  1. Like @floridarob, I started paying for sex when I was very young, in my early 20s, even when I was having tons of sex for free with very attractive guys. I wanted the guys, and they would only go with me for money, so I paid them. These guys were street hustlers. The myth of paid sex being for unattractive men who would not have intercourse otherwise is, as I said, just a myth.

    Manila adventures!

I (51yo Australian) have been in Manila since Friday night and once again I have found that all my hook-up research and planning before arriving was just not necessary. I looked up massage spas like Greenappleboys and Redappleboys and booked two of the Redappleboys (Karl and Miko) before I arrived. They were beautiful but too young (both 21yo) and unexperienced for this bottom and so in the end that was probably 7000 pesos (3500 each) unnecessarily spent. They both did have beautiful bodies and big hard cocks though that were a delight to suck on... When I opened my Grindr looking for tops I was flooded with messages and any top guys I messaged returned pretty nearly a 100% success rate, even meeting two guys in the same hotel. Only two other guys involved money. A 28yo guy across the street messaged me late one night asking if I wanted a massage and suck him for 2000 pesos so I said yes and then the next night he came back with his cute as a button 23yo friend who he fucked while I watched and sucked off as he rode the older guy... I gave them a nice tip. All other guys were free sex from Grindr and Scruff. Grindr is as buggy as hell at the moment so some have also connected with me through Telegram. I have had 17 sessions of sucking and sucking and getting fucked so far, 4 paid and the rest free. And i think the rest of the week I am here will be repeats because I've met some really beautiful guys that I want to see again. Only one guy was uncut and the rest cut. The uncut guy is one of the most beautiful guys - a 32yo guy from Cavite. Other than the two 21yos from Redappleboys, all the others have been 25-40. The after sex laying, touching and chatting is far more common and far longer than anything I had in Bangkok last year. As strange as it may seem, i don't think I could have learned so much about Filipino people and culture if I was just doing the tourist thing. The fact that so many Filipinos speak really good English helps too. I am staying in the Holiday Inn and Suites at Makati which is nice but the it is both a blessing and a pain to have security at the entrance checking everyone entering and leaving and I get awkward smiles from the guards already because of seeing me bring different guys in with me. I usually meet guys somewhere outside the building or in Glorietta Mall and then walk in with them and then the security doesn't ask them for ID. I have to escort them out through the door again after we finish our fun following their detaining of one guy I met because he couldn't tell them my fullname and room number and the poor guy couldn't get through to me for 10 minutes or so during one of Grindr's bug attacks... The security are very proactive. So my advice for any hotel guests doing what I've been doing... Bring your hookup in with you and then take them back out again! I was also interested in the cruising culture in Manila and research a lot of cruising areas, but the ones I have found so far have too many people around, there are cleaners practically living in all of the toilets around Makati which makes hooking up impossible and I've been too busy to look further afield at the cruisy parks and cinemas that are supposedly here. I have been told the Isetan Cinema at Recto is very cruisy, practically a sex on premises place, and I am hoping to check it out before I leave. I am super impressed with Manila so far and though I had planned to return to Bangkok for my next escape in December, I am thinking of coming back here again. I have managed to see the sites around Manila and I'm going to Tagaytay tomorrow so I'm not spending every hour on my knees or all fours! But when I am on my knees or all fours, this place is giving me some of the hottest experiences of my life... I hope this post helps others... I definitely recommend the Philippines! 3. From Pattaya Mail By Barry Kenyon Bob and his longtime partner Oh in their favorite restaurant. American Robert (Bob) Pelletier is one of that large group of farang who settled in Pattaya around the beginning of the century. Born in 1939 at the port city of New Bedford, Massachusetts, he spent some years in Fall River, more famous perhaps for the alleged but unproven murders of Lizzie Borden. Bob gained a degree in accountancy – “money is always an interesting subject” – and joined the National Guard before being called up on active duty in the army air corps. He had an early military career to become Assistant Chief of Protocol and resigned in 1963. Bob then settled into a financial career, working for many years as a dealer consultant or chief financial officer for various companies including General Motors. He discovered Thailand in 1997 as a tourist and took up Pattaya residence in 2004. He had already met his permanent Thai partner Oh and they have lived together ever since. “What matters in gay or straight relationships is love, commitment and letting the other person have air to breathe,” says Bob, “and we have our own friends and hobbies.” He adds that, as you get older, you need someone to lift you up literally and figuratively. Retirement years, even in Fun City, can be boring with nothing to do. Bob is a keen bridge player and was one of the 30-plus foreigners arrested for gambling in 2016. “It was a very unfortunate mistake by the authorities and we were never charged or taken to court,” he explains, “but several members were in their nineties and found the several hours of confinement at the police station extremely upsetting as they needed their medicine.” Bob has substantial experience of condominium affairs as a member, and twice chairman, of the management committee. “It’s interesting voluntary work and I dealt mostly with executive affairs as the day to day running is the responsibility of a management company,” he recalls. Bob still sits on the committee and, whilst we were talking, two tenants came to tell him about a water leak and a noisy neighbor. Bob is a good listener and certainly needs to be. Most years Bob returns to America for a month or so to visit his extended family. I asked him what he finds attractive about living in Pattaya. “The hospital system here is good, quality restaurants are plentiful and the locals are mostly friendly and good natured.” But he adds that the best places to live tend to deteriorate over time. “Pattaya was green and clean when I arrived here, but the traffic chaos and the urban sprawl are obviously negative factors these days. But you learn to live with it all.” And the gay scene? “Sure, that’s changed a lot too. When I first arrived, all the action was in gay bars and issues like same sex marriage were never mentioned. Even holding a gay pride rally was controversial to some people. These days, gay life is open and sexual orientation is becoming an irrelevance in Thailand which is an excellent development.” Bob concludes, “Even in your eighties you can be out and proud.”

What some of us might feel we witnessed a great show, others might think it was lackluster. Much depends on what we individually wish to see on stage. ”Good” and “bad” are too subjective. I’d be more attentive to the description of performers and types of acts in the show.

  5. From Pattaya Mail By Barry Kenyon The answer is a resounding yes, but on Thailand’s terms. Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin has championed the “new generation” of longstay visas such as the Long Term Residence, the revamped Elite, the as-yet cloudy Destination Thailand Visa and – for those working legally – income tax concessions and specialist visas such as the four-year Smart. Together with the improvements for short stay tourists (well over 90 percent of all new arrivals will shortly get 60 days visa-exempt on entry) the reforms are imaginative if sometimes confusing to the general reader. Updated information about them comes variously from the Cabinet or the Tourist Association of Thailand or the Board of Investment or the Immigration Bureau. There is no single source for updates or corrections. But many expats are outside of these initiatives as they cannot afford the fees. For example, the Long Term Residence requires retiree foreigners to have an income of US$80,000 a year, or even heavier financial investment, and the five year Elite registration is now US$25,000. As a result most expats, retirees and/or married to Thais for the most part, live here on annually renewable extensions of stay based on an original non-immigrant visa. The annually-renewables are worried about the Thai Revenue’s recent reinterpretation. Section 41 of the tax code, long ignored but now required, means that Thai tax residents (anyone spending more than 180 days in a year here) must obtain a tax identification number and fill in a tax form not later than March 2025 to cover their overseas income transmitted to Thailand in the calendar year 2024. If that income was pre-taxed in the first country which had a double taxation treaty with Thailand, and can be proved by documentation, it is unlikely the cash will be taxed again in Thailand. But the Revenue has not categorically confirmed that commonly-repeated assumption. Not to mention that the detail varies in the 61 countries which have concluded tax agreements with Thailand. What will happen to the annually-renewables if they stick their heads in the sand and hope for the best nobody knows. Maybe nothing, at first, as there are much bigger fish to fry out there. Thailand tends to be a country of strict laws and poor enforcement strategies. It has been suggested that some visa renewals could be linked to registration with the Revenue, but there is no sign of that happening any time soon. It’s worth recording that Thailand is one of around 140 countries which have agreed to share with each other international banking transactions of individuals under the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development which opposes tax havens and money laundering. If you flee to Cambodia or the Philippines as a wannabe tax exile remember they are OECD members too. The notion that your banking is a private and confidential affair which is none of anybody else’s business is rapidly becoming an anachronism. The Revenue in recent days has separately publicized its intent to spread the tax net even further from 2025 by suggesting that tax residents in Thailand should be taxed on income they earn globally, whether transmitted to Thailand or not. This would apparently require a change in the law and is best left alone until further clarified. But, again, most annually renewables don’t own villas in Spain or any other country, salting away the rents in offshore accounts. The best defence remains to prove in documentary style your income wherever it is. Prime Minister Srettha said this week, “Revenue collection is very important and the finance ministry is also considering additional measures to stimulate the economy.” He is eyeing the big fish who have used loopholes in the Thai tax system for decades to avoid paying the Revenue. Annually-renewables are rarely, if ever, big fish in this context. But the problem is that they swim the same river.

  6. Me too. Here are some suggested rules: 1. Be very careful to NOT accept "dynamic conversion". When taking a large amount out at "yellow bank", it cost me almost $50 on the transaction. 2. Use a debit card which does NOT have a "foreign transaction fee". It can cost you at least 3% above the usual 1% conversion fee that Visa/Mastercard take a foreign currency conversion fee. 3. Use a card which will reimburse you for the usurious fees which Thai banks charge on ATM transactions. Charles Schwab's debit card is one. There may be others. 4. If you must pay the Thai bank transaction fee, then take out as much money as you can at one time (up to B30,000 at some banks) since the transaction fee amount is fixed as doesn't depend on the amount withdrawn.

  7. Since these shops largely use freelancers, do you think any part of the shop's charge whether 350 or 550, goes to the boy? I have a suspicion that it may be the other way around - the the boy may have to part with some portion of his tip as "commission" to the shop. I saw a quick transaction recently at OneSpa where a boy passed at least one red note to Barbie. The boy wasn't the one who serviced me so I wouldn't be able to say what the context was. Maybe he had to pay Barbie a commission. An alternative explanation might have been that he had just done an outcall and was passing on to the shop what the customer had paid as the shop fee. All I knew was that money went from boy to Barbie. And that got me wondering....

  8. Price for one hour oil in Saphan Kwai appear to range from 350 to 550 depending on shop. Generally, the shops on the opposite side of road from Big C are in the lowest tier but KK Massage on Suthisan Winitchai rd. Is offering a promotion rate of 250 today only. It is rumored that One Spa is boosting rate to 500 but have not yet confirmed this. I believe K-Man is top at 550.

  9. @12is12... 1) the green/red boys r only out service, or also in-house at some location? As far as I know they are only an out service to house or hotel. I connected with Redappleboys and booked the two guys I met through Telegram, and paid a deposit of 500 pesos using an app called REMITLY for AUD to PHP - all you need is the recipient's name and number to send from REMITLY via GCASH. I connected with Greenappleboys initially through Twitter / X messaging and then via mobile SMS, but i didn't end up booking any guys. 2) what did u mean by "even meeting two guys at the same hotel"? Wasn't that ur hotel... ? Yes, I just meant they were staying in the same hotel as me (Holiday Inn.) Guests can only access the floor on which they are staying, but all guests can access the Roof Deck (RD) from two of the elevators and so I just arranged to meet them on the roof deck and then take them back to my room. 3) M unfamiliar with the phrase "grindr is as buggy as hell". Guess it means prblmtc. Since I dont have tlgrm/X, would that b a prblm? Sorry, that's just my terminology... I have sent messages and received a lot of replies but some hours or even a day later and sometimes piled up messages that seem to come through all at once. I haven't used X to hookup with anyone, although I could have because there are many "masahe", "MT" or "massage therapists" on X displaying their services and you can contact them through X messaging. On Grindr you will also find guys using those same terms and also "not for free" or "not for everyone" or "for hire" or "4hire" or something similar which generally means you pay. I have been quoted anything from 800 to 5000 pesos for sex with such guys all of which include full sex if desired. 4) do u think most tops would b content with just being sucked? M in a non-anal period... Most of the guys I have met have been suck only, so i would say yes. I read not long ago somewhere that getting sucked off almost seems like a fetish among Filo guys and I thought when I read it that it was a curious comment - after all don't most guys like getting sucked (I don't generally)? But being here I can see what they meant by it but I find it difficult to further explain. Some guys really do want to fuck but just make it clear up front that it's suck only. If they want more they will move on to the next guy I guess. 5) since "awkward smiles" by security isnt a prblm for me, I might stay at the same hotel. Instead of seeing them out, isnt it possible to ring down? I don't know about ringing down... I suppose you could if you give your "visitor" your name and room number and they might ring you to make sure they can allow them up to your room. I initially met guys at the elevators on the ground level street entry after they already came through security. They would have to leave their ID with security if they came into the hotel alone... So I later found it easier to meet them in the entrance to Glorietta Mall which is right next door and then walk with them security as though they were an old friend. I just happen to have a few old friends in Manila... As for leaving, I was initially saying farewell at my hotel room door and letting them exit alone, but if they didn't have my full name and room number they were detained by security until they could reach me through Grindr (or whatever app) to get my name and room number. Security would then call me and make sure I was OK before letting them go. One guy I met complained that they made him feel like a terrorist, so after that I started exiting with them and security wouldn't do anything other than give an awkward smile. This hotel has two entrances. There is one at street level and the other from the third (or fourth I am not sure) of Glorietta Mall to the hotel lobby floor. All visitors to the hotel alone must go through the ground floor exit but I used both entrances alternately to bring guys back to limit the awkward smiles somewhat. There are also a lot of hotel porters milling about on the ground floor at the street level. I hope that helps! I have enjoyed my stay in Manila. I went out to dinner with one of my hookups last night, a very cute and well hung and very interesting 32yo mixed Filo-Spanish-Chinese guy, so making a social thing out of it is very possible if that's what you want. I am not into any kind of relationship other than hookup, fuckbuddy and friend and i make that clear if a guy seems to be fishing for a relationship. I paid for the dinner at a really nice restaurant in Glorietta Mall called Bacolod Chicken Inasal and it was only 2000 pesos for the both of us including drinks and dessert (AUD$50) which is very reasonable. I do really like Bangkok, but as other members have commented in other posts, the constant expectation of money in Bangkok does make Manila a refreshing change!

  11. Stick to this plan since you have the ticket....Colombia and Brasil can be a different trip, like you said a bit closer. Not in my experience... Westerners are held on a higher plateau in developing and third world countries......Take those same nationalities, that have made it to or born in the US, they might not think much about skin color or where you're from, unless you're rich.....then in that case everyone is looking for a sugar daddy, lol Brasil: AMAZING sex, fun guys, especially Cariocas (people from Rio)....Food in SP is good, Rio is meh, Rio good touristy stuff, SP big ugly city. Medellin: I've just recently rediscovered here after many years avoiding it....going back for my 3rd time in the last 4 months, finding more love for Venezuelans but Colombians are good too. Great food options, Airbnb & Hotels a little more than others, not by much, guys are a bargain and well worth it. Thailand: Fun AMAZING massage, food, Business class flights, hotels, nightlife, too transactional money sex, not cheap after considering off/drinks/tips, occasionally find good sex, but usually mediocre, guys are nice but too many seem to have a drama story waiting for the sympathetic Farang to throw money at them like an angel, then they buy an iPhone or splurge drink with their friends....not all, but a majority. Philippines: Free scene guys are looking for a husband/bf money guys aren't as cheap as you think.....mixed bag. More expensive than other places in Asia in general. Indonesia: Still the least expensive in my eyes for what you get and most are cut, which is a good change after all these years visiting uncut countries. These are from my personal experiences and some generalizations as I've been traveling for a long time. Scenes change (Cuba) that used to be amazing and now dismal. I'm going back to Cambodia this year, I haven't been for a long time so can't comment much there, although my last time in PP, I was ready to leave and my only time in Vietnam, I was ready to leave after 2 days there. I live in Mexico and have a lot on my doorstep literally or a short flight away....You're in US, but some Mexico flights can be more than a flight to Colombia , but Mexico city, Monterrey are very gay and not so "touristic" Mexico. There is no PERFECT place....and if there was, a lot of us would still go looking for the pot of gold somewhere else, lol

  12. https://www.bangkokpost.com/business/general/2805305/new-overseas-income-rules-proposed If this policy is implemented, living in Thailand could become very unattractive for expats. They are now considering taxing not only income brought into Thailand from abroad but also income earned abroad that is not brought into Thailand. In practical terms, this may be difficult to enforce. However, it is not a positive development, in my opinion.

  23. Be careful in the Philippines (as you should everywhere else). New HIV diagnoses among young people continue to rise at an alarming rate, and many do not commence treatment until they start to experience AIDS related symptoms, so you can’t rely on treatment as prevention as a risk mitigator. Cases of other STIs like Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Hepatitis B & C, and HPV are also very much on the rise with very little routine STI testing being done because it isn’t free. Here is a recent article that might be of interest: https://newsinfo.inquirer.net/1941639/hiv-cases-among-filipinos-continue-to-rise-says-doh/amp

  24. Dear Pantherz, I totally agree with your assessment. I also found this recent iteration of the proposed tax revenue collection ideas as absurd. Back in 2020 and 2021, when I was studying where do I want to retire in 2022, the positive tax climate that Thailand had was a BIG reason as to why I chose Thailand. Now with these new tax proposals - Thailand is becoming less appealing - as being a USA citizen, we already suffer from Citizen Based Taxation - which is already global. So to add Thailand to this list would just be too excessive in my opinion. So, I have started to research possible ideas on how to mitigate this - by finding ways to not be a tax resident in Thailand by dividing my residence between: 4 months in Thailand, 4 months in Da Nang, Vietnam, 4 months in either Penang, Malaysia or in The Philippines - I have not yet been to either so I will work towards exploring these 2 areas before the 2025 tax year. Any other ideas to consider?

  26. Sorry guys - I will not tolerate these comments!! After going to the Sloan Kettering hospital in Manhattan many times during the 1980s and watching your loved friends die in so much pain and agony - often exacerbated by the hostile and caustic AZT, it was too much to bear. This was well documented in the Dallas Buyers Club movie https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dallas_Buyers_Club about all of the less caustic and painful alternatives that were available in Mexico but were blocked in the USA. After losing 50% of my friends to AIDS in the 1980s and early 1990s, I suffered from "survivor's remorse" and I volunteered my body to science under the experimental clinical trials for Vaxgen in 1997, 1998, and 1999 - where for every 6 months we had to be share with the scientists all of our sexual encounters, types of sex, protected or not, etc. and get injected with the Vaxgen vaccine. In the year 2000 after the conclusion of the study, we were told that it was only 17% effective and deemed to be a failure. We were also told if we were in the placebo group or in the non-placebo group - I was in the non-placebo group and I was given a special card to show to the future medical authorities - as I could test false positive for AIDS and I was to show this Vaxgen card so that they would know that it is the result of the vaccine study trials. I was asked to go onto Denver TV to say why did I volunteer my body for this Vaxgen trial and I responded: "After watching so many of my friends die from AIDS in such a painful and violent way with AZT - I just had to do something in the memory of my lost friends....." So, when you JUDGE me because I complain about the insensitivity of Dr. Fauci and the USA blocking the alternative medicines that were available in Mexico at that time, I ask to all of you - what personal sacrifice did you make to help with AIDS research??

@jeremy What time of day were your hookups? I ask because several years ago I was in a hotel (can't remember the name now) where the first two times I brought a boy back (late afternoon, early evening) they weren't a problem, but the 3rd guy whom I tried to bring in close to midnight, they wouldn't let him in. I had a bit of an argument with the security in which they said something about daytime OK, night not OK. I am just wondering whether I was just unlucky in my choice of hotel or it might be a more general policy among Manila hotels.

So i’m back from Sousse tunisian boys - Specially straight boys - are really gorgeous in my opinion Arab men have the highest sex appeal in the world but it’s subjective of course - and among Arab men Tunisians are in my top five. Their strong and Hairy legs make me crasy So i walked the « «main road for finding guys » and sat at the « two places » But didn’t see so «many many guys that parade by » as described by Santiagodc. But i saw lot of old european gays who didn’t seem very enthusiastic. at both places « the guys for services » weren’t my type : too skinny, too effeminate or too young. But on the « corniche » or in the neighbouring streets i met a lot of gay for pay men and actually THEY choose you ( strong gaze and growl). They weren’t among the most handsome men you could meet in the street but more boys next door. in bed, you really feel yourself in the hands of straight macho men. They kiss, know how to suck tits and fuck your ass without delicatess. My body is yet full of hickeys and bruises… that was hummm so delicious. They cum quickly though. my place and appartement for rent I had luck too in the medina with a young man who spoke me in a very directive manner and almost raped me in his grand mother’s ruined khan Forget Matmata i only saw old women there In Chenini, the boys weren’t attractive In conclusion, sex was really hot ( for those who like G4p) and i love the way i have been desired in bed. Men don’t just pretend. they really want to have fun with you. but i’m frustrated not to have been able to put the sexiest in my bed I will go back in Tunisia because among the country i visited it’s the one where my body had the more pleasure.

macaroni21, these are excellent ideas. We need this SO badly also here in Pattaya as soo many of the places are stale and boring - as if to watch the paint dry. There is little imagination for good entertainment and/or experimentation. They just rely on the standard mantra of "falang sit - falang drink" Your list of above ideas creates customer participation in the bar and can allow for you to get up close and personal with the bar staff - a GREAT way to break the ice instead of the standard - what would you like to drink mister with the drink menu shoved into your face For example, at the X-Boys Pattaya go-go bar - during one of the shows where they actually have 1 act where they get a customer to come up onto the page to be sensually / sexually intrigued - the customer was SO good that I stood up during the show and I put 100 baht - using the Vinapu Tuck - into the customers belt. The customer who was up on the stage was very surprised by my gesture, the seated customers in the audience, and also the guys up on the stage - all loved it. Why not - let us also participate in the fun and excitement of the evening.

Too many bars in Thailand rely on an old (gatoey-heavy) formula for entertainment. They also need to rethink the "showtime" model, trying to pull the crowd in at a specific time to watch a tired third-rate "show". Especially for a small bar like The One (Tawan) with a stage no bigger than a single-bed, trying to do a "show" is a challenge. Nor is there any point trying to pull in a "crowd" when there aren't enough seats for a crowd. A rapid turnover of customers/seats all through the evening is better revenue than a crowd at a single time. It is possible to entertain customers with fairly frequent acts throughout the entire evening, but management needs to come up with fresh ideas that do not need much space. Some suggestions I have would be: 1. Every drinks order also gets a lucky draw ticket. When ten or twelve tickets have been issued, a gogo boy comes onto stage dressed in two shirts (one an undershirt), jeans/trousers, two underpants and a condom. Six lucky draw numbers are called in succession. Each lucky customer goes on stage, gets a kiss and a hug from the gogoboy and gets to remove one item of clothing. The sixth lucky guy gets to remove the condom! Then wait for ten or twelve other customers to come in buy a drink and a new round follows. 2. Chair dance. Gogoboy gets onto stage, invites 2 or 3 customers in sequence onto a chair gives each a one-minute personal dance. 3. Juggling act. Maybe in the nude? Customers watch the balls 🤪 4. Bronco ride. Customer invited to ride pillion with a gogoboy on a bronco horse. Customers clutches gogo boy tightly for dear life for 60 seconds. 5. There are some plastic balls that stick when thrown at object. For 100 baht, customers get balls. Throw at underwear'ed gogo boy on stage. Three hits on his underwear from, say, 2 metres away (Strike!) and the underwear is lost. Gogoboy then gives a personal dance to the winning thrower, jiggling his assets in the latter's face. 6. As in midpoint of this video, gogoboy gets hot and sweaty doing a dance in front of a customer in the sitting area (not on stage). Customer gets a cloth to wipe off sweat. Plus many more ideas I am sure members of this board can come up with. All that's needed is for management to be open to new ideas.

  39. A new bar opened yesterday in the Jomtien Complex on the main arm of the complex in part of what was Dolce Vita restaurant, and adjacent to the snicket there that leads towards the Zing Hotel. A young Thai boy boss, Golf pictured below. The map is not mine of course, but Golf annotated it for me to show where his new bar is located. New Boss, the young 'Golf'; a lovely lad who used to work in JoJo Bar. I got to know him quite well on my last holiday and I wish him every success! 😍

  41. I started paying when I was 18 or 19. Cruising the block around the Greyhound station, was less complicated and got what I wanted. I used to go to gay bars too, but I was usually one of the youngest ones there, early 80's, most young people weren't out yet. Reciprocation wasn't my thing then nor now, I used to walk the block looking for what was available and cars would stop trying to pick me up all the time. Also when I used to go to Cats, Trix or Stellas in NYC, same thing...I had to tell people "I'm shopping not selling!". I was pretty hot back then and never realized it..... I remember like it was yesterday the very first time, every detail. I had the class president from a local high school and twin Puerto Rican brothers that used to work the block....fun but dangerous times, I wasn't into anal back then, luckily, so many died of AIDS, sad.

  43. Will only comment on Bangkok. if anything, Thailand—and Bangkok in particular—is renowned for its massage industry. That’s not to say he it doesn’t have a noteworthy sauna scene but it’s a distant second attraction. If you have a fairly good body, you’ll probably have rewarding experience at the at the top saunas where the younger crowds gather. Otherwise, places like 39 Underground and Heaven saunas might be better choices. Massage shops on the other hand accommodate all comers. It would be a mistake IMO not to liberally sample the offerings.

    Mexico city metro

I have been to Mexico City many times and ridden the Metro as well. Never seen this nor sought it out--but locals insist it's true. Usually on the last car on the train and only certain lines. i wish I could give you more info. Mexico City is great and so huge that probably everything imaginable has happened at one time or another. I still remember arriving at the height of rush hour one time and a large group of feminists were protesting topless at a fountain on one of the major streets.

  46. From Pattaya Mail By Barry Kenyon The extension of visa-free travel to 93 countries, including all those which are major players in tourism to Thailand, means that the overwhelming majority of foreign holidaymakers can obtain 60 days just by turning up. Nationals of those countries still needing a prior visa – for example Haiti, Pakistan, the Central African Republic, El Salvador, North Korea – send few vacationers in any case. The mammoth question for the 93 countries is now extensions and repeat performances. In other words, can these tourists extend their 60 days for another month at local immigration and can they do a border hop to start all over again? Nobody can confirm either possibility and a phone call to 1178, the immigration hotline, brought no clarification. That’s not surprising as the new visa rules for visitors were introduced by the foreign affairs ministry, whilst internal extensions are the responsibility of the immigration bureau, a totally separate and fiercely independent government bureaucracy. The new Destination Thailand Visa (DTV), so far, is incomplete. We know is a multiple entry visa, valid for 5 years and aimed largely at remote workers and digital nomads, for a maximum stay of 180 days with an extension of another 180 days. The cost is 10,000 baht (around US$270) per half-year with a security bond of 500,000 baht available. Some social media contributors have stated this visa can be used only twice in five years, 180+180 days as it were, whilst others have declared you can live in Thailand for the entire five years as an alternative to the Elite visa or the annual extension of stay based on retirement. Neither extreme makes any sense. There is very little news in the new policy for existing expats, apart from a temporary reduction in medical insurance required by some (not all) holders of retirement visas and their subsequent extensions of stay. However, there is an intriguing reference in the ministry of foreign affairs’ news release that the number of non-immigrant visas available will be drastically cut. The detail, once again, is guesswork but could include visas and extensions for retirees, foreigners married to Thais, work permit holders and international students being updated. Will the well-known difference between the 800,000 baht requirement for retiree visas and the 400,000 baht for married foreigners survive? Not mentioned in the DTV news release, is the awesome elephant in the room. That’s the requirement, already stated by the Thai Revenue authorities, for all foreign tax residents to register by early next year for possible personal income tax on overseas income. A tax resident spends more than six months in Thailand in the calendar year. If the Thai government is serious about encouraging expat numbers in Thailand, it should issue an unambiguous statement that foreign income or pensions already taxed will in the home country will not be subject to further inquiry in Thailand. The sense of relief would be audible from the Myanmar border to the southern islands beyond Phuket. But don’t hold your breath.

  50. Dear USA travelers, please don’t screw up the local market by overpaying for those special services we all like so much! Yes, I’m addressing you guys, because you turn out to be the most oblivious when it comes to recognizing when you are getting ripped off. I’ve seen it all over the globe. Hell, I’ve met boys who joked about it when we were talking rates: ‘oh sorry, I thought you were American. No worry, this is my normal rate’ Been to Santo Domingo few times, never used a middle man. Save your money. Don’t get overcharged. 60-100usd is waaaaay too much imo. Get your guy directly. Grindr. Street. Bar. What ever. Simple rules: - no cédula, no date. Make a photo. Mail it to yourself so you file it in your inbox - make sure that all your important valuables are in a hidden (travel)safe. Only carry a boy-fee and some pocket money - keep your phone with you, or in sight. Take it in the shower also. - listen to your inner gut feeling: too good to be true? Don’t do it. Sketchy guy? Leave it. Feels all right? Go dot it. I had some big dicked muscle studs plowed me passionately with no issues at all. Hell, some of those became regulars. basic rules keep your mind at ease and your surrounding acceptably safe. maybe its that sense middlemen provide super models? Meh, I don’t know about that. enjoy!
