My 'boyfriend' never does that. Charging over to me when we meet at airport. He stays put when I walk to him. I must do something wrong. (Or I was his 4th Farang boyfriend that month he was picking up . So I understand him; not easy faking it 4 times in short period; I forgive him)

EVA air, economy class, direct Amsterdam-Bangkok, more than 4500 EUR :-) See picture. Is only option for the week in which I want to go. Their economy class must be very luxerious. Can someone confirm that their economy is like Business class? But serious: how is this prize possible? It really is economy class. I searched for economy and when you click on it it will say it is economy. Must be a mistake, not?

I know chances are very small something goes wrong. That is why every year I do step a few times into a plane. But still if the chance can be reduced even more, it is only nice. Besides you also not need to worry about missing your connecting flight, when flying direct. You not need to worry if they will forget to put your luggage in the connecting plane. Direct flight is so much easier and less of a hassle. Also I don't like the waiting time for connecting flight. Sometimes 8 hours waiting is normal at the airport. So very very boring. But if you choose a connection with only one or two hours waiting you will worry if you will miss it. Airplane delays aren't rare occasions. So if having a direct flight costs me only like 100-150 EUR more compared to indirect, then I will gladly pay it. Of course if I can save 200 or more I will fly indirect.

How to post an image here. When I use the 'Image' button and copy the link to the file into it and try to post I receive the error message 'this image extension is not allowed'. It is a jpg file. The link I use is the shared link to the file in my google drive.

Thank you. The fact it is a direct flight is very important for me. Travel time is a few hours less when going direct and the risk of crashing is reduced by 50% (in stead of 2 flights you only need 1 when flying direct, so 50% less chance something goes wrong).

I am happy for you. Sadly I am of a generation which can only retire approaching age 70. Expectation is legal retirement age for my generation to be 69 in the Netherlands. The reason is that the generation of my parents has taken such good care of themselves (many could retire before 60, quitting work at 55 was normal) that the money is gone. Sadly no paid for 30 years vacation time is waiting for me. And don't say you paid for it. Fact is pensions are paid for by the current generation (in Western Europe at least, don't know about USA). No one can save during his working live of say 30 years, 30 yearly salaries (assuming you retire at 55, die at 85, then you need 30 yearly salaries) That is of course impossible to save that from only working 30-35 years. So the current generation of 70 year olds who retired at 55 do live not from money they have saved. They live from my taxes. That would all be fine with me if I could enjoy the same benefits. But I am paying for things I can not profit from myself. Feels a bit unfair.

Yes seems logical, yet we call August low season in Thailand. But if what you say is true than August should be called high season. This thread confuses me so much. (Someone else by the way says in this thread Europeans in August travel not to rainy Thailand, you say the opposite),
-
I agree. But you fail to answer the question. You say many Europeans go to Thailand Nov-Feb. Not in August, because of rain. Then why is August more expensive for going to Thailand? If many people want to fly to Thailand Nov-Feb shouldn't the prizes in these months be more expensive, because there is more demand? But they are cheaper! That is the mystery. August should be cheaper, so airlines can attract more customers.
-
Yes but what I can not explain is that ticket prizes are higher in 'low season' than in 'high season'. I had expected cheap tickets in August, but they are more expensive than the ones in what you call 'high season'. Just a weird observation. We have the mathematical equations: 1) rainy season = low season = high ticket prize 2) Northern hemisphere winter = high season = low ticket prize Seems odd. But it is true. We need a mathematician who can explain this equation, because I can't.
-
True, but the ticket prizes are so much higher in August because apparently people in Europe travel more to Thailand in August than they do in November. Yet we call August 'low season' for Thailand. Does this mean despite the influx in August from Europe that in other months Thailand even gets many more and that is why we call August in Thailand 'low season' ? In December they get far less tourists from Europe but is it that Chinese travel in bulk in December and that is why December is there high season?
-
Forget it, I am not going. Just checked ticket prizes. August about 150-200 EUR more expensive than November with KLM (I travel always with KLM for the miles and because they have a direct flight Amsterdam-Bangkok). I guess the term 'low season' is for gay sex holidays, for normal holidays August appears to be high season. Else why so much more expensive?
-
August is of course low season. But I have been in low season before and it wasn't too bad when it comes to availability of boys. However August is (I think) very very low season. I have never have been in Pattaya/Bangkok in the month of August. Any of you experience with August (in Pattaya or Bangkok)? I will go where it is most promising. I planned November but the urge is becoming unbearable. I need to go before November. edit: title must of course be 'August good time?'

Interesting. I want to visit Japan one day. Until now my idea always was that Asian males are less horny, less interested in sex than Western males. I read also that many Japanese youth refrain from sex these days, adults have to work too hard and are too tired for sex when they get home. Here guardian article asking why Japanese youth has no sex anymore: http://www.theguardian.com/world/2013/oct/20/young-people-japan-stopped-having-sex

Thanks, clear. But one more question: these multiple jerk off sessions every day, they ended in orgasm every time? Or only 1 of them did and the other 3 that day was just jerking off together with friends, without necessarily leading to an orgasm? At least there can't have been much sperm. That needs to be produced too. I think not many males (no matter their age) can orgasm 4 times a day for a prolonged period.
-
I like sex too and when I am in Thailand I tend to be much more horny than when I am at home. At home I ejaculate on average 3 or 4 times a week. But in Thailand on average 2 times a day (at start of trip sometimes 3 times). But near the end of my trip it is far harder for me to come to orgasm, and some sessions end without me 'cumming'. From your comment I understand that Japanese males are physically a bit different. For them it is no problem at all to EVERY day ejaculate a few times? I mean, not in a short period of a week, but 2 times having an orgasm every single day, day in day out? A Japanese male can do that? When I was a teenager I did not orgasm 4 times EVERY day. So it is not an age issue. I wish I was Japanese. Your guys can have much more fun just because of dna. We Caucasians can not orgasm every day, day in day out 4 times. Well most of us can't I am sure (unless maybe if you really really force yourself to it). But in Japan it is 100% normal? Everyone does it? Talks about it? Boys in school openly tell they go for a quick wank before next lesson starts? What a country!

When you compare the ATM fee with the costs of only one night visiting bars and offing boys it is minuscule. Why bother about these small fees when you have no problem paying 400 baht for a drink in a go go bar, offing two boys a day, etc. The ATM fees at the end of your trip sum up to maybe only 1000 baht. Why bother about that amount and try to save a few hundred baht? So you can buy one extra drink?

I don't understand the cartoon in the context of this thread

You can not be serious. Yet, I will give you an answer because I am a very nice person: 1) The most popular hetero porn is with young women, not 40 year olds 2) Advertisements aimed for men show young women: 18-22 year old women near a car which is to be sold; I never see the car accompanied by a 40 year old woman 3) History. In time of war many soldiers rape women, the age group being raped is not 40+. 4) Sexy video clips of rap music feature young sexy women, not 40 year olds, not even 30 year olds. Why is that you think? If the target group lusts more for 40 than for 18, wouldn't you in above examples expect more 40 year olds then? Yet they do not show, we see young women. Why you think? Since girls fyscially mature earlier than boys, a 16 year old girl can often easily pass for an 18 year old. So yes, I am 100% sure (not 99%, 100%) that the bulk of hetero men prefer 16-20 above a 40 year old for sex. That you doubt that is unbelievable. I just can not believe in your sincerity.
-
Why is something illegal which 99% of the population likes? Almost all hetero men would love to fuck 16-19 year old girls. Maybe even early matured 15 year olds. Any hetero man given the option between a woman of 18 and 40 will choose the 18 year old for sex (with very rare exceptions). I say "for sex", not for living together and a relationship. Then people tend to like their own age group more. Same for the gay world that I know. Most are into 16-25. Young. It is normal. Evolution has wired us to like young and not like 40, 50, 60. Most jurisdictions - unlike what you say - do recognize this fact and make it legal after 16. So there is no problem from a legal viewpoint. The legal issue that exists, is this: while it is totally normal for a 50 year old to would love to fuck a 17 year old, it is not normal that 17 year old feels attracted to that 50 year old. So the 50 year old has to pay for the services. And that is only legal from age 18 and up. Which is I think not a bad idea. Besides we like Asians, and they tend to look younger, so if you are into 16-25 year old bodies, then in Thailand all your dreams can come true without breaking the law, because many 18+ look like 16 or 17. I think the OP is right in his self diagnosis: he likes Asians because he is an ephebophile. And there is nothing morally wrong with that. In fact the majority of adults are wired to like 16+ bodies. What I do not understand it why it took him to realize his sexual preference only at age 25 or so (when he broke up with his second Asian bf). I can't believe it never occurred to him that in practice he never was jerking on manly looking 30 year old bodies, but only on twink looking guys. You never noticed before? It took you really till age 25 to realize: "I cant feel attraction for 25 and up?"

Chances of winning legal court case against money boy?
abidismaili replied to abidismaili's topic in Gay Thailand
I also will not take such a boy to court as I explained. I was looking what others thought what would happen if a Farang did it however. If it was winnable. And I wanted people to realize that we are so forgiving when it comes to Thai boys, but when someone back home talks us out of our money because of lies, we would feel victimized and not be of a forgiving nature. Which makes me wonder: if it is the cuteness of the boy which makes us forgiving? If an ugly person cheats us we tend to be less forgiving. It has been proven that cute people get away with more. I think this also plays a role. But indeed lets stop this topic. All has been said what could be said. -
Chances of winning legal court case against money boy?

I am happy other forum members thought it was an intelligent question. Which it is. It truly is an interesting topic to chat about for those members whose interests are more broader and less limited, than yours appears to be. Can be a matter of education/intelligence. I mean the members here are from a broad section of society. Those with university degrees, those with only highschool, etc. There are groups here who really fail to see why this topic has merit and is worth philosophizing about. You fall in that group apparently. -
Chances of winning legal court case against money boy?
abidismaili replied to abidismaili's topic in Gay Thailand
Of course it probably will cost you money and time when you go to court. Materially there won't be any gain for you. But I can imagine that somewhere out there there is a Farang who thinks, after the 100th scam attempt: "This is it, I don't take it anymore. I go to court out of a matter of principle. It probably will only cost me money, but I don't what these boys to get away with these scams anymore." Yes, strictly speaking prostitution is illegal in Thailand. But obviously it is de facto tolerated by the government. Making it a legally twilight zone. Like smoking pot in many countries is officially illegal, but no-one will harm you if you never carry more than x grams. This official government policy - by not enforcing that law - makes it de facto legal. That is why if a Farang takes the boy to court it would be strange in my view if the Farang ends up being prosecuted, because of prostitution. Because the official policy is to not prosecute these 'crimes'. It is a sleeping law. However there is of course no official policy that you can commit as many money scams you want, without any action following. If you go to court, they will have to prosecute the boy. They will have to let the Farang go because the prosecution law is sleeping by government decision. -
Chances of winning legal court case against money boy?
abidismaili replied to abidismaili's topic in Gay Thailand
It was no prank. And now it is 2 April. So it would be a bad prank if I maintained it on 2 April. I was serious. Scams are crimes everywhere. Also in Thailand. You do not need to know Thai law to know that. Some crimes are universal. Like I do not need to know Thai law to know murder is illegal there. Of course talking people out of money because of lies is a crime. It are scam schemes. -
Chances of winning legal court case against money boy?

Thank you. It is I think an interesting topic to chat about with each other here in this forum. We all encounter it, and we all forgive them, we all do not take action, we all let "criminals" go off for free :-)
