I have never understood why anyone who go anywhere that they could not appreciate the culture, language and people. I can't comprehend even wanting to go to bed with someone just because they can be had cheaply. Myself and others have been posting from time to time about the massages shops on Sutthian Winitchai Rd. in the Saphan Kwai district. I first started patronizing these shops two trips ago during my return after Covid period. My best count is that there are currently four shops operating. Two (Home and BT House) appear to have more guys available on site, particularly in the evenings. The other two, KK Spa (not to be confused with K-Man near Saphan Kwai BTS), and the new One Spa, rely heavily on “on call” masseurs. All of these shops will make available photos with varying amounts of data. But if you find you have heart set on one particular guy, call or send Line message. In most cases, manager will then attempt to contact the subject by phone. On a recent weekday I was looking to book a 5pm appointment and my first three picks proved unavailable, which usually means they did not return his call. Fortunately, most shops have an extensive group of guys to choose among. Quite a few will work at two or more of the shops. I refer to them as free agents. The bottom line is there is value and choice in the shops. The facilities are decidedly more rustic than you’ll find around Silom or Sukhumvit areas. The minimum tips range from 800 to 1,000 with a few asking 1,200 for an hour. The corresponding House fee is in the 380 to 500 range.

Comings The night market has now fully explanded from Surawong to Silom with the final third nearest Silom given over to mostly food stalls and outdoor restaurant seating. And the routine of erecting and disassembling occurs daily. Goings The Paddy Field, a long time sports bar adjacent to Foodland, has closed its doors. It had a strong following among UK and Aussie football and rugby fans but most have migrated to the larger Shenanigans on Surawong. I liked it because it offered a great perch to observe the entrance to Dream Boy whose performers could be found lounging outside during breaks. Also gone is the BarBar on Patpong 2 whose barker was famous for slapping a stick and proclaiming “S and M.” And it seems the adjacent lady bar may have also closed. Would not be surprised if there are already plans in works for the space. Also making an exit—if forecasters are to believed—will be the excessive heat with decreasing temperatures and welcome rain predicted to kick off monsoon season.

I've been here about a week now...nothing different to report really, every night has been a busy night, lots of guys new and old , good for clients. I finally got to lunch at A Casa do Porco several weeks ago, on your list and some top 50 global lists as well. Already a line at 11:30 and I think I got the last available table after standing outside for 45 minutes. Inexpensive considering its status. Spot! has a good pork ribs dish but the aforementioned is a must. No way I could have put away the tasting menu; I saw a few others plowing through it. I had a signature roast pork with the small sides and a delicious light dessert. My Mastercard was refused; their machine the issue. Fortunately, my never used backup Visa worked. I always carry cash as well because vendors tend to look at you like it’s your problem not their temperamental card readers.

MRT lines are owned by MRTA (Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand) and mostly operated by BEM (Bangkok Expressway and Metro Public Company Limited). New MRT Yellow Line will be operated by EBM (Eastern Bangkok Monorail Company Limited). BTS lines are owned by BMA (Bangkok Metropolitan Administration) and operated by BTSC (Bangkok Mass Transit System Public Company Limited) EBM and BTSC are subsidiaries of public company BTS Group, while BEM is state owned. Furama is great value, especially the one tier up, deluxe room if im not mistaken. You will get higher rooms with better view, fully renovated and larger bathroom for very minor extra rate.

Popular spa is still in the garage of first high-rise in soi Pluk Chit but moved several units further down. There,s clear sing on the door of old place in Thai but number of new unit is clearly indicated. How I know? Went to Jupiter last night and during parade dawned on me that It,s s historical moment. All, and absolutely all, were suitable to be offed by me. Never had it before in any bar - 100% approval rate. I get it. I just looked at my apartment cost in the area I booked a while ago for a trip later in the year and for the first time I converted it: 1400 baht.

Riobard: Since they would already have you jacked up on caffeine it seems implicit that short-time room let would not be for napping, and the establishment would turn a blind eye to any percolating shenanigans within reason in the quarters? Vinapu: impossible to jack me up on caffeine . I drink coffee but don't like aftertaste so rarely do it outside of my digs because urge of brushing teeth immediately. In the area I don't need short time rooms because I stay in tested visitor friendly hotels. But staying right beside Tawan , my most favorite bar I hope to visit at some point between now and Christmas has advantages for me. just not for 2000, yet.

I visited the original Thermas - in Barcelona - over two successive nights at the end of April. First Night - Wednesday On the first night, I got there about 6 pm. I don’t see that many guys about - I would say there was about seven guys for hire, and maybe same amount of clients. I wanted to add some comments on Apolo Spa/sauna based on my recent Sunday afternoon visit for the foam party which was great fun. The entrance fees have already been covered above. It is 600 pesos on Sundays (but including a pair of nice trunks (underwear) from the collection for sale). The guy in the reception is indeed very good looking/handsome. I arrived around 4:30PM. Downstairs are the section for changing clothes with lockers and the main room with the bar and the jacuzzi in the corner. A DJ was playing but only a few quests downstairs. Upstairs it was quite busy - 2 saunas (1 wet and 1 dry), dark room, video room and the cubicles with glory holes/cabins (and shower/toilets of course). I was chatting with a local guy in one of the saunas and he gave information about the venue which is apparently the only of its kind in D R. According to him, the best day is Sunday late afternoons as the sauna has theme parties and stripper(s) coming. Later I joined him and his group of friends downstairs which in the meantime had become much busier. Great music from the DJ and the bar was selling quite a few beers (the local Presidente is great, even the light version, 200 pesos) and drinks. A lot of hot local guys there (i.a. young and fit) and hardly no visitors (not that I could spot). So a lot of eye candy. You walk around in your underwear (speedos or trunks) or shorts; I can't recall any with towels only. The stripper came at 6 PM downstairs. Nothing spectacular but he showed off his hard dick and gave the audience a chance to grope (and obviously hoping for a tip). Soon after the foam started pouring down from the ceiling and everyone started dancing and groping in the foam; many guys took off their underwear/speedos/shorts on the dance floor. Certainly not shy; great fun. Guests were going back and forth between the foam downstairs and the cruising upstairs. Some action in the dry sauna as at least on 2 occasions I saw 1 or 2 guys sucking others. The dark room (pitch dark so a bit uncomfortable for me) was also busy with a lot groping going on. I didn't observe any hustlers or working guys looking for customers there, but I might be wrong on that. Massage didn't seem to be on offer.

Apolo Sauna charges 300-400 pesos depending on the day. Check instagram. It closes around 10:00 pm. Its a decent sauna. Locals. Sometimes gay4pays. Too bad you didnt enjoy Marlowes. Its filled with local gays, tourist and gay4pay.
