Yes I have bought a gold jewellery for boy a few times. Thai gold jewellery is 96.5 % pure, bought and sold by weight, 1 baht=15.16g unit. For 1 baht chain, it costs about 20,000 baht cash. Caution, the heavier the jewellery boy will gain “face” in the bar so even you prepared to pay for 1 baht, he may have other idea! lol I recommend Hua Seng Heng gold shop in China Town. Basically, gold shop accepts to buy back with a fee if you want exchange or sell outright if it’s their own products, each jewellery marked with their own stamp.

I went to Moonlight last night. I am happy to inform forum members that Babe was in fact offed by a large older Asian male customer. lol When we got there, he was already sitting with the customer and after the show, off they went.
-
I topped up my rabbit card today and nothing has been asked to show. lol

Your friend was at Route66 club( straight club) right? Arm, mamasan Ken and a few others were there sponsored by Arm’s customers. Babe, on the other hand was spotted at Fake club( gay club) last night. lol

jason1975, Check the group photo posted by hank75 on 20 January. He is sitting right handside bottom corner.

Was it the last night? He went out with a gay guy and a woman. yes Arm goes out partying every night with or without customer unless he is sick.

JackR, Don’t worry #68 is still working at Jupiter. I saw him last night. I think he was called by a customer and offed fairly quickly. Other Vietnamese guy #31 Jojo also came back from Vietnam a few days ago.

My friend who has informed me of the Dreamboy move is arriving next week in Bangkok. He has a regular boy and friend with mamasan in the bar so hopefully there would be more information. However I wouldn’t change schedules based on rumours if I were you. Even with a definite official plan anything could happen last minutes and change completely.

Wow! I was really lucky there. My flight to BKK was on Tuesday! Am I going to be stranded in BKK ? There was a cute cabin crew on my flight. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ All Thai Airways International flights between Thailand and Europe were cancelled Wednesday night and early Thursday after Pakistan closed its airspace. Initial flights cancelled were four from Suvarnabhumi - TG974 to Moscow, TG954 to Oslo, TG930 to Paris, and TG916 to London - and TG296 from Phuket to Frankfurt. But the number of cancelled flights rose quickly, and it appeared all flights between Europe and Thailand would be grounded. Swiss Airlines quickly cancelled its scheduled flight to Zurich. Flights from Europe to Thailand were almost certain to be affected as well. The flight cancellations also will affect other airports in Southeast and East Asia. Thai Airways International president Sumeth Damrongchaitham described the situation as an emergency, and called an urgent meeting of top airline officials. He said one obvious stopgap measure was to change the routing of flights between Thailand and Europe - not a trivial task. The situation affects 13 THAI flights to and from Copenhagen, Oslo, Brussels, Paris, Moscow, Frankfurt, Munich, Zurich, Stockholm, London (Heathrow), Rome, Milan and Vienna. As of Wednesday afternoon, the Indian government also closed that country's airspace over parts of the northern India, according to Rakesh Asthana, the director general of the Bureau of Civil Aviation and Security. It was not immediately clear if that would also affect air traffic between Europe and Thailand. THAI cancelled all three of its scheduled flights to Pakistan on Thursday, and the Iranian airline announced cancellation of its flight from Bangkok to Tehran. Earlier on Wednesday, the Thai embassy in Islamabad had issued a travel warning that advised all Thai travellers to avoid trips to Kashmir, the epicentre of the Indian-Thai dispute and military clashes. Brussels-based Eurocontrol, which coordinates the airspace of 41 nations, told airlines in a bulletin that Pakistan’s airspace was closed "with immediate effect". The airspace closures came as the two countries reported sharp clashes including the reported downing of two Indian warplanes inside Pakistan. Tension has been elevated since a suicide car bombing by Pakistan-based militants in Indian-controlled Kashmir killed at least 40 Indian paramilitary police on Feb 14. These flights (below) all had been cancelled as of midnight Wednesday. Other airports including Phuket and Don Mueang, also were affected, and all passengers in Thailand booked on flights heading west are advised to check their flight before heading for the airport on Thursday. https://www.bangkokpost.com/news/general/1636186/thai-cancels-all-flights-to-europe Also on BBC https://www.bbc.com/news/amp/business-47392300?__twitter_impression=true TAGS

There is a rumour Dreamboy’s new premises is at Bada Bing gogo bar, which will close at the end of the month(February).
-
I watched the water show today around 9pm. I forgot to push the video button on my phone to record it.
-
Exactly! Cannot agree more. Vinapu, you are always the wise one.

DivineMadman, The above post is the most thoughtful advise I have read in the forum. I agree everything you’ve written there. For his birthday I would give him cash 10,000-15,000. Or buying gold jewellery weight one baht, app. 20,000 baht in cash at a reputable gold shop such as Hua Seng Heng in China town. Last year a Jupiter boy had emergency money requested from his family and he was thinking of selling a 10 baht weight gold chain but luckily one of his admirers intervened and helped him out by sending money from overseas. Thai bar boys love gold! I think he would appreciate much much more than prepaid card.

I don’t think so he looks much older now.

There is a rumour that Jupiter is closing as soon as at the end of March due to Soi 4 demolition. I don’t believe they are merging but the timing is intriguing.

Dreamboy mamasan informed my friend that Dreamboys are moving to new premises, which is smaller than current one in Patpong after Songkran April 13-15 holiday.

I was looking at Babe’s IG account and found this old photo of him working at a somtum food stall in Chutuchak weekend market! I used to go there to ogle hot guys’six pack, food was not so good. haha Never knew Babe was working there. Many customers were taking photos with them. An older guy in the red costume was very offended when I asked if boys were working as gogo boy at night. Guys didn’t speak English. I took the photo below

You have a good taste!
-
Oh really? I thought it could be him when I read your recent report that Mr Perfect Guy has distinctive tatoos on his back. I have spoken with him before and gave small tips a few times. He certainly is friendly and polite. I see him often at Jupiter with customers.
-
Last night Babe was spotted sitting with an elderly Chinese gentleman smiling and chatting amicably. I heard about the rumour of him having a low tolerance for alcohol isn’t true? The rumour says that he charges 4000-5000 baht for just clubbing and he makes excuses of “too drunk feeling sick” and goes home after one hour. My friend suggests we should off him to a club and see what happens. lol
-
Yes that’s him. I saw an another photo of him in hospital bed showing his face with big bandage around his head. Apparently it’s head bone fracture. I wonder what’s happened. By the way, why Thais are so obsessed with updating their social networking site even when they are ill ?

I have bought prepaid 3 weeks AIS travellers SIM at Suvarnabhumi airport and have been topping up each time I visit Bkk so I can keep the same phone number. I use AIS self service machine, which you can choose English language. Minium amount is 20baht and can extend validity for one month each time, repeat another 20baht and another one month. Supposedly you can only extend up to one year but I am keeping the same SIM ( the same phone number) over 2 years.
