  1. Every US president has promised justice. And every president since Bush Sr. knew that he had in his desk the so-called The Hague Invasion Act, which will allow him to break in and defeat the Netherlands - an ally and member of NATO - without asking permission from either Congress or the Senate, if an international court decides to prosecute an American. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Service-Members'_Protection_Act
  2. Who cares? All the crimes that the United States has committed over these centuries: slavery, racism, war crimes, concentration camps - all this was under this very single constitution and all your presidents laid their hand on the same bible when taking office...
  3. You know, your Constitution is a monument to a historical joke: when the Founding Fathers wrote it and added freedom of speech, millions of African Americans (then Africans) were working in the cotton fields Can you tell me how many years have passed since the day when the Constitution wrote about equality and the day when the last “whites only” sign was removed in the USA? and how many years passed between this day and the day when the United States first admitted an African-American woman to university?
  4. "Silly", I am talking about import of military equipment. All you have to know about "whole world"
  5. dreams, dreams... even under pressure of US there are no even half of word wishing to participate in "peace conference"... if world hate Russia, with whom Russia trades and growing GDP? you live in a country that constantly intervenes and sparks conflicts, which twice used a nuclear bomb against civilians, which had concentration camps based on ethnicity, in which racism and slavery flourished for centuries... you live in a country in which this racism and slavery was supported by the same clans that are represented in your parliament today you live in a country that already in this century passed a law authorizing the president in advance to intervene in an allied country in order to prevent international courts from bringing cases against Americans and after all this you still dare to open your mouth and reproach Russia? Russia compared to the USA - Vatican
  6. 90000 in 270 companies means 333 persons per company. Can you imagine how much taxes should be paid by 270 companies with 90000 staff "since 2012"? And what did Thai Tax Burau all these 12 years? Flee market journalism is more simple explanation of "90000 visits".
  7. This is what “facts” look like from “journalists” with flea market qualifications... Only in 2023 There were almost 800,000 visits to TH from RU, more than half of them visited Phuket
  8. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doublethink Orwell. Have you ever wondered what it looks like: the first words to write “I don't claim to understand Russia”, and then write three paragraphs of nonsense about what is happening in Russia?
  9. Rest 75% will think Trump is political victim and will vote for him.
  10. Why? I visited TH in 2021-2023 also, main reason is - there are no direct flight btw Moscow and Saigon since COVID. I use Bangkok as stopover, also I spend week on Kwai river in floating hotel - for detox after VN :)))) + I have friends in Th, so short visits to Pattaya also were interesting. I forgot: where - here or on SGT - I have posted photos from Kwai and from "Agate"...
  11. As I already wrote in one of the posts here, for me Thailand has become more commercial and less interesting, and in 2019 I switched to Vietnam. If we talk about the trend, then after Covid I am seeing a sharp increase in trips to Vietnam in Siamroads, and a decrease in trips to Thailand. I predict that Siamroads will have more trips to Vietnam this year than to Thailand.
  12. That is wrong clarification. First of all, the case depends on the type of expat’s pension: whether it is a pension paid by the state of which the expat is a citizen or accumulated in a pension fund. State pensions assigned and paid by foreign states to their citizens, according to the convention, should not be subject to income taxes, while pensions accumulated in pension funds are, as a general rule, subject to taxation (also see paragraph 4 below). If the pension is a composite pension, in which part of the amount is a payment from the state, and part is from the pension fund, then only the part added by the pension fund may be taxed. Secondly, such taxation depends on the nationality of the expatriate: for non-Thai citizens who are residents of Thailand (residing in Thailand for more than 180 days in a year), in relation to the taxation of their income received outside Thailand and not being government pensions paid by the country of nationality of the expatriate, determining there will be a double tax treaty between Thailand and the country of which the resident expat is a citizen. If such an agreement exists, the Thai Tax Administration is required to take into account the provisions of such agreement. For example, an expat's pension in his home country is taxed at 10%, while a Thai resident's overseas income must be taxed at 30%. If there is a double taxation treaty, the Thai Tax Administration cannot impose a tax on foreign income higher than 20% (30 - 10 = 20), otherwise it would be a violation of the international treaty. If there is no agreement on the avoidance of double taxation between the state and the expat’s country of residence, then the tax department has completely free hands - any tax can be assigned. It must be remembered that a double tax treaty between the expatriate’s country of citizenship and his country of residence may contain provisions that pensions in the country of residence are not subject to taxation at all. Taking into account the fact that international treaties take precedence over local legislation, one should always begin to study this issue with the existence of such an agreement and its content in relation to pensions.
  13. It is correct. Almost no bookings in PH outside of Boracay at past before COVID and now. Siamroads had guides in Manila and Cebu before COVID. 3 or 4 bookings per year, in each.
  14. Filipinos ARE clingy. You may expect to see him in front of your door with his luggage after 3-4 sex/nights.
  15. This case is very interesting. In 2021, 40-year-old owner of a real estate agency Artyom Lomasko killed a man in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. According to the investigation, he was intoxicated. A criminal case was opened against him, which is still ongoing. After the tragedy, Lomasko took out a loan in the amount of two million rubles and fled the country. At the moment, he is also wanted for failure to pay child support to his 11-year-old daughter in the amount of 500 thousand rubles. Since 2022, Russia has been trying to extradite him from Thailand.
  16. So many words just to agree with fact: US is gerontocracy which fighting for to keep control on World? You, maybe, should take copywriter job: it is paid "by words".

  19. right side is wrong: staying men is about 30 years younger than Biden is... correct right half is:
  20. I prefer to see what and with whom I'm playing, so my preferred places are shower cabins across the site, they have locks
  21. Yeah, so you think that given that: - it was the United States that vaporized tens of thousands of Japanese in a nuclear bombing and doomed hundreds of thousands more to death from burns and radiation, and thereby proved that they could use nuclear weapons again at any moment, - it was the United States that placed nuclear arsenals around the world, but the problem is that the Russian Federation has nuclear weapons and remind about it?
  22. Could you please quote my post where I "constantly threatening nuclear war"?
  23. You incorrectly wrote word "lost"...
  24. It sounds like sex-tourism for gays, not LGBT-tourism.
  25. Strange you don't quote "Sun" :))) There are no such generals in Russian army, "Pavel" isn't even Russian family name - it is Czech family name (you may check Czech president). Men on photo wearing "hand made" uniform and I have no idea why "trustworthy" British newspaper show him as Russian (lie as usual, right?). Russian general's uniform looks like this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uniforms_of_the_Russian_Armed_Forces
