taxi stopped on the street would take you there for 500 at best if not less ( meter from Silom is around 300 , plus tolls 70-80). No 50 baht airport fee if going TO the airport as far as I know. Just saying as I understand convenience of taxi waiting and ready Waiting for your word about the trip

In my case it was Jey Spa masseur of top quality who suggested overnighter at that price and did not yield when I tried to bargain. actually room I had at Red Planet was not that small and it was quite easy to fit us all three in. I know what you mean though as when I sty there previously my room was undersized indeed but not this time luckily.
