Shooting in Siam Paragon

That question already has been answered in the media. He actually bought it legally. He bought it online, a gun capable of firing only blanks, like a starter's gun - and it turns out that is perfectly legal. But once he had it, he manged to find someone who was capable of modifying the gun so that it would shoot bullets. If they can track down whoever modified it, that person deserves a very long prison sentence too. That tells me, mental issues or not, he knew exactly what he was doing and planned it long before he actually carried out the shootings. Whether he belongs in prison or in a mental institution is up to the courts, but whatever they decide, I hope it will be for the rest of his life. It is too dangerous to ever turn him loose again. I don't think the death penalty should apply to someone his age, but if it were one of my friends or a member of my family who was killed, I'm not so sure I would feel the same way. Of course he has mental issues. Someone who would do such a thing, even at his age, definitely has serious problems. But two people are now dead because of his problems. Not only does security need to be tightened, but Thailand's gun laws need to be tightened too. People all over Thailand are shocked by this incident. Meanwhile incidents like this happen practically every day in the USA, to the point it is unusual if no such incidents happen on a particular day. At least in Thailand, something like this incident is quite rare.4 points -

Bali and Jakarta, there used to be a gay disco in Jakarta that was fun, but they didn't survive Covid. The apps will keep you busy enough, there's no need to leave your hotel room, lol I'm going to try Surabaya on this trip as well for the first time. Side note, I met someone in Jakarta about 4 yrs ago that was def bf material and he arrived in NYC to study the same day I landed in Bali in Sept.. I'll see him in NYC next week though. I'm sure he'll have no problem finding a bf in NYC, he's cute, smart and dedicated to doing well in life.3 points -

Money boys are like telemarketing salesmen after dozens calls finally one agreed to close a deal , they are trying their luck with all their encounters, However money boys are human beings and sometimes they have genuine troubles and sending little amounts from us is a big help them. I am willing to justify requests for financial support from a boy who had been with me long time and developed more than short time sex but a requests from boys that barely been with us one time for very short time seems to me rude behavior.3 points -

In my opinion the article shows the boy is definitely crazy, but not insane. He knew exactly what he was doing and planned for it. We don't know why he did it, but he did it. Mental issues or not, that's just not enough an excuse. I think he needs to one way or another be locked up and stay locked up for life. ________________________________________________________ 3 arrested for selling blank gun, ammo to teen shooter by Wassayos Ngamkham and Online Reporters October 5, 2023 Three men were separately arrested in Yala and Bangkok for allegedly selling firearms, including a blank gun, and ammunition to a 14-year-old boy who went on a shooting rampage inside Siam Paragon shopping mall in Bangkok on Tuesday afternoon. The incident left two foreign nationals dead and five others wounded. A team of investigators from the Provincial Police Region 9 apprehended two of the three suspects at a house in tambon Sateng of Muang district in Yala at around 1am on Thursday. Suwananhong Phramkhanajarn, 45, and his 22-year-old son Akkharawit Jaithong were wanted on arrest warrants issued by the Bangkok South Criminal Court for colluding in illegal possession of firearms and ammunition and selling firearms and ammunition without permission. Seized from the house were 209 rounds of ammunition for blank guns, 33 metal parts, two bank accounts, nine magazines and other items. The two men were being taken to Bangkok for questioning. The third suspect, Piyabut Pianpithak, 30, was arrested in Bangkok. The arrests came after Pol Lt Gen Thiti Saengsawang, commissioner of the Metropolitan Police Bureau, ordered Yannawa police to gather evidence and seek court approval for issuing warrants against the three individuals involved in the illegal sale of firearms and ammunition. A police investigation found that the 14-year-old boy contacted an online gun seller, expressing his interest in firearms, and they had online conversations. However, the suspect hesitated about obtaining a real gun due to the relatively high price. He then placed an order for 9mm bullets a cost of 1,000 baht and transferred the money for the purchase. A few days later, he rreceived a parcel at his condominium room in Sathon district, which contained real bullets. The teen subsequently ordered a modified blank gun, later used in the deadly shooting at the shopping mall. The investigation also found that the suspect lacked sufficient funds to acquire the blank gun. He then borrowed money through an online money lending application and later transferred 16,000 baht to the seller, who later sent the gun to his condo. During questioning, Mr Suwannahong and Mr Akkharawit denied all charges. A police source said the teenager had transferred the money to Mr Suwannahong’s bank account, and the man later withdrew the funds at an ATM booth at a petrol station in Yala. It was revealed that Mr Akkharawit was running a Facebook page to sell firearms online. The page had been opened for about five months before being shut down around 10.20 pm on the day of the shooting rampage. Mr Piyabut was involved as he sold and sent 9mm bullets to the teenager. Chaos erupted at Siam Paragon on Rama 1 Road in Pathum Wan district close to peak hours on Tuesday, with hundreds fleeing as gunshots rang out. The dead were two women from China and Myanmar. The teenager was arrested late on Tuesday shortly after the shooting spree. Maj Gen Samran Nuanma said the suspect had modified a gun designed for firing blank rounds to enable it to use live ammunition. The boy facing murder and other charges has been remanded to a juvenile detention centre where he will undergo a psychiatric assessment. https://www.bangkokpost.com/thailand/general/2658098/3-arrested-for-selling-blank-gun-ammunition-to-teen-shooter3 points -

Thanks for such an informative post! ☺️ Words and meanings do evolve. I know of a few mates who refer to dinner/supper as "tea". Could be an extension of the high tea you wrote about? Imagine the confusion on this Asian guy's face when invited for tea and was served a full dinner! Many years ago, I was invited to come over for tea. Long story short ,we went straight to the bedroom, got rid of our clothes and was served something else. Perhaps another evolution of the meaning of afternoon tea? 😂3 points

Day 9 After breakfast and bidding my temp boyfriend goodbye, I once again am embracing singleness and ready for my next adventure. But at this point of the trip, I surprisingly found myself clueless with what to do next. It's similar to the feeling of having done a number of trips in the buffet line ---- you're not full yet unsure what to eat next. I decided to give myself a detox and declared a "cock embargo" for today. Started with distracting myself with Netflix and catching up with my series. When I start feeling a bit lethargic, I went down the gym for a bit of a run. By mid-day, the Filipino MB (Jake) I met previously (see Day 5) messaged asking if I'm still around. Turned out he'll fly out in a couple of days and wanting to know if I want to meet up. Banking on my previous positive experience, I agreed but warned him that my current mood and preference is just to go with the flow and walk around aimlessly. With that disclaimer made, we met up in Terminal 21 and eventually found ourselves making our way to Iconsiam. Inside the mall, we chanced upon what looks like an English style tea house - which made me suddenly crave for a proper tea and scone. I dragged Jake who later confessed that it's his first time doing this style of afternoon tea. Armed with this new information, I decided to give him the "full experience" and ordered the high tea set. His face lit up with excitement when the order was served. He took photos of the tiered cakes and savouries selection and asked me if I can take a photo of him with it as well. I was a bit embarrassed but encouraged by his excitement so I went for it and grabbed his mobile. After tea, we walked for a bit and did some minor shopping before finding ourselves back to my apartment. We spent the early part of the evening talking, cuddled up and making out between conversations. Nothing extra spicy happened beyond that. When he mentioned that he haven't been to a male gogo bar before, I took it upon myself to introduce him to that world. After dinner (via grab) we made our way to Dreamboys. In my 7+ years of visiting Thailand, this is the first time that I went to a gogo club with a companion. It was a different experience but I enjoyed it overall. Jake was a bit taken aback with how much I am paying for the drinks and just nursed his "entry bottle" throughout the night. As the night progress, he started being more and more touchy and affectionate. Didn't help that I introduced him as my husband to make the Mamasans leave us alone. He particularly enjoyed the drag performance. I gave him a couple of 100 baht and told him to give it to the performer he likes the most. He hesitated at first but drew the courage to approach the stage to give his tip - and was ecstatic when rewarded by one performer with a peck on the cheek. When the first show of the night ended and the guys are up in the stage, Jake asked me if I have selected who I will be taking home that night. When I said no, he responded saying "good, because you're taking me with you tonight." And consistent with today's theme of going with the flow..... I did.3 points

From The Nation Chiang Mai police on Thursday arrested a Norwegian, 58, for allegedly slashing the throat of his Thai gay lover, 39, at their house in Muang district of Chiang Ma province. Ben Roy Eiek was arrested on charges of murdering of Chalit, who was found with a slit throat at a house in Ban Wang Sing Kham in Tambon Pa Daed at 9pm on Tuesday. When police arrived at the scene, they found Eiek in the house but he denied killing the man, claiming he was suffering from Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) and had no strength to attack his lover. He claimed his lover was killed by an attacker who fled the scene. Police investigators doubted his claims and gathered scientific evidence at the scene and studied feeds from a security camera in the house before they obtained an arrest warrant for Eiek. Police also doubted his claims about suffering from ALS disease as he could not provide any medical proof. The man was taken to the Muang Chiang Mai Police Station for legal action and police would seek a Norwegian interpreter and a volunteer lawyer to assist the man during further interrogations.2 points

even most independent hotels I stay in now have online booking available as well. I just booked a place in Ubon Ratchatani by the Lao border that offered easy online booking. Granted it's a more upscale place so maybe they have to do it for their clientele. But unless you're staying in a very rustic place you should find online booking. There are lots of little chains in Thailand that are not the big internationals as well.2 points

As @Boy69 predicted, the requests for money starting coming in soon after my departure from Pattaya. Not that I blame the boy for trying, but the requests became so incessant that I had to shut him down - no ifs, ands or buts. treat this as part and parcel of the whole experience. If you ignore , chances are next time you see the boy he will be as willing to see you again as if you lavish him with money transfers. If you send some money because YOU WANT and you may , since sometimes small amount for us makes difference for guy on other side don't expect anything in exchange even if he will swear this is just short term loan or next time you see him it will be free for you. Don't count on it although it may happen - few members reported such outcomes. One thing is sure - if you send money , sooner or later , next request will follow. on another hand you may be surprised how grateful boy may be. In beginning of covid debacle I learned about troubles of one Pattaya boy I liked , even if offed him only once and short time at that. So using help of my forum friend I send him exactly 111 $. He sent back to my friend picture of him holding that money, nice gesture confirming he got it and two years later he shocked me when I was passing by in soi 4 , he spotted me , recognized and thanked me for that support. So at least money not wasted thought I.2 points -

From The Nation Tough new policy will not allow public to own even BB guns Deputy Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul announced a strong gun policy on Thursday, saying that only officials would be authorised to possess firearms, and the public would not be allowed to own them – not even imitation weapons like BB guns. The deputy premier on Thursday presided over a meeting to review the laws governing gun ownership in Thailand, following the deadly shooting in Bangkok on Tuesday that took the lives of two foreigners and left five others injured. Several senior officials, including the director-general of the Department of Provincial Administration Attasit Samphanrat, attended the meeting. Anutin, who is also the Interior Minister, said that he had decided to entrust Attasit with looking into the rules on the use of firearms and other weapons and reporting back to him to determine which ones needed to be revised. He said he would not allow ordinary people to get a permit to own a firearm, not even imitation ones like BB guns or blank guns, as they were dangerous and needed to be regulated, “Only officials would be permitted [to possess firearms],” he said. The 14-year-old shooter reportedly used a modified blank pistol. Police investigation revealed that the teen also owned other types of weapons, like an M-16 gun and ammo. Anutin noted that anyone under the age of 18 should not be allowed to participate in shooting activities. Anyone using a gun at a shooting camp would have to leave the gun there. No one would be allowed to carry weapons outside the camp, he said.2 points -

Pretty much something like this:https://youtube.com/shorts/LxXmutu0_Ig?feature=share Not sure if you meant places where you can actually transact a meeting outside the club with the go-go boys. This shooting in a public place comes almost a year to the day after a madman massacred 36 mostly children in a day care centre in Nong Bua Lamphu Province. In 2020 a former soldier went on a rampage gunning down 29 people in a spree that ended in a shopping mall in Nakhon Ratchasima. Perhaps "rare" compared to the plague in the US, but as this chart from wikipedia shows, there have been quite a few in Thailand of which most of us have not been aware - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_massacres_in_Thailand Whenever we hear about this sort of senseless killing, lawmakers in the USA - and perhaps in Thailand, too, for all I know - target mental health and the need for much more vigilance in finding and treating those who might be in danger of using guns. Many such murderers obviously have psychiatric problems, but this to me is a huge cop out when it is the proliferation of guns that is the root cause of the problem. How does any law enforcement agency identify a young person intent on murder? How do parents monitor their teenage children's activities on the internet? How many parents are bothered even to think about doing that? Even if they were aware that their child was harbouring 'dark thoughts', would they report that child? After all, it could indicate that as parents they have not brought their child up properly? How many school children think about contemporarites who are loners or who betray anti-social traits? And so the questions go on - and the killings never stop.2 points

"The men were models. They were seeking work as models." Maybe. They were paid for sex work. How much they may have been mislead or not is an unanswered question, and I suspect given the time that has past cannot be answered. _IF_ they were misled, that is a shitty thing to do. If they now regret doing it, or just want more money for having done it and want to extort the one who hired them, that is also a shitty thing to do. I don't think any of us can know which of these two it was. Their lawyer is certainly pushing the former to achieve the latter. It isn't hard for me to believe that no promises were made. It is hard for me to believe future benefits might result wasn't implied. Then again, maybe some of these party attendees did end up getting such rewards, just not these particular ones... But, to Omega's point, I recall a conversation in this forum some years ago when I commented very positively about a siamroads.com guide I had in Myanmar. Someone suggested I should have tried to bed him (he was both charming and handsome). I had hired him as a guide without any such agreement. I considered that suggestion highly unethical because as the employer who had contracted for non-sexual services to attempt to now use that position of power to negotiate a "new arrangement" including sex would be an abuse of power to me. I think it can be very easy for some in power to forget that the position of power they hold limits their counter-party's freedom to choose. Saying no may carry implied consequences that those not in the position of power fear enough to make them do things they would never agree to if they were in a position of equal power. When I contract for sexual services, I am very clear about what I am asking for and offering in exchange, as I suspect most all of us here are. (as an aside, I've enjoyed all the siamroads.com guides I've hired for local guide services.)2 points

Merely as an aside, it's interesting that you mention both afernoon tea and high tea - I think meaning the same afternoon snack 'meal'. In fact they are not the same, although in many parts of the world the terms have become virtually interchangeable. Afternoon tea is a quintissentialy British tradition originating in the 19th century by some duchess or countess. It was bascially a set of snacks to fill the gap between a heavy lunch and later cocktails and an equally heavy dinner. The latter would normally start to be served between 8:00 and 9:00 pm but the British aristocracy needed something to keep them going in the interim. In addition to tea, scones with clotted cream and home-made jams were essential, as were delicately cut finger sandwiches (initially with thinly sliced cucumber filling), small savouries and a selection of small individual cakes. Anyone who has seen the 1950s movie of Oscar Wilde's The Importance of Being Earnest cannot help but recall the wonderful actor Dame Edith Evans discussing the cucumber sandwiches which had been prepared for Lady Bracknell's visit but all eaten prior to her arrival by her nephew and host. High tea was very much a meal for the working class. When men returned from a day's work in the factories and mines, work that had probably started around 6:00 am, not surprisingly they were hungry. So "high" tea was invented, this to include tea, thick sandwiches and always one full cooked dish to be served between 5:00 and 6:00 pm. Apart from the confusion of names, chefs nowadays like to put their own imprint on afternoon tea. Some years ago I had a dreadful one at the Dusit Thani hotel that had none of the traditional ingredients. Last month I was invited to afternoon tea at Bangkok's Okura Hotel. Perhaps not surprisingly most of the snack items were Japanese. Invited to the Sukhothai last week, I could not believe that the two scones (i.e. one each) were little more than a mouthful and the accompaniments so small they could not cover even 4 half scones. Ah well! Time marches on and traditions fall by the wayside. Time to return to @CallMeLee's excellent trip report and the much more important cocks and poles. Mention of poles reminds me of the old Bangkok My Way bar where young guys did the most fabulous pole dancing. Sadly no cocks in sight, though.2 points

Well, especially Barrett Pall, who has always been a loud complainer. It's one thing to say "You have a modeling contract for Balenciaga. Go to the photographer's office at 1752 Madison Avenue." Under such circumstances (and with Bruce Weber fondling his men during photoshoots), any sexual activity would be harassment. But someone given $2000 cash to go to a private house while being told this is for a "sexual experience" certainly should know what's going on, and what the money's for. That being said, it should obviously be clear what the intent is if someone is being given cash and a plane ticket to go to a private party in Marrakesh as well. This is obviously not a photoshoot for GQ magazine. Those models who go along with this know damned well that these are not legitimate modeling gigs. I find it unsavory for them to take the money then complain about it years later. No means no, and yes means yes. Once the erotic activity ends, one stops having the ability to withdraw consent. Regrets any time later do not negate consent given at the time of the activity. I remember reading an autobiography by former model John Barrowman. In it, he recalls a story in which Valentino invited him onto his private yacht to discuss "employment opportunities." Early in the voyage, after having given him expensive gifts such as a Rolex watch, Valentino put his hand on Barrowman's shoulder. Barrowman flicked it off, and was let off at the next port. I'm sure JB had a good laugh, as I'm sure he understood why he was being invited on the yacht in the first place.1 point

Agreed. So why not start by tackling the easier part which is some form of gun control? Oh, I know the arguments! Trot out the facts about the fundamental changes in gun control laws brought in by the UK and Australia following the gun massacres in Dunblane and Port Arthur and the consequent major drop in gun deaths. The gun lobby will twist arguments to pooh pooh these! Those against gun control bring up Switzerland which has more guns in private hands that almost any other country outside the USA. What they then fail to mention is that under Switzerland's historic militia system, there is only a small standing army but a large number of conscripts. All are encouraged to keep their service weapons in their homes. In the last 50 years there have been 11 gun related incidents resulting in 2 or more killed. Another argument is that cars kill, so why not ban cars? Well, I can't see a car crashing into Paragon to kill people or one coming up to my eight floor apartment to kill the occupants.1 point -

I cannot say I have been in a similar situation, but I have found myself in one which was difficult and somewhat the same. At the age of 25 I switched jobs and moved to a different city. I loved the new job. It was very different from the one I had left and I had to learn very fast. For a month we had a visiting professional who was almost at the pinnacle of the profession. I knew he was gay and also that he had a long-time partner who was not with him on that visit. He had been accommodated in a serviced apartment rather than a hotel. One day he invited me to join him for dinner. I was gay but not 'out' at the time and so I doubt if he knew I was gay although his gaydar may have been working! He had cooked a very good dinner and we consumed a nice bottle of wine. For me, it was fascinating to learn more about the business from him. I was happy I had gone. After we had tidied the table and placed the dishes in the kitchen, I was surprised and somewhat shocked when he came up to me and put his arms around me. It was obvious what he wanted, but I had zero feelings for him and no intention of having sex with a man twice my age. Fortunately he was not the predator type and on my basically saying "please, no" and "I really have to get home", he got the message and we parted amicably. For the rest of his visit we both acted as though nothing had happened. The difference, I suppose, is that had I slept with the guy I would have gained no immediate advantage in my career. Not that that had entered my mind. I went to learn. Perhaps I was naive and on a different occasion with a more determined man I would have had difficulty getting out of the situation. But this thread has reminded me of a very short relationship I had with a 23 year old Thai around 20 years ago. He was exceedingly intelligent having degrees from 2 UK universities including Oxford. He had applied for a post with a United Nations Agency. I went with him to the interview and just waited in a nearby coffee shop . When he returned, he had a rather amused look on his face. There had been three on the interview panel chaired by a 50-ish westerner. After the interview had gone extremely well, the Chairman asked if they could have a private word outside. Bascially he told my friend that he would almost certainly be offered the job. "And by the way," he added. "I'm top! What are you?" My friend was utterly shocked that an interview Chairman would be so brazen with an interviewee. He did not take the job and instead went to Germany for a post graduate degree in European Union law!1 point -
Photographer Bruce Weber was / has been accused of (and settled regarding) hitting on, fondling and probably sucking off some of the AF and other hot, young male models such as ones for Calvin Klein (who probably sucked them off, first). Some of Weber's advances were not consensual ... others probably resulted in the model consenting / not objecting and then obtaining lucrative modeling contracts because of the excellent photos Weber took.1 point

From the BBC Spain, Portugal and Morocco have been named as the co-hosts, with the opening three matches taking place in Uruguay, Argentina and Paraguay. The opening matches in South America are to mark the World Cup's centenary as it will be 100 years since the inaugural tournament in Montevideo. The decision is set to be ratified at a Fifa congress next year. Fifa also confirmed only bids from countries from the Asian Football Confederation and the Oceania Football Confederation will be considered for the 2034 finals. Following that decision, Saudi Arabia announced it would be bidding to host the tournament in 2034 for the first time. Fifa's decision to host the tournament across multiple continents has drawn criticism, with one supporter's body accusing football's world governing body of engaging in a "cycle of destruction against the greatest tournament on Earth". "[It's] horrendous for supporters, disregards the environment and rolls the red carpet out to a host for 2034 with an appalling human rights record. I visited bars with working boys few times and most behave like Jake but on few cases they abused fact that I'm paying for the drinks and not only gulped few but even asked their bar friends to join without clearing with me. One guy, veteran of quite a few previous offs , in the morning got the harsh lesson - when I gave him his tip, it was 1000 less than normal. When asked why so little ( !!! ) I told him I discounted those bar drinks he gulped last night with his friend. Now we back on good terms but on subsequent trip he did not even approach me when I visited his bar. So in short , watch your boys and them spending your money. Another general comment , not related to day 9 above. When you are taking boy to the bar make sure he actually wants to go. Some boys do, some will go only because they think it makes you happy. So if one senses they are bit apprehensive , don't press the issue. After all what attraction to bar boy is to see other bar boys ? Although some genuinely like shows.1 point

Booking.com Failing To Pay Accommodation Providers
TMax reacted to macaroni21 for a topic
I have used Booking.com quite a fair bit, and I've noticed that many hotels listed there state "Payment handled by property", meaning that the credit card details are only to guarantee the booking, (or sometimes, to pay only for the first night). If a hotel is unhappy about delayed payments from Booking, perhaps they will amend their listing to "Payment handled by property"? Then the money will first flow to the hotel, and it is for them to send the commission onwards to Booking.com. Of course, it may well be that in such a case, the commission that Booking.com charges may be higher than one where the payment is handled by Booking.com itself, so there is a deterrent to hotels handling payments. I have an inkling what the problem at Booking.com is though, I must stress, I am just making an educated guess. It's a very, very common problem, yet one which few people pay attention to. It is this: a large state-of-the art company creates a business ecology that also involves consumers or smaller businesses that are far from state-of-the-art. The large company goes whole hog with IT, with fancy software accompanied by a determined push to reduce headcount (costs). In theory the software mostly works (but sometimes doesn't and there is no one to fix it). In practice, the consumers or business partners find it hard to navigate and fulfill the requirements of the software to get anything done (picture this: a dentist's wife who runs a bed-and-breakfast, struggling with the IT submssions requirements of a major IT company, maybe in a language foreign to her). The reduced headcount at the big company means calls are unanswered and issues left unaddressed. Meanwhile frustration grows among the business partners and consumers... but they can't even get a reply. In my line of work, I have seen this again and again.1 point -

I guess some promise LT afraid if they don't agree they don't get a deal but still I think it's very unfair, specially when I offed guy in the past and he knows what he is up to. Some excuses are outright idiotic - wrong parking of motorsai, perennial " my friend lost a key", need to move or visit in hospital etc. I don't fight with them over that and let them go usually cutting their tip accordingly but next time they try to extract tip, drink or an off I tell them bluntly no and why not. In short, I cross them from future engagements but of course few exceptions apply if I have soft spot for them. ............. I feel your pain. Some boys are possessive indeed. I have masseur in soi 6 whom I like quite a lot but because of this constant pestering he is kind of forcing me to the the same- to pick up alternative route to avoid passing by his shop and it's not good for the boy and the soi if walking ATM is bypassing whole section of it.1 point

A lot of people are saying it......Biden doesn't have the mental faculties that Trump has.1 point -
that's advantage of the chase. You go and never sure whom you find. While some people are photogenic and look in pics better then in flesh there are those who are other way around. Going all the way to Kman or Jey Spa and see who is available is not a waste of time.1 point

Any latest report on CM
WelshGuyUK reacted to musgrave for a topic
Adam Apple is open - staffed mainly by tai yai lads from Myanmar - usually around 16 or so lads on show - but due to recent police raids on bars and clubs in CM the lads are wearing shirts and shorts ( previously underwear)- there is a show which consists of cabaret and lads exhibiting their wares. A bottle of Sangsom or 100 Pipers is around 1400 1500 thb with free mixers - small beer around 270 thb. Usually no shortage of volunteers to help finish a bottle and the lads enjoy a good friendly customer. Circle Pub is also open and operates on the same style as Adams Apple. Both venues easy to get to via Grab, Maxim or Bolt or tuk tuk. The night bazaar has 3 main bars - Orion, Connections, Ram which are all in Soi 6. The latter is primarily a cabaret bar whilst Orion and Connections cater to gay clientele. There are a handful of drinking companions at both bars. and extras can be offered. It's low season now so bars have been relatively quiet. The apps - Hornet, Grindr, Blue'd are popular. Classic House massage is well worth a visit and the management also.provides tour guide services - Woody is your man. So many eating possibilities in CM as well as coffee shops. Nothing better than a visit to the lake at Huay Taeng Tao with a couple of lads , sitting on a bamboo platform eating fried fish and drinking Leo. Or better still an overnighter on a houseboat with company on Mae Gnat Dam.1 point
