One of the largest cities in the world, it is gay friendly, with same-sex marriage being legal there, and the cost of living is nearly as low as BKK. Instead of nice beaches it has congestion, pollution. But it may still be good for sex tourism.

I thank you for your report on Puerto Vallarta. I live in the south of the US, and this Mexican place is much, much closer than BKK. My likeness for Latinos is only slightly less than for Asians, to the point that the difference vanishes depending on the individual. Savings in travel time and money could make this destination as good or better value than BKK. I would still travel to BKK however, because I think it is safer and also more different, adventurous without speaking the language. But I will plan to give Puerto Vallarta a try.

It could be so practical for an establishment to put together a list of good customers with proven record of being excellent lovers, and offer them free sessions to train their new boys. Or a system like: Off so-many boys here, and get a free off of a junior boy to train him! Or offer to the customers who off a boy another junior boy to come along for the training.
