I'm with you 100% Michael, the only difference being at night in Thailand I wear a pair of Adidas track suit bottom pants to keep the mosquitos off of my legs. And yes, the last time I wore a suit was for a neighbours funeral. But hey, each to their own, I just find it strange when some guys are so interested in what other tourists are wearing and feel compelled to criticize them if the clothing doesn't fit their criteria for what "acceptable"

I would really like to visit Havana before the political system there changes and there are McDonald's and KFC's on the corner of most of the historic streets. I have heard conflicting reports about the mostly underground Gay scene. I have a friend who found it extremely difficult when booking into hotels with his boyfriend and experienced some prejudice. There are money boys available I am told but any sort of public displays of affection between men is mainly in the private parties which can be quite hot (again only here say) I would still really like to see the old city before it changes forever.

As a follow up to the Top 10 Destination thread has anyone any experience of Cuba especially Havana? I would like to visit some some day.

I have seen posts like this in other forums: "the guy was wearing socks with flip flops" or "you should have seen the fat old guy he had his shirt tucked into his shorts" or "I saw a guy yesterday wearing speedos and he must have weighed 150 kilos" We're on holiday in Thaialnd (or lucky enough to live in Thailand) which is probably the most fun place in the world. Get a life we are sex tourists looking to have some fun - NOT "The Fashion Police"

I would have gladly taken Eric out directly from the beach but unfortunately he was otherwise engaged until around 10 pm that evening and I was had my taxi to the airport booked to pick me up at my hotel at 9 pm - Mai pen rai - life goes on. No complaints from me I had 25 wonderful days in Fun City. Start to save my pension again now for the next trip.

It always seems to happen to me, I'm on my last day at the beach or on my last walk around Jomtien Complex or Sunee Plaza and I spot the perfect guy from my fantasies. I was sitting on a deck chair on my last afternoon on the beach at my usual spot near to the first toilet block on Dongtan Beach. I see one the boys from Madagascar that I met earlier this year on the beach. He is of slim build and maybe 5' - 9" tall with just a little bit of stubbly hair on his otherwise smooth chest. He has a sort of Mohican haircut and was wearing some very tight fitting black boxer type underwear. He says he is 23 years old which seems about right. I say hello and ask him if he remembers chatting with me earlier in the year, he says "yes" but I'm not sure he actually did remember me. He was very friendly and smiled continuously during our conversation. We continue to chat and he tells me his name is Eric (he laughed and said its a German name) he says he is on an extended holiday and doesn't know when he is going home he tells me he sits on Section 11 most days. I ask if the guy he is with is his boyfriend and he chuckles and says "I have no boyfriend I just met this man today on the beach" He must have observed my not too discrete extended glances at the rather significant bulge in his underwear and again he chuckles and says "you like to see? very big 9 and 3/4 inches we can have a meeting tonight if you like" With me being a bit of a "Size Queen" it was just like a dream come true for me. I had to reluctantly decline his kind offer, what can I say other than was totally gutted that I could not get to play with that giant appendage as I only had about 3 hours left in Pattaya before I had to leave for Suvarnabhumi Airport and my flight back to Farangland. I suppose a fantasy is always better kept as a fantasy. Oh well, next time maybe. (I don't really believe that)

This photo was taken about 3 weeks ago near to the Rabbit Resort I was on the beach today and the tree trimming seems to have stopped just around section 12 - 14 near to the first toilet block. There was as is usual these a lack of cute guys to keep me from playing with my iPhone and I would estimate that as a 65 year old I was not in the minority age wise today. I can't see how the concessionaires are keeping going just at the moment. I still love sitting on the beach though it would be nice to have some eye candy.

Well sluttyxdress if you are serious about your request might I suggest you get yourself around to The Pook Bar on Soi Buskhao there are one or two well hung katoeys there who will oblige you I'm sure.

The boy in the photograph is well worn and at least 30 years old. I have seen him working around the Beach Road in Pattaya and also on Dongtan Beach fot a few years now. When you get close up to him there is no mistaking his age. I have seen a younger slim boy in a cowboy type hat on the beach but I had no idea he was a 16 year old.

The photo was taken at section 15 just near the first toilet block. I agree the white speedos look great there have only been a handful of boys hanging around on the beach that I have seen this trip. The boy in this photo has been around a long time and usually wears a brown leather cowboy hat and sometimes a nice sexy thong. That was the only snapshot I managed to get of him.

Yes perhaps as piston pointed out slim would probably better describe Kai and as I said in the original post he is a 26 year old from Isaan and has been working in Pattaya (Blue House) for 1.5 years he has a little bit of stubble around his chin and is maybe 5' 6'' tall. It sounds like Dongtan Beach is really being affected by the low, low season this year. Unlike you Ed, I am old fat and ugly but I have never had a problem sitting on the beach drinking coffee and not having any offers from the local talent even if it is only the massage guys. I'll be there in a couple of days so I hope things improve (for both of us)

My last day at the beach in Jomtien on my March/April holiday - watching the beach boys playing volley ball. Ten days to go (and counting) until I'm back in The L.O.S.

I've walked past The Dave Man Club many times when taking a short cut between Pattaya Klang and Soi 7 but even aound midnight it always seems to be deserted. Does the action start later when other bars and restaurants start to close?
