Day 2.5 To resist the urge of showing up in the bar early, I tried to distract myself by focusing on work and when that proved to be futile, decided to switch to the apps. Grindr got a reasonable buffet of guys with varying rates quoted with the most common ranging from 1500 to 2000. This can be argued as reasonable if you account for savings from not having to pay entrance, drinks and off fee. But where is the fun in that? What caught my fancy was a good drizzling of gorgeous African guys. This reminded me of how much I miss and want to go back to Brazil but plane fare remains laughably high from where I came from (even my SA friends are unable to visit home). I exchanged message with one of them who said he's from Ghana. He quoted 4000 and I responded with a non committal reply as I have plans to be out and about that night. We traded WhatsApp details just in case. When i can no longer contain my excitement, I decided to taxi towards Surawong and treat myself to a foot massage. At least I can enjoy people watching while someone got firm hold of my feet preventing me from marching straight to the bars! After the massage, I decided to head to Tawan. The nice beret wearing Uncle hastily ushered me inside while trying to explain that it's a "BDSM boy show" I responded with a wink and he smiled. The interior did not change since I visited last year. I noticed though that there's a set of stairs leading to a second floor/platform/stage. Not sure if it's new or I didn't notice it previously as I was sitting quite far inside away from the stage last time. One thing I appreciate with Tawan is the fun, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The guys roam around socialising with guests. I even saw one guest with his hands inside the guy's short for like forever. No judgement but I hope he gets an off or a generous tip! Maybe I'm getting old but I swear Tawan's clientele especially the Asians are getting younger and younger. My gaze was low-key fixated to a couple of cute twunk until I reminded myself my intention of being here. From my peripheral vision I saw a Tawan guy sat beside me but I tried to play it cool. He then introduced himself as Tun (?) and a couple of minutes later, when he starts getting comfy and cheeky, his hand found its way under my shirt giving me massage and whatnots. We kept on chatting during the show reminiscing how the old site across the street was better and how Tawan is now mainly a "show bar" and how rarely they get boy drinks or offed now. I just shrugged my shoulder saying that maybe its low season and hopefully things will be better for him in a few months. He said most guys in the bar goes for around 3500 to 4000 with a few going as low as 3000. I nodded and just gave him a smile. I was really enjoying my time with him when my phone starts beeping. I stepped out and it was the Ghanian guy who suddenly had a change of heart and lowered his rate to 2500. You gotta love lean season! With that information, I tipped my Tawan guy and bid Surawong good night. I was a bit paranoid meeting with this Ghanian guy because I'm in an air bnb outside the Silom area and I'm not sure how the guards will react when I bring a guy to my unit. My fear turned out to be unfounded as we even got a smile and a salute from the one of the security guys when we entered. You gotta love Thailand! In the apartment, we wasted no time and things escalated and got steamy quite quickly. The session was so intense and tender at the same time. He looks much better in person and well built. I could just look at him the whole day. However, there's still that Brasilian or specifically a Carioca "factor" missing from the experience. I can't explain it. We had a good chat after and I was getting wary that the post-play chat is taking quite a while he might be thinking of staying the night? It's a personal policy that I don't let people I met first time via app to stay overnight - only those working in the bars or GP Sauna in Brazil once I have done my due diligence. So I pretended and said that I would like to go out and eat and asked him what his plans are. I think he got my cue and said that he'll be making his way home. I paid as agreed plus a reasonable tip. He's too gorgeous not to be given a tip to be honest. After sending him on his way, I went back to my room and gave myself a high five for a productive day two!10 points

Day 2 My body clock decided to wake me up at 5am. Not ideal but I decided to make use of the time to go to 7-11 and fill the fridge with provisions for me and my future boy du jour. Received a notification that my two work meetings were cancelled which means I suddenly have the full day to myself without anything planned. Realised that it will be the best timing to finally try Jay Fai's cooking. Turned out to be a good decision as I came to know later that they closed down for like two weeks the day after. There's already a short queue when I arrived. Had a pleasant chat with another travelling lone wolf while waiting for the place to open. Decided that we'll share and split the bill so we can order more. We were so committed to stay in the queue that we had coffee delivered via grabfood while waiting! Overall, the food was worth the wait. It is on the pricier side though - average one gogo bar entry per order and the crab omelette which was so heavenly - equivalent to one boy massage tip not included. With my stomach full, I can now craft today's game plan. I checked out S'sense and immediately shortlisted three. Given their availability, I booked a cutie named Knott for a two hour session in the afternoon. S'sense turned out to be a contrast with my experience in Arena. While both enjoyable, S'sense gives out a more spa like vibe compared to Arena's more rough and Spartan atmosphere. Prior to starting, Knott asked what extra I will avail. From the line message, there are minimum tips for extras you will require. I was surprised at first but looking back, I realised talking about it upfront made things flow smoothly. Of course I chose the body to body extra 900 minimum tip. And Knott turned out to be a gem! His massage skills is top notch and you can judge by his long massage strokes that he knows his stuff. The way he used his elbows, arms, palm and knuckles was so skillful I started to relax and actually enjoy the session. He was so attentive as well. He asked me if I was cold - however I was so lazy to request for the vent to be turned the other way so I just said I'm ok. When he touched my skin, he chuckled and said "No you lie, you cold!" and adjusted the air-conditioning. The extras were so good as well. He's a well built guy so the extras was more than enjoyable. He's very generous with his body and initiated kissing amongst other things. When we both finished, there's still half an hour left so we got cleaned up and he continued the massage. I don't know why but I felt a bit shy when he kissed me on the forehead to signal the end of the massage. Needless to say he received more than the minimum tip from me! I stepped out of S'sense feeling rejuvenated and my jetlag melted. Made my way back to the apartment planning what the night will look like.6 points

I made it to SOL gogo tonight. Inside basicly same set up as it was with Dreamboys, except all new and modern. And yes, the big pole is still in the middle of the stage. Seating is black vinyl bench type like used at FreshBoys. Then in front of them row of single seats . Couch’s set up along the stage. All seating seemed comfortable. Group of 3 other customers and myself. About 10 guys on stage. Around 25 overall. Rotating fairly quickly. They were wearing white tennis type shorts and button up shirts that were colorful. They looked nice, but if you want to see skin it will be below the knees. 1 guy was shirtless, 1 was unbuttoned. I think they have a ways to go in their talent hiring. But that’s my opinion. We all have different likes and dislikes. No twinks. More mid to upper 20’s . As Vinapu always says, you only need one. There were 2 that got my attention , but a big drop off from there. Drinks 400. I had a coke. Brought glass full but not the rest of can. Half ice, half coke, steep price. Waiter I had spoke no English. Everything on phone. Drink menu, Boy info. Operating hours. New place so really pushing boys and drinks. No customers so lots of waiter hovering . I didn’t go to show. It starts at 10:20. They’re still doing a little work here and there. Outside very generic, inside looks very nice. I guess time will tell.5 points

And he tried his hand at midget submarines which did not work. When told they were an idiotic idea during the Thai cave boys rescue, he called the one man who knew of the cave and did as much as anyone to free those boys and their coach a "pedo". He was taken to court in Los Angeles but successfully argued that "pedo" does not mean pedophile (which we all know is precisely what he meant); rather it is a slang term in his native South Africa meaning "a creepy old man who does not have sex with children." And to think the judge bought that! I wonder who bought the judge!5 points

How is Jomtien Complex during low season?

Last night I was in Jomtien Complex aka Supertown and visited M Bar which had many boys but the Air Con was not operating so quite warm inside. So on to DoDo Bar which was nice and cool and had about 6 nice boys doing dancing for the customers and it was busy with customers. Drinks were about 130B Regarding Sunee Plaza, a few night ago was there, as were about 8 other customers and about 8 lads on stage. Somewhat like the good old days! Drinks at 100B.4 points -
He's a good con man, essentially. He built a cult that has made him very wealthy. He did see the importance of electric cars and managed to muscle his way in to running Tesla. And promised all kinds of things he never delivered. And he was smart enough to corner the market on satellites and taking astronauts to the space station.4 points

Something Is Happening in China: We Don't Know Yet What
Marc in Calif and 2 others reacted to PeterRS for a topic
It's been splashed over all the newspapers. China is in a mess - certainly economically and almost certainly politically as well. Local governments are mired in debt. The two largest property developers are quickly drowning in monstrous debts, they cannot sell much of their inventory and have been unable to complete many that Chinese citizens have already paid for. This has led to at least one riot. Almost 12% of recent graduates cannot find jobs. With youth unemployment already at 20.4% in April this year, so many are out of work that the state has now ceased publishing statistics. President Xi's admonition that, as during Mao's Cultural Revolution, these young people should go and work in the countryside has met with derision. In an age of social media, China cannot clamp down on all dissent despite the huge numbers it employs to censor it. Just a year ago Xi was elected to an unprecendented third 5-year term in office. Before then he made sure he was surrounded by his own cronies. Many top government and other officials had been jailed for corruption beforehand, although corruption remains virtually endemic. Now, though, even those he placed in top leadership posts are disappearing. Recently, two of Xi's hand-picked five state councillors - five who enjoy a higher rank in the cabinet than ordinary ministers - have disappeared. Some weeks ago Foreign Minister Qin Gang was ousted after vanishing for more than a month. Three weeks ago Defense MInister Li Shangfu sudenly disappeared, despite having been promoted to his position only in March. Next, the removal of two top generals has shocked the People's Liberation Army Rocket Force, the elite unit set up by Xi to modernize the country's armed forces. The lack of transparency in these disappearances and forced resignations is not new in China. The high level of all four coming at one time is of particular concern, though, given that Xi himself has also chosen not to attend international gatherings where once he was lauded. Some analysts point to Xi's own power being diminished and his leadership abilities questioned within the Party. Is he now afraid of what might happen to his position if he were to leave China? All this at a time when China is playing a much tougher game overseas with its alliances with Russia and North Korea and its increased sabre-rattling over Taiwan. Rahm Emanuel, the US Ambassador to Japan, has compared what is going on internally to an Agatha Christie novel "And Then There Were None". How much he actually knows about what is happening in China is clearly open to question, but he himself has asked another question, "Who's going to win this unemployment race? 'China's youth or Xi's cabinet?'" Perhaps a question aimed more at a US audience, but it is one being increasingly discussed in other parts of the world. And all this still baffles those who recall that Xi's father, a participant in the Long March and a pal of Mao who made him Vice Premier, was a man lauded for his moderation. He was an early proponent of the easing of control over Xinjiang and Tibet, even having the Dalai Lama to stay at his home when he visited Beiiing. What has turned the younger Xi into a self-styled Mao? Is it because his father was purged, jailed and spent long periods in confinement during the Cultural Revolution? How iong can the younger Xi last? Will he make a bid for internal harmony by going to war with Taiwan as a means of taking attention away from the severe jobs and other crises he faces? My own view is that within China there are enough citizens who would baulk at Chinese fighting Chinese and the massive death toll that would result. But that's already the subject of another thread. The 30 million baht charter flight
splinter1949 and 2 others reacted to reader for a topic
From The Thai Enquirer PM’s deputy secretary Natreeya Thaweewong came out to defend why Srettha’s charter flight to the UN General Assembly cost 30 million Baht. Her response came after recent calls by political activist Somchai Srisutthiyakorn to look into why the flight cost so much. She explained that an e-bidding system was used to secure a reasonable price. Thai Airways initially asked for 25 million Baht, but due to increased fuel prices, the cost rose to 30 million. Natreeya broke down the total cost, which included 4.84 million for aircraft expenses, 16.8 million for fuel, 1.47 million for food, 3.06 million for ground services, and 3.8 million for operational costs. Other passengers, including the Prime Minister's daughter and wife, covered their own expenses. The government chose a charter flight to avoid inconveniencing other passengers on a commercial flight. ======================= From the Thai Enquirer A famous Thai journalist Thapanee Eadsrichai (owner of The Reporter & a journalist for Channel 3) came out to praise the fact that Prime Minister Srettha was traveling in ‘Business Class’ in the CHARTERED aircraft and that was because Srettha was trying to save money for the country. The fact of the matter is in a chartered aircraft passengers can sit in the toilet or on the floor if they want (the money is already paid for the entire aircraft anyway). Thapanee says that everyone is travelling in Business class and not 1st class not knowing that there was no 1st class in the aircraft he was traveling in. Thapanee seems not to know that the Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner has only 22 business class seats and 234 economy class bringing in a total of 256 seats with no 1st class seats. She said that the Prime Minister chose the 787-8 Dreamliner and had to sit in business class instead of sitting in first class but stated that he did so to save money.3 points -
Wouldn't surprise at all if Musk ends up bankrupting X just for his personal pleasure--and the huge tax write off. Meanwhile he's chasing business deals with the new Thai PM in New York. From The Thaiger Business magnate Elon Musk is set to discuss potential investment opportunities in Thailand with the Thai delegation via a teleconference. This news was shared by Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin, who is currently attending the 78th Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA78) in New York. The prime minister revealed that the Thai government is seeking to attract foreign investors and will be meeting executives from major corporations such as Microsoft, Google, and Tesla. “Elon Musk has now accepted an invitation to attend talks with the Thai government’s delegation via teleconference.” Notably, high-profile executives from Microsoft, BlackRock, JP Morgan, and Estee Lauder have also accepted invitations to these talks.3 points

Goodness! So many memories! I stayed at the Royal Orchid Sheraton several times soon after it opened in the early 1980s and had the hots for one of the pool boys He came from Khon Kaen and one day I took him on his first plane trip to and from his home town. Got to know him well and he was such a lovely young man in more ways than one! One of those beautiful elegant buildings next to the hotel was and remains the residence of the Portuguese Ambassador where I once attended a reception. Portugal was the first European nation to come into contact with what was then the Kingdom of Ayutthaya. When the nation became Siam and the capital moved to Bangkok, it was granted the land where the then new colonial-style Embassy was to be located by the river. The present building remains the oldest diplomatic building and residence in the country. Some years ago it leased part of its land so the Royal Orchid could expand its always small pool area. Never went to Noriega's in Silom Soi 4. Looks as though it was next to the Sphinx restaurant and bar which was popular mostly with expats and visitors. Above either Noriega's or Sphinx was a karaoke bar for several years. A long time before then that karoke was I believe Apollo, one of the original gogo bars where, as in Twilight, after a certain hour - around 10:00 pm or so - the mamasan would instruct all the boys to start dancing nude. Unlike Twilight where many of the many dozens of boys seemed a bit embarassed being nude up on its tiny stage, the boys in Apollo seemed really to enjoy prancing up and down the catwalk with no pants on. I really loved that bar! He mentions Lumphini Stadium. Next to it bordering Witthayu was the old Night Market. I visited often, partly to buy small gifts if I was travelling, often to dine at one of the eateries but also to take visiting friends to one of the great Bangkok entertainments, the Joe Louis Thai Puppet Theatre, so named because the owner was a fan of the great boxer. The theatre had large half size puppets with the manipulators visible and dressed in black. Mostly the 'plays' were based on Hindu and Buddhist legends. But the performances were of a very high standard and all the guests I took absolutely loved it. When the Night Market closed, the Puppet Theatre moved to Pattaya for a while. It eventually moved to Asiatique. It seems to be closed but if not and if you have not seen the shows, I recommend them most highly. And the flooding! In the small sub-soi outside my apartment, the floods would come almost over my wellington boots (gumboots) and remain long after the heavy rain had stopped. It was soon after the disastrous floods of 2011 that the city government finally raised the level of our soi and installed much larger underground piping. Since then flooding has been a thing of the past, thankfully. Many thanks @fedssocr for posting. Now if only we could find some similar video of the early 1980s.3 points

Musk has destroyed twitter. This latest attempt to save it will only hasten its demise if he implements it. Whatever the fee, too many won't bother and it will wither and die. Perhaps when it finally goes bankrupt, somebody who has a clue will buy it and attempt to revive it. If so, I wish them luck. It never had a viable business model and Musk's idiocy really didn't help. Does he really think advertisers want to be on a platform where he tweets that the ADL is the cause of anti-semitism on Twitter? I never much paid attention to him before he bought twitter, but I am now completely baffled how a man so stupid could be so successful so far. He flushed all the brand equity of the name twitter because he has an alphabetic fetish for the letter X. The mind boggles. The mind also stays well away from the place for now. I miss the porn, but I'm not being part of that shit show.3 points

First Trip Report: Bangkok September 2023
revengeboo and one other reacted to CallMeLee for a topic
I have been a reader of this forum for many years and have benefited greatly from such rich information from active posters - My holidays to Europe, South America and Asia particularly Thailand have been fun and extra spicy because of info generously shared here. Now I feel compelled to share my recent Thailand experience to hopefully help out and keep the info following. Please note that English is my second language and I would like to apologise in advance for any grammatical and other errors. Please be kind to me ❤️ I spent 12 glorious days in Bangkok but I will only be writing about days with spicy bits so as not to bore you people with my other vanilla shenanigans. Day 1 Arrived at Suvarnabhumi mid morning and immigration lines are flowing smoothly. Quite pleased that they no longer require those arrival cards. I always feel paranoid losing that other half you need to show upon departure. After sorting out Sim card and mobile, I marched straight to the designated airport pick up spot as per email sent by the klook app. Pick-up was efficient and after a couple of minutes, I am already in the middle of Bangkok traffic giddily planning what and where to go next. Check-in with air bnb was straightforward. Maybe because its low season, they allowed early check-in. I'm a bit wary with air bnb's legal status in Thailand. However, I am working remotely and hotel wifi is highly unreliable from experience. After checking-in, I decided to give the classics a try so off to Arena I go. My trifecta used to be Arena, Prince and Hero - still wishing Hero will be back! While walking towards Silom Plaza, I can't help but notice how much cannabis shops have setup and mushroomed everywhere! Not my scene but it was surprising how the number quickly grew since I visited last year. As I enter Arena, things flow like clockwork, The Uncle will ask you to sit by the couch, show you that Dogeared rate sheet and will try to sell you the most expensive package. Why do I have to pay 300thb more just for a different type of oil? I would rather use that to tip my man of the day and get better outcome later. While this is happening, them masseurs will assemble in front trying to get your attention. I always tell myself to calm down and take my time but I always feel low-key flustered with the attention which forces me to hastily make my selection. I chose this cute guy with a toned built. He introduced himself as Tom. He then asked me to shower and he stepped out of the room. I was quite disappointed that he didn't join. He returned with his massage stuff and took a shower before starting the massage. The massage itself was uneventful. It's that usual routine where they seem to focus on your leg area. I was starting to get bored and started yawning (so tired from my 13hr flight) and I think Tom took it as a cue to start the more interesting phase. He compensated well on his lack of massage skills and was quite surprised when he initiated a kiss. His body to body massage is quite good together with other things that comes with it. He then asked if I can make him cum which I gladly obliged. I must say it must be his first one for the day! I left Arena quite satisfied and decided to walk through Surawong to plan what tonight will hold. Had a quick bite at Foodland and took a taxi back to my place for a quick nap. Waking up refreshed, I made my way to Hotmale. I must've arrived too early and the selection that night looks not that promising. I made a mental note to give it another chance and visit it again later. I then went inside screwboys purely out of curiosity. The place was smaller and that night seemed to attract a lot of smokers. I'm not a delicate person but I really struggle with cigarette smoke. There's quite a number of potential offs but I am not in the mood tonight for reason I don't know. I made my way out and had a good yarn with one cute waiter from Laos. We exchanged Line which led to a number of proposals later to meet and be his boyfriend! Decided to call it a night and grab a coffee from Starbucks while waiting for my taxi. Starbucks is now open 24 hours compared to closing at around 8pm last year. Sign that things are indeed normalising? Overall, first night feels like a success even if i am going home alone. My session in Arena I guess is enough to cap off my night.2 points -
very productive day indeed , congratulation on not wasting precious vacation time. Even bigger congratulation on excellent trip report, high five from me on both accounts. While some members swear by apps I agree with you that monetary savings are not compensating from fun of chase in the real world be it bar, spa or just a street. But I guess it may depend on price one is willing to pay for his fun. Few people mentioned that Africans, being somewhat rarity are quoting higher than local trade. Not necessarily illogical but as your adventure proves market still works and yes , if we are too stingy we may lose the boy but if boy is too greedy he may lose his customer. Most likely Ghanaian decided that on this evening it's better to get still handsome 2500 than risk of getting nothing. Glad you are supporting what i always say loudly that Tawan is friendliest bar of them all. It's boys may not be everybody's taste , it goes with every bar but atmosphere is still friendly and engaging in more than one way. I also noticed than , at least Asian part of clientele is getting younger to extend that if bar was less friendly my white hair soon would feel out of place. As for tip for getting intimate , sadly some of customers forget their obligation and tip stingily or nothing. On one of may last visits there was farang sitting with boy for more than hour exploring contents of his briefs in quite a detail and after he left boy sitting with me told me he left his friend with nothing. On another hand If I intend to off boy I don't tip him for sitting with me, logic being he will get his tip soon. Indeed in Tawan if I came with intention of offing particular guy I don't even but him a drink preferring to entertain his bar friends and he is still content with knowledge his off tonight is secured. Guys complaining about lack of drinks, offs and tips are part and parcel of whole experience. We all heard it plenty. Then we come three month later and guy in question is showing his new motorcycle (not motorbike, mind you ) and quite shiny smartphone too. Truth is though, luck is not distributed evenly and they may go weeks or even months without an off. I tipped one Tawan guy I offed previously just for being there and boy I was sitting with told me he is glad I tipped his friend because he did not have an off for 2 months. as for anxiety related to guards don't forget what oils everything and 100 baht tip on day 1 or 2 does the trick. The same goes with cleaning ladies. As matter of policy I never leave those tips until departure, rather prefer to do it up front. Very smart of you for being careful not to overnight with apps generated guests as if something goes wrong we don't have recourse. Even taking unknown guy from bar for long time we should look deeply into his eyes although usually those novices generate other type of problem - promising long time to get an off and then trying very hard to get out on ' you cum, I go ' principle Waiting impatiently for day 32 points

Changi to go passport free in '24
dscrtsldnbi and one other reacted to reader for a topic
From CNN Traveling through one of the world’s best airports is set to get even smoother next year. Starting in 2024, officials say Singapore’s Changi Airport will introduce automated immigration clearance, which will allow passengers to depart the city-state without passports, using only biometric data. “Singapore will be one of the first few countries in the world to introduce automated, passport-free immigration clearance,” Communications Minister Josephine Teo announced during a parliament session on Monday, during which several changes to the country’s Immigration Act were passed. Biometric technology, along with facial recognition software, is already in use to some extent in Changi Airport at automated lanes at immigration checkpoints. But the upcoming changes will “reduce the need for passengers to repeatedly present their travel documents at touch points and allow for more seamless and convenient processing,” Teo said.2 points -

People in this situation when as residents of one country are required to report income from another country need to check Tax Treaty or Double Tax Agreement between two counties in question very carefully or seek qualified advice. Not always fact that income is taxed in other country means that is exempt from taxation in country of residence. Some countries use concept of foreign tax credit instead when taxes paid to foreign country are accounted for but if additional tax obligation is created they still may need to pay difference. to illustrate how it works (scenario and numbers are made up ) Thai resident must report income of equivalent of 100 000 baht from Tuvalu on which 10 000 baht tax was paid there. If that 100 000 generates 12 345 tax in Thailand he still may need to pay up that 2345.2 points

Door open, ar&se up friendly - hotels

I think in Ibis Sathorn you can enter freely and go up to room. Not in Malaysia hotel across the road, where even I am stopped by security when visiting friends. I think mid-class and cheap hotels are less problematic than expensive hotels. When I stay in the provinces for 400-700 THB per night, never a problem to have guests come to my room, i.e. there is no security who would stop them and they don't need a keycard to operate the lift. Most place I stay in operate by traditional mechanical key anyway. After a day out sightseeing, I return to my room, take a shower and stay in towel afterwards. It's great to find someone online and he comes to my room, knocking on door, and I don't have to get dressed again to meet him at reception.1 point -

I laugh a little at some older guys, after they have sewn their oats, meet a younger guy and want to settle down....yet the younger guy is in his oats period of life 😉 Some open relationships put limitations, I know guys that can only mess around when they are in a different city/country, Some only can do 3-ways with each other involved, some only with females...etc.1 point -

I wondered about that. But Golden Week is the following week starting on National Day on October 1, several days after my planned return. It is also exclusively a holiday within China when almost all businesses and factories close down for the entire week and so travel at the start would be out of China. Basically it's the opposite of Chinese New Year. There are no public holidays in Thailand during Golden Week. So I think it's unikely that many Thai-Chinese would be travelling, especially at the start of the week prior to Golden Week. I could be wrong - but it still doesn't really explain why prices suddenly went up so quickly by so much. My outward flight was supposed to be Tuesday 26. Looking at the seating availability, it's the outward flights to HKG that are almost full. Flights HKG/BKK on my planned return date of Friday 29 are mostly less than a third full. Not sure if there are major holidays in other parts of the world.1 point

I left Twitter quite some time ago when I realised that Tweets presented for your viewing weren't things you were interested in but instead things to antagonise and provoke reactions. Twitter is one of the main forms of Antisocial Media. I can't imagine that charging to use the platform will be a success in improving things and any "small charge" will likely be the thin end of the wedge.1 point

Picking a BF
traveller123 reacted to Londoner for a topic
I am making a plea to be more selective in our language when describing relationships. I had a great time for nine years as a butterfly- in fact, there are some activities that I miss, such as bar-hopping. However, then and now are entirely different , not just for me but for my partner, who sees things from what could be called "the other side."1 point -
I like to just show up too, Arena or Senso style but sometimes we don't have much choice. Don't mind booking in advance guys of known quality from the past though. Sometimes not much choice is necessary. Last trip I went to Jey Spa with one of our members just to try our luck. They had 3 guys on duty and that was enough , we both left happy.1 point

Threeways in Thailand
ChristianPFC reacted to TotallyOz for a topic
The first lad in the threeway was someone I hired through Ogasms Spa. He was great! See this thread from 2020. I kept seeing him but asked him to bring a friend. He did and I have seen the two of them almost weekly since this post. This week, Boy1 was away in Laos and Boy2 asked to come but I told him I wanted him to bring a friend. He said he had this 20 year old who would be good so I said OK. He was 29 and Thai. His dick was strong and he came fucking my friend and then never got soft and then spent time with me and came again. Jeeze, I can't believe I liked him so much. I thought I would hate him as he was so tattooed and looked like just got out of prison. Yeah, OK, @floridarob probably just my style. So, glad I found these three lads as they are always ready to come over. They work in a restaurant in the day and always will be on time and with a great 1 hour massage and then excellent sex. Admittedly, I do pay more than normal, but they come from way far away to get to me and it takes them over an hour.1 point -
You don't believe the polls? Speaks volumes about yourself. You don't believe that Cornel West will draw a minimum of 2-3% from Biden in an election where 70% of dem voters think Biden is too old? Speaks volumes about yourself. You don't think the senile old fool's obvious dementia will continue to deteriorate? Speaks volumes about yourself. You are clearly in self-denial. Perhaps you should consider changing your name to DenyWhatIsReal.. lol-1 points

Why Biden Might Lose ............ It's The Economy, Stupid
floridarob reacted to EmmetK for a topic
For the first time since the election 3 years ago, RCP average shows Trump ahead of the decrepit old fool. https://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2024/president/us/general-election-trump-vs-biden-7383.html Though it is only by less than a point, it is significant that this is a one-on-one faceoff. It doesn't include third party candidate Cornel West; the left-wing radical, anti-White racist, and self-proclaimed socialist who probably represents the views of 15 - 20% of the democrat base. West is running on the Green Party line which expects to have ballot access in all 50 states. He should pull in at least 2-3%. This should be more than enough to turn Wisconsin, Georgia, and Arizona red, and likely Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Michigan into the GOP column as well. Over the next 14 months, Biden's corruption will continue to be exposed and make news, thanks to Jim Jordan and the GOP-controlled House hearings. Also, his physical frailty and senility will only get worse. They can't hide him forever. It will look brighter and brighter for Trump to retake the White House. And if Joe Manchin opts to run for President as an independent, he will lock up the votes of the few remaining "moderate" democrats left in the country which will guarantee a Trump victory, and perhaps portend a Trump landslide.-2 points
