Day 10 Great feeling in he morning that all world problems were solved or at least I felt like it . Breakfast in hotel , I noticed quite a few glances by other guests. Old, KFC like troll and muscle semi-god , hard not to notice contrast I guess. But expressions were rather ‘wow” than condemnation so it made for even better feeling and boost to my self esteem. Today trip with my friend to train market in MaeKlong. That’s rewarding, entertaining but multi staged trip requiring some planning. I took BTS to Wongwian Yai BTS station , from there it’s about 500 m walk by covered walkway to Taksin Road and then another 500 m north along the street to Wongwian Yai railway SRT station. While BTS one is usual concrete monstrosity , railway station is just single track ending almost on the street. My guess would be it may be easy to miss but my friend was already there so he spared me finding out. We bought tickets to Machachai also known as Samut Sakhon at 10 baht a piece and while waiting for train I bought new baseball hat in adjacent market. Trains on this stretch are frequent, roughly hourly and ours at 10.40 am arrived and departed on time. No problem finding seat but train was by no means empty and whole 1 hour trip is basically through urban landscape never leaving really Greater Bangkok. Upon arrival , since we had more than hour to make connection we had a coffee , then took ferry across the river for 4 baht and in 3 minutes we were on another side. From there about 800m well posted walk to Ban Laem station. There are only 4 trains a day on that railway from Ban Laem to Mae Klong so as I said some planning is required. We could see it when train rolled out of station and pair of young tourists was running toward it but unfortunately too late to catch it. This part took also 1 hour, this time landscape was rural , graced at one point by impressive sight of grand stupa Phra Pathom Chedi , tallest in all Thailand, in Nakhon Pathom . Train market is on the last stretch , just before terminal station. On last station before terminal train become very lively as whole tour of Japanese boarded brought there by bus. Wise move as in my opinion surveying market from moving train is more interesting than being on the ground. At one point train slowed to crawl through all the stalls and scores of tourists taking pictures. We responded in kind taking theirs. On Ban Laem station we met again that unfortunate pair waiting for our train to return and take them back. Girl cheerfully commented ‘ we are on vacation, we have time”. There was short wait for return train from Mahachai after we crossed river and going to Bangkok train was quite full as it was rush hour. At 6.30pm, 7 hrs. and 50 minutes from departure in the morning we were back. Thank you Christian PFC for providing information about logistics of getting there. There’s other way to get to the market, by bus from Southern Bus terminal but is not as entertaining and getting to and from terminal takes time and effort as it’s not easily connected to BTS or MRT I was told. I suggested we will have pizza dinner at Madrid Tavern and my friend agreed so we took BTS to Saphan Taksin and walked to soi 49 from there. Greeted by smiles and question ‘ you want Chang , no glass, and your usual pizza ? “ I knew I’m in the right place. My friend being vegetarian was concerned whether they will have some choice for his and it turned out they have no less than 4 pizzas of vegetarian kind including my favorite ‘Shallots and cherry tomatoes” . After dinner we walked to our hotels . I refreshed myself and went to HotMale go-go where I was supposed to meet with Tartegogo for the first time. No problem recognizing each other as we provided kind of detailed descriptions of ourselves since we never met before. He had his companion with him already and soon they took off and I invited Sam whom I offed few days ago and another boy, as twinky as they go whom I knew from 3some off on previous trip to seat with me. Sam clearly hoped for an off but tonight I opted for other guy. Perhaps taken by his smile which never left his face. So another twink in my collection and it was good move. He was not hungry so we went to hotel right away and had surprisingly romantic evening , night and morning. Am I in process of switching to twinks? That serious question I need to answer.

For others who are not legal eagles, a summary judgment is one in which the facts are so compelling that a judge finds no need for a trial and decides the case on the information that has been presented in the brief. In this case, Tribe thinks that Dominion has provided enough evidence that Fox News deliberately spread lies that Dominion's voting machines were faulty and denied Donald Trump the 2020 election. “I have never seen a defamation case with such overwhelming proof that the defendant admitted in writing that it was making up fake information in order to increase its viewership and its revenues,” Tribe told the Guardian. “Fox and its producers and performers were lying as part of their business model.” One such piece of proof was a tweet put out a day after the election by Fox reporter Jaqui Heinrich who “correctly factchecked [a Trump] tweet, pointing out that top election infrastructure officials said that there is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised.” After the tweet, Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity went ballistic. It's possible this landmark case could be decided quickly. And it's not the only lawsuit Dominion has filed. Personally, it would please me greatly if Dominion prevailed in all its cases and actually received multi-billion-dollar judgments. For too many years, we've been inundated with known lies masquerading as truth and there have been few if any consequences. Here's hoping that's about to change. 🤞

I'm not so optimistic. I don't see either side giving in. As long as they have our support, Ukraine will probably insist on having all of its territory returned, including Crimea, plus compensation for its injuries. Putin is too hard-headed to return those territories. I suspect our best hope is that Putin dies, one way or the other.

all I know we only know about them as much as they told us. The same works other way. If you haven't seen the film version of Game Change, which focused on McCain's pick of Palin, you should check it out. One of my favorite movies. It portrays how Palin was the canary in the coal mine to what later became MAGA. And McCain got stuck running a race he didn't want to run. And couldn't win, anyway. On that race in particular, Lichtman argued the Republicans had so many fundamentals working against them in 2008 that Democrats could have picked Charlie The Tuna Fish. And he would have won. Truth be told, Charlie wasn't that young, either. Speaking of age: I'm not sure I buy that argument. I posted an article about Reagan above. There were definitely plenty of anecdotes about what seemed like it could be Alzheimers. At least one of which played out on national TV, during that first 1984 national debate. But the key point to me is that the doctors, who presumably know, still say that Reagan did not begin to test for dementia in long cognitive tests until 1994, long after he left office. So there's a good argument that Reagan served for eight years and got the job done. Even if he was old. Back in 2020 I read a bit about Konrad Adenauer. He resigned as Chancellor at 87, and stayed on as head of the CDU until 90. To me, looking at this from a partisan perspective as a Democrat, "Joe Adenauer" is the best case scenario. This part I read in 2020 stuck with me: The only part that doesn't necessarily fit with Biden is the intense work habits. I don't know about Biden's day to day routine. But he is globe trotting from his playful Senate SOTU address to Kyiv. So he doesn't come off as senile to me. In his later years Adenauer slowed down, and took naps regularly in the afternoon. But if you buy the idea that a comparison with Adenauer could be made, the vision part is that Biden's whole political career stands for certain things: a commitment to democracy, a Keynesian/FDR commitment to capitalism with liberal government interventions, opposition to Putin's version of crony communism, and a commitment to rebuilding the American economy. I know for the MAGA crowd they only see a senile old fool. Yet, somehow, the unemployment rate is the lowest in 50 years. Somehow, he has the best record on manufacturing jobs since any President in a long time: 900,000 more manufacturing jobs since January 2021. You can say that's based on recovery from COVID all you want. But it doesn't change the fact that Trump's four year Presidency left us with half a million fewer factory jobs as of January 2021, compared to when he started. Whereas Biden is getting close to 1 million more factory jobs since he took over. It's hard to argue Trump ran things well, and Biden completely fucked up the COVID recovery, when you consider statistics like that. Which may help explain why Democrats seem to be doing better in states like Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania. Stock guru Glenn Neely thinks the S & P will hit 5500 by next Summer. JP Morgan bear David Wilson thinks the looming recession could take the S & P down to 3000 by this Summer. Which he says would set the stage for a strong V-shaped rebound to 3900 by year end. And God knows where by Fall 2024. Those two are probably the book end extreme estimates. Either way, the realistic scenario is that by Election Day 2024 the S & P could be close to, at, or even well above its all time high. Presumably that would be driven by getting past these rough patches in corporate earnings and inflation. Meanwhile, all this money for chips factories and EV factories and bridges is starting to flow. This just doesn't strike me as a picture of a stagnant economy. Even Wilson, a bear, describes it as an economy working its way through a series of big shocks toward a new cycle of steady growth. A bull like Neely says we are about to enter one of the biggest bull markets ever, driven by flourishing global capitalism. If any of that turns out to be true, it may not matter whether Biden is a senile old fool. Anymore than it mattered whether Adenauer was a senile old fool who had to go down for naps in the afternoon. What probably mattered to Germans most was the Wirtschaftswunder. And the stability, after going through a very ugly period that makes COVID look like a picnic by comparison. Given that, they were probably fine mit Der Alte. The optimistic scenario is that most of these bipartisan investments and industrial policy decisions pan out. And global capitalism keeps doing its things. And, of course, we avoid war with either Russia or China. The worst case scenario view, expressed cogently above, is that decoupling from China and getting into trade tit for tats will lead to stagflation in the US. Xi, unlike Putin, relies on a stable and growing global economy for China to continue to develop. So the verdict is out. But I tend to view the glass as half full. I think taking on Putin and decoupling from China to the degree that we see tangible gains in US factory jobs is going to work out well für Der Alte. Like Adenauer, Uncle Joe seems to have good, and consistently underrated, political instincts and judgment. The old man was supposed to be a joke in the Democratic primary. He won. Then somehow he became either the senile joke in the basement, or the only man alive who could beat Trump. Neither of which seemed true to me. He was supposed to get his ass kicked hard last year, just like he did in the 2010 midterms when he was Veep. Somehow his instinct to make it about democracy and moderation seemed to work well. When critics mock him for eating an ice cream cone in Kyiv, which was supposed to be Vlad's new backyard by now, they just set up more low expectations that are easy for him to beat.

Even if the full amount is awarded, it will not sway Fox to change it ways. They make many more billions off of the stupid and naive. The cost of this will not hurt them at all.

perhaps, but I turn 60 this year. I think the biggest change for me was getting very serious about exercise and weight loss. As I got healthier, my ability to perform increased. I do high intensity interval training with a personal trainer 3x a week. I'm lying in a pool of my own sweat when I finish because he pushes me HARD. The results, however, show. But, I know that suffering is critical to maintaining my health after too many years of neglect so I keep at it. I do have high blood pressure and anxiety, but both are pretty well treated with medication.

I don't believe considering the potential harm of a "sex review" is in any way a form of extreme political correctness. It's simply offering regard for another's dignity. Would you be OK is an individual you post about responds with a sex review of you?

Beyond the legal implications, there's the dignity of the guy involved to be considered. I think we're agreed that they're all young men. They won't be able to remain in the game for a career and at some point will have to move on. Our postings, even if they are positive and made with a guy's permission, don't easily go away. Good luck. There is a reason the "photos" subforum is not public. That's because copyrighted, both commercial and personal media is posted there. It could result in civil or criminal prosecutions in many countries. The days of the internet being a wild west free-for-all where pretty much anything goes are long gone. You cannot take photos from someone's social media or gay apps and repost it here, or another website. You may do it anyway and simply not care, but it certainly opens you up to legal problems, and more important this website. If you used the excuse that "providers" as you call these people, wouldn't know about it or don't have the resources to do anything about it, which is how people like you often think, then we will all see your true colours. Day 8 When parting in the morning I upped his tip by savings on his meal last night and even pointed it to him. Hope word spreads that it pays not to be too glutenous. At 9 am met farang friend in café near Mahanakhon, we had talk till 11 and resolved to go to train market after tomorrow , agreed to meet at Wongwian Yai station in time for 10.40 train. Then I had mission as I got suspicion from combing Grindr that one on my best guy ever, certain M from Senso is working as hairdresser in one of shops in Rama IX Central. So jumped on MRT and soon was combing that sizable mall in search of hairdresser shops. Unfortunately did not spot him, perhaps too early , or his day off or whatever. Will try next time in Bangkok as I don’t give up on him easily. Being in area went to Ratchada train market but it was too early and shops were closed but walking there I found 10 baht coin so at least my efforts paid of. Next step was to have massage at new shop of 9-Teen in soi 6 with guy who was resident masseur in Tawan last year , now task taken by Mas , their resident twink. New shop is quite impressive, well designed and everything smells new. Word is that massage is proper , just like Prime around the corner without any sinister moves. Let’s say I decline comment on that , I liked my massage session only conclusion was bit unnerving since my guy wanted higher tip than I offered. I succumbed to request but it will be while before he will see me if at all. As much as I like Tawan and their boys , I built reputation there as handy money dispenser. I know it’s my fault but it starts hurting me so perhaps it’s time to switch that pain to guys and show them that greed is not good for their financial health. But that’s for future as that massage reminded me that this trip I did not go to Tawan yet so resolved to pay them a visit tonight. But first a dinner, this time in G”Bangkok in soi 4 . they have one fusion German -Thai dish in casserole I like so much. Don’t remember name of it but on the page where they list fusion servings that’s the one in the very bottom. Next step was my daily drink with P at Hot Male and after a while there I walked to Tawan. It was nice to be greeted by all those smiles and handshakes, less nice to fend off all those palms stretched for tips. Today my tips were reserved for performers in the show but yes , I bought drinks for 3 guys sitting with me including K and B whom I offed few times in the past. I was bit surprised , K’s cousin waitress in Happy Beer did not spy on me as he was not aware I’m in Bangkok. I always admire Thai discretion. Show as always was quite brave and very modern including not one but two special shows and usual JO competition so I dispensed 9 red notes for their efforts. K remembered that in Dec on his birthday I promised him to buy him whisky so I decided to off him tonight, invited him for a dinner in 7.5 stars and just before deadline bought him a bottle of wine as he asked for such substitution. And then to hotel for activities like knitting , stamp collection rearrangement and world peace discussions.

I am a firm believer of giving guys 2nd or 3rd chance, especially when i really like the guy, or i heard good reviews/report from others. Very recently, I made an appointment with a guy from grindr, and i agree to his rate without negotiation, and set a time. He wasnt responsive when i texted near the set time, and i waited for him a while, went around to find something to eat, then back. He finally replied saying he is otw back from eating. When we finally met, he told me what happened, which to me, doesnt really matter much since i really like what i see lol. Back in his room, all goes really well. Very passionate and does pretty much everything i wanted. Definitely worth all the trouble. All is forgiven indeed. And i did this for someone ive never met, and only saw his pic from grindr. Its a rare find for me, and given my pickiness, might be a while before i find this type and quality again, so im glad i gave him another chance. Its in human nature when we are told no, the more we want it lol. I had one experience with a masseur at regular massage place who let me touch him and we exchange line. And when i asked if he is interested to go to my room, he says no, indirectly. If this guy suddenly texted me he finally agree to meet me in hotel, id probably do something similar lol. Too bad, he no longer work there and probably change his line and we lost contact.

Day 6 After emotions of previous 5 days I decided to deflate a bit and take it easy. Today was day me and CCP were supposed to arrive. For a second I entertained an idea of going to Swampy and see if he arrived utilizing free ticket my courtesy but abandoned idea fast. Why bother ? And even if he did , what it would change? I wouldn’t even try to approach , even less to embarrass him. After lazy morning I left Rose and went back to Baan Silom. I liked Rose and it’s quite a option in area if price is right. Unpacking in Baan Silom I noticed my two bottles of red wine carried from home . Now, deprived option of seeing how it makes CCP horny I did not have much use of them but fortunately for the planet got idea who may utilize them and offered to gift to him , no strigs attached. From the BBC A little puppy is found on the side of road in Thailand, bloody with no fur and hardly able to move. A few weeks later, the dog - now named Rodney - is up and about and capturing hearts on social media. The journey Rodney has taken - and that of many other dogs - has been documented and posted online by County Tyrone man Niall Harbison, who has made it his mission to save as many street dogs as possible. Mr Harbison runs a sanctuary on the island of Koh Samui, where he rescues, nurses and feeds dogs in need. Day 4 Contrary to what may be expected I slept quite well and would sleep even longer but at 7 am I was waked up by sound of air conditioner. Breakfast on 15th floor , included in price, I truly enjoyed food and the view . Going down, my phone sounded, it was Line message , you guessed rightly, from CCP. Repeated last night excuse about delivery and being hungry like he couldn’t say that at night he will not come. Then complained that he is stressed because of debt and it caused him to lose 5kg, fact I noticed yesterday at the airport. And noticed that I keep tight limit on his monetary requests. Next out of blue question come if during those 5 days in BKK we can make trip to Phi Phi island . I said no , I’m not planning to go outside of Bangkok . He mused ‘ why ? we have so many days” so I answered because it would cost more than I planned to spend. And I had question too ‘ what about our trip today?’ , answer was brief “ I think I cannot “ . All I could do is to say ‘ thank you for letting me know , I will ask at travel office”. Then I knew all affair is over. And as it turned so did him because my next message “ what about tomorrow? “ was never read till last day of the trip. So yes, all warning signs were like that, warning signs . it was only me who seeing those opted to ignore them feeding what my friend described as ‘ magnificent illusion” . It was magnificent indeed. But no more . I fired my tablet decided to cut my stay in PP short. Tickets for today were bit costly so I bought one for tomorrow for exactly the same flight I was supposed to take with him day later. It was my third ticket for PP-Bkk flight, first was original and second for that requested earlier flight. Also booked 1 night at Rose hotel because Baan Silom was full for the night. Wandered a bit around riverbank and downtown including magnificent Psar Thmei market but emotions and uncured jet lag conspired and early afternoon I just collapsed in bed to a sound sleep till 9 p.m. Then groomed myself a bit and went to Space Bar again skipping dinner. Hard to believe but breakfast was only meal I had today. In the bar I was greeted by my last trip companion. I did not waste time to ask him to come to my room after bar closes , idea he approved gladly. Later in course of conversation he told me that he knows I’m taking ‘big guy” with me to Bangkok. Wishing it was true indeed I said nothing. So obviously CCP spilled the beans, otherwise how he would know ?. Few rounds of drinks kept me and boys at my table in good spirits, fact is quite a few of them were hiring material if I stay longer. Tab was even higher than yesterday and again I suspect I was charged for more drinks I ordered unless boys ordered some behind my back on my tab. No complains as I had good time indeed. But it looks no end to today’s dramas. My expected companion disappeared somewhere and was nowhere to be found. I went to hotel hoping he will be waiting there but no. So lined him only to receive message that he is angry with me because he noticed I tipped few guys just for sitting , drinking and talking. Clearly PP air is not good for me this time, sigh. But I got bright idea to offer him what I’d pay CCP tonight and shortly he was on his way. What I thought as consolation price was consolation indeed. He turned out very warm and yet energetic guaranteeing sleepless steamy night for us both. Probably best of that whole trip.

Relax , I only look stupid

Well it's only USD 280 more it's not something that will break your bank account and if you really like this guy I think I will do the same but be careful when dealing with him once you meet him on money issues and try to stick to the initial agreement. A contrary case happened to me on last December I was in contact with Chaturbate Colombian guy for more than a year and finally met him 2 months ago I don't know how it happened but we developed mutual feelings he never asked for money or demanded anything and at the end I gave him substantial amount that made him shocked, he told me that he stopped working at Chaturbate because he doesn't like it and wanted to start study so I told him this money is for his education which he appreciated very much .I also help him on monthly basis for me it's not a substantial amount but compared to the average salaries in Colombia it's enough for him to get by.

Completely strange request I personally declined it immediately and if he wouldn't agree cancel all the plans with him. regardarding the additional money requests well it's not a love story both sides are aware to the fact that it is temporary business arrangement and typically to a money boy to try maximize his benefits on this situation. I would stick to the initial arrangement and decline any other money requests.

Wednesday night - Had dinner with fellow forum members andy and spoon at local eating place behind Silom Complex. Isaan food. All locals eating there after work only us foreigners. Andy recommended the place. Some dishes are cooked the traditional way using charcoal. We had seafood, chicken, vegetables and a very fresh fish. Everything was tasty. 1100 baht bill which is pretty alright. It's been 2 years since we met up. We last met together before Covid back in December 2019. After dinner, we headed to Soi 4. We wanted to see the hunks at Jupiter. It was 9.30pm. Too early for show. I negotiated with the staff. I would order a bottle of whisky so there would be no need to pay individual cover charge. We also got to reserve a table. In fact, there were several other tables already reserved before us! We went to Pride restaurant for some drinks and light bites and listen to singers to while the time. At 10.30pm, we were at Jupiter for the show. Many customers but quite a number were ladies. Many guys. Unfortunately they did catwalk and disappeared quickly before the show started. Not much chance to have a look at the Jupiter guys. In fact, I spotted one handsome guy with short haircut whom I was interested but I didn't call him over for drinks. Show was pretty entertaining. But it was obviously catered to ladies. There was one performance where two hunks danced around a lady customer seated on a chair. They ended up pretending to pleasure her. Lucky bitch. Then there was a birthday song sung for one lady customer who was already half drunk. By the end of the night, she was totally drunk. She and her two friends (one male and one female) and a group of Jupiter guys were next to our table drinking the whole night. We were afraid that she might vomit. After the show ended close to midnight, the guys came out to present themselves on stage. I wanted to call over the guy I liked but I was too late. Mamasan had already sent him to a group of (Chinese?) male customers at table on the opposite side. He started drinking with and hugging one of them. Lucky bastard. At midnight, the vibe in Jupiter changed. It became a karaoke-dancing bar. Jupiter singers took over and started singing. Customers (mostly the ladies) got up on stage and danced with Jupiter guys. We didn't manage to finish our bottle of Johnnie Walker black label 1-litre (4000 baht) so I asked for the bar to be kept for my next visit (tentatively Saturday and I shall definitely call over the guy I liked)! Andy left first while spoon and I took our time to walk out. Soi 4 was dark. The lights at Circus were off. Balcony was closing. Lo and behold, as we walked past Banana, we could hear loud music. We were greeted by the bald headed guy with moustache from Hotmale. He had moved to Banana. He was happy to see us. Feeling unsatisfied because we didn't get anyone from Jupiter, we went in and had such a surprise. There was lip synching performance by drag queens but these queens were pretty good. Bar had customers with some single male customers accompanied by Banana guys. Because most seats were taken, we sat in front row and that was how we had good view and direct interaction with the Banana guys who came on shortly. Average types. Not hunks like Jupiter. All wearing white shorts. Would have wanted them to be in briefs but it's alright. Spoon picked guy with best body. He spoke to him directly and negotiated a long-time. I recognised two Laos guys from Freshboys whom I had fun before in the past. I didn't know who to choose so I got both of them. We didn't buy any guy drinks (even though it was the cheapest in Bangkok at 250 baht). We just paid for our own drinks and off fees. And yes, I need to mention - mamasan Lucy is at Banana! Many forum members would remember her from Lucky Boys or even further back at Soi Twilight. We managed to get out without her asking for tips while her back was turned. Back in my hotel room, I drank and caught up with the Laos guys. World Cup football match was on TV. We made quite a bit of noise. Hotel staff called to say one of the guests in the other room complained about the noise. We quietened down for remaining of the time. After the football match ended at 4am, the Laos guys left half drunk but happy with their tips.

I went there last week with a "local friend". Going there on Sunday afternoon without booking in advance is not a great idea... but the owner gave me an Ipad with all pics of boys, many were already in action or booked.
