2 weeks in Bangkok!
TMax and 3 others reacted to macaroni21 for a topic
Good time would be between 2pm and 10pm. As for walk-in versus prior booking, general rule, though exceptions* apply: Massage parlours in the Silom-Surawong area handle walk-ins well. Massage parlours outside Silom-Surawong (what a mouthful, can we simply shorten it to Sodom? 🤣) generally work better with prior booking. * in the Silom-Surawong area, Prime Massage is so busy, prior booking is almost a must. Magic Touch, per recent reports, also sounds unready to deal with walk-ins. * outside of this area, VCK, Prince are more geared to walk-ins than prior bookings.4 points -
I've never booked in advance, sometimes if i know i'm going back to see someone and i've got their Line already i'll let them know i'm coming at X time, but I don't attempt to reserve through the shop directly. Some shops do have Line accounts where you can reserve, other members might have some links. Massage shops will have the guys sitting out the front on plastic seats waiting for you to walk by, just walk up and if you like someone ask for massage with him. I'll sometimes stand there looking at the menu pretending i'm not just going to get an oil massage while i look at the available staff. Just make your selection clear, i had an unfortunate experience where I ended up with someone i really didn't want because I wasn't explicit in who i wanted. I was too shy to reject him when he got to the room so it was a looooong 60 mins. Afternoon or evening is when most staff are there, some might hang around earlier in the day eating lunch or whatever but selection is usually lower.4 points

A much-needed feel good story
Ruthrieston and 2 others reacted to reader for a topic
War, offensives, politics, corruption. You name it and they combine to deaden our senses to humanity. This one story won’t reverse that but it reminds us what truly matters. From The Thaiger Thai teen caring for his grandmother receives public support Generous individuals rallied to support a devoted Thai teen who put his education on hold to care for his ailing grandmother. The 15 year old Ae’s daily struggle involves walking barefoot for over 14 kilometres to collect and sell recyclable materials to support his grandmother and younger siblings. The family lives in a modest house in a rural area, lacking both electricity and running water. Kind-hearted residents from various provinces sent a substantial amount of essential items to Ae and his family. Donations included clothes, shoes, school supplies, rice, dried food, and other everyday necessities. Ae expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the benefactors. “I am overjoyed and deeply thankful to everyone who has helped us. Your kindness has allowed me to return to school.”3 points -
Biden stumbles, Trump lies
Mavica and 2 others reacted to floridarob for a topic
And here's where we're different and I'm not in a cult....I'll call Biden out on his faults, as will most Democrats, which can't be said for people in a cult, yet deny they are cultish. He had 16 deaths during his time 13 from a suicide bomber and 3 killed by an enemy drone. Trump behaved, for Trump and did pretty good, I was impressed that he did that. However, it really comes down to the administration and what they want to do behind the scenes that worry me...I'm talking about the Republicans. You've already seen what the 6-3 majority on the supreme court is capable of......hold on to your seats for the future cases, you think it doesn't affect you. The ruling they just made, to the benefit of corporations, is taking the teeth out of dozens of government organizations like the EPA....yeah, we can trust big business to not pollute and keep clean water and air?? My head is spinning from what can come from this....safe food, doesn't matter either we can trust them not to worry about profits and do the right thing. This isn't you and I against each other....this is what the US was like when there was no child labor laws, no OSHA, no 40 hr work week, no unions....our parents and grandparents fought and struggled to get the US to where it is today and people are willing to give all that up because they want THEIR guy to win. This isn't the Yankees vs the Red Sox.....is much bigger. You've been told to study history, "Those that fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it". Look at banks, are going back to zero down/ no qualification mortgages, we've all seen that movie and know how it'll end, because we lived it. Spanish flu and Covid.....roaring 20's then and now....are we setting ourselves for the next Great Depression??? Because of everything I've mentioned and this, remember, we're not just voting for a person, it's the others behind him too.... Seth McFarland had a PERFECT analogy why to vote for Biden, you're voting for his TEAM (Administration) vs Trump's TEAM that will do everything he wants, not good in a Democracy. Please watch just 2 minutes of this video from this point...2 minutes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HzgFE8XIVZY&t=4883s3 points -
Finding a real boyfriend

Maybe if you set your sights on just finding a younger friend. Someone you truly enjoy being with and he with you, sans the sex. Sex you can have with countless guys for money or pleasure. Your biggest complaint isn’t that you’re starved for sex. It’s that you’re starved for friendship. That’s what loneliness sounds like.3 points -

Ruthrieston and 2 others reacted to a-447 for a topic
If you are hoping to find love by associating with moneyboys half your age, I suggest you are looking in the wrong place. Not that it is impossible, but I think your chances are slim, especially if he is fully financially dependent on you. At our age, loneliness is not uncommon, which means there are lots of guys of our generation who are looking for a relationship. That's the cohort in which I'd be looking if I wanted a relationship. (I don't). I live alone and have no interest in getting involved romantically with someone. I have a wide circle of friends so I'm normally not lonely. Sex is of the paid variety with guys much younger then myself.3 points -

Selected a guy from a massage shop tablet last night. Wasn’t the most handsome of the many offerings, but it was a combination of his masculinity and simplicity. After he arrived he used his phone translator to tell me we had met before at different Saphan Kwai shop over a year ago. He must have had good recall of the first time because he was already very much at ease. For the lack of a better word, it was a reunion of sorts and throughly enjoyable. Nothing wrong with chasing the bright light. I find myself doing it on occasion. But uncovering hidden gems can be equally rewarding—and satisfying.3 points -

Oops, got cut off... 2. Repeat performances are much more likely to fail. Perhaps one's expectations run too high, or perhaps it is boredom (I've seen this movie before) or ...? Of course perhaps passion can persist, for a week, for a month, for a year, even forever (I've been with my bf for over 30 years!) but in general the likelihood of failure is greater. 3. The more early conversation turns to protracted price negotiations, the more fraught the encounter is likely to be. High fees usually correlate to low performance. 4. Language fluency is not a measure of success. What do you think? Marc3 points

Biden stumbles, Trump lies
Mavica and one other reacted to RockyRoadTravel for a topic
While debating isn't how the presidency actually works as a job, and that was hard to watch. Biden was mumbling, and Trump was loudly lying about anything and everything.2 points -
From a Wordpress post: "You can choose and choose and get the perfect Greek God but looks provide no guarantee of a good time in the room." This observation has haunted me for some time. What really are the predictors of a nice time? We've all, I'm sure, had a quota of duds, and also our quota of surprising successes when expectations were low. I'd appreciate your comments on this. Here are some of my observations -- well it seems to be more of what is NOT correlated than what is: 1. The Greek God ("ain't I gorgeous-type") is likely to fail. I've found the best are those simpler guys who seemingly don't realize how gorgeous/masculine they really are.2 points

Unlike Donald Trump and a few of my esteemed fellow posters, I've never believed that the President is the one and only person responsible for the accomplishments of an administration. In my opinion, the President sets the values and goals for his or her term in office, represents the country among other nations, and picks the right team to support her or him. For many years, 80% of my vote has been based on the compassion of a candidate. The other 20% would be based on the candidate's ability to select and empower the folks responsible for implementing those goals effectively. Trump may tell us that he's the only one who matters, but I don't believe it. So, in spite of Biden's recent fumbles, as well as his fumbles throughout his presidency so far, I'd be OK with voting for him again. I think with his values and a competent team around him, he could continue to deliver results that are good for the country. However, and it's a big however, the mental challenges he displayed in last night's debate are likely to increase over the next four years. There may come a time, for example, when he would not be considered trustworthy by other world leaders, or when he would pick the wrong battle or the wrong strategy to implement. Four years of keeping my fingers crossed ever more tightly, is not something I'd look forward to. The one good thing about last night's debate performance is that there's still time to do something about it. If we'd seen a Joe Biden firing on all cylinders, we'd have run the risk that he'd topple in the second debate with no time to find an alternative. So, sad as I am that Biden failed to impress last night, I'm glad the Democratic convention is still ahead of us, rather than behind us.2 points

Finding a real boyfriend
Moses and one other reacted to floridarob for a topic
It's not like shopping for a car or clothes......it happens when it happens, can't be forced. So many guys that love whoring around while young, realize later they aren't as young or as desirable anymore and want to "settle down", finally, because life can be boring, retired life even more so. So they expect a 20 or 30 yr old guy that's experiencing his horniest time of his life to settle down with him 🙄 Even if they do find someone "suitable" , the old whore instincts kick in on a whim when given the opportunity and cheat on their relationship, because they think they can be loyal....ha, good luck trying that. I have a bf for 6 yrs, he wanted a "only us" relationship, I told him he was searching for a pot of gold....even in hetero relationships, men are dogs (some females too). We're meant to breed (or be bred) and go out hunting for sex like animals. I explained to my bf that people confuse love and sex, two VERY different things. I LOVE pizza and could eat it 28 days a month, but every so often I want Thai food or Mexican food, no sense in depriving those cravings.....took awhile, but he totally gets it. We've traveled together and done 3 ways, went to sex clubs, or in Thailand had our own massages....no jealously and our relationship is so healthy and understanding. He works and manages our business, saves his own money, thanks me for showing him so much and we laugh a lot when people we know have relationship issues because one got caught cheating on their partner, he says...yup you were right. Love is more than sex, a good sign is that after sex, you BOTH want to be around each other still...not the "I have to go do something, I'll talk to you later" after sex hookup feeling, lol really?2 points -
you will rest when you go home, don't waste your time on TV unless it's raining cats and dogs. Streets outside provide for much more entertainment. resting before hitting go-go is better if you invite some masseur to rest with you , it may even turn that going to bars is not really necessary that night2 points

From Tourism Authority of Thailand If you are in Bangkok and wish to explore the Old City or Rattanakosin neighbourhood and the bustling Yaowarat Road – Chinatown’s high street, the most convenient way to enjoy your walking tour is to take the MRT Blue Line and get off at Wat Mangkon, Sam Yot, Sanam Chai or Itsaraphap MRT Stations. They run in this order from the Hua Lamphong MRT Station. Between them, the four stations provide an easy and convenient way to go from attraction to attraction, doing away with the need to tackle traffic conditions and having to travel by taxi, tuk-tuk or motorbike taxi. All in all, it makes for a more enjoyable time spent visiting the wonderful sites of the Old City and Chinatown. The area of Bangkok covered by these four stations is home to many of the city’s most spectacular and revered attractions; such as, the Grand Palace, Wat Phra Kaeo (Temple of the Emerald Buddha), and Wat Pho (Temple of the Reclining Buddha). As such, the design and decoration of the stations both celebrates and honours this, and even their above ground architecture aims to help the buildings blend in and look a part of the community. Wat Mangkon MRT Station While the Hua Lamphong MRT Station is a short walk from Bangkok’s Chinatown, the Wat Mangkon MRT Station on Charoen Krung Road is in the heart of Chinatown, and this makes it perfect for tourists wanting to experience the pulsating beat and dazzling neon lights of this famous neighbourhood. The station is named after Wat Mangkon Kamalawat (meaning ‘Dragon Lotus Temple’) the city’s largest Chinese Buddhist temple and features a striking and very elegant décor of red and gold and a dragon-inspired staircase. Wat Mangkon Kamalawat is within a comfortable walk of the Wat Mangkon MRT Station. Also known as Wat Leng Nui Yee, the temple is a centre of festivities during important festivals like Chinese New Year and the Vegetarian Festival, and these are indeed fantastic times to visit the attraction. The temple’s low rambling structure features dragons playing with a pearl on the roof, and there are various Buddhist, Taoist and Confucian shrines within. Yaowarat Road – Chinatown’s high street – is a foodies’ dream, attracting locals from across the city and tourists alike to the scintillating array of street-side food including dim sum, noodles, omelettes and much more that’s on offer during the evening. Also worth visiting in Chinatown is Wat Traimit, which is just a few minutes’ walk from the Hua Lamphong MRT Station. This temple houses a massive gold seated Buddha, and it is a regular pilgrimage for Buddhists as well as curious tourists. Within a stone’s throw of Wat Traimit is the Chinatown Gate, which marks the entrance to this end of Chinatown. It was built in 1999 to commemorate the late King Rama IX’s 72nd birthday. Also within a walk of the Wat Mangkon MRT Station is Sampheng Lane, a cluttered, hectic and fun Chinatown market. Packed along the narrow lane (seriously, it’s about as wide as your outstretched arms) is shop after shop selling all manner of items from jewellery, shoes and watches to toys, fabric and a myriad of exotic foods. If you’re looking for heaps of people and heaps of goods ranging from the Oriental to the everyday, then Sampheng Lane won’t disappoint you. Sam Yot MRT Station Sam Yot MRT station is decorated with a museum-type feel that includes displays of old photographs and drawings that point to the Station’s historical surroundings while the Station building itself is designed to reflect the local street architecture. This station is situated on the Western outskirts of Chinatown and Sampheng Lane; for example, can be reached within a comfortable walk. Rommaninat Park is a few minutes’ walk from the Station to the north while a short stroll beyond the park is Wat Suthat and the towering red Giant Swing at its entrance. Wat Suthat is among Bangkok’s oldest and most impressive temples, having been commissioned by King Rama I the Great and completed around the mid-19th century during King Rama III’s reign. The temple features an elegant chapel, magnificent wall murals, and exquisite hand-carved teakwood door panels. The Giant Swing stands over 21 metres tall and is a prominent landmark of the area. The original swing dating from 1784 was replaced in 2004 with a new one crafted from golden teak. Sanam Chai MRT Station The beautiful, elegant decoration of the Sanam Chai MRT Station with its maroon red and gold colours and stately pillars effect pays tribute to the royal heritage nearby. The Station is around a kilometre from the spectacular Grand Palace, Wat Phra Kaeo (Temple of the Emerald Buddha), with Wat Pho (Temple of the Reclining Buddha) located along the way. Right on the Station’s doorstep is Museum Siam, which is dedicated to the history of the Thai people, their culture and traditions. Far from your average run-of-the-mill museum, this place is full of surprising and thought-provoking displays and exhibits many of them interactive. Opinions on Salvador ? + Travelling to Brazil discreetly
Primeone385 and one other reacted to Xclay for a topic
Maybe "taxi/Uber seductions" should be a new post! For what it's worth, here are my tactics... Is the driver parked and waiting near a sauna? Then I'm tempted to say based on my experiences in Prague, Salvador, and SP, it's a sure thing that they want to be seduced. 🟢 Sit in the front seat. If the driver is not eager for you to do that, then he is probably not going to be too open.🟥 And my approach depends on physical contact. A little small talk is OK. But I don't like to get them thinking (potentially feeling guilty) about their wife and kids. After where are they from (Você é daqui?) or how long in town (Quantos anos aqui?), I prefer the topic of Brazilian football (Você gosta de futebol?). While talking about football (favorite team, etc.), I put my hand on their leg for just a half-second longer than a quick tap. This step is pivotal. If he move his leg away from you and lowers his arm to block access: 🟥 Forget it. If he moves his right arm higher and keeps his leg accessible (or even opens it wider): 🟢 Green light. So, return your hand to his leg (a solid confident placement not a scared light touch) and ask if he plays football. Squeeze his leg and praise is strength and power. 💪 Now leave your hand to slowly massage his muscular leg. Unless he pulls away, proceed slowly upward. Conversation stops. Soon you will find him rock hard. Enjoy. I only do this once every year or two when I am attracted to the driver, feel the right vibes, and am not exhausted from the sauna, but my success rate is 100%.2 points -

Tomtravel's comment certainly accords with my experience. P's life as a farmer and mine as a retired man whose interests in London are cultural and political have plenty enough in common to make our three annual meetings more than successful. I would not wish him to lose his farm , not to mention his contacts with family, his four dogs and his Buddhist life-style; nor would I welcome living in such an isolated environment. A third of the year together works fine for us.2 points -

I have never had anything stolen in my many offs in Thailand either, though I try not to tempt fate. I use the room safe and seldom have overnights anyway - mostly because I find it hard to fall asleep with a stranger in my bed. In the 1990s, I did have a watch stolen by a Filipino boy. I was sure I left the watch (worth maybe $100) on the bedside table, but it was gone when I looked 5 minutes after he left. In those days, even very ordinary watches had flea market resale value. I doubt if that's the case now. @JZenLyfe there is map of the area that Vinapu described at Map of Silom-Surawong area, December 2023.2 points -
Finding a real boyfriend
floridarob reacted to caeron for a topic
I think a far better course than hoping to find a moneyboy boyfriend is to engage with people. Volunteer. Join groups. Talk to people. This can lead to friendships which help us feel connected to the world around us. Not that having a MB boyfriend is a bad thing, just that pretty much all of the time they are with you because you're paying. They may grow to like you over time, but the odds of that turning into genuine love is small. It is far easier to develop genuine love for a friend. You can always find a MB for sex. I sought my true love in my 20s. It took me a while to realize that the things I wanted were near impossible to find all in one person. My best friend is an ace woman, so we got married. We're super happy as best friends, and I get MBs to scratch that itch. There are lots of ways to connect to the people around you. Explore them. I think the idea of the 'one true love' fucks up a lot of people's ability to see the love that is right in front of them.1 point -

Campo Grande
Latbear4blk reacted to Xclay for a topic
Campo Grande is a surprisingly upscale city of nearly one million people. It has wide boulevards with handsomely landscaped medians, numerous large parks, and an extraordinary aquarium. I am visiting Campo Grande for three days in between seeing the jaguars in north Pantanel (a few hours from Cuiabá where I did not overnight) and going south to Bonito to see the macaws, giant anteaters, grottos, and drift snorkeling in crystal-clear waters. In Campo Grande, I found two saunas and went to both last night: Sauna Espaço Relax and Sauna Titan. Both have nice, clean two-story facilities. Titan is a little larger, but Relax has a pool. Last night neither place had GPs. However, Relax had a handsome, full-service masseur (R$120+100tip). Relax had only two customers, but one was a thirty-something, fit sub btm eager to be used. Both the masseur and the sub were fun. Sauna Titan had about 16-18 customers, about half were early 30s and half were 45+ and on the heavy side. No sign of the Afro-Brazilian gene pool could be seen. I was spent from Relax, but I did play with one beefy 30ish guy who needed his pecs worked over while he jacked. Outside of Sao Paulo, Campo Grande has probably the largest proportion of descendants of the many Japanese immigrants who came to Brazil a century ago. A couple of them were at Titan. Apparently, Bonito has no sauna with or without GPs, but if you have any tips, please share!1 point -
Those Democrat "insiders" appear to have been lying all along by insisting that Biden was as sharp as a tack. Today the true situation was on full display. Staring blankly at the camera with his mouth open just made him look old and lost. By comparison, Trump appeared full of life and invigorated. If Biden is this bumbling and incoherent now, what will be be like in 4 years time? The fact that Trump lied his way through the debate and refused to answer questions put to him multiple times has been completely overshadowed by Biden's poor performance. They will have to find a new candidate.1 point

Be careful with Freelancers, could be good, could end up with drama/problems. Is why I like Tarntawan holding their ID's, less of a chance of wondering where your phone is later. Also, if you're a drinker, DJ doesn't use original alcohol, you WILL feel it later or the next day, beers...make sure they open in front of you. Since I've adopted my Gremlins practice of not being out after midnight, in most countries.....zero problems, one of the few benefits of getting older, Wonder how I did it for so many years and now don't miss it at all 🤔1 point -
Vinapu has you well informed with his advice and you're in the right area with the hotel. We share the twink preference so i'll just give my opinion on where i put my order Gogos Freshboys - always a selection worth checking Dreamboys - very close second, some would put first Banana - hit or miss for me but usually someone there worth going for I haven't been to Good Boy and some of the others, but do provide a report if you go Massage I start my stroll from Patpong along Surawong Rd and then down Than Tawan, always works ok. The couple of shops on Surawong usually seem to have more twinks, but i haven't been back since December. Clubs DJ Station usually has some freelancers or free to play guys, especially fri and sat Bars down Soi 4 (same soi as banana), sometimes you'll find freelancers or free to play Grindr and the apps are usually just as busy as Vietnam. Tips vary from boy to boy and venue to venue, I usually just ask and then give them a bit more on top if i want to see them again.1 point

Day 9, last one. All good things come to an end. After O left I tidied myself , packed whatever meager possession I had with me plus soap and coffee I always take home from Thailand. At 8 we had last breakfast with bkkmfj who decided to stay few more days in Bangkok. It seems he did not waste that time and got acquainted with certain Cambodian. My flight was at 12.30 and there are a lot of good things I can say about daytime flights , no matter how long. In airport it was breeze again, in 20 minutes I was already past of all procedures ready to board. 12 hours and 2 books later I was back in Amsterdam and at midnight I landed at my destination. It was only 8 days in Thailand but thinking back - it was one hell of time and certainly seemed much longer. On the day of departure , events from Pattaya , just week before seemed like very distant memory. That is advantage of being busy on vacations. When bkkmfj expressed an idea of going with me to Bangkok I was happy wsith idea but since we never spent more than few hours over drinks and bar hopping together, I had one hope – he will not turn out to be one of those people we all met on our travels - one of type which when asked ‘ so what do you want to do after lunch ?’ answer ‘ doesn’t matter” and when you say “ ok , then lets go to Golden Mount “ they immediately counter “ why not to Grand Palace?” By grace of God , we did not have any such exchanges. In fact he adhered very well to mantra I always use when travel with company – ‘ we travel together but everybody is on his own vacation” so if we need to split for hour , half or even whole day there’s no drama. Things worked very well, thank you bkkmfj. Sorry for all that hotel hoping but I’m gladly adding both Heaven’s Boutique and De Arni to my roster of places to be considered. I knew this before but this trip enforced old wisdom that it’s better not to built a trip around boys we expect or hope to see, 4 guys in Pattaya gone for good or temporarily. Two at Jupiter- the same, on eat Banana- added to the list od MIAs. And that is only first's 3 day harvest. Lesson learned and in future it will be whoever life will push my way. Dreams are good but reality even better I’m glad Senso returned back to my schedule and both guys from there compensated for those few which were missing somewhere else. There may be those who area longing to days of old when bars were full, boys dancing almost naked and drinks half price but I’m happy to report that Thailand continues to be mine of fun and digging it it’s very east and still affordable. All we need is money , nothing new here an desire to look for fun, that proverbial half full part of glass.1 point

Guys - A (many, many attractive twinks and twunks) Good Boy (formerly Screwboys) Show - B (campy show, can be rather fun with right crowd) Guys - B (many twinks and twunks but Freshboys are more attractive) Hot Male Show - B (decent show put up by the guys themselves) Guys - B (few guys) Jupiter Show - B (polished and professional, entertaining singers) Guys - B (handsome twunks and hunks but difficult to approach) Moonlight Show - B (professional, recently added coyote dancing on weekend nights) Guys - A (many handsome guys - not the models but the normal guys) The One (formerly Tawan) Show - B (a lot of waiting in between performances) Guys - B (I find some of the smaller sized hunks attractive but too few. Most are big sized bodybuilder types) Just my personal opinion. Hope no one gets offended. To be fair, I didn't attend the full shows for The One, Banana Bar and Hot Male. I was there for only one show each. But for the other bars, I stayed for 2 shows each during the nights I visited.1 point

A in his bar days liked to mentor younger guys and help them to establish foot in the trade. Once in the bar when drinking with him , after securing he will go with me, A noticed that I look longingly at Y whom I know only from seeing him on the stage at now gone New Twilight bar. So he thoughtfully suggested that he will talk to him and if Y agrees I can take home both of them. It worked marvelously although no, they did not interact with each other but that was disclaimed in the beginning so we knew what we are playing. As for selection , yes, it's fruit of prior trips. It pays to keep some guys loyal, smile here , tip there and invitation to a meal before or after the deed, all keeps business on little bit of personalized level. Advantage of Long Time is that there's always time to get more personal with guys , not in carnal but social sense. And yes, upping agreed tip by 1-2 hundreds enhances goodwill while refusing taxi money when tipped well already, reminds them that I know the game. It helps to have friends in high places. A was actually introduced to me by one of our members. Y in change was introduced by me to another member who in change lead to to few other precious finds even going into pain of introducing guy to me in person to make sure he will play along.1 point

My smile was even wider because I saw that Leo, my guy from two days before was free so we climbed stairs to the same room we were in last time. As it often happens second time was even more rewarding then first as we knew bit about ourselves already. May be massage part was bit shorter , but second part bit longer so it levelled itself off. Certainly he was my best discovery this trip. Good English was a bonus and we talked a lot. So Senso definitely is back in my good books. For good while it was my best massage shop in Bangkok. Today I finally made decision of that 10000 a night offer I was contemplating for last few days and decided not to pursue it. Fiscal discipline and stuff. I contacted Y and he promised to show up at 9 so I knew another great meet up is in the cards. Bkkmfj and me decided to try A’s restaurant again. Now we had a picture so there was no fear we may miss it and off for dinner we went. Restaurant is small, 4 tables only and for such small place has impressive list of dishes. A was not there but since I announced our arrival by Line staff already told us he will be there soon. And indeed he showed up. Did not lose anything from his impressive musculature but what we noticed on the pics we took was something looking like wedding ring on his finger. So it looks like that restaurant may be mean of him settling down being chained to some girl ( I guess girl since he always boasted about how straight he is). We spent quite a while there, I promised to visit every time I ‘ll be in Bangkok and who knows , perhaps he still will be available to go with some of his loyal patron from the past I hopefully thought to myself. Y lined at 9 pm on the dot he is already downstairs so I went to pick him up, before everything I gave him 500 for off fee he paid to the bar already and another paradisiac session started. Among his many advantages is fact that I’d like to be with him even if for some reason he would stay fully dressed throughout. Fortunately we never managed to climb such heights of perversion but I’m saying , just in case. There is something in him I like very a lot ! Since he is shackled with girl and must be home at certain time apparently because she like s to dine with him that late/ early he left at 3 am. To make sure he will be home there was phone at about 2.40 but al that was explained earlier and expected so no drama. Energized I decided to do late night survey of the area just curious if that late one still can get lucky. Thainya and soi 4 were deserted although I saw some people still entering completely darkened Banana Club, in Patpong 2 I met two HotMale Beer bar waiters including famous Alex going home after end of their shift, few people were eating in Foodland but nobody of interest and in soi6 in front of one shop there were 2 cute boys who offered massage but I felt I had enough of day today and I politely declined claiming I’m shy and tired. And this is how day 7 was over1 point

Opinions on Salvador ? + Travelling to Brazil discreetly

i've never been able to hook up with a taxi driver or Uber driver. It might be exciting, but no, I'm not the type who gets hit on. that used to bother me, but now it doesn't. I'm the one who chooses who I want to be with. I think I'll stick to São Paulo and Rio. It's not that I'm tired of them; quite the opposite, I can't wait to go back. there so much I can do and discover there.I wish I could go every three months, lol, but I can't. I have a bunch of responsibilities here in my city.1 point -
Dreamboys is busy every night with customers from those who go just to watch the show and those who go to drink whisky seated in private sofas. While not fully filled to capacity, there is always a steady inflow of customers throughout the night. About 30 to 40 guys working at 9pm. By midnight, only half the guys are standing on stage because some got offs while most were drinking with big spenders. In terms of selection, Dreamboys seems to have every type for everyone. Some handsome twinks. Some well-proportioned hunks (but obviously not to Tawan standard). Also some veterans and old-timers who rarely get offs but are there to perform at shows. Show is mixture of ladyboy and big cock performances. My favourite show in all the bars because of the coyote dancing which starts the first show 10.30pm and the third show after midnight. I went 4 times and always enjoyed the coyote dancing, often tipping my favourites! One of the things I enjoy at Dreamboys is watching the guys going down to meet customers who called them. They always have wide friendly smiles. When I am seated at the side, I have a good view of everything happening. And the bar is not dark like in Freshboys where you can hardly see anything. Here at Dreamboys, you can see customers interacting with the guys, finding out more about each other and doing negotiations, sometimes using their handphones to translate. It was however unfortunate for me to see some customers behaving grotesquely. I saw a farang standing up close to the guys on stage with mamasan and pointing and "interviewing" them for a good 5 minutes. Not classy at all! In my opinion, mamasan should have called them down to the customer instead of allowing such a public display for everyone to see. I also witnessed a ridiculous Chinese customer walking up to the stage to a guy and he grabbed the guy's dick and felt the goods before telling him to go and sit with him! Because I was at Dreamboys so often, I remember the guys and notice how certain guys are buddies and are always together. There's a pair of tall guys whom I see always standing next to each other on stage. During the show, they come off the stage and sit together. I saw them while I was having dinner at Foodland at 7 plus before they report to work on subsequent days. I saw them twice and once, I was at next table. If not for the fact that I was with my guy, I would have sat and chatted with them and maybe even paid for their meal! I also saw from afar one particular guy who works at Jupiter who came into Dreamboys with his Asian looking customer on two nights. They sat at private sofa and had whisky. Mamasans and some Dreamboys guys would join them and drink together. The customer (who wears flowery beach shirt and long shorts and with gold accessories) is Jupiter guy's regular customer so when he comes to Bangkok, Jupiter guy will be away from his own bar to accompany him. This time round, customer was in town for 4 nights. I thought the customer was from China but I found out later that he was Vietnamese. Jupiter guy is popular and has many regular Asian customers who off him because he holds his drink well and he speaks Chinese well. Even though he works at Jupiter, he seldom appears there because he is always with regular customers! I did have one opportunity to meet him at Jupiter to drink and chat with him for a while. He is my regular guy's best friend and we talk and tease each other. Back to Dreamboys. I would say this bar looks to be the best bar in Bangkok in my opinion. It is well-run and its show has something for everyone. Size and layout of venue is also conducive. Seeing the constant stream of customers as well as the number of big spenders at private sofas (there was even one birthday celebration on one of the nights I was there), it might be even more profitable than Jupiter and Moonlight!1 point

8 baht regular, more if air conditioned. Buses are easy to use once one get grasp of the system. One of pleasures of travelling is just to hop on one and see where it takes us1 point

Hotmale had about 12 to 15 guys. Similar small set-up as Banana Bar. But all shows are performed by the Hotmale guys themselves. Few customers on a Friday night. Forum member who went with me on a Friday night multiple bar visit finally found his guy from Hotmale - someone he was already familiar with. Personally, I rarely visit Hotmale because I am already smitten by Hotmale Beer Bar waiters downstairs. 😛 Good Boy's change of name from Screwboys is not the only change. The guys have stopped wearing basketball singlet and shorts. They are wearing white boxers briefs and trunks and showing their chests. In terms of show, it remains the same. Lots of diva ladyboys singing but the audience loves them, especially a group of 4 drunk Taiwanese customers seated at the back one particular night. They were singing along enthusiastically and waving the lights in their handphones as if they were attending a concert. Many guys at Good Boy - 30 to 40 all packed into the tiny bar. I was there for 3 nights and went away with 2 different offs on 2 nights - one Vietnamese and one Laos.1 point

Day 4 continued It was darkening when we decided to go to soi 4 for dinner in G'Bangkok where I was greeted cordially by the owner and across that street by veteran barker at Banana , short guy with hat hiding his balding hairline. Then to Foodland where we met reader who landed yesterday and spent good 2 hours trading news. Expecting guest tonight I bought some beers and took them to hotel. For tonight we scheduled Moonlight and going there we took walk by still then closed Tawan. There were at least 6-7 their boys on the corner , no doubt hoping for some hiring. In Moonlight we were greeted enthusiastically, they same way bank employees are greeting newest ATM to be installed. Wais and handshakes from few mamasans, smiles from several boys on the scene and in audience. I noticed few very attractive new faces or rather bodies, # 10 and #19 particularly standing out , so of course treated them with red notes placed strategically by way of patented ‘vinapu tuck‘. It was very pleasant atmosphere is sharp contrast with smile less Jupiter last night. One of mamasans whose hobby is leeching to me every time I visit knew that I like Y there and told me that unfortunately he is not working today before I even managed to ask. But for tonight it was not Y in the cards. My forum friend who was there in Songkran time wholeheartedly recommended certain N, new acquisition and world champion kisser. I got the number and picture in my phone and soon after we sat down he showed on the stage. And smiled at me like he knew already. I wasted no time to motion him to sit beside , offered drink and it did not take long before I got a kiss planted on me as to make sure I picked up the right specimen. I’m eternally grateful to my friend for that recommendation as based on looks only I could overlook such gem since he is handsome twink, not handsome hunk of my preferred type. Of course few minutes after N sat beside who showed in audience ? Of course Y with broad smile seeing me. I motioned him to collect his red note and whispered to check his Line as I’m planning to see him in near future but not today. We watched the show and around midnight we went to UNESCO where reader was dining with his friend so we joined their table for our meal. N was smiling at me constantly so no denying I was looking for concluding that meal fast. And off we went. In the room , when I suggested we can join those beds for more space he protested right away and said the one is big enough for us . Let me tell you , he was right. What a sweet and yet very energetic man !!! It took us till 10.30 am to move from horizontal to vertical and of course we missed hotel breakfast so after sprucing up, we went for breakfast again to Foodland concluding that way day 4 and half mark of my trip at the same stroke.1 point

Vinapu's Boot Camp - short trip of may 2024

Whereas I'm not a long time type, I like to sleep alone with both eyes closed....so I don't get the paying for someone to sleep, but if someone I trust and lives far from my hotel asks to stay, I tell them, don't worry, I won't charge you 1/2 of the hotel room......usually where we're staying is better than where they live, as they've told me many times. Colombia has proven very fun and great sex, good restaurants...no off fees, overpriced drinks....did I mention great sex, and cheap flights from Mexico. Guys charge from 100k-150k COP which is like 1000-1300 THB mostly, there's a few that charge/ask for 250k COP = 2200THB but they are model types or onlyfan guys. Another thing I noticed is Vinapu and friends do quite a bit or marching 😛1 point -
I don't know how it is in other countries but in Mexico when I asked it was about 3 times of ST fee. Also spoon once remarked that LT in extremely good value in Thailand compared to Malaysia. Days of 3000 LT, in Bangkok bars at least, may be slowly coming to an end but still LT remains very good value. And believe me , that 10000 while shocking in terms of number of zeros seemed in line with what guy in question had to offer. I was not shocked, only inclined to stick to my self imposed limit of half of that price. Glad I did but still not 100% sure.\ I have personal story of missed opportunity which haunts me for 30 years. While on Easter Island I saw beautiful carving and price quoted seemed for me prohibitive at that time so I gave up. After thinking it over, I decided to splurge and returned to the store to be greeted by seller with annunciation it was sold 2 hrs ago. I did not notice that saving thus obtained helped me much in life and now usually if I like something or somebody I go for it.1 point

Looking for Gay Groups/Clubs in Pattaya
xuk reacted to bkkmfj2648 for a topic
JD100 and I have already met several times. JD wrote in this forum back in December/January that he was moving from Argentina to Pattaya and solicited to meet other expats. I responded to that request. I have introduced JD to the bar that I hang out the most in at the Jomtien Supertown Complex and he seems to like it. I also took JD to see the M2M show and we had a great time. I also asked JD to accompany me at the Pattaya Community Pride event that took place on 8 June 2024. Unfortunately, in this area of making friends with the local expat community - I was not successful and I actually gave up last year. I now have more than enough Thai friends to keep me busy and I am happy with that outcome. My experience with the local expat community is that they are very reserved and guarded and ironically I see that I have become that way as well with other expats - except for JD 😘 I cannot explain this phenomena. I note that in the heterosexual community that Pattaya is very good at getting that community organized with ""welcome to Pattaya" events that are held weekly so that the new heterosexuals can meet each other and integrate into the larger Pattaya heterosexual community. I see that in the Pattaya gay world that this is non-existent. I do not know if it has always been this way and I do not know why it is like this? Anyone know ?1 point
