  1. I've had my own battles elsewhere regarding posters being truthful. Call me old -fashioned but i tend to think that people should always be truthful. But we live in the real world. We have to accept that people lie, especially on the internet where you are free to be whoever you want to be. I couldn't care less about a member's age, occupation, etc, Such information is immaterial. I just want to know if what they are telling me about things I am interested in is true. And I hate it when members post using multiple handles. It reeks of deception. But I think we are safe here. "But when readers see information about Asia allegedly from an Asian perspective, they have a right to believe that what is written does come from personal experience." That's the problem for me, too. I'm basically only interested in Asia so naturally I want to read posts by Asian guys who see things from a distinctly Asian point of view. I won't get that from some farang pretending to be Asian. Although for some people it's pretty easy to spot the fakes, there are others who might be fooled. And once you get caught out lying, every post you ever make is suspect. It's hard to regain your credibility. As for trip reports, I have no interest in somebody else's fantasy. As I often take advice from posters as to what bar is worthwhile and what guys I can find in such and such bar, I expect the reports to be a true and accurate account of what took place.
  2. The guys are, unfortunately, not Asian. That is why I travel to Asia. They are Caucasian and although they have just about everything I require - good heart, swimmer's body, handsome, big cock, versatile, etc I still want to have sex with Asian guys. I grew up having sex with Asians so naturally, that's where my interest lies. Had I never left Australia, I guess I'd prefer Caucasians. My experience with westerners in very limited - basically only when I've travelled to Europe and with my three guys here. With Asians, I'm totally on the same wave-length. The guys pick up on it too, often commenting that I'm not like other farang. We both sense a connection, but I can't explain it. It's just there. Often we can communicate without words, just a common feeling. On the other hand, my Australian friends also notice a difference in the way I interact with them and have also commented on it. At first, it was very difficult for me but I soon learnt that everything has to be spelt out. We do not share that common feeling or "kan" (感) as we call it in Japanese.
  3. Koko, for a minute I thought you were referring to me! Owing to the width of the legs of my order-made shorts, my "coconuts" do dangle. But it must be someone else. They are not short-shorts and I don't wear tank tops.
  4. Ok, I'm good then!
  5. Spend them at 7/11 buying stuff you'll use at home ; e.g, toothpaste, shampoo, etc. Or chocolate. Yum! Or condoms for your next trip. Or give them to the boys or the hotel staff. Send them to Christian. Plenty of ways to get rid of them.
  6. Probably for most of us, the money required to enjoy a good sex life in our home countries is huge compared to what we pay in Thailand. I have three regular guys I can call on during the week. They stay the night and most of the following day if I'm living at my place out of the city. By the time I pay their transport - I spend a lot of my time in a resort area which is over an hour away from town - plus "tip" them, plus buy them food and drink, plus the odd gift, plus accommodation costs of we decide to spent the night in a hotel down south, etc, etc, it soon adds up. By comparison, holidaying overseas is a far cheaper option. No matter how much I spend on boys in Thailand, it's a bargain. BTW, I only have one guy at a time, not all three! And not every night of the week like I do when I'm on holidays. Asia and Asians make me horny.
  7. I'm always inspired when I read about guys who are older them me and yet are still enjoying sex. Christ, I intend to go on well into my nineties! Which reminds me, I must get more of those shorts made! Although reading some comments here how jeans are only suitable for young guys, perhaps that also goes for shorts. Oh, dear. And as for telling the truth, especially on these gay boards, it's always the safest option. As others have found out to their great chagrin, there's sure to be someone who will dig up their old posts and prove they are lying. Lol
  8. On the contrary Nirish, I believe every single word! And yes, they did say that. How did you know?? What's more, unlike other punters to whom these guys profess their undying love, these young horny guys actually do love me! How do I know? Because they tell me! Even guys I've just met! "Hello. What your name? I rub you! You so hansum." Lol
  9. What is appropriate for "older" folk to wear? Mmm...that's easy. Just look at what the young guys are wearing and wear something different. But when it comes to jeans, they can be worn by anyone of any age, as they have become universal apparel. It's what is worn with the jeans that is important, imho. No Justin Bieber t-shirts, for example. Or perhaps no t-shirts at all. And certainly none of those sculptured hair styles! Old guys trying to hang onto their youth look ridiculous. Before my last trip I had my hair cut rather short. "Oh, you look like young!" was a common compliment. Next time I'm going to have it cut so short I might as well be bald! Lol
  10. I usually arrive back in Thailand with the 20,000 baht I withdrew at the end of my last trip. That'll keep me going for a few days.
  11. I was expecting kuay teow. Or something spicey with lots of prick. Lol
  12. What's on the menu??
  13. He was in his seventies. Here's hoping he didn't die on the job!
  14. Actually, they are nothing special. It's just that I had them made with wider legs, specifically with the bars in mind - well, to tell the truth, with certain boys in mind who quickly go for the grope when I sit down in their bar. If I were wearing long pants there is no way I'd pull them down to let them get to the goods. So the shorts allow all the action to continue our of sight. If there are no other customers in the bar, I let the boys take it out. At Eros it's all done discreetly behind one of those oversized cushions, even when the bar has no customers. I just love going to my favourite bars in Bangkok and sitting with a handsome, hung guy, chatting and drinking, while we work on each other. After an hour or so we head back to the hotel. Ah, Thailand!
  15. Nah, it's my massive member that does it. Gets them every time. Lol
  16. No thanks, Vessey! Kindly tell the gentlemen populating this esteemed board that.... I DON'T LOOK LIKE HIM!!! Lol
  17. Oh, yes. I remember. I had enough made, in different colours, to last me a lifetime of sleaze. And BTW, poster "reader" is not my hydra! Lol
  18. I've often thought about that when I visit the hands -on bars, but I can't bring myself to going commando. But I'm working on it. I do, however, wear shorts I had especially made for me which allow plenty of room for a hand. Or two, as in the case of one bar in Bangkok. In any case, Thailand and jeans just don't work for me. It's too hot.
  19. That's good to hear. We are all capable of saying things in the heat of the moment which we later regret. Let's move on.
  20. I once gave a horny old taxi driver my last few thousand baht after he dropped me off at the airport. During the trip he was bemoaning the fact that the local girls had become so expensive. The look on his face as I handed him the money was priceless. Worth every baht! Lol
  21. I agree. There's a lot of interesting places to see in CM. Even just walking around the streets is interesting. For me, the secret to having good sex when travelling is to find a guy (or guys) who you can rely on to share your bed. Lucky for me, I found a number of them at Adams Apple so I knew i would never be going back to the hotel alone. The only problem was choosing which guy I'd off. For some, I know this doesn't work, as they are butterfiles, but I just find it saves me so much time looking for someone every night. With a guy lined up early in the night I can relax and enjoy myself. Thank god for the guys at Adams! So nice and friendly, Oh, alright! They've got big cocks, too.
  22. I had the same experience. Apart from Adams Apple, there used to be the Circle Pub, Free guy and one other bar in that area, plus another a bit further away whose name escapes me. At least I think that was the case. Only Adams appealed to me. Nothing was happening in the Circle Pub.
  23. I have no tolerance for unpleasant people in real life. I deal with them by simply walking away. Problem instantly solved. In some situations, unfortunately, that isn't always possible; e.g. on a forum. Sometimes you just have to fight back, especially if the comments directed at you are particularly nasty or untrue.
  24. If you go to Bali, stay out of Kuta and you'll be ok. That's where the Aussie rabble hang out. The gay scene - just a few bars lined up next to each other - is north of Kuta in Seminyak. Just grab a hotel nearby and a guy from one of the bars. I just came back from Taiwan - but I only visited Taipei. It had some really interesting places (at least for me) but I stayed there for a week and that was too long. It's clean, cheap and the locals are very friendly. Food is ok, especially if you are into eating offal. Yuk!! Luang Prabang is a magical place and definitely worth a few days. Not a lot to see, but a great place to relax. But like Taipei, no sex to speak of. But I repeat - if you want interesting places to visit, incredibly delicious food (not just Japanese), a clean environment, friendly people, cheap prices and super efficiency, go to Japan. Just remember, commercial sex is going to be expensive compared to countries in S.E. Asia.
  25. You obviously didn't know Neal, nor were you aware of what he was capable of. His threats were real, as others soon found out. Numazu, I haven't noticed any regular members who are no longer posting on this board. And I don't know of any posters from here who are now posting on the other two boards. So who are you referring to?? Disagreements here are very mild compared to one of the other boards. And if things get out of hand here, members can be suspended until they cool down. As for trolls "taking over the board", that's a ridiculous statement. On this board, the few trolls are quickly outed here and so are prevented from doing any harm. And vinapu, as for newbies being put off, I can't find any evidence of that; on the contrary, this board is continually welcoming new members - members who don't just lurk, but actively contribute. Look how many have signed up just since the start of the year. This board is doing very well in attracting new members and they are injecting life and interest into the board. Nobody pounces on them. Nobody attacks them with nasty, childish comments. That's why they are still here contributing. And they will be here ready to take over after we oldies have disappeared from the stage. I think the future of this board is secure. As for the lack of trip reports by others, perhaps it's because nobody is travelling at the moment. Numazu, I don't believe you are "weak" - I get a feeling that I know exactly where you are coming from. Life is way to short to put up with mindless nastiness and criticism, especially when you have taken the considerable time and effort to write up a report. The naysayers are unaware of how long it takes. Sometimes when I was writing a report I'd think "Fuck it! I just want to sleep!" My next "no holes barred" report will be coming up in June or July. But only if I know where to go. Any suggestions would be welcome.
