  1. I have been asked numerous times why I live in Thailand when I could have stayed in Hong Kong or moved somewhere with a more pleasant climate etc. etc. I always reply: where else would I just be able to walk down virtually any street in any town or city and see several adorable young guys whom I would love to bed, whom I smile at and who give me a heart-melting smile back? The smile itself is one of the joys of life!

  2. Well, I did a boo boo today. I let my little head think too much. I had a guy I have wanted to see from a massage service WAY across the other side of town and the rate was 2k to him plus 1k to the shop. Fine for me. But, he would not come and asked for 3k. I said OK. Now, tomorrow I'll see him and see if he has the smile in person that he has in his photos!

  3. How is it possible that there are so many beautiful guys in Thailand. I don't have enough time in the day or energy to see them. If you have not been to Thailand before, get off your ass and get on a plane to visit. You can't go a day without finding someone that will blow your mind!

  4. Discovered a new cheap way to escape a hot Bangkok afternoon when you’re too exhausted for more sex (some of you with insatiable appetite for cock can stop right here). Everyone knows Mitrtown at Samyan is great place to get fast food while watching a seeming endless parade of young men from the adjacent university circulate about. But what I didn’t realize until this trip that on top floor of mall is an art house cinema. A month ago I saw the originally formatted version of Casablanca and today caught Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny. At 135 bht for the 4p.m. showing it’s a bargain. https://www.housesamyan.com/site

  5. I just spent 2 weeks in the Jomtien Complex for the third time this year. Each time I have been overwhelmed by the number of handsome, sexy guys available. All types, including many twinks. I didn't visit any of the massage places but they also had many stunning guys sitting outside.

  6. There were 28 guys on stage at Freshboy Sunday night plus 5 dancers. Of that sum, a few dozen plus were twinks. And there’s probably almost as many in Screwboy downstairs. When the show ends you can easily spot them in their basketball attire at the food stalls on Surawong. Since stunning so subjective, it’s not for me to say if any qualify. But it’s sure fun trying.

  8. After returning from Bangkok in April, where I had to take myself to hospital due to urine retention (caused by an enlarged prostate), I went to my doctor here in Perth. He sent me for a very comprehensive series of blood tests and an ultrasound for my bladder and prostate. He said the results showed that I was in perfect health, apart from the enlarged prostate and that he wished all his patients were as healthy as me. My job ensured that I led a healthy lifestyle - no smoking or drinking - and I had to undergo regular health checks during my working life. They got more arduous towards the end of my career as I got older. Like Vinapu, I also only smoke when I'm in Thailand. So I intend to live way past 80! (fingers crossed!) Like Shonen, my doctor also refuses to recommend shingrex. When I ask him why he simply says not to bother.

  10. I guess the amount of cute guys has not changed in Thailand. You can see them everywhere. What has changed are the available cuties in the bars. Not many stunning twinks, if you ask me.

  14. Scott, since you asked... Generalizing and estimating here... When I can say two weeks that tends to prompt raised eyebrows and "sim? muito bom" and another hug. It feels to me like my status gets elevated and there is no rush to the shower. But when I have to say I am leaving in a couple of days... then at least some of the wind goes out of the sail. Of course all of us have different chemistry with different guys. And (based on guessing given the cool name Scott) you may get 100% without any marginal value added from this little angle. But for me, it seems to help a bit.

  21. A worthy effort indeed. The article dealing with the political situation illustrates just how well the army generals did in the last constitution to ensure the longevity of their own position and to deny the will of the people. The comments from two of the army appointed senators (all 250 are army appointed) are utterly disgraceful. The attempts to disqualify Pita from the Premiership on the basis of ancient (in parlimentary terms) ownership of shares in a media company is appalling and shows just how far into the sewer the elite will go to ensure they stay in power. Did not Thaksin senior own a massive number of shares in his own media company? And did he not bribe the Constitutional Court to ensure he was elected Prime Minister when he should never have been allowed to assume the post after his gardener and housekeeper were found to own millions of those shares? I think someone posted this Tom Lehrer song relatively recently. It deserves a second airing, the more so when you substitute Thailand for Amerca and corruption for pollution.

    Police raid fitness center

From the original source article that appeared in TPN National News: In total, 31 customers, four staffers, and one owner were found although not identified by police. No drugs were found and urine drug tests were performed on all customers but were all reportedly negative. Most of the customers told police that they came to this place to have sexual activities with other men and not for fitness center activities. Police did not find any evidence to prove that the center provided sexual exploitation. However, four staffers and the owner are facing charges of illegally gratifying the sexual desire of another person, a rare charge. =========== If it’s illegal to cause sexual gratification, how would the species survive. File under TIT.

    X boys

Went to X boys last night I'm Boyztown Pattaya The bar is open way past 1am as they have karaoke so if your a late owl it could be your go to. Drinks 200b , boy drinks 100 b Long bench style seating There was 6 other farang customers and about 15 Thai singing karaoke 🎤🎶 The line up wasn't my type , more twink girlish types ,however one new guy caught my eye ,he seemed very nervous . So I bought him a boy drink. Tattooed "very straight ' manly guy from isaan., Skinny muscle build with dark skin and tattoos. Now the most annoying thing was the idiot on a microphone who like to hear his voice , he embarrassed me and annoyed me coming down to me and the guy to ask me questions over the microphone, the boy was nervous as it was. He then starts telling everyone, over the microphone that the guy I was with is his first night ! Anyway I turned my back on him to talk to the boy and he took his microphone and himself to annoy another customer Them a mamasan girlish chubby guy asks for a drink...yes I bought it as he was helpful..( 100 baht ) he sat near us to talk to the boy I was drinking with as he spoke no english. Anyway as I was trying to make the boy more comfortable the waiter/compere with the microphone is back Asking me and putting the microphone to my face , "where you come from ?🎤 I ignored him and I looked around to see other farangs looking at him , they knew he was annoying . "Where you come from? Holding the microphone to my mouth,I thought ok I will answer "Russia ! I said " Russia !🇷🇺 With that he had a shocked look on his face and I could see the farang sitting on the side also give me a dirty look,he soon took off to somewhere else ?😂 Anyway the karaoke was blaring and I was getting the mamasan/waiter guy asking again for anithrr drink so I decided to off the guy,the mamasan telling me you must pay him 2000 baht ok ? Now I never usually, actually never have I paid 2000 B for a boy ! But I made exception this time ,he was very new ,he was straight, and he had tattoos 😍😍 300 baht off We walked back to my room,he seemed very shy and nervous and understandable as it was his first time. Now ....he showered and I showered ...I then proceeded to suck his cock ..but he was very nervous and he was very slow to get a erection, he then had to watch porn on his phone which was a blonde Milf being fucked by a Asian guy !😅his cock soon got hard ,brown cock and whilst not long was very thick nearly as thick as the palm of my hand and he cut ,and I prefer cut cocks m His balls were small though ,but his very thick shaft made up for it. Now because he was straight he wasn't actually enjoying it ,but anyway I went to work on his cock going down on it ,it stretched my lips very wide . He didn't like to kiss and I didn't push it , he was straight as a ....(insert word) I do like to 💋 but anyway I enjoyed sucking his cock, licking his ball sac and he soon was hard...but....out came his phone again to look at straight porn😲😁 He started to wear a condom and I didn't request him to remove it ,I prefer condomless as I'm on prep. But he lost his erection and soon removed it ,he then started to watch porn again . I decided to give him a Viagra which he took . Finally after 15 minutes watching porn and Viagra he was hard as snake 🍆 He started to fuck me wasn't the best sex as his cock was too thick and also he cum to quick blowing his load all over my ass cheeks I probably wouldn't get him again as he was " too straight" and nervous and inexperienced. But I enjoyed my time , was he worth 2k , probably not but it was worth "having him " and trying him ,if I didn't I would have regretted not taking him. Xboys Pattaya ,I enjoyed it apart from the guy with the microphone 🎤 300 off ,100 boy drinks , 200 drinks ,expect to be annoyed 😅

  26. Religious right gets blindsided by angry parents in a Southern California school district This is somewhat encouraging news. It would be nicer if the culture wars just went away. But let's be realistic. If we are going to fight culture wars, I'd rather be winning them. At least in blue states like California, it seems like whoever starts the culture war loses. Try banning LGBTQ curriculum and saying Harvey Milk was a pedophile, and it won't go well. Not even with moderate Republicans, like the one quoted in that article. Not so much because they revere Harvey Milk. They just are sick of culture wars, I bet. Same reason Ron-O-Rama lost 10 % of his approval rating in Florida, and arguably a shot at the Presidency, when he shifted from cleaning up after hurricanes to culture wars. In red states, on the other hand, there is no evidence of life-threatening political backlash against the deluge of laws banning CRT or "gender-affirming care" or talking about Harvey Milk. Meaning the Republican Governors and legislatures who passed those laws got re-elected in 2022 by big margins. But, as I just noted, if the Ron-O-Rama show flops nationally because people aren't clamoring for culture war, that will help The Gays. That area described, Temecula, used to be in the 41st US House District of California I think. When they redistricted I think they moved it so that Temecula is out, and Gayish Palm Springs is in. It matters because Gay lawyer Will Rollins came within a few points of defeating Republican Ken Calvert is that district in 2022, and is up for a rematch in 2024. I could actually see this helping Rollins. His pitch is sort of, "I'm a lawyer who worked with the government to fight terrorists. I just want everyone to have common sense rights." If school board members are pissing parents off by fighting culture wars over Harvey Milk, it probably helps guys like Rollins in blue states.

  28. Agree. I was in Havana, back in May 2017. Beautiful weather & lots to see but the poverty, food shortages, etc were depressing. There was something oppressive about the police presence, too. There was a small hustler scene in the Parque Central & I would expect that it survives!

  29. I did not engage too much with the guys actually. The casa particular were not always very private, lots of eyes anyhow following a tourist, i was not sure whats the official policy and inofficial practices of police regarding sex and most importantly: desperation was lurking on the streets - not very sexy atmosphere. I witnessed one fun action outside Havana. I was in one seaside village, very nice beach and superstylish gin bar, expensive. Two barmen were extremly hot young guys. Two young girls from Europe were flirting with the guys, who closed the bar around 10 and they all soon splashed to the sea. There were sufficient light to see that one bar guy was fucking the girl in the sea). Young people have always fun! Havana Iberostar hotel is very nice. And Hemingway home and Pilar are must to visit! If the museum is closed, just bribe the guards (group of 4 we paid i think 30 usd). Beaches in Cuba are nice.

  30. Thank you for the comments, floridarob and Tomtravel. For the past couple of days, I've been doing a deep dive into current information for Havana and Santiago, Cuba generally. Descriptions I'm reading in traveler trip reports and a couple I've viewed on youtube align with what floridarob has recently been told by his contacts there. Maybe I'll go, maybe not. I'll continue to digest comments here, and elsewhere. Thank you.

  32. On BTS/MRT, I’d estimate that 70% wear masks. In Samyan and malls, maybe a third. You’ll still see a minority of locals wearing them outside. In taxis, drivers always seem to be masked. Personally, I wear on public transit and taxis. Still like to think I can spot a cute gut with or w/o a mask. But acknowledge that it’s not some innate ability on my part. It’s just that there are so many hot guys in Bkk that the odds are always on my side.

  37. I have no idea if you are actually replying to my post or to an earlier one made by another poster because it seems to have little to do with mine. But if the reply is to mine, let me tell you that i have never smoked and I have never taken recreational drugs - except once in Marrakech more than 40 years ago! As for alcohol. it is one of the joys of life provided it is taken in moderation and usually in the company of others. I certainly enjoy some alcohol but rarely beer and usually as an accompaniment with food. My partner and friends consider I look quite a few years younger than my age! Because life is about balance, about enjoyment, companionship, making decisions and weighing up compromises - amongst others. It is not, as most of your posts seem to suggest, about sex, concern about your erection, illness and old age. Naturally these are factors that have to be weighed into that balance. But there is far more to life and if you fail to take the opportunities that life throws at you and fail to find consistent enjoyment, then you are far more likely to look your age - in my view.

  38. while testing frequently is commendable we need to remember that results are as of our status on day of testing . We may be fine but after few fucks, sucks and other noble activities in the following week picture may be changed which will be unknown until we get sick or tested again. And this not only about STD. For my age , by grace of God, I'm of better health that most of people I know in my generation. And yet this year and we have only half mark, it happened to me twice that I went to bed healthy and woke up in the morning with something ( not somebody, mind you) nasty. that's the great line !

  39. That's a more than outrageous comment in my view! Do you really believe that someone infected with syphillis iis going to enjoy life as much as he would if he did not have syphillis? In my view you seem to have a rather unhealthy 'thing' about ageing as is born out by your nickname. We can all "go" - as you put it - at any time, or don't you believe that? Furthermore, some of those in their 70s today are likely to live into their 90s. And I for one doubt if any of them would actually be happy living with syphillis!

  41. I'd say enjoy your life whilst you can - whatever your age. Like many my worry as I aged has always been health. What if something should happen requiring major surgery and long term care? I have had friends, sadly most no longer alive, with all manner of medical ailments which have severely hampered their ability to enjoy life. One was so severely overstressed, his body just gave out. So I now realise the important thing is to know your medical situation and, as it were, enjoy life around that. For years I have had a minor medical ailment in my digestive sytem that requires a course of medication every 6-8 months or so. When I had no choice but change insurance policies, this being a pre-exisiting condition was not covered. So with funds being tight, I enrolled at the public King Chulalongkorn Hospital across from Lumphini Park. I cannot stress enough that the doctor I see there is fantastic. She spends three days a week in public hospitals and three in expensive private ones. Sure, the facilities are not up to the standard of Bumrungrad or BNH and waiting lines are considerably longer. But when her consultation fee is 200 baht and the facilities charge 50 baht compared to 1,600 and 350 at Bumrungrad, I'll happily put up with some incoveniences. When I first consulted her and went through my history, she decided she wanted a second opinion. She had me do a CT scan which had never been recommended at Bumrungrad. That threw up a cyst on the pancreas. Knowing how deadly pacreatic cancer can be, that scared me. She reassured me it was small but fractionally larger than she was comfortable with and so had me do an MRI to check if there was anything underneath it. Since then I have had 3 more MRI scans at 6 monthly intervals and I've now had two on an annual basis. Nothing has been found and next year should be my last MRI. I estimate the cost of the various scans has been well under a fifth of that at a private hospital. Prior to each scan, a cheap kidney function test has been required. Thankfully, no problems. At the end of this month I have an appointment with a Professor of Retinology about removing the start of cataracts and repairing a tear in one of my retinas that I have had for 25 years. The cost will again be less than a fifth of that quoted 6 months ago at Rutnin Eye Hospital. I did splash out at the start of last year when BNH offered 65% off certain procedures like colonoscopy, gastroscopy, heart MRI and carotid artery unltrasound. Having been certain that with my lifestyle and work-related stress, my heart would not be in prime condition. I did the lot and got a completely clean bill of heath. That cheered me up no end. So far, therefore, medical conditions have not stopped me enjoying life to the full. And I know that with luck my body is unlikely to crack up any time soon. Like @floridarob though, if I should be run over by that bus tomorrow, I know I would take my leave of the world with a smile on my face. There are a dozen or more guys already up there I'll be delighted to see again. On the other hand, if the trapdoor were to open, there are likely to be a lot more down there that I guess I'd rather not see again LOL.

  43. From Thai PBS World Pheu Thai concedes House speakership, promises to stick with Move Forward The Pheu Thai party has reportedly conceded the House speakership to Move Forward, which will stay in the coalition, even if Pita Limjaroenrat, the Move Forward prime ministerial candidate, does not receive enough parliamentary votes to become the prime minister. Sources told Thai PBS that, if Pita fails to take the premiership, Pheu Thai will lead the government, with Move Forward promising to stay in the coalition to form the administration. With members of both parties exchanging heated opinions on the House speakership for days, Pheu Thai and Move Forward have agreed that their members should no longer voice their opinions on the matter publicly since it might affect the talks among 8 coalition partners, scheduled to take place this Sunday, July 2nd.

  46. How many times does the will of the people have to be ignored? The 2019 election is now widely regarded as unfree and unfair. Human Rights Watch cited political repression, media censorship, unequal media access, the role of a military-appointed Senate in appointing an unelected prime minister (the junta leader), and lack of independence and impartiality of the Election Commission as factors preventing a free and fair election. Having been permitted to stand as an official political party by the Election Commission, Future Forward gained 81 seats in the new parliament. That same Constitutional Court, a branch of the elite, ruled in February 2020 that it was after all unconstitutional and was ordered dissolved. Move Forward is essentially the new Future Forward. Although it gained the largest number of votes, the fact that a record 75.22% of eligible voters took part in the election illustrates how fed up the country is with the stalemate of the last few years. In how many countries do so many electors turn out to vote unless voting is mandatory? That's more than in the USA and the UK. If the army and the elite succeed as Andrew MacGregor Marshall suggests and MF allows itself to be suqeezed out this time, the Army will find ways of again redrawing constituency boundaries and perhaps even altering the constitution to ensure MF is squeezed out of existence to ensure it will win both the most recent and the next election. At some point the people have to take a stand.

  48. what Western country are you in where 4000 baht is the going rate? Here in the US it's more like 7000-10000 depending on your location but most big cities are in that range. If you factor in drinks, off fee and paying the boy isn't 4000 around the price in Bangkok? I did pay quite a bit at Zoo Spa for the super package that included massage, etc.
