Well, I have a particular principle for cleaning ladies: the fewer the better. I can stay for a week in an hotel room without feeling the need for a cleaning lady. I don't mess up. My bathroom doesn't get stinky. My floor doesn't get muddy. My bed sheets don't get dirty, at worst they may get some cum on them. My towels don't get dirty but wet. And then they dry. I HATE having to plan my day around whatever time the cleaning lady comes. Agree! The chances to see a cute boy running at Lumpini are abysmally low. vinapu, exercising with weights is a sure and well known way for older bodies like mine to retain some attributes of youth, like having more muscle mass than fat, and keep the inner gears in good running condition. In this sense, it is more effective than the gin and whiskey you like to substitute water with. If you never do any weight lifting, you have the advantage of experiencing very fast progress as soon as you start doing it.

The open area "gym" at Lumpini park is a collection of old rusty equipment that is no match to what a decent gym has, and I assume that the people who work out there have no better place to do so. It is known that early in the morning one can see some eye candy jogging around, and also some lizards, which may be more unique than just some shirtless guys.

May I suggest a way to cut undesired noise that I use, together with eye shades, to sleep well in noisy airports. Now there are even inexpensive ear buds that seal well in the ear canal to keep outside noise away. One pair of these, disconnected from any source of audio, make good ear plugs that can be comfortable to use. I have a pair of expensive ear buds with very good fitting that stopped working, so I cut the cord and use them now as ear plugs.

The Ambiance was the first hotel I stayed on my first visit to Thailand, in 2005. I went to Pattaya straight from the old airport, and I don't remember any noise in the room whatsoever. But I remember all the other things I did with the boy I offed from the bar across the street from the Ambiance.
