy to his customers how much effort would it have taken for him to post a message saying the bar is closed? How much effort would it have taken for him to at least have placed a note on the door of the bar? I think as a bar owner that's exactly what he should have done. To me, failure to do anything at all and letting this amount of time go by without so much as a single explanatory post on any of the boards is a slap in the face to his customers. For me, it's between a 30 to 40 minute trek just getting to Sunee Plaza, not to mention another trek to return home, fighting traffic all the way and not always being able to find a nearby place to park. If I had gone to Sunee Plaza for the sole purpose of going to this bar because of the ad, and then found it closed, I would not have been happy. I don't think anyone else would have been happy either. If he can't live up to what he advertises, then he either shouldn't advertise or should at least provide an explanation. Again, the fact the bar was closed is not the issue I'm making. Many other bars were open. It's the lack of response, which to me is a tacit "I don't care" attitude - that's what bothers me. If it turns out that something happened to him that caused him to be unable to open the bar or unable to post an explanation, that's one thing. But if he was physically able to take a minute to post an explanatory message, that's what he should have done, and certainly by now. But at the time of this post there is still nothing. I think it's well known that I strongly support Thailand's gay venues, but it's a little difficult for me to support a bar owner who can't be bothered to let us know why he had time to advertise, didn't do what he said he's going to do, and hasn't explained. That's the wrong way to treat customers.
  8. Limburger. You can joke about it if that makes you happy, but that doesn't change the fact that the bar owner advertised, didn't deliver, and hasn't bothered to explain. Oddly enough, I don't like that. I doubt very many people who might have made a special trip or altered other plans would appreciate it any more than I do. It's not the fact the bar was closed that bothers me. It's the lack of consideration for customers.
  9. It's probably a good thing the bar was closed. With Michael and I in thongs, the audience would probably have been unable to resist the urge to masturbate. Seriously, though, I think we're entitled to an answer. This was advertised, but the bar was closed. That's not exactly the way I would choose to gain customer loyalty. For whatever reason the bar was closed, Eros ought to have posted a message to that effect so customers could avoid making their way to the bar for nothing. If he has time to post ads, then I think he also should make time to notify people if it's not going to happen. It's been 24 hours now. So far no apology, no explanation, no nothing. And I don't think I'm out of line for wanting to know why. I think if a venue uses these boards to advertise and attract customers, but then doesn't deliver on what is promised, then we're at least entitled to an explanation - in a timely manner. 24 hours later and still no explanation is not my idea of a timely manner.
  10. Would you be kind enough to explain why you advertised this, but when we arrived at the bar it was closed?
  11. I don't know if that is correct, but maybe one way to do it would be to explain to the boys how the photos will be used. Those who wish to pose for them can and those who don't like it wouldn't have to. I have a feeling more boys than you think would be willing to do it. After all, many of the bar boys place those kinds of photos on their own Gay Romeo profiles. Also, if the photos identify at which bar they work, they might see it as a way of attracting more offs.
  12. An old catch phrase I never hear anymore: "Sound as a dollar." Maybe that phrase still applies to other countries where the monetary unit is called 'dollar,' but I doubt many would think it applies to the American dollar anymore.
  13. You're certainly not offending me, for one. If you're breaking any rules or posting inappropriately, believe me the moderators will let you know.
  14. I think it matters because when the only posts on that sub-forum are ads, then personal photos would be entirely out of place. By that logic, if I go into a Pattaya go-go bar, somehow get permission to take as many photos of the boys as I wish, name the bar, and then post those photos on this forum, you're going to say the photos should be on that sub-forum instead? How many such photos will I get to post on this forum before you start insisting they don't belong here?
  15. I disagree with you about that too. It isn't clear to me at all. On that thread, every post there are ads for those venues and every one of them were posted by Scooby. On this thread, ChaseLB's photos are sharing personal photos he made and I don't see anything that constitutes an ad. I would agree with you if it turns out that ChaseLB owns Obsessions or is financially connected with Obsessions, but I see nothing to indicate he is doing anything other than posting personal photos. The one thing I question is the fact that most bars prohibit photography inside the bar, but ChaseLB does seem to have a limitless supply. While I'm glad he's posting these photos, I still don't understand how he got them.
  16. Where did I say, or even imply, any such thing? I said that because some people are essentially saying "enough already" with these photos. I'm saying if the board administration ever agrees, ChaseLB would still have a board on which to post them if he so chooses. I did not say anything indicates the administrators of this board intends to set a limit. I'm simply making it clear that I would not set such a limit.
  17. While this is not a lady-boy site, since when do lady-boys and gay fail to fit under the same umbrella? I see no reason for a vote and I see no reason why ChaseLB shouldn't be able to post all the photos he wants. I wish I knew how he managed to get them all. It's not as if he's posting these photos on multiple threads. He's posting only on this thread. I disagree with your position. While you might feel it's been enough, I certainly do not. I happen to like these photos and I hope ChaseLB has loads more to post. If this board ends up preventing him from continuing to post these photos, he's perfectly welcome to post all he wants on my board. After all, why not give Undaunted a little thrill . . . ? I don't understand why people who object don't simply bypass this thread and let those of us who enjoy these photos continue to enjoy them. Since nobody is forcing anyone to view this thread, given that those who don't like it already know what is going to appear here, why do they continue viewing this thread and then try to tell us there ought to be a limit. Why?
  18. "In Las Vegas they got slot machines everywhere. I mean everywhere! Even in the grocery stores. I went in to buy a dozen eggs. Cost me 442 dollars." - Rodney Dangerfield
  19. You better be good, very good at haggling to get me to use the meter. Michael couldn't even get me to pay for my own work permit. He had to fork over the money. I was, however, kind enough to give him one, only one, free ride to California Wow . . .
  20. To go off topic for a moment, here's a bit of trivia. The bathtub scene was cut from the original release of the movie because at the time it was considered too controversial and "suggestive." When the movie was first to be made available to DVD it was decided to restore the scene. The problem was that while the scene was found the sound recording had been lost and was nowhere to be found. They had to redo all the sounds from that scene - everything from the music to the splashing water and even the voices. Tony Curtis agreed to re-record his lines, but by that time Laurence Olivier had died. The voice you hear was actually re-recorded for the bathtub scene by none other than Anthony Hopkins. After Olivier is out of the bathtub, it's back to his real voice again. I'll bet if I didn't mention that, most people would never have known the difference.
  21. In several go-go bars the boys wear what they choose for themselves and I've never seen that happen. Why not at least give it a try? If it doesn't work out, that's when to switch over to owner-chosen apparel.
  22. I really don't understand why it is necessary to have all the boys wearing the same thing. My personal preference is to let the boys wear whatever they individually choose for themselves.
  23. I'm enjoying these pics too, but I'm wondering why ChaseLB is posting these without saying a word. I'm also wondering how he managed to get all these pics in the first place. ChaseLB, are you the owner of Obsessions? I've been there several times and have had a great time when I've been there. Some people try to put down those of us whose tastes include lady boys, but I like "both snails and oysters." from 'Spartacus'
  24. They are still in business. I just tried their web site. It worked fine for me.
