Boom did some club appearances doing the hula hoop show in China last year maybe that’s the reason there are some photos in the Chinese forum.
-
Boom does not come to the bar every night. Best chances are Fri and Saturdays.
-
Hank75, Please remember if you see these boys sit with female customers it does not mean they will be offed by that ladies. The no1 boy sometime sit with 2 or 3 different table on the night as they are regular customers but sometimes the boy go with the totally different customer prearranged.

Do you know some taxi drivers carry a gun for his own protection?
-
The guy in the photo is Nan. #56 is the guy worked in HK Boom is the 2nd most popular boy in Jupiter who does hula hoop show.

Once I picked up a taxi from the airport taxi stand. To my horror he somehow thought it’s a good time to updating his FB and adding comments while driving on motorway. I was quite nervous but didn’t want to argue with him. You know how short tempered these drivers are. Quality of drivers from taxi stand is the same with other pick up taxis. With prearranged taxis they know the name of your hotel don’t need to explain how to get there, don’t need to pay highway tolls with small bills etc. they carry the suitcase for you. They don’t ask 500 baht without using meter. Stress free.

Jupiter boy Boom is in Shanghai right now with customer. There is another Jupiter boy who worked in HK for 6 years, can speak Chinese.

I have used airport link train 3-4 times. Since my flight arrives 6am rush hour time, the train is very crowded with local Thais getting into work. The last time I used, I could not get a seat from Suvarnabhumi airport and had to stand for 15 min so in the crowded train. It was all I needed after more than 10 hours flight. I only use pre arranged taxi from the airport to my hotel these days. I wouldn’t recommend airport link if you have a suitcase to carry around very busy BTS stations where most of times lift is not available to the ground level. Then again I take taxis everywhere in Bangkok so maybe if you are very fit person, you wouldn’t mind it at all.

Jupiter raised entrance fee to 350B from 300B. They also raised off fee to 500B from 400B. It was quite interesting experience attending gogo bar on no alcohol Buddhist holiday. The place was totally dark except the stage but the normal show and normal volume. Mamasan said it’s dark because they are not supposed to open the bar.

Screw boy, Jupiter and Moonlight were open despite Buddhist non-alcohol day on Wednesday night. I walk past Patpong, Patpong2 there were only few bars open. Screw boys was open. I crossed to Suriwong and found Soi Twilight totally dark like a ghost town. One barker was shouting in front of the soi “ boy show” and he was there for Screwboys. He said to me all the bar here closed today only Screwboys open over there pointing the direction. It’s pretty good idea he is redirecting all ill informed tourists visiting Twilight to Screwboys. One of my friend went to Dreamboys Tuesday night to see a regular, there were only 10 boys from 9 -10pm while my friend was there and he was the only customer. The drink price 500. I walk to Moonlight, I asked if the bar was open and the staff said it is. Also as they are not serving alcohol the drink price is only 200 baht instead of 350. Jupiter was open but no alcohol served. The place was very dark, only lighting the stage. There were around 20 boys and 30 customers. As soon as I told my friend at Jupiter, Moonlight is only charging 200 today he went to check Moonlight. There were apparently a fair number of customers but only Three models turned up last night.
-
Twilight is apparently closed but Jupiter and Moonlight will open according to my expat friend who already checked with Jupiter mamasan and boys.I shall find out tonight.

Like “Pattaya fundamentalists” who try to persuade forum members to go to only Pattaya and not to bother with Bangkok because everything is C*H*E*A*P*E*R over there? lol

I agree completely.

Loved, loved your report about encounter with Mr Fluke. I might pay a visit to see him in a few days. I am also pleasantly surprised to read about Nicky’s apology.

Colmx Thanks for solving the mystery! Actually the Thai news accompanying the video seemed to say employees fighting over customer and the customer scared and escaped seeing them fighting. But I was not sure as I used only translation app. If that’s the case where the Arab and homophobia came from? https://www.siamchonnews.com/%E0%B8%A1%E0%B8%B5%E0%B8%84%E0%B8%A5%E0%B8%B4%E0%B8%9B-%E0%B8%9E%E0%B8%99%E0%B8%B1%E0%B8%81%E0%B8%87%E0%B8%B2%E0%B8%99%E0%B8%9A%E0%B8%B2%E0%B8%A3%E0%B9%8C%E0%B9%80%E0%B8%81%E0%B8%A2%E0%B9%8C/

Recent report suggest Big Joke is targeting Africans. Surachet – deputy commissioner of the Tourist Police Bureau known as Big Joke in the Thai media – said unashamedly that most of those arrested were dark skinned. “He named Nigeria and Guinea as places where many of the criminals hailed from.” http://www.samuitimes.com/big-joke-having-a-big-effect-on-bangkok-transnational-crime-as-thousands-of-africans-arrested/ https://news.lovepattayathailand.com/national/the-man-of-the-hour-big-joke/

Well, The “girl Brittany” looks like lesbian to me. I am glad police caught these idiots. Should stay in the jail for a while. I recently watched “ Player Before Dawn” the movie portrays an English boxer incarcerated in Thailand's most notorious prison. The prison condition shows Thailand is still the third world country after all.

From metro.co.uk Ladies and gentlemen may we introduce the latest representative of the United Kingdom, doing us proud with his idiocy and illiteracy. Lee Furlong, who is from Liverpool, was backpacking in Thailand when, for some unknown reason, he and a fellow traveller decided to graffiti an 800-year-old Thai fortress. A manhunt was launched for Lee and he was arrested with Brittney Schneider, from Canada, who was with him at the time at the Mad Monkey Hostel. They said that they found the spray can on the ground and decided to spray the wall as a ‘prank’. The pair of 23-year-olds were frog-marched to the site where they confessed to the crime and have been told they could face up to 10 years in prison for desecrating a historical site. Lieutenant Colonel Teerasak Sriprasert: ‘The graffiti says “Scousse Lee”. This means “Scouser Lee from Liverpool”. The girl is called Brittney and she wrote a letter “B” on the wall. ‘Officers investigated the vandalism after it was seen on CCTV cameras. The offenders were tracked to a guest house near the same road as the wall. The accused will be investigated and prosecuted according to the law.’ He could face 10 years in prison for his moment of stupidity (Picture: Viral Press) He added: ‘The accused were questioned and confessed that the incident happened earlier in the morning at 4am.’ In CCTV footage, Lee can be seen spraying Scousse before Brittney wrote B. Lee then finished his tag with ‘Lee’. The pair only stopped when a passing tuk-tuk driver intervened and told them off, at which point they left the spray can walked back to the hostel. Tha Phae gate is part of a crumbling wall was built in the 13th century as a fortress to protect the city of Chiang Mai. It is the centre of tourism in the bustling northern city popular with backpackers and is surrounded by bars, restaurants, hotels, markets, massage parlours and shops. The wall has been cleaned.
