I'll be alone, on my way home coming from BKK. Looking for massage and night time fun, I'm kind of like a vampire, don't go out much in the day. I have my flights, now looking for a place to stay...Have found a few hotels in that area for about $30usd a day that seem to have good reviews...know of anyplace good to stay?

do you know of any place in particular....I talked to a few guys on grindr and they said is no problem in Bali going to hotels. I messaged one hotel and they said if I pay for 2 , 2 can be in the room

seems to be on par with Thailand from what I'm seeing/reading Hope I get some good input from someone to help me pick a place to stay

I was booking an award ticket to BKK today when I saw United has something called an excursionist option that gives you a free additional flight in the same region you are visiting. So I went onto grindr and saw a lot of cuties for Bali and thought, I need to try someplace new....now to do the homework of going to a new place. I'll post on GayThailand as well but if anyone here has suggestions of where to stay, what to do, etc.... thanks

I've stayed in both apt's & hotels in Brasil....Was wondering if anyone has links of good, inexpensive places they've stayed? Looking for about $50 usd per night, I only need a place to sleep and fuck, nothing fancy but not a dump either. Black out curtains a plus, A/C, Wifi, and no street noise (has been my biggest problem in the apt's I've stayed. Rio , I prefer Copa SP, I like Centro

I've been going about 20 yrs....the best years are behind it. Not saying you can't find a gem.....but so many straight guys go for the easy money that foreigners pay and ultimately don't put out are the norm. I used to rate Cuba on par with Brasil for sex.....not even close anymore. I have so many "friends" that I go to see, when I do go....but the hustler scene, meh

A Newbie's First Time in Brazil

I got the usual reaction of shock or disbelief. The word “Chines” always is uttered, presumably because I look somewhat Chinese, even if my heritage is not Chinese. Just generic Asian face ;-) -

He uses the Subway in Rio more than anything....he has no patience for traffic delays that prevent him from getting to the saunas even 1 minute later, lol -

He should've held out for a motorcycle ;-) -
Regrets in life are usually what we didn't do....not what we did. If you do it and it gets denied, then you can say you tried....at $160 will not cause a financial crisis. If you do nothing, you'll wonder...... Many people never try to get the visa because of all the negative comments...I've seen street food vendors get approved, depends on the mood of the interviewing officer.
-
no connections to gringos...invitation letters only work in cases of Student and family visas when they want proof that someone will be financially responsible for the visiting person and can prove it through tax returns.....so do it, what do you have to lose $160 usd.... he already has his passport from Brasil, no? Tix and other shit isn't bought until the visa is issued.....if you stick to the lies I said to have him tell.....depending on the interviewing officer, he might get it....but you'll never know if you don't try.. Worse thing that happens is they say no, and he can apply again after 6 months and the same officer that denied him can 't do the interview again.

Fee is $160 usd for the appointment...non-refundable....don't buy tix ahead of time. If he is approved then get them (Like Ferrar said...when the economy was good, they were giving them to just about anyone that applied, not the case now). I've been through this in Mexico and the same "rules" follow. You'd think being somewhat honest is the best route to go...it is not. You have to tell them what they want to hear.....he lives at home and helps his family pay bills, he is going to Disney World or Las Vegas as a tourist, he doesn't know anyone there (they'll think they are staying if they say yes)...the application is quite long, online and has stupid questions....have him fill it out himself....why is he going alone...he asked his friends and they don't want to go but is his dream to see one of those places....how long is he planning to stay, 5-7 days, how is he paying for the trip...money he has been saving up..... will he return...of course, his family counts on him. No talk about knowing you or any other gringos.... this is only to get the visa, the roundtrip tix and other questions about funds will be when he arrives in the USA, Immigration will want to know that stuff to let him enter....still no mention of knowing gringos...even with a visa, he can be refused entry at that point...total discretion on the officer's part....so chose your airport of entry/connection wisely, lol

5 Must Do Things in Sao Paulo
floridarob replied to TotallyOz's topic in Latin America Men and Destinations
I like the guys at Fragata, and the staff is super nice. The rooms are horrible though, so I always take someone back to my hotel usually, after a burger at Meats, lol I've been to Chili peppers hotel, decent place.....after being to the saunas and able to select who/what you want...you get spoiled....takes time to hook up with someone there, more cruising and usually someone you're not into, persists to try and be with you :-( -
He has no clue...I have soo many stories about this guy, makes my head spin.
