I personally leave a modest tip wherever I receive good service. In most of the budget restaurants that I use the staff pool their tips to share at the end of their shift. I tip in the bars when I pay my bin and I usually tip the boy sitting with me by stuffing a 100 baht note in his undies. But at the end of the day it's up to the individual whether or not they tip.

I personally have never heard of any of the Airlines that I travel on where the Cabin Crew ask for, expect or receive tips. And as for any tips elsewhere I believe that is up to the individual to decide on how much and was the service received worthy of a tip.

Everyone has different expectations when visiting saunas but I have been going to Sansuk a couple of times a week for the last few years when I am in Pattaya and I can honestly say that I have NEVER had a disappointing experience there. I have always come away happy with the facilities,the staff and the food in the restaurant and the prices are reasonable and I have always found a good mix of ages and ethnicities. I have found that sometimes in the low season I have had a good experience because there are fewer people there for the horny boys to choose from they will pick a grumpy old man like me to empty their sack. - lol

$500 US spent in one day is equivalent to around £400 GB pounds or 17000 baht. I have only been back in Farangland for 2 weeks and I’m already missing it and looking at flights for next month.
