We shall all speak Chinese :-)

Is that girl in the pic his daughter?

Try Jomtian complex for a change. There are many comfortable hotels and the boys bars are more sedate than those in Boystown. Very accommodating establishments as the staff have seen it all, so to speak.

He was probably memorizing his scripts for some gay porno shoots he was involved in. :-)

The bed looks inviting :-)

Another Buddhist country, Myanmar, next door is equally violent as Thailand and xenophobic towards their minorities.

Rent the slutty & uncouth ones by the hour unless they learn to behave.

Bring enough money & spend it wisely. Read the relevant forums to prepare yourself & avoid unnecessary frustrations. Don't be afraid to fall in love, or better still rent some. Enjoy yourself.

Thailand is the place for rest & recreation for tired army men since the Vietnam war. Where the boys are.....

Or consider it as a donation toward the upkeep of a professional young man in this challenging society.

I've just returned from a 3-night stay in Siem Reap. My original intention was to visit the Preah Vihear temple ruins straddling Cambodia & Thailand border where their army boys exchanged gunfires some years ago. Alas I was not able to join any group tours due to low demand, and I wasn't prepared to do it alone. Nevertheless, I had a great time with three other tourists in a group tour by car to Kulen mountain, about 50km outside the city. We were taken to the waterfalls, and a temple at the peak. In fact the highlight of the trip was swimming at the waterfalls amongst tourists & locals. Especially memorable was the incident when a novice monk in his monk swimming habit scrambled up the rocks and sat himself on my left thigh as we enjoyed the water falling from above. His friends sat on either side of me. The locals are spontaneously friendly! As it was a repeat visit to Siem Reap for me, I did not go to any of the temples, but instead spent half a day at the national museum , and walking around the streets & riverside. The weather was clear throughout, and very hot in the afternoon. As for massage, I decided to help the blind masseurs, who gave me strong massages for US6 per hour. I did pop into Linga bar for tea, after dinner of crocodile meat in one of the restaurants at Pub Street. There were a few toned guys waiting for customers outside the pub, but only a couple of them offered massage services. From what I remember on the menu was something over USD20 for 60 minutes. But I didn't ask if that includes extras. As for apps for meeting guys, those were very useful if you're into moneyboys, who were generally very coy to show their private parts. Those who worked in saunas would invite you there, whereas others offered to come to your room, with USD30-40 being the oft quoted figures. I did not encounter any problems bringing one to the hotel room. Speaking of hotel rooms, if you book online, most hotels will offer a free pickup from the airport. Going to the airport by tuk2 cost USD4-5. I paid around USD20 per night for a comfortable room in a hotel with a small swimming pool, which I found refreshing during the late afternoon after the tours.

It was only recently when the Thai baht was stronger vis the USD, the Japanese males patronising Soi Thaniya were referred to as 444 for 4 inches, 4 minutes & 4,000 baht. Evidently, they have gained and lost something with the currency fluctuations.

Some massage shops that employ blind masseurs provide very good service sans sex. You pay the massage fee and tip the masseur independently. I've never been disappointed with them. -
So, I bit the bullet and went to Dreamboys tonight

Brazilians are definitely hot & big! Thanks for all the pics. God bless them. -
thanks for the enlightenment, kokopelli. Unfortunately, hostilities between men will never end. Make love not war.

that's four years ago. I think.

both of you need rehabilitation :-)

Not knowing the final outcome of this episode, I'm sensing some kind of compassion & understanding towards him not unlike what is observed in a true relationship. The hot sex part can wait until he's completely healed. There's an aura about the boy from Ubon.

The man was probably a dyke who inadvertently betrayed her own gender. I guess Germaine Greer was right about that big hairy mess of pubic hair for a vagina.

Snake farm & live cows? I like the countryside. With massage boys just across the road, gay Thailand couldn't be better!

Nowadays many Asians(from far eastern, south, south-east, to west Asia)have money to travel far and wide. The ones traveling in group tours are sometimes loud, but not all of them are rude, only loud, like some but not all Americans, who can be similarly annoying. Inconsiderate behaviour can be seen amongst Asians as well as Caucasians. Tourists on group tours can overwhelm the individual travellers, but they contribute as much as others to the tourism industry.

In BKK now... GoGo bars (and boys) price crazy??
witty replied to floridarob's topic in Gay Thailand
Thanks Christian, I think it was X-size, where the sole doorman /usher was quietly accommodating my request for a discount. I was there early & didn't want to wait for the 11pm show. It was my first visit to the bar. My 'favourite' bar in Soi Twilight is X-boys where I find a couple of their waiters energetic & friendly, with a few cute twinks on parade. On several past visits I saw a good number of Khmer boys on stage, some with nice lean bodies. -

I think it was at Classic(an upstairs bar), sometime this year when I managed to bargain down the drink price to 250 baht. But I didn't stay long although some of the guys onstage were quite enthusiastic.
