Great experience yesterday. Arrived from Sydney Australia at 4.30pm, through immigration immediately and waited 10 mins for bag. In the car within 20 mins of getting off the plane. Then 40 mins to Crowne Plaza. So just over an hour which I was very pleased with.6 points

I'll stop in Cancun for couple of nights on my way back home from Brazil next week....I always stay downtown. I haven't been to the bars much lately, because is usually twinky guys looking for other young guys and I learned awhile ago that nothing good happens after midnight, like in the movie Gremlins. There are some hustlers looking on Grindr and also https://mx.mileroticos.com/escorts-gay/quintana-roo/cancun/ Some guys are asking 1500-2000 pesos, like 75-100 usd, which is pricy for Mexico, but the tourists and Mexicans with money pay it. I generally like to be in the 600-800 peso range and guys that charge my rate are usually more humble. The 2 bars downtown are 11:11 & "Laser Hot Bar beer & queer" My advice is beware of your wallet, expert pickpockets....don't drink alcohol, stick with beer, the alcohol is usually pirated (not original) and you won't feel very good the next day....other than that, you'll be fine at the bars as long as you know the exchange rate and know how to count. I always ask the price of anything before I order and I try to pay as I go along, don't run a tab. You'll like the cenotes and chitzen....Mexico is a fun place, Cancun has beautiful beaches and there is a public bus that takes you downtown to the hotel zone for like 12 pesos each way. Restaurants, the only one I try to make it to when I'm there is Patravali Indian, is pretty good and there is no good Indian where I live. Maybe, Taqueria el poblano since you're downtown, there are 2, I usually bring my tricks to the smaller one, on Tulipanes the waiters know I'm a whore and take good care of us, but the food is better at the bigger one on Tulum...both are good for people watching. The hotel zone has all types of food at Miami prices. Taxi's work on flat fees, some are honest and will tell you the correct price right away, others take advantage of tourists and give stupid prices....if it seems expensive, walk away and stop a different taxi. What hotel are you staying in, there's a lot of shit hotels downtown....🤔4 points -

Someone named gayinpattaya defending the venomously anti-gay Putin is ironic, to say the least. They are, after all, the very western corruption that he rails against. This rather makes me question the quality of judgment involved. Certainly, the "you've done bad things, so everybody can do bad things" logic is ludicrous. It's the logical equivalent of saying that since Cain killed Abel, murder has been an unpunishable crime, because well, Cain killed somebody so you can't judge any other murderer.3 points

My opinions are just that: mine, and mine alone; opinions (rather than facts) enjoying 1st amendment protection. On my first evening in Pattaya, I met bkkmfj2648 (henceforth B) for dinner: me - Pattaya newbie, he - local resident; therefore my treat. It turned out much better than my expected guidance meeting, because we really hit it off. B is a GREAT guy; was VERY patient with my too many questions; and since there was chemistry - we spent a LOT of touristic time together during my week there. Thanks again, B! After dinner we still had time before the Boyz3 show at 22:30, so we headed to Sunee. First stop - Nice Boys. We were the only customers. 12 scrawny boys quickly scrambled to the stage, dressed in undies. They stood there, no dancing, most busy with their phones, a few wanking covered dicks. I dont like twinks. I'm also a size queen. I came to P despite knowing that the majority of the boys wldnt fit my bill. I was however hoping to see in NB at least one or two more to my taste. Alas no. Anyway, after a couple of minutes B and I chose together the guy with the most potential, had him sit between us, and took turns at caressing his body and wanking him. He was busy with straight porn vids on his phone. His dick didnt rise to the occasion, so B gave him a 200 tip and off we went. In Winner there were 2 boys 0 cstmrs, so we doubled back just in time for the Boyz3 show. BTW Someone mentioned here the street leading to Sunee from BT as being dangerous, due to Arabs racing motorbikes. Saw nothing of that. The 8 mnts walk is standard and safe (and thus sooo dfrnt from Latin America).2 points

I have Yellow Fever vaccination document, so I don’t recall the ins and outs of whether mixing and matching Colombia & Brazil necessitates such. I don’t think so, but you cannot enter some countries without YF vaxx after having been in one or the other, or both. For example, Panama which is a common connection for SoAmer.2 points -

I’ll chime in and suggest Brazil, as a punter having travelled to both, and this winter will be a few months splitting the two. Easier access in Brazil to the types to hire you like, as our tastes overlap somewhat. There’s essentially only one provider sauna in Colombia (St Moritz in Bogotá) analogous to the several on tap in Brazil, and the few curated private massage spa venues that don’t have overlapping club/food features in Brazil will also yield more of your type. Brazil does not have a strip club with private dances, whereas Bogotá has Gigolo Erotic House right above St Moritz. A month in Brazil can fly quickly by particularly if you do more than one city. The problem will possibly be never visiting Colombia as FOMO may take over when considering subsequent bypassing of Brazil. Later today, I’ll try to provide some examples of Brazil tantrica massage spa team images to see if I have interpreted your tastes accurately. They exist in the public domain. In contrast, photos of sauna garotos de programa are discouraged. You will also find escort sites through your searches here.2 points -

The bar chick in shenanigans Irish put told me today the market is definitely reopening !2 points
-
Another thing to keep in mind is that all of the buildings and roads comprising Patpong (1, 2 and the connecting alleys) are on privately owned land. Finding sufficient vendors to rent space on Patpong 1 could be holding up the re-opening. Since the market is dismantled every evening and reassembled the following afternoon, and the display stands stored in a garage off of Patpong 2, the logistical expenses are huge.2 points

Thanks for all the very useful info there which I'll certainly take note of. The hustlers I guess I'll have to pass on this time as I've been reminded by my BF that we're going away for a "normal" holiday together and NOT one of my whoring trips you know ! - "apparently !" 😞 lol But the bars I will check out for sure. And as you say yes I'll try and watch the wallet and all that stuff too 😞 Actually once I started reading up with so many people saying the same thing I started instantly regretting my choice of even going near Mexico as no matter what i was reading it was all just negative and about scams, robberies, staff with bad attitudes and crap but expensive accommodation, but I'll give it a whirl and just hope it's more a case of bad reviews from the type of people who like to leave bad reviews on Tripadvisor and the like rather than it "actually" being the case - hopefully. We're staying fairly central on Av Tulum 4, which if I've did my homework correctly looks reasonably central to downtown and the bars etc and hopefully shouldn't be "terrible". But I do get what you mean re some of the hotels being crap. From the pics you think hmmm maybe, not to bad, and then you read the reviews and OMG do the people who own the hotels not read them, nor care !? Is there just THAT much business in Cancun they just dont have to give a shit perhaps about the condition of their places or what seemingly genuine issues multiple people had raised, as that's certainly what comes across time and time and time when reading multiple different hotel review site for hotels there. As I mentioned I think Bali / Thailand etc has just spoiled me in terms of value for money and pleasant ( on the face of it at least) service. And I'm with you on the Miami prices along the hotel zone, I couldn't believe my eyes some of the hotel and tour prices etc for the dates we were travelling - and they weren't even THAT exceptional in terms of some of the hotels either. I'm more surprised that Americans, who usually expect and demand a reasonably high standard of service and pricing still all seem to flock to Cancun, there's obviously some golden nugget of fun there that I'm missing so far, but we'll see I guess. I'm trying to go with an open mind ( not that you'd think that from reading my above lol) and as always a trip is just what you make it so Im sure it'll be just fine ( after I leave my three spare credit cards and second wallet in my hotel safe in case I'm robbed when out at night that is just in case perhaps ! lol)2 points -
He reminds me of some of the men I saw in Buenos Aires. A guy working at an airline counter at the airport in Buenos Aires was the most beautiful man I've ever seen based purely on facial features. Looked like your guy in the video, but with incredible blue eyes, maybe slightly darker skin and more defined cheek bones. Ten years ago and I still remember him. Can't remember what the counter person looked like for a flight I took last week. I'm not sure the blue eyes were legit, are there contacts that will do that. If they were natural, then wow did he ever luck out on genetics. He gave me my boarding pass and I didn't want to leave.2 points

My Pattaya reports are aimed at newbies by a newbie (third time in Thailand, first time in P), so please read and react with that spirit in mind. I decided to offer them thematically rather than chronologically, bcs I think it's more useful for searching info. The hotels: I botched my hotel reservations. Won't bore u with the humiliating story, but it explains why I m able to comment about a number of hotels. Spent 1st night at Avani - $100. The resort justifies the rate; great brkfst buffet. Cmfrtbl 6 mnts walk to Boyz Town. Then moved to Jomtien's Agate. Even though I had been following the forum and researching ahead, I was surprised at how compact the whole gay complex is. The 4 most mentioned hotels are literally within two minutes walk from each other. I had a 1 night rsrvation for Agate, followed by 5 nights at East Suites. However, when I crossed the street to check into the latter, per my reminder of an in-advance request for a quiet room not facing the street, I was told there is no such room (available?). The manager was VERY nice about it; took me to the room; and offered to cancel the rsrvation if I prefer to go elsewhere. I went to check out the others and decided to return to Agate. Their rates for a standard room: Zinq 900 East 1400 Poseidon 1600 Agate 1900 (half Avani's rate). East and Poseidon r small, no more than 12 rooms. Zinq and Agate have scores of them. I liked the way Poseidon looked. The nice Getman manager said the windows have triple noise isolation. Cldnt offer availability; I think I'll try it out next time. I didnt like the way Zinq looked; the open spaced terraced way to the rooms reminded me of a prison. Agate is quite satisfactory. I like the spacious room; brkfst buffet is ok for 200 baht; welcoming attitude and service.2 points

Well … this one? Copenhagen. However, not the chocolate shop chain in Brazil, Kopenhagen. But speaking of newbies in candy shops, you are asking very general questions that have elusive answers. Handsome fit young men are a dime a dozen anywhere, but not priced like that. First things first: are your aspirations hiring or scoring? You have managed to evade attempts at queries about expectations. There is a huge difference and we get tired of second- guessing what advice would be helpful.2 points

Those are my impressions, though I haven't quite been to Colombia yet... have an air ticket for this winter, fingers crossed I get there. As the others have said what do you want the most. I'm a 100 percent passive guy, for me Brazil has been by far the best place in the world in for masculine tops. I want to go to Buenos Aires at least one more time for the steaks and the hot waiters. I'll also believe it when the present demonstrations have subsided. Let's remember the Revolutionary Guard still exists. They are equally hated and basically do as they wish. My heart goes out to most Iranians who for the most part are a lovely, kind, cultured people with an extraordinary history. I can understand why they loathed the corrupt Shah and his murderous Savak Secret Police killing machine and thus welcomed Khomeini with open arms. But like all dictators, as my Iranian guides told me four years ago the present leader and his cronies pocket vast sums of money and have every incentive to do everything possible to stay in power.2 points

Damn ! I would love to know the no doubt weird and wonderful reason for that daily build and strip routine. I've always assumed it was either as there's some law that prevents there being a permanent market there unless approved by the authorities / Palace etc OR that the landlords perhaps rent the land to the market owners on the condition that they get the contract to provide all the kit and the manpower labour to build and strip it all every day of the year and THAT is how they're making the REAL money from the deal. As when you consider that the strip can be going on well until the early hours of the morning sometimes, with the build then starting to happen sometimes well before lunch time again on the same day with only a few hours gap in between there must surely be SOME reason behind it happening like that as it makes zero sense otherwise, even when factoring in the whole TIT thing !?1 point

Rio de Janeiro is a beautiful place to visit. But you will not know what you don't know, and traveling solo that places you at some degree of risk if you're not careful wandering about the city. I can't think of a better or easier place for a newbie to find handsome guys than the saunas with garotos in Rio. Go to one or more of the saunas, do some shopping from the oftentimes large groups of available guys and have sex right then and there; no need to invite someone back to your hotel or apartment. You and a garoto will figure out how to handle the transaction and the reception staff will be able to communicate with you. There are many trip and other reports about Rio archived here on these forums, as well as information about Colombia (which I have not visited). If you haven't already done so, take the time to read through the treasury of excellent information. When are you thinking of making this trip?1 point -

This may be what a few of you are looking for. Click on the topic attached below and scroll up/down to relevant posts including from davet. I think I added one or more. Parenthetically, I ‘sexcursioned’ to São Paulo for a repeat months later with the same InHouse escort. Additional months later he currently no longer works these spas. He told me that he gets BRL125 of the 250, but only because I inquired. Therefore, what he provided my first time last winter was extremely generous. He offered to meet off-site the follow-up visit but it was just more convenient to release the 125 part that the venue takes rather than arrange the assignation at my one-night accommodations. And it turns out he could get an additional booking there shortly following our appointment though I cannot imagine he had much jizz left. There are also other posts about these places within other topics if you bother to use the search function. AFAIK there have not been similar venues discussed here, located in Rio, where full sex is on the table, on or off the table. I have not come across any explicitly advertised in searches either, including scanning followers and followed within the social media of the Sampa establishments. Spa H Rio and Solaryon offer tantrica, both on the main commercial drag in Copacabana. Something beyond happy ending? … not sure. You’d have to drill down more about others such as searching ‘tantrica massagem (pl: massagens) spa masculina Rio de Janeiro’.1 point

Well in Pattaya, here’s how the signal works. After about twenty minutes the masseuse will have you flip over onto your back. He’ll be kneeling over your midsection. Tap on his left knee one time with your index finger , signaling to him to chuck wow you. Tap twice and it means mutual chuck wow. If you want him to smoke you, tap his right knee once, and twice to signal mutual smoke. They get annoyed if you get the taps mixed up, so make sure you do it right the first time! If you want him to top you, thrust your mid section quickly into his crotch area. Do this twice if you want to top him. For cuddling, just rotate into the fetal position and clasp your hands together under your head. He’ll get the message. He will get the message that maybe you’re ting tong and end the session. Obviously I’m joking, just do as others have advised. It will come naturally.1 point

Hi Club Karaoke - A Review from November 19
vinapu reacted to Department_Of_Agriculture for a topic
It is standard for to be charged for the time that a host or hostess spends with you in Thai-style host bars or karaokes. The charge will either be on an hourly or half-hourly basis, depending on the policy in each venue. The going rate in most Saphan Kwai hostess bars is about 200 baht per half-hour, per girl that you invite over to sit with you. Not sure how that compares with what you had to pay at Hi Club, but I assume that it was somewhere along the same lines.1 point -
I agree cutting a customer short on the clock is a big no non-no. Forget the "you come, I go" philosophy. You and the shop agree in advance on the time and you have every right to expect the contract will be fulfilled. Some shops will place a clock in the room. When I'm with a guy I haven't used before, I call his attention to the time we begin the massage. If there's no clock, I just show him time on cell phone so we both have the same understanding. As I've observed before, I've been very lucky with my massage experiences on the last few trips. As I get older my expectations have evolved. The most important aspect of a satisfactory massage--beyond good technique--is the sensuality of the experience and the personalty of the masseur. My bottom line is now very simple: did I have fun?1 point

While I realise that it's more of a straight white US citizens tourist trap than any genuine Mexican trip experience, it seems that for a variety of reasons ( of which I am still unaware it seems) my BF has decided that he and I are visiting Cancun for Christmas and New years from the 21st Dec to the 5th Jan for or Christmas break this year ( i.e me having to ensure an actual normal holiday rather than my going off to whore about somewhere with multiple cute guys in abundance 😞 ). So, just wondering does anyone have any tips or suggestions as to where we might go while there bar wise (straight or gay) etc? We're actually staying in Cancun City rather than at the hotel zone ( mainly due to the eye watering prices of the beach hotels over our dates!). We're already booked on several of the usual tourist trap type trips such as swimming in the Cenotes and visiting Chichen Itza etc, so it's more as to if anyone has any recommendations for nice restaurants or good (safe) fun gay bars perhaps ? After reading several reviews for a few gay bars there most were enough for me to think to give them a wide berth due to excessive overcharging / ripping off of tourists and then operating blatant scams and even carrying out some assaults on tourists around the City area, but perhaps they were just random bad reviews for what are ok bars, I dont know. The one thing I am getting so far though is Cancun hmmmm Pattaya / Bangkok it most defintely is NOT thats for sure ! So, any tips or suggestions ( aside from WTF are you thinking even going there to what to me from youtube videos at least is American holidayers straight hell ( which is how I'm seeing it just now) will be gratefully received.1 point -

This demonstrates that having the courage to protest against prejudice and injustice can succeed in making a difference even in countries with repressive regimes. I am in awe of the courage and sacrifice of those Iranians who made this happen. From Chanel News Asia protester holds a portrait of Mahsa Amini during a demonstration in support of Amini, a young Iranian woman who died after being arrested in Tehran by the Islamic Republic's morality police, on Istiklal avenue in Istanbul on Sep 20, 2022. (Photo: AFP/Ozan Kose) TEHRAN: Iran has scrapped its morality police after more than two months of protests triggered by the arrest of Mahsa Amini for allegedly violating the country's strict female dress code, local media said Sunday (Dec 4). Women-led protests, labelled "riots" by the authorities, have swept Iran since the 22-year-old Iranian of Kurdish origin died on September 16, three days after her arrest by the morality police in Tehran. "Morality police have nothing to do with the judiciary" and have been abolished, Attorney General Mohammad Jafar Montazeri was quoted as saying by the ISNA news agency. His comment came at a religious conference where he responded to a participant who asked "why the morality police were being shut down", the report said. The morality police - known formally as the Gasht-e Ershad or "Guidance Patrol" - were established under hardline president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, to "spread the culture of modesty and hijab", the mandatory female head covering. The units began patrols in 2006. The announcement of their abolition came a day after Montazeri said that "both parliament and the judiciary are working (on the issue)" of whether the law requiring women to cover their heads needs to be changed. President Ebrahim Raisi said in televised comments Saturday that Iran's republican and Islamic foundations were constitutionally entrenched "but there are methods of implementing the constitution that can be flexible". https://www.channelnewsasia.com/world/protest-hit-iran-abolishes-morality-police-death-mahsa-amini-31211911 point

I would agree - In my case, I was invited along as the falang to celebrate a Thai birthday of one of my few Thai friends. However, as I note in this trip report - at the red chairs section of the Tien Beach - there were 2 gay workers - an older Thai gentleman, who was probably the manager of the red chairs establishment, and one of his staff, who was young (perhaps 23 or 25) and very sexy and cute and made it obvious that he was interested. When we checked Grindr - there were only a few (2 or 3) profiles active - and it was not evident if these "on Koh Larn" active profiles were day trippers or guys who were staying overnight like us. I guess the only way to find out would have been to check Grindr in the night time hours - which I did not. Since Pattaya and Jomtien are in close proximity - Grindr displays them as "near" - but they are truly back on the mainland requiring a 20 minute speed boat ride. I guess you could order-in :>)) So, bring your entertainment with you. If you are staying many days - you could order-in new entertainment each day and send the previous day's entertainment back to the mainland.1 point -

When I saw it first I thought it was going to be an old folk song with ancient Japanese instruments, but it turned out to be a very pleasant Japanese pop-song. Nice looking singer too... I always hear Japanese pop-music as sounding so much more similar to Western than South-east Asian pop music (if you played me the above without the video and said it was the Moldovan entry to last year's Eurovision song contest, I would have believed you, lol). I think it is because of the tonal aspect to Thai and Chinese that their pop-songs sound a bit "weird" to my ears, where as the above is far less so.1 point
