How will Thailand following Taiwan in gay marriage affect us?

Vietnam is close to giving equality to same-sex marriages. -
Maybe you fly the 10-20+ hours to spend there the 24 hours of the day getting massaged? Unfortunately, massage does little to eliminate a big fluffy hairy tummy. The most effective remedy is healthy nutrition, and in second place, plenty of exercise in a gym.

Since you are my junior... YOU just wait.

I don't see the younger Thai as negative either, but I like to be in control. If you get a chance, give the place another visit and you may not find it as bad as you think. We are not getting any younger, but as older you get, as younger is the rest of the population.
-
Too bad you think that others don't want to see you in Thailand. (it might not be different in other countries). So it will be kind of you to stay away from Babylon in consideration of others there with your same mentality. Myself, I don't mind at all being around old people, especially the well educated ones who frequent Babylon. They are too old for me, and although I feel young around them they go for the cute Thai boys in their 20s. And they all give good, interesting conversation.

You find plenty of videos of "Obsession" at Nana plaza on youtube. Here you can fast-forward and stop at any time you have enough.
-
Your knowledge about the other gentlemen is a clear sign that you were among them at the time you frequented Babylon. They are not the problem, they are weak and fluffy. Other younger guys are harder to shake off. I wouldn't call a "comfortable routine" something I could do only every so often in a trip. My birth certificate is private, but my age is not. In R3 they still asked for my passport even if I look under 50, hehe, but in a visit to Seoul I could ride some public transportation for free because I am over 65.
-
I spend little time at Babylon's dark areas. I don't like to be assaulted... My routine there is a little different: - Wake up in the morning, shave and bath in the common area and greet some guys I know. - Have the buffet breakfast for 1+ hours while chatting with fellow guests. Many nice older guys, some alone, some with their young bf-s. - Go to the sauna to use the gym for 40 minutes, then have lunch at their restaurant on the upper level. - Go back to my room to have a siesta. - Go back to the sauna around 4 PM to lay at the pool, cruise around. Thereafter, have dinner at the other restaurant there. - Go back to my room to get ready and leave for the fun event of the evening. Return around midnight, and go to bed. You think that OLD AGE has spread to me there? My birth certificate tells me that I'm approaching the start of old age. But my body hasn't seen the certificate and has not undertaken any significant change to comply with that. So I don't pay any attention, hoping that my body may never become aware of that...

You must have had some random bad experience there, or read some of the bad reviews of the place. I haven't noticed any decline over the years, still good service and maintenance of their excellent facilities, which is very rare in a gay establishment. Babylon is only bashed by some ignorant who think THAT OLD AGE IS CONTAGIOUS, haha. In reality, the many old folks there go along very well with the many younger ones.
-
You will have no problems at Babylon having your friend share all the facilities you are entitled to. He can stay overnight, he can have the good breakfast thereafter, he can get free entry to the sauna (they give two tickets per room, which can accommodate two guests), and he can mingle like you with other guests and have whatever fun goes on overnight in the barracks. I have stayed there many times for the last 10 years and I consider it to be good value. It is located at some distance from the Silom area and Lumpini park, in a more residential place. If you like to walk, this should not be a big problem.

There may not be enough of interest at Chatuchak to fill a morning and afternoon, unless you are desperate to accumulate cheap stuff to take back home.

How will Thailand following Taiwan in gay marriage affect us?
steveboy replied to steveboy's topic in Gay Thailand
I know, ... I was thinking in philosophical terms... As for gays being rather promiscuous, straights would be equally promiscuous or more if society would hot have enshrined them in a bond of sanctimonious devotion to the vulnerable wife and... and the children, blah, blah, blah. Society did not equally enshrined the gays because we are supposed to be abominable sinners beyond salvation anyway, But now that there is marriage equality, we lose the excuse that we cannot form marital bonds. But we still have the advantage that there is no strong sex that need to protect the weak one, we can be both be promiscuously weak About the particular cultures, two highly traditional Catholic countries come to mind: Argentina (the Pope is from there) and Mexico. Yet they both have same-sex marriage! -
Hours ago the Taiwan supreme court ruled in favor of same-sex marriage. It seems predictable that Thailand will follow sooner or later. I rejoice at the news of the rights of homosexuals being increasingly recognized in the world, and I wish the Taiwan gays the most loving and hot marriages. But I cannot but think what will be the consequence for us gays who are at a stage in life beyond this "marriage" emotional roller coaster.... Each gay marriage may take two delightful gay boys... out of circulation, especially if the married gays fall for this nonsense of "fidelity"... I try to remain positive and wish for gays to be smart and wait to get married until unclehood or later, and take advantage of the freedoms of being young and single before having to be restrained to the state of monogamy.

I am not a food connoisseur and my epicurean sense goes as far as seeing food as combination of protein, carbohydrate and fat. So all my life I wondered why Thai restaurants are significantly more expensive than others who offer about the same stuff. Until I visited the LOS for the first time, and realized that the real Epicurianism of Thailand is in its nice Thai boys. This is what I enjoy in my trips, not the food, and I haven't been in a Thai restaurant outside of LOS for decades.

WOW! Something guardian angel must have warned me about taking those motorcycle rides for 20 bahts... I did it only once in ten years... The wear on my shoes is cheaper than the cost of repatriation and burial.

It is so convenient that we can be rescued from discussions over sglad's ethnicity and age by going back to Christian's underwear. I definitely identify more with Jockey briefs, or the Calvin Klein ones I use.

I see nothing bad here. I definitely like Asian slim bodies. I definitely like Asian soft hairless skin free of any imperfections, and, God forbid, any tattoos. I definitely like Asian full asses, with cute virgin-looking anuses I definitely like Asian cocks and balls, medium size and with little pubic hair around. I definitely like Asian accents speaking English like a song of love I definitely like Asian way of walking, a relaxed firm body moving with a happy stride. I definitely like Asian faces, clean hairless, soft featured with a steady smile. So why should I have anything against a "distinctive Asian point of view" ?? All I care is what I view, and my preferred view is that of an Asian without clothes.

Now I'm convinced that you use a spreadsheet to calculate the statistics of over 500 lines of data.

That makes him a 72 y.o. farang. Maybe he gets his arousal by writing "odes to my ideal me". This makes me think that I could also write as a 24 y.o. in an athletic student exchange or so. But I happen to feel PROUD of being old, and I still get aroused in the best natural ways.

I also don't see what is wrong with telling the masseur beforehand that you want a happy ending. And I'm surprised vinapu does not do this all the time. I'm not an expert in massage, I would ask the boy beforehand if his massage includes the cock since I need to relieve stress there...

I am like you, and all I take is carry-on for a stay limited to two weeks. The biggest items are an extra pair of shoes and my electronics. I wear my jeans on the trip the same as a long-sleeve shirt with two buttoned pockets for passport and money. Other clothes are a (long) short with plenty of closed pockets (but less than $110 worth), short-sleeve shirts, t-shirt, exercise shorts, a sexy speedo and other minor things. Rarely I have to wash a shirt in my room. Since I have covered already all the tourist traps I don't need to worry much about being formal, but I still like to look somewhat attractive, haha. So while I was always a "medium" now my shirts are "small", which is to say the "medium" in BKK. In ANY CASE, I carry enough money and credit card to buy whatever I might ever need there. And I have plenty of room left in my carry-on for the presents I buy for my bf back home and myself.

We all wish him all the best and plenty of rest with his friend.

Oh yessss! She is a total disaster! Instead of doing what is right and letting her white hair grow into a little roll under her black veil, dressing in long black shirt and sitting in a wheel chair, this unnatural Cher is doing what she does in the following video. At least she could at 70 check into a monastery and dedicate her life to God, or something like that... Oh... I just saw this amazing video about the transformation of Cher. A tribute to plastic surgery? What happened to the WRINKLES that are so distinctive and elegant in an old lady, hahaha! Definitely sglad should show it to his mother to let her get inspired... And the transformation of Madonna is not much different. (I bring all this about because I doubt that these ladies received Scooby's 30 day suspension, so please don't complain... )

I can only imagine the length of the spreadsheet you have to use to calculate your cost of "boy-hour"
