  1. Day 3 Day 3 began with a morning session with my sexy Filipino J. After, we walked to Silom soi 26, but were too late forthe morning vendors and too early for the afternoon vendors. I thought we may end up at Unesco World Heritage, but J suggested we try Silom Edge fool court. There are about 12-15 options and we had a nice lunch there. Open 24 hours too, for that late night snack. After lunch we said goodbye as I had plans for the afternoon. Went back to the hotel and showered, did some work, then walked over to Senso. Greeted by about 15 guys, each cuter than the next, but one guy, J, was wearing glasses and so cute, so he was my pick. Let's just say, I picked well. The massage started with my feet and legs, then back and shoulders. J was named from the beginning and feeling his body against mine was exceptional. When it came time to turn over, he asked what I like- I told him I am a top. He took a moment then went and got his supply pouch. He slapped a condom on me and lubed up and began to sit on my cock. It wasn't going well at first. I could tell he didn't bottom a lot. So, he pulled out some poppers and with a few whiffs of that he managed to get all the way down. We stayed in that position for a while as he got used to it but once he was comfortable, it was off to the races. His sexy abs and pecs were amazing to see and feel while we fucked. An absolute delight and highly recommended. Tipped him, well, in the room then went down to pay. The ugly mamasan at the counter tried to quote me a higher price than on the menu. I refused and showed her the menu price. Shame on her- anf I remmerb that happening there once before. I do not mind paying a premium price for a premium service, but don't overcharge from the price list. Went back to hotel and showered. A quick pint with the boys of Hotmale Beer Bar, then off to Circus for dinner and part of the drag show. After, I bought some of the knock-off underwear on Silom and took it back to the hotel. I was feeling kind of tired, but decided to go out anyway. Ended up at Banana Room where I was seated next to a very drunk Chinese customer with a bottle of Bacardi (gross) and multiple shot glasses generally making a spectacle of himself by giving shots and tips to the staff. Not my style so I moved down and was seated in the front. There were a couple cuties, but I thought I might have an early night. Just then, an American from Texas came in and was seated right behind me. We started chatting and it turns out to be his first time night in Bangkok ever, and he was amazed. I explained how it all works, and he said "So they're all prostitutes" I replied "Well, that's a rather unartful word, but yes". I called down a cute guy that had been making eyes at me during the show to demonstrate to Texas how it works. Shortly, Texas left as his Grindr was blowing up, and I ended up offing the guy. We got back to my hotel, but I was really tired so I paid the tip to the boy, and asked him to leave. He apologized profusely, but I assured him he did nothing wrong- I was just totally zonked. So day three ended alone, but that was perfectly fine, as J had worn me out that afternoon. And, I had a date with P the next night anyway, so a good night sleep seemed like a good idea. I will explain P in the next post. More later...

  2. Day 2- Day 2 began with a morning session with the sexy Cambodian S, from Hotmale. We showered and he left. I decided I wanted a coffee, so went out to the street and got a coffee from a street stall, and fresh watermelon. Where else can you get a giant iced coffee and watermelon for less than 2 bucks? Walked around and found a shady spot to eat and sip my coffee. It was early so it was still cool so I just explored a little bit. Soon it was time for my daily foot massage with the amazing U at Relax Thai Massage. It was pure bliss as always. Afterward, I decided to have lunch at the traditionally Thai-named Happy Beer Garden. I was pleasantly surprised by the food quality, and the service was efficient and friendly. Maybe too friendly- more on that later. After lunch I put in a couple hours of work, then got showered and dressed to go meet J. I have been chatting with J for a few months on Grindr. He's not a MB, just a sexy 25 year-old Filipino living and working in Bangkok. I hit him up in October, thinking I would be in Bangkok soon. Work had other plans for me, so we have kept in touch these last several months. We planned to meet at Shenanigan's, then head off to the night market for dinner and to have a look around. He was about 20 minutes late, but when he arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. Exactly my type- a little shorter than me, smooth brown skin, and muscular legs. Perfection! We took the MRT to the Jodd Fairs night market which seems to be the newest one. Not sure what I was expecting on a Saturday night, but it was SUPER packed and busy. We walked around for a bit looking for a place to eat, when J suggested Spaghetti Seafood. I looked at the menu (but not the tables of other diners) and agreed. Once we were seated, I realized what we were in for. Essentially, you choose which seafood you like (we chose mixed) and they then lay down wax paper. A bucket of seafood with a tomato based sauce is then dumped in front of you. We also ordered the "cheese burn" because hot cheese. Well, they drop shredded cheese all over the seafood then burn it with a torch right on the table. We both watched this process unfold with our eyes growing larger and larger! You then don plastic gloves and eat with your hands. Whomever said you shouldn't order anything messy on a "first date" would be horrified, but we had a great time talking and laughing and being messy. After, we had a couple beers at the open area and listened to a woman screech out some Thai hits. She wasn't very good, but it added to the overall experience, for sure. Time to head back to Silom, so we check Grab and see 250 Baht, so we approach tuk-tuk driver number 1. He says 500. J is not having this. We got to the next driver as driver 1 holds up his hand (5) in an attempt at price fixing. Second driver immediately undercuts him and says 400. J, still not satisfied, approaches tuk-tuk 3. Driver one holds up hand-5. Driver 3 says 400. The process repeats until we are several more tuk-tuks down the line. Eventually we get a driver for 200. J is satisfied with this and we hop in. As we ride past driver 1, J waves at him and holds up 2 fingers. I decide I like this guy! When we get back, I pay the driver 300 Baht- we still got a deal, and he made a little more money. Everyone wins! We settle into some seats at Unicorn to watch the gays pass by. Laughing and chatting and beer- soon we are feeling good and J wants to go to GOD. I do not love crowds, but I agree and we go. It was actually fun, so long as you stay on the balcony level. We dance for a while, but it is soon time to head back to the hotel as the bars are closing. J wants another couple beers for the room, but it's late. We pass by Happy Beer Garden and he asks if we can get a couple to go. The waitress says yes, and calls me by my name! She must have read it on my credit card earlier in the day, and remembered- I was surprised, to be sure. So we get back in the room and J goes to set the bottles on the table and they roll off the table onto the tile floor and CRASH. Now we have broken glass beery mess- I take one look at it and at J, who is shirtless and super embarrassed and say fuck it- this can wait. I throw a towel over the mess, move the coffee table on top so we don't step on it in the middle of the night, and roll into bed. He is a very passionate kisser and an excellent bottom. We have an athletic session and finally pass out after- He fits in my arms perfectly, so we snuggle most of the night. In the morning, I wake up to him pressing his cock up against me, so it's time for round 2. Even better than the night before. So that's how day 3 started! More later...

  3. First time trip report- please be kind. Arrived Thursday night/Friday morning. Flight was uneventful and we landed at BKK at about midnight. Took about 20 mins through immigration and bags were already rolling out. Picked up my bag and went to get a cab. Stall number 46 was my guy, and away we went. The driver was hauling ass most of the ride, and then slowed down to a crawl on the mostly empty highway. I realized he didn't know how to get to The Raya- (thanks Vinapu), despite me showing him the address in Thai. I whip out google maps and then direct the ride for the final 20 mins. Upon arrival, I suggest the driver should pay me since I did the navigation. He didn't think this was quite as funny as I did, but I tipped him well so all was forgiven. Checked in, checked the apps, and passed out. Friday- I decided to walk around to see what had changed since the pandemic. I walked past Green Massage to see if my guy was still there. It was relatively early, but there were only 2/3 people sitting outside, and my guy was not one of them. (When in Bangkok, I like to treat myself to a foot massage almost every day, as it's so cheap. I found a guy at Green that is great. Once, he convinced me to go upstairs for a full body massage, and it got sexy! He's not really my type, but he was so nice and eager, so I enjoyed the massage and the extras with him. Let's call him U. I figured he went back home during the pandemic and I would never see him again, but I went to check anyway. Hope springs eternal they say.) So, as I walked past the dog leg near Prime Massage, I am almost at Silom Road when I hear me name being called. Turn around, and there's U! He's a at Relax Thai Massage now- on the right after the dogleg. The guys there all wear black. Anyway, we hug and chat for a minute, and I tell him I will be back in an hour and get a foot massage. AMAZING start to Day 1. But I was on a mission so I continued on my way to: Foodland! I needed to get my favorite facial soap and they sell it there. I got the soap and some other things and check out. I was tempted to drop into the Unesco World Heritage Site 5 Michelin starred restaurant, but I had a foot massage scheduled and I needed to drop off my purchases. So we will have to save it's delights for another day. Foot massage was great, as always, and U would stick his hands up my shorts and tickle my balls every once in a while- I would smile and he would giggle. He's very sweet and I am glad he is back in Bangkok. We chatted about the pandemic and losing work for so long (I also lost work the entire time) so I could fully empathize. Massage ended and Ieft with a promise to return the next day for another. Paid and tipped and went to lunch at Mango Tree. I have a tradition of Pad Thai at Mango for my first lunch in Bangkok. I also wanted to see the situation on that soi, so I walked down that way after lunch. Couldn't really figure out what was happening with the new place Queen or New Twilight or whatever- confusing to say the least. Will need further investigation. Back to hotel to relax for a minute and shower as I was heading to Arena in the late afternoon. I walked down Silom and into the plaza were Arena is. Went up and was met outside by the boss man. He said something as he opened the door, and about 20/25 guys all hopped up. I usually just pick a guy I like the looks of and see what happens. In this case it was a muscular guy who had a really great smile and seemed eager. So up I went with Mike. We got to the room and I took another shower. Mike comes in and he showers and is just as sexy naked as I thought. He speaks decent English and is nervously chatting and laughing. He tells me it's his first day, which of course I do not believe. But when the massage starts, I think- maybe it's true... Instead of a half-assed attempt at massage, I start to get pulled and twisted and pummeled as in a traditional Thai massage. This is unexpected, but very nice. The nervous chatter and laughter continues throughout. He also places little kisses and bites on my ass every once in a while- nice touch! About 20 mins later, he starts with the requested cream massage. This feels awesome and he uses his strong arms and body all over me. He grabs my hand and puts in on his nice sized rock hard cock. He then asks to fuck me- but I am a top so I say "I fuck you!" More nervous laughter as he apologizes, but I say it's OK- no problem. We continue the massage and he starts to jerk me off and play with my ass. It's not gonna happen, but does feel nice. The ending was strong and I was sweaty. I get in the shower and he gets in with me and soaps me up and continues to grind on me and smack my ass- like we are in the locker room. He tells me several more times that I am the one to "open" him- meaning first customer. We dry off and get dressed and he playfully changes out my shoes with his- all the while laughing and joking with me. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience for sure! Was I really his first customer? Or was that just more Magic of Thailand? I suppose there's no way to know, but it was a great afternoon. Back to hotel, short nap, and then off to get some dinner. I stopped in Hotmale Beer Bar and had a pint. Chatted with the guys there, then on to Soi 4, as I haven't yet seen it with life. It was hopping at about 8 pm! Went to Circus and had some fried rice and another pint. Then off to Dreamboys to see how it was. I loved Lucky Boys, so I was hopeful. Well- let's just say the guys weren't great. Seated in the back and left alone by the managers, and there were probably 25 other customers inside. There were a few guys that would be fine, but as it was early, I paid the outrageous sum of 500 baht for my beer, and ventured over to Hotmale upstairs. Only 4 other customers there. But i ordered a beer and there were some cuties for sure. One guy caught my eye, number 32. Cambodian guy, super cute, gay, and speaks good English! Score! He goes and gets his clothes and I pay for our beers and the bar fine and off we go. As it wasn't even 10pm yet, we walked back over to Soi 4, and a tout that I knew from BC (before covid) managed to pull us into Banana Room. The show was going on, so we were seated by the infamous Lucy. I am feeling generous, so I buy Lucy a drink, for old times sake. My Cambodian (S) enjoyed the show- said he had never seen it before. I also gave him a few red notes to tip the performers which he seemed to like doing. We watch the show and it ends with big cocks on the metal pole. Pay the tab and head out. We dropped back by Hotmale Beer Bar for a nightcap and talked. S was very touchy-feely and planted kisses on my cheek and lips. Very friendly and fun. Paid up there and went back to the hotel. As soon as we get int he door, he drops his clothes. I ask if he wants a shower. No, he says. After, with you. Alright then. So we get into bed and he lived up to his promise to do everything. And everything we did. A really passionate and fun guy! We hopped in the shower after and went to bed. Snuggled all night then woke up and had a morning session. We got each other off again, showered and he left. So that's how my morning started on Day 2. He is a definite repeat. More later...

  4. When dining with boy/s/ watch what they order as some tend to pick up most costly dishes and what 's worse , they don't even consume it all. I tend to be liberal but after few cases when bill was close to ST tip I tend to watch and ask how much it costs so they mitigate it a bit. But I agree dining there is fun, specially waitress Joy (that sizable one) who once proclaimed ' we are the same , you like boys and I like boys"

  6. I think on 1st and 2nd day we feel more excited and running on an adrenaline and then nature claims what is her own and chasing us to sleep. It's why at destination I have it on day 3 ( not only in Thailand) but upon return home, right away

  7. I had the same experience there, made worse by arriving with lad 1, who ordered many dishes, while we were waiting for his friend, lad 2, to join us. Lad 2 was not really hungry. As well as 'face' (order expensive dishes), there can also be the assumption that we must be really wealthy. One reason I can be generous to the lads is by being careful in my usual expenditure so I dislike seeing my money wasted.

  12. From Thai PBS World Cabbies must get meters officially adjusted to new fares Taxi drivers must get their meters adjusted before they will be allowed to charge the new fares, an increase of 6% on the old rate, according to the Land Transport Department. A meter adjustment service will be available at the Krung Thep Aphiwat Train Terminal (aka Bang Sue Grand Station) from tomorrow until February 28th from 8am until 5pm every day except Sunday. The service is being provided by four private companies and the adjustment fee ranges from 300-350 baht. Seksom Akraphand, deputy director-general of the Land Transport Department, said that the service at the railway station can accommodate 1,600-1,800 cars a day, adding that, after the meters are adjusted, they will be officially certified and sealed. Apart from the train terminal, he said taxi drivers can take their cars to the Land Transport Department for meter adjustment. Between 500 and 600 cars can be serviced each day there. Responding to complaints from numerous cabbies that the meter adjustment fee is unrealistically expensive, he said that a microchip in each meter has to be replaced. Seksom insists that the new fares have been set after careful study and consideration, as he reminded taxi drivers to improve their service quality, refrain from rejecting fares or taking advantage of passengers.

  13. From Radio Free Asia To rein in accelerating inflation that has reached nearly 40 percent, authorities in Laos have ordered all money changing shops to close and allowing only banks to exchange foreign currencies and bans on the import of some kinds of foods that are produced domestically. The country’s National Statistics Bureau reported year-to-year inflation of 39.3% in December 2022, up from 38.5% the month before, making it the highest among the Association for Southeast Asian Nations members. Authorities said they would ban the import of some kinds of pork, beef, fish and vegetables. Trade officials told RFA that authorities were forced to take harsh economic measures because Laos has been suffering a massive trade deficit, hitting a whopping $926 million in 2022. “We are planning to reduce the import of goods and to promote domestic production,” a trade official from Savannakhet province told RFA’s Lao Service on the condition of anonymity. “We already have a lot of goods produced here in the country, but the problem is that our consumers prefer imported goods to domestic ones.” Rising inflation presents a test for new Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone, who began his new term this year promising to “raise the spirit of the revolution to the highest level.” Top economic officials are hoping for a recovery in tourism and a loosening of travel restrictions, particularly from China Authorities have banned imports of cabbage, garlic, lettuce, broccoli, onion, chilly, celery, eggs, pork, duck, beef, tilapia, and all other freshwater fish. Laos’s cabinet agreed on the import ban during a Dec. 24 meeting, the Lao Pattana newspaper reported. Meanwhile, Laos’ central bank issued a notice on Jan. 13 revoking all permits for money exchangers in the country. Impact on citizens Many lower-income earners in Laos’s capital Vientiane and across the country have grown even poorer and have less to spend on food, healthcare and education. More young Laotians are moving to Thailand to find work, with the Migrant Working Group, a Thai-based NGO, estimating that more than 50,000 people moved from Laos to Thailand for work in the last year, with about 250,000 Laotians working in the country legally. Nearly half a million Laotians are estimated to be working in Thailand without permits. Several workers RFA spoke with said that they moved because they couldn’t find work in Laos. “The [import] ban will be affecting our livelihoods, but we have to have some domestic production,” one Lao economist told RFA. “If our prices are lower than imported goods, then our people will consume our products.” Similarly, an employee of an import-export company based in Vientiane told RFA that the company has been “suffering from low sales because products are getting more and more expensive, too expensive for many Laotians.” While the import ban is going into effect, it is unclear if domestic production of the banned goods will be enough to supply Laos’s market. https://www.rfa.org/english/news/laos/laosrisingcostsinflation-01132023173517.html

  15. I have not had a 4 hand massage and is definitely on my list for next trip. Maybe one in a massage shop and see what happens and then if extra services are not forthcoming I will sort it out via the apps. I have not used the @vinaputechnique of getting a boy to suggest the partner but it seems sound and sensible advice to me. As can be banked on from such a pro in all things Thailand related.

    Clube555 SĂŁo Paulo

Archer, I agree. Clube555 has a large spacious bar area with high ceilings that is maybe five or six time larger than the cramped bar room at Lagoa. And it has much larger steam and sauna rooms than Lagoa. The client dressing area is also far superior to the tiny cave clients get at Lagoa. But of course none of this matters since, at least so far, good GPs have been sadly absent from the terribly located "new Fragata."

I was contacted by a sexy guy who offered a 3way, everything, he said, kissing, sucking, fucking, licking etc. He sent pics of his friend, very sexy, and they came to Le Meridien, no problems, and he was as good as his word! Great sex, all round. He only wanted 4,000, so I gave him 500 extra.

  20. I think you're trying to go about this the wrong way. I advise not trying at massage shops at all. The massage shops aren't looking for unusual requests. Instead, try the apps. Plenty of boys on the apps advertise themselves as massage boys. Send one of the boys a message explaining what you want and ask him if he can bring along a couple of willing boys with him. If he says no, move on to the next boy. If he says no, try the next. Eventually you'll find what you want, especially if you dangle a money carrot. I wouldn't recommend trying to be a cheapskate about it, especially since you are looking for a "special service." And if you get any takers, I advise tipping all three of them very well. VERY well. Then they'll want to come back next time you want a "special service", even if it's something totally different from this one. Don't be impatient during your search. You never know. Many may turn you down or, who knows, you might get lucky on the first try. Think of it as similar to fishing. It may take some time before you get any bites, but sooner or later you'll reel one in . . .

  29. Can go as far as groping and kissing the boy. Between 9pm to 11pm (when the customers are less) bidding ranges from 1 to 3 drinks but when the house goes full (which starts from 12am onwards), it will be from 3 drinks (around 750 baht) even with the least famous boys. It actually amazes me that some tables get 5 to 10 guys and would bid at least 3 drinks for each. The guy I sat with one time, not one of the famous boys but def a good conversationalist and speaks good english with a hint of aussie accent lol told me he would earn at least 60,000 THB/month. I have seen some of the boys there live in a condo and drive a car. Actually, you guys can follow https://www.instagram.com/taonher3659/. He works there and posts boys who also work there.

    Zurich

Stopped for a couple days in Zurich recently and here are the notes: 1. Paragonya's remodeling did not seem to get in the way. I don't remember what was closed off from my previous trip (more than a decade ago) but there seemed to be lots of cabins, showers, nooks. Every inch was Swiss-clean. The cabins had condoms, lube, paper towel, and alcohol sprays. The remodeling should be done in a few days so I'd love to hear from someone what that looks like. 2. There was a good crowd of clients and working boys. My estimate is at least 20 of each. 3. Days and Times: Definitely a weekend thing, in fact only open I believe Thu.-Sun. while remodeling is going on. Definitely an afternoon thing. By 2 pm, you will have seen everybody who will be available. (One guy who came around 4 was asked "why so late?") By 4:30-5 pm, the guys start leaving. 4. The talent: Lots of Brazilians, including one I saw in Barcelona just before. Lots of Romanians - smooth talkers, unreliable in the sack, very "business"; I used to enjoy this type but not so much anymore. Some Czechs, including a stunning muscle sweetheart. The rate is a firm 100CHF. I didn't sense an expectation of a tip. 5. The worst thing: I must have forgotten that Paragonya is a "private" club and therefore smoking is allowed inside. Although they must have some ventilation system at the bar to keep the place from turning into a BBQ pit, it was really getting to me. 6. Zurich in general. Still pretty expensive even with the favorable currency rates. Even the fast food and ethnic restaurants aren't a deal. The best concentration of passable eats and prices I found was, surprisingly, on the touristy pedestrian street right outside Paragonya. Otherwise, do what the Swiss do and get your sandwiches and coffee at the grocery store. I stayed at a pension in what turned out to be the edgy, ethnic, and slightly red-light neighborhood of Zurich. In addition to cafes and shawarma shops, think tattoo parlors, vape shops, strip clubs, and hard-working ladies still hanging out in fishnet stocking when the nippy morning came around. There were also plenty of guys in track suits hanging out in front of the clubs and ladies, including one hunky Russian-looking guy who gave me "a look," but I didn't have the opportunity to find out what he was selling. All in all, I'm already thinking about a return trip to Switzerland.

    Bogota adventure

This happened on the fourth week in Colombia and I had one similar experience on week two in Bogota North, near Santa Fe Mall, but in that case I insisted drive back to the hotel (the flat included a dog, a cat and a rabbit, and was a bit too much zoo ambiente). I also met someone in a party in Cartagena and my short experience showed that guys tend to be polite, well behaving and very social - constantly around friends (I am from the north europe, where people go to parties also alone, but in Colombia at least with one buddy). I still did my online „profiling“ and would not get in touch with guys with strong ghetto vibe (most likely my loss, since I met them at parties and they were friendly guys). Traffic in Bogota can be slow and I understand that trip to my place adds lots of time in their busy schedule.

I'm surprised to hear that Plataforma is still around. I went there on my first trip to POA and, yes, despite the smaller crowd, it did surprise me with a few very companionable young men. On my last trip, I only went to Mezzaninu. The guys there were bad-mouthing Plataforma, but that was 5-6 years ago and maybe during its nadir. POA makes more sense if I'm coming up from Argentina or Uruguay.

    Bogota adventure

Thank you for sharing this amazing story! I am very glad you were able to overcome your prejudices. I truly love the way you were aware of and questioning them. Very few Gringos are able to do what you did, and enjoy cultural immersion besides hot sex.

  38. I have a couple of boys I wanted to sit with but nobody told us how it works. I also noticed the a lot of the guests are young pretty local women. Theyre buying these boys drinks to sit with them. Will defnitely go back. I also noticed that the bar is hidden. It is located on the basement of a building. And no sign or name of the club outside. I was thingking if maybe its an underground bar? Is this something common in bangkok?

    Phuket trip spring 2023

You could have fooled me! 😉 Everyone has their own style of posting and readers just have to get used to that. But in a post like the one above and others in this thread, perhaps @12is12 might enlighten us why 'M' and 'acdmc' have letters missing when 'profession' is spelled in full. It appears merely to be some form of artificial affectation.

  41. Hopefully you are not mistaken, but I have serious doubts. I have lost track of the number of empty taxis driving past when people try to flag them down. Drivers do not want to get bogged down in traffic, even though the meter still runs, and they much prefer long distances. If they see shopping bags, it seems they just assume you only want to go 2 or 3 kms and will not stop. I see this regularly after I have been to a supermarket very near my condo. I often have to wait for the 5th or 6th empty taxi before it stops. And no, the ones which sailed by did not have "Busy" on their signs - the relatively new indication that they are on they way to pick someone up. The other much more understandable problem is end of shifts. If the driver does not own his cab, he has to deliver it back at a certain time so that another driver can take his place. Clearly he does not want to go to Don Mueang if the next driver is waiting by Saphan Thaksin! But surely the Transport Dept. could give each owner a sign to place over the meter stating "End of Shift" or some such wording. But that's far too obvious for Thailand, clearly!

    Carnaval in Brazil

One more Carnaval suggestion: Ten years ago I managed to experience Carnaval in Recife where it consisted of fantastic, totally immersive street parades, featuring a giant rooster. (I have forgotten the story of how this Big Cock was related to Carnaval.) Recife did have a few parades with small "floats" but you were up close ten yards away not a hundred yards away as you might be in Rio. The young man below adorned one such float. I've heard the parades in Salvador is similar. You mentioned maybe visiting Salvador, so you might try to catch one of the days of its Carnaval too.

  43. Given how little money taxis make it's quite likely the drivers just don't know where they're going. It's not like they have to pass that test London cabbies do

  46. thank you for interesting , fast paced and very dynamic report. I like when people are not wasting precious vacation time. Like everybody else waiting for next chapter impatiently. Drivers may not know Raya but everybody knows Thainya, Suriwong and Patpong so that may serve as a lead in case of them getting lost in urban jungle. After 18past19 and I petitioned UNESCO, they agreed to up Foodland to 7.5 stars. One thing I don't like is your misplaced generosity , buy drink to boy but Lucy ? Yes , very please check on status of New Twilight / Queens Club. That will count as community service in case you run into troubles. and finally and I will scream it loudly : YOU CLEARLY PAY ATTENTION TO GOOD SIDE OF THINGS INSTAED OF COMPLAING THAT IT'S NOTHING LIKE GOOD OLD DAYS. Bravo and very thank you again !

  47. Soda Massage Jomtien review I went there following a recent review by a member (sorry i cannot locate it here). The place is located in the jomtien complex where all the bars and massage shops are. It is on the corner and one can locate it on google maps. Boys quality: Boys were sitting in front but many of them are flamboyant (more of?) bottoms, who are not my type. I do like more masculine and muscular guys so keep that in mind when you read my reviews. Many of them were not my type, some decent looking faces but the body is slim...But the oil massage is only 300 baht, so I wanted to try it. In my opinion, the boys quality is quite low (for my likings). I passed this place three times to check the boys, I would say in all three times, I had hard time finding the guy to hire. Ambience: Overall it was not the cleanest place I have been to in Thailand. The toilet had a poo smell, probably because the guys were cleaning before I came. It is that smell. The toilet and shower are together but I didn't use them because of the smell. The room is basic, no place to leave your phone or stuff. Usually the bed has a basket under but nothing in the rooms. The ac was not working, the fan was not working, so overall it was hot. Massage Quality: The guy I chose was probably new, so the massage was not good. Very soft touch, no pressure, no tension. Not getting close to my groin area etc. Overall, I was really disappointed The rest: Of course, you know what happens toward the end. The guy took off his clothes as soon as I touched him but the body was slim. He was not very active but let me touch him without any limit. I gave me a head but it was a beginner's head. Yet, I enjoyed it because he didn't know what he was doing. Anyway tipped him 500 and he seemed quite happy about it. a side note: there is a place on the other side of the street. I don't know the name. When I passed through it three times. there was a guy who was semi-muscular only one time but didn't hire him because I was on my way back from a massage at a private place I found on grindr.

  48. To be openly gay in the latter days of the Russian Empire was extremely risky. Its most celebrated composer Tchaikovsky, especially famous for his music to the ballets “Swan Lake”, “The Nutcracker” and “Sleeping Beauty”, had agonized whilst keeping his homosexuality private. His death in 1893 was officially due to cholera. Some researchers now believe he was forced to commit suicide after a threat of being ‘outed’ by a group of princeling students. He was just 53. One Russian had few concerns about keeping his gay life private. An avowed homosexual, he was destined to change forever the way the world looked at art and the performing arts. Born in 1872, Serge Diaghilev, son of a bankrupt vodka distiller, spent his early years near the Russian city of Perm. At the age of 18 he moved to the capital, St. Petersburg, where he soon managed to find himself part of an artistically-inclined gay clique. With these new friends, he would socialize, swap boyfriends and occasionally cruise for trade in the city’s parks. According to the composer Nicolas Nabokov, “he was perhaps the first grand homosexual who asserted himself and was accepted as such by society.” In the first decade of the 20th century, St. Petersburg was the place to be if you wanted to work in the classical arts. By 1906 Diaghilev was making a name for himself. He was asked to mount an exhibition of Russian art in Paris. Two years later he again visited Paris with a production of the opera “Boris Godunov” featuring the most famous bass voice of the age, Fyodor Chaliapin. The tombstone of Chaliapin in Moscow But it was ballet the French really wanted to see, for the Imperial Ballet of St. Petersburg was famed as the finest in the world. So in 1909 Diaghilev persuaded its best dancers to spend their summer holidays in Paris where he would mount a season performed under the title Les Ballets Russes. The season was a massive success. The exciting new choreography and bold new designs had a far more general appeal than to just the usual aristocratic ballet audience. As important was the astounding virtuosity of the lead dancers. Anna Pavlova (the Pavlova dessert of meringue, fruit and lashings of cream is named after her) was one of the prima ballerinas, but it was the astonishing lead male dancer who utterly electrified Paris. Everyone wanted to see the young, withdrawn and innocent star, Vaslav Nijinsky. Other than showing Paris his extraordinary leaps when he seemed suspended in the air and his supreme emotional involvement on stage, Diaghilev had another reason for wanting Nijinsky on this tour. The two had become lovers with Diaghilev holding an almost Svengali-like hold over his 20-year old protĂ©gĂ©. Becoming a full member of the Imperial Ballet at the tender age of 17, Nijinsky quickly became a star. He also attracted the attention of the very rich playboy Prince Lvov. Lvov took the shy dancer under his wing – and into his bed – showering him and his family with gifts. Nijinsky was probably not at the time - and may never have been - homosexual. “I loved him because I knew he wished me well,” he is quoted as saying. “Well?” Perhaps, but Lvov was also a good friend of Diaghilev and had no hesitation in lending him Nijinsky for a night or two. Innocent though he might have been, the young dancer knew well that Diaghilev could further his career. So he left Lvov to live with Diaghilev. Diaghilev with composer Igor Stravinsky So successful was that season of Les Ballet Russes that the ensemble was to continue to appear in Paris before and after World War 1, soon becoming a full-time company. The scope of Diaghilev’s achievement was enormous. Composers like Stravinsky, Debussy and Prokofiev, artists like Picasso, Kandinsky and Matisse, and fashion designer Coco Chanel were engaged to create works that were becoming increasingly more avant-garde. And then there were the scandals! Nijinsky wanted more artistic freedom. Diaghilev let him choreograph a work to the music of Claude Debussy. In “L’aprĂšs-midi d’un faune”, Nijinsky caused a sensation when he appeared to be slowly masturbating with a scarf prior to a brief orgasmic shudder. But the outcry that followed was nothing compared to the riot which took place during the first night of Nijinsky’s choreography for Stravinsky’s brutal, pagan-like “Rite of Spring” which ends with a human sacrifice. Paris was in uproar. No one was more pleased than Diaghilev. “Exactly what I wanted,” he exclaimed! Painting of Nijinsky with the famous scarf Diaghilev had a premonition he would die at sea. So when the company travelled to South America in 1913, he did not go. Unknown to him, one of the company’s aspiring students had her eye on Nijinsky. She made sure they became close on the long sea voyage and then arranged their marriage in Buenos Aires. On learning the news Diaghilev was incensed! He immediately fired his lover. What did he care? There were plenty more young men in the company and he was to be involved in affairs with several of them. For Nijinsky it was a total disaster. At his wife’s urging, on their return he attempted to run his own company – without success. Soon he started suffering from schizophrenia. Over the years the most famous dancer of all time was examined by many psychiatrists including Sigmund Freud. To no avail. After his last public performance aged just 27 he spent the rest of his life in an out of asylums. A typical impresario whose love of his work often exceeded his ability to finance it, Diaghilev continued to invite an ever-expanding group of young artists and composers to work with his company. By far his greatest legacy is that from the ranks of the Ballet Russes came the founders of London’s Royal Ballet and New York’s City Ballet. Another completely resurrected the near-moribund Paris Opera Ballet. All three are now amongst the world’s finest. Diaghilev himself died penniless in Venice aged 57. Although his career with the Ballet Russes had spanned less than 25 years, in that time he had revolutionised the worlds of music, dance, theatre and the visual arts as no one else in history.
