Basically we had sex in the bar, but they still overcharged me.

I think they were just taking advantage of me. They were high pressure with drinks and if a guy come, it was 1,000 baht. I left a couple of nights spending in excess of 3,000 baht. It didn’t bother me , as I had survived traveling economy class and was ready to splurge so to speak. Definitely had fun there though. Usually closing the bar and they would chauffeur me in a tuk tuk to my hotel.

I went Thursday night about 9:45. It was quite lively with 26 customers when I left just as the show was starting. Im very hopeful of this high season, both in Bangkok and Pattaya.

I would think a good doctor would recommend probiotics after taking antibiotics. My primary doctor would never think of telling me such. In fact I obtained the Shingrex vaccine for my shingles on my own and it’s been very effective. I guess most doctors are just react to symptoms, after problems have started. I think it’s imperative to be proactive and as knowledgeable as possible with one’s health. Many aren’t though.

You think probiotics might help? I’ve taken many antibiotics over the years in Thailand and regret not taking the probiotics till now. In theory it makes sense to replace lost bacteria with healthy kind. The brand I took with me has like 40 billion bacteria or whatever the critters are in it. Don’t understand how they all fit.

Went to Super A last night for second time. About eight boys hanging out outside until customers arrive. Got there about 11 pm and I’m only customer. Had two boys with me, a new one and one from previous night. There was a guy there, Dee, who was on his phone and then left. Maybe I should have put this under Readers post about Super A bar, but it’s not all about A. So arrived about 8 pm on Emirates. This trip was so much easier than back in January! All needed was my passport. Even after the quick immigration entry, about twenty minutes, my suitcase practically landed in my hands at the luggage pickup. I did a hybrid trip from airport to Patpong 2. Using the airport rail to the last stop and then took a taxi looking for Tarntawan hotel. We didn’t find it but had taxi drop me off near all the bars. Asking the massage guys where it was and ended up in front of Taiwan. Where they directed me to opposite direction and I ended up in front of a group of about ten guys and asked them. Happened to be right at Super A bar.So they invited me in for a drink. About eight somewhat average looking guys. They lined up on the small stage and spilled over the rest of the bar to the door. The bar itself is small but not as small as I had imagined, maybe I’m thinking of the Golden cock from previous reports. I’ve been coming to Thailand for twenty years but spend most of my time in Pattaya and have only spent about ten days total in Bangkok. So I enjoyed a Leo beer while just relaxing knowing this vacation is just starting and I’ll have a lot to look forward to. So I motioned a couple boys to sit with me. One from Bangkok, Nai, sat with me and another older one, Toy sat on other side. An older Thai manager was there and the mamasan who wasn’t too pushy. Ended up spending about 3500 baht for about an hour and half of fun. I really enjoyed it there and will be back again. Toy escorted me to Tantawan after. I decided beforehand that the $700 I didn’t spend on an upgrade to business plus on Emirates, only from Dubai to Bangkok, that I’d blow it on the bars when I got there. It’s more fun not worrying about overpaying in this situation. And the boys really love taking my cash,lol. We all had a laugh when they used the flashlight on my wallet and I almost mistakenly mixed up a 1,000 baht for 100. The upgrade on Emirates wouldn’t have avoided the hour delay on runway, and my scariest landing ever. It was foggy and we had two sudden drops that brought gasps from my fellow passengers, then a real hard landing. I watch too many Smithsonian channel episodes of Air Disaster I suppose, but I had felt reassured when the pilots announced that one was an Aussie and the other from Switzerland. So Super A is alive and well. Think today I’ll try a massage, there’s so many it seems. And I’ll check out the go gos for some slim twink types. I am not an owner of any bar in Sunnee plaza. Just someone who enjoys the bars, and the area that still has a go go bar with twinks. I’ve walked there after getting off the baht bus countless times and can’t recall once where I was in danger of being hit by a motorcycle. This was from January thru April of this year. I’m 64 and live 7 months in USA and 5 months in Pattaya. I love my time in Thailand but my time in the USA is rather depressing. I do like the cooler weather, and I eat healthier, but my best friends have died and I hate constantly driving everywhere here. I watch too much tv here also. In Thailand it’s easy meeting new people and nice being near the beach. I’ll be in Thailand in a month, can’t wait to play pool and swim in one also.

It looks like prices aren’t so bad. No excuse not to travel.
