  1. Oh, I know. I was having some mobility issues when I switched from Bangkok to Pattaya. I'm much better and plan to see Sunee during my January visit. I was just responding to the word "shocked". I don't find anyone's choice in activities shocking. Surprised? OK, but shock is a bit much.
  2. "Bummer", more like really odd. Fully dressed is for a host bar and I'm fine with that. But, it will be odd to see gogo without, at least, shirts off.
  3. Shocked? Surprised, perhaps but shocked seems a bit far. I'm sure there are others who stay and the Ambience or Copa and find quite enough satisfaction without venturing to Sunee.
  4. Cute, but I'd wager a boy who bathes is cleaner than currency. Honestly, it's awful.
  5. This I do know, we are discussing not only probability but the law of large numbers comes into play. One person does not a valid statistical sample make. Having said that, yes you're damn lucky.
  6. If you're replying to me, I'm not the one saying it. I repeat I haven't found the reference yet. I you have one can you post?
  7. Ah, thanks Kokopelli. I googled Pattaya and Jomtien and tried to determine if they were the same municipality and the results were confusing. So, they are different towns. Thanks.
  8. By "ladies" I assume you mean straight. How you might conclude that I'm looking for a straight bar is puzzling to me. No, I understand that there are no MALE go bars in Jomtien complex and I asked if that is by the complex's regulations or not.
  9. Also, please confirm or deny that go-go's are not allowed in jomtien.
  10. Good, I've never been to Sunee but I'll pencil this in for January. The owner is making an attempt and that deserves support from the community.
  11. Now, Vinapu my friend this is where I save money rather than fuss about ATM fees. I love the boy next door type and never tempted to toss money at muscles. I'm lucky like that
  12. I've read that the bacteria count on US bills is like licking the floor of a restroom.
  13. I want to thank Curtis and Spoon for these excellent explanations. Also, for making me feel young again. I felt like a young student 50 years ago listening to my statistics and probability professor. Good show guys!
  14. Frankly, I never worry about those fees. It's just a cost of travel. Sure I can use the exchange booths but you have to have something in hand to exchange. That means carrying cash. I bring some but use my atm and cards and adjust everything into my travel budget.
  15. I echo Vinapu - excellent summaries. These are the kind of reports I rely on. Welcome.
  16. Hey dankfq, I'm not into gym bodies just swimmers' build -are all the boys at Moonlight like this. Yes, he is gorgeous but not the type I'd ever off
  17. OK, I know your wrong But I leave it to someone with better math skills to explain. It's just one of those cases that I know damn well you're wrong but can't explain it.
  18. That was the most awkward experience ever, with 15 pairs of hungry eyes staring at me, but none of them was my cup of tea. DANKFQ : any particular type that turned you off. I mean what's on offer in G boys?
  19. I think you misunderstand the math of probability: Curtis wrote this quite well _ see his post above. Then consider the cumulative probability of contracting HIV with a 10% prophylactic failure rate in population which is approximately 30% poz. The chance of contracting HIV on any one occasion is 10%x30%=3%. The chance of avoiding contracting HIV on multiple occasions with multiple random partners drawn from this population is 97%-to-the-power-of-n, where n is the number of partners you sleep with. The chance of contracting HIV at least one time is 1-(97%-to-the-power-of-n). Here are the odds of contracting HIV over multiple partners: # Partners Prob of No Infection Prob of Infection 1 a moment’s forgetfulness 97% 3% 7 a relaxed week in Boystown 81% 19% 14 an energetic week 65% 35% 28 a repeat visit 43% 57% 58 a third visit 18% 82% 100 a dedicated orgiastic month 4.75% 95.25%
  20. I'm not a mathematician and college probability courses are a very long way off. But, I think you have it reversed. The casino edge is that you lose: 7%; over time that figure accrues and the probability that as you play you will, inevitably, lose is the cornerstone of casino profits. Thus the best advice has always been when you're ahead, cash in and go home. The Prep probability is that you don't acquire the virus, that probability goes down with numerous encounters.
  21. a447a, your an exceptional man. This report touched me.
  22. Does anyone know the name of the one with the hat? Just in case she forgets her hat.
  23. Fair enough. A reasoned response.
  24. We can or can't agree with Terry4 but it needs to be admitted that recently he initiated two very interesting discussions on this forum. Dear Vinapu, that's the problem. It's the pattern, not the topic. As I've said I prefer to use "guy" and usually do. So, it is not the topic I question it is the manner. One can voice an opinion or be a provocateur. Everyone can draw their own conclusions as to my position on this.
  25. Incidentally i have been following your blog for many years and am a subscriber so am not that “ newish” So you've been an avid follower of a blog not updated since 10/14/16?
