  1. Thats a great horny account of your encounter with Eric, Snowbird !. I wish it had happened to me. Im mostly a bottom now and a nine inch young cock is a dream. I used to go to Gran Canaria for holidays and there were a few African rent boys there, but ive not been for five years.
  2. Vinapu - yes youoften see 2 farangs chatting for a period with one Thai boy sitting there very bored. I suppose this comes into the category of Bad Manners. I think if you and I were talking in a mutual language which a third farang person could not understand yet was part of our social group, we would feel obliged to bring him into the conversation somehow. Another reason why i would not now have an overnight 3-some with two Thai boys is fear or at least being uneasy. I felt this once when I woke up and the two boys were asleep. Irrational thoughts went through my mind that they would harm and rob me. It took a long while for me to resume sleep !. Ive tried to learn a bit of Thai using books and Dvd's but I can only pick out a few words. Of course a lot of the boys talk in Laos.
  3. Regarding Bird ive just checked GR and found his last appearance was 7 September. This suggests he found a boyfriend about then. He also worked in Copa gogo. I first had him in bed acouple of days after i arrived in Pats so that would be about 15 August. Then two times towrds the end of the month. He complained about the lack of farang gays in town, but maybe he has hit it lucky now. Im sure firecat will find other birds that are still in the nest.
  4. Firecat - Dont forget Bird !. You and me both have had a good time with him.
  5. I go along with your conclusion Vinapu about one to one. Ive never had a six hands or for that matter a four hand massage. But i have on several occasions taken two boys into my bed overnight. For one reason or another things have not turned out so erotic as i had hoped. Like bkktourist said they were sometimes more interestedt in themselves and i supected thry were talking in Thai about me.
  6. I visited Blue House during August but was not aware they did soapies. Ive never had one but the idea certainly appeals. Ive seen the hetro places near Soi 2 in Pattaya and wonder why there aren't more for gays. Water improves the erotic experience for me and i remember fondly going in the sea with a boy at Dongtan rubbing up against him and feeling his erection and on another occasion swimming with a cutie in the small pool at Samsuck. Wow i must get back to Thailand soon !.
  7. My Ten Places - however Im not well travelled since discovering Thailand Highlands of Scotland - In Particular Glencoe. Done that hiking and climbing City of Paris Site seeing Yosemite California. Hiking beautiful Las Vegas. Awesome Architecture - very limited gambling Pyramids. Still to Do Bernese Oberland - Switzerland. Done That. Skiing Great Barrier Reef - australia. Still to Do More of Thailand than Pats and Bkk. Still to Do Niagara Falls. Done That. Awesome North Korea. Still to do - contrast to all the nice places above
  8. For me a hotel room safe is essential for safeguarding my passport, money, and ipad. Mind you have to remember to lock it. In January i slept all night in the Ambiance with a boy with the safe door wide open. I only noticed as i was preparing to leave the room in the morning and the boy had left earlier. Luckily there was nothing missing - inside was about 15000 baht plus several hundred pounds. He was from GR so tracing him would have been difficult.
  9. You know the old saying "Dont make plans in Pattaya". Just go with the flow. I was there for 3 weeks in August. Things did not go as I had envisaged but I enjoyed myself very much. Also you have to learn to pace yourself. Its like having an excellent meal. Dont try and gulp the food down too quickly - enjoy and savour every bite.

    Koh Samet

I have been there twice - the first time some seven years ago and also last month when i spent 4 weeks in Pattaya. Though i would not claim to be an expert. As mentioned by Up2U the beaches are beautiful and i loved swimming in the sea seeing the fish through the clear water. The beaches are mainly along the East Coast but i can only speak for the one i visited. I went there on my own last month having decided not to take my 19 year old "boyfriend du jour". I just booked a mini bus to Ban Phrea, the port, and jumped on a boat which put me off at one of the beaches, along which i wandered till i found a room for rent, which was rather expensive for its basic facilities. I would not recommend this in high season or at the weekend when a lot of Thais visit from Bkk. I stayed 2 nights which for me was a break from Pattaya. Where i stayed there was no gay scene at all - there was quite a few young backpackers, both farang and hai, and also hetro couples. I was pleased i did not take a boy, as i prefer not to have them around during the day and also i dont like the "stare factor". I did not see any 50+ farangs with boys. Yes i would recommend a trip there, particularly as a break from Pattaya, as its so easy to get back there from Samet if it does not suit you.
  11. I very much enjoy the time i spend on the Dongtan Beach during my frequent visits to Pattaya. I like the sea air and the relative calm atmosphere that prevails there, as compared with the majority of other beach areas which run parallel to busy roads with noise and pollution. Also i prefer my fellow customers there rather than Thai families and females who predominate elsewhere. We all bemoan the lack of eye candy these days, but maybe thats the problem. Ive seen small groups of Thai boys sitting for long periods without any approach by farangs, who seem more interested in chatting amongst themselves and just enjoying eye candy. They get discouraged having had to spend money for the chair and drinks and dont come again. I have sometimes tipped a waiter to invite a boy to join me for a drink which often is a rewarding experience for both of us.
  12. 50 is an impossibly young age to retire. Given life expectancy in advanced countries of 80 years then one would spend as long in retirement as workng. Here in the UK we can only draw pension funds from the age of 55. I am in semi retirement spending periods working but having plenty of time for holidays in Thailand mainly, but occasionally in European gay resorts. For healthcare i rely mainly on the British NHS plus a top-up insurance policy. Whilst travelling i have a annual travel policy, which so far i have not made a claim on, so do not really know how if its a good one. To live full time in Thailand i think i would need an assured income of at least 100,000 per month and even that would be insufficient to support spending at the level i maintain on holiday.
  13. I was at the beach quite often during my last trip sitting in the second concession from the toilet and yes I remember him in the cowboy hat on one occasion. I think he was sat in the adjoining concession with a couple of farangs but i cant recall what he was wearing. If i had seen the white speedos or even better a thong my dick would have responded !. I suppose concession owners have no control over the ages of boys there. The only boys i sat with on the beach were those i had contacted on GR and invited to join me with a view to accompanying me back to my hotel. Of course they did not turn up with skimpy beach wear. In the past i did buy speedos for a boyfriend du jour, for him to wear with me at the beach or round the pool at the Samsuck.
  14. In Which concession was your picture taken ?. White speedos always display the boys brown skin in a highly erotic way. Unfortunately there is now a lack of boys at Dongtan beach whereas a few years ago a lot used to be there particularly in the late afternoon looking for gays.
  15. The female is usually at the reception desk dealing with admissions although she does appear in the other areas even the darkened higher floors. I suppose there is a need to police behaviour there. Some guys stand on the cubicle beds to watch activity in the adjoining ones, despite notices banning this. I don't mind this - i suppose I'm an exhibitionist. There are also notices banning money payments, but again this does not seem to be enforced. A few younger money boys are welcomed by the mainly older farang costomers.
  16. Samsuk in Pattaya has got it right with their darkrooms and maze. Some areas are semi dark and others virtually pitch black. In the former I look for guys I find attractive let them see me and then follow them into the dark where i make my advances. I usually wear i very brief speedos where i place my condom and lube in a small pocket. These display my dick to its full advantage.
  17. Yes he smiled and kissed me. You think i should give more ?.
  18. I visited Magnolia yesterday evening at about 5.30 and found the place after a little cruising about on my hired motorbike. The gay flag at the entrance is looking a bit bedraggled and there was no-one at the reception desk when I arrived - the guy was asleep on the couch. However the place gives a good impression - smart with nice furniture. I was told there were only three masseurs available (its very quiet in Pattaya just now and there seemed to be know other customers). The three looked very similar and i wasn't given any details so i took pot luck for a one hour massage at 500 baht. I was shown to a rather nice room with a shower ensuite and the table was covered with a white sheet, which is replaced after each customer. I showered, laid on the bed and my boy appeared after a short wait. He started naked and worked on my back in a rather expert fashion. I rather cut the massage a little short with my wandering hands after feeling his cock between my buttocks. I was ready to be topped as i had been fucking twinks during the previous days. Im versatile. Very enjoyable. I paid a tip of 700 and left rather satisfied with my visit.
  19. I dont have difficulty having an enjoyable time during the day in Pattaya. Sometimes i invite my off to have breakfast with me and then occasionally he accompanies me to the Dongtan Beach, but only if he has some conversation. I like the sea air and quiet ambiance and always take my Kindle to do some reading, but this is rather minimal if I'm sat with a nice boy wearing speedos !. At some point i take some exercise, which can take the form of jogging, gym or swimming, although an hours walk can be equally beneficial. Reading the Two English newspapers online i subscribe to fills in some time, as does chatting to other visitors or expats, gay or hetro, hearing their stories about Pattaya Suddenly i find the sun has gone down and my thoughts turn to the evening ahead, but an hour or two nap helps to put me on the best form. I do occasionally have a massage usually in the Jomtien Centre as I am returning from the beach, but during the day sexual activity is not a priority - that happens in my room overnight. On the subject of reading I've just finished a book by Barry Kenyon, who was British Consul in Pattaya for a number of years. A fascinating account of trials and tribulations experienced by British expats and visitors and his efforts to help them.
  20. For Pattaya the bus is an option partly on the grounds of safety. Taxis do the 60 miles from Swampy in only a little over an hour in light traffic but in my opinion not safely in that they drive too close to vehicles ahead and change lane erratically. You have more protection on the large buses. The saving in fares of about 1300 baht is a secondary factor. Most flights from Europe arrive during the day (mine does at about 7am) when the buses operate. The Bell Travel service is best which takes you to the bus station on North Pattaya Road where you transfer to mini buses to your hotel. The transit time is only a little over 2 hours. There is also the public bus which is cheaper but this drops you off on Sukumvit Road and you have to make your own way from there, so not a good option for Pattaya first-timers.
  21. Most popper users bring a supply from their home country. As mentioned the risk of trouble as a result is negligible so long as you are not stupid.
  22. Poppers are sometimes on sale on Dongtan Beach.
  23. Im with the majority here. I like to send them into the shower first. This gives me the chance to secure my wallet and maybe my ipad and iphone. Ive never had a theft but its better not put temptation their way. If ive had some beer i love a cup of tea which seems to relax me after a night out. They are normally in the shower a long time using prodigious quantities of shower gel. I like to start sex under the sheet . Their brown bodies look good against its whiteness. After sex or in the morning thats a good time for mutual showering.
  24. I lost my wallet in Bangkok 2 years ago. I had visited the Temple of the Dawn and had ascended the steep steps up to a high platform. I then returned to the Taksin Bridge by the water bus, intending to take the skytrain back to my hotel from where i had arranged a taxi to the airport for my return home. I had used my coins on the water bus and reached for my wallet in my shorts pocket, but it was gone. I think it probably fell out clambering up the steps as i had paid with a note to enter the temple and i cant recall anyone being near me on the boat. I had to get back to the hotel quickly for my flight and a taxi would be too slow through early evening grid lock. I considered trying to use the Skytrain without paying, but a spell in the Bangkok Hilton did not appeal. I persuaded a motor bike taxi to take me on the promise of a generous fare despite my lack of cash, particularly if he made good time. We went at high speed between traffic lanes, on pavements, and through a park. At the hotel i retrieved money, spare card and passeport from the room safe and gave the guy 300 baht - he was delighted and so was I. I had time to telephone to cancel the card which was in the wallet before heading to the airport and eventually home. I only lost about 3000 baht as i dont make a habit of carrying more than this in my pocket. I did lose my executive airport lounge pass but settled for Starbucks.
  25. For my next trip in a couple of weeks i am contemplating staying either at Baan Souy or Samsuk Sauna. I wonder if anyone could give me pointers as to which would be the best choice. They are close together in a quiet location which i would prefer. I could hire a motor bike for visiting Jomtien during the day and i have no difficulty walking from there to BT or Sunee and i use motor bike taxis. Both places have good reports on Tripadviser. The pool at Samsuk is tiny but the one at Baan Souy is much bigger, although i know the gym at the former is OK. I enjoy the scene at Samsuk in the early evening. I suppose i could book initially for a couple of days and maybe move as its low season. Price isn't much of an issue.
