  1. Sorry about the pieces but I'm using tablet which I hate. Despite of late arrival I was in talks with floridarob about meeting tonight, we never met before. He told me that he is waiting at Hotmale beer bar so after showering but unfortunately wearing the same shirt of day long flight I rushed there. Staff recognized me on approach and greeted with open arms and news " your friend is waiting for you". I noticed immediately elderly gentleman sitting by the bar so joined him with something like "finally after all those years, face behind the name", he looked bit confused with my cogeniality, said something polite and finally some of the staff pointed that other guy, mu h younger and better built is, one I, m supposed to greet. It was floridarob indeed. So we exchanged latest news about Thailand, scene, as well as Mexico in view of my recent trip to Puerto Vallarta Vallarta and past 1 am as streets, were emptying rapidly we parted ways and instead of going back to Raya I decided to do a late night walk through the area, always good idea after bars are closing as one can catch some companions going home empty handed. So Silom and Patpong it was then turning left on Suriwong towards Tawan with hope that some boys, will be still having a during on the corner of soi Tawan and that street which is their habit for years. And on approach I saw three shades indeed. Coming closer I see one unfamiliar face, one familiar of Dam and third one even more familiar of guy who left them perpaps 4- 5 years ago whom I offed in the past several times. One of those you can,t forget due to their muscular, steely sculpted bodies. We recognized each other in instant. Hug was spontaneous and very strong. I remembered his name, he forgot mine but remembered hotel we met last time in soi 3. No price for guessing who was my companion I took home. What a surprise, one of those, you reasonably think you will never see again was there, smile. muscle and all. As a bonus we were in the room in minute as he lifted us on his motorbike. Who cared about lost luggage in such circumstances.

  3. About three weeks ago I reported above on conversation I had with three massage workers I’ve known for 5+ years. Last night I again had opportunity to talk with them along with a fourth guy who’s a newcomer to the Bangkok scene. When the topic got around to tipping, I was taken aback by just how poorly some customers who come from non-tipping (north Asia) cultures compensate them. I heard accounts of receiving paltry tips as low as 20 baht for an hour’s work. One lad told me did a two-hour oil and was rewarded with 100 baht that same night. When I asked why doesn’t the boss of their shops have a minimum tip policy (like I’ve encountered outside of the downtown area) they say no shop wants to go first because bosses feel it would put their shop at competitive disadvantage. The other point that was quashed is that the the boys would prefer young, good looking guys to massage. All four said they’re not in it for the sex and see their work as a job that pays their bills. Although they expect their clients to be clean and “not smelly”, age or physical condition don’t influence them as much as the likelihood of being fairly rewarded. Based on my experience with shops that have a minimum tip policy, I’ve yet to encounter a sub-standard massage. When both they masseur and customer have same expectations, the results have all been positive in my experience.

  4. i cant more agree with you. And he wont mind sharing half of his half so my half empty glass would become a three quarter full glass on my bad days.

  5. What I admire about @vinapu is that he is a glass half full guy. Always able to see the bright side and never has a bad day. Makes a change from the moaners (who sometimes include me!)

  6. So you had nong may? You likely know that Lao (real) and/or Isany are interchangeable for many. The MIN suggested tip here is 600-in other such places it seems to vary with the guy. From what I gathered else-or other forum-many of these shops (there must be 8 or 9-at least along Intamara, some change names very frequently) belong to same owner and the pool of guys seems also to be the same-they do not stay in the shop, as is/was mostly the case in such shops, but at a convenient close-by place from where they are summoned up by fone. Probably to escape police raids for ´illegals´. Plus that the standard layout of these shop-row-houses does not allow for much other way to arrange things. My bet is that Tune is Burmese. Well, anyway, mant thanks for your reports, counting the days now till I have to get to airport and board the flight-to change halfway in Dubai to reach BKK. Reports and perhaps new (or maybe already closed) places can also be found on a chinese (Taiwan I gather) site gaycoolthai.com-click on Thai massage and then let google translate it (pigs=THB, mechanist=masseur).

  7. Thank you, your assessment is correct. I moan too but rarely here, as I said no need to dump our problems on others, sometimes though it makes sense to complain and wail but only if it brings lesson to us and others.

  10. Been a lot of comments here how it's a run down hotel, better deals for better hotels, etc.... I think it's as nice as it has ever been.....the bed is very good, I booked a front of the bldg room. Breakfast isn't a buffet I'm told, there are 3 options, Thai, western, Japanese until 10:30 am. I ordered lunch....very delicious.....My friend is staying at the Peninsula, the pics look amazing...but for $25 usd a night, breakfast for 2 and the location near the bars...I'll take Tarntawan any day. Back rooms without food was $17 when I booked..... Also the internet is SUPER fast, 5G connection

  13. Visited this shop today. It’s in Saphan Kwai area on Sutthisan Winichai Rd., a few shop houses beyond the Intramara 27 intersection. There seems to be some association with another shop (15M). It’s similar in layout to nearby KK Spa with rooms on second floor and shower down the hall. Although they have a large photo array the manager will show you on his phone, it was about 7:30p.m. and there were three guys in the shop, of whom I chose a 25-year-old Lao guy (400 one hour oil). Upon leaving I asked manager if he had Line and he sent me a pics of his stable which is considerable. I would not be surprised is a large percentage were also Lao. Here’s a sampling:

  14. I can't agree more! I've had the full gamut of massage experiences in Bali (from really bad ones to truly outstanding ones) and my practice has always been as follows. The price of extras is always clearly established and agreed on before the massage session, as well as what particular extras I am looking for on this particular occasion. If I am unhappy about something, I indicate so to the masseur (if he speaks reasonable English, I say so, and if he doesn't, I resort to sign directions). Even if I am completely dissatisfied with the results, which happens rarely, I still honour my side of the deal and pay the pre-agreed fee but, while doing so, I calmly and briefly explain what went wrong - first to the boy, then to the manager. As I am a regular client, it is always taken seriously and they don't repeat the same mistakes. If and when I am happy with the session, I add another (second) tip on top of the pre-agreed fees (first tip) for the extras. It won't be much, just about IDR 100-200k (about £10 maximum). This is always very much and very genuinely appreciated and when I come next as a regular client, it sets the right tone: I am usually choosing between two (at least) masseurs who are both equally eager to provide their services and aim to please me even more this time. Overall, this small tip goes a long way. I wouldn't even think about not paying for the extras even if something went wrong: it is as much my fault that it did as it is the fault of the masseur - I could have stopped the massage at the early stages and asked for a replacement, I should have negotiated the extras better (making sure he fully understands what my expectations are), I should have talked to the manager and explained what I was looking for on this particular evening so that he could guide my choice of a masseur better, etc. Even if I am unhappy with the services rendered, the point is that the services have been rendered - so, they must be paid for.

  15. From the Thaiger THAILAND Foreign tourists swarm into Thailand Immigration officials at Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok are struggling to cope with the crescendo of foreign tourists flooding into Thailand. Pictures of the jampacked airport taken on Sunday, October 20, reveal a promising outlook for Thailand’s tourist High Season, which runs from November to April. Between 1pm-5pm on Sunday, 76 flights landed on the airport’s runway, an average of 20 flights per hour. An average of 3,000 – 4,000 foreign tourists per hour passed through immigration that day, according to the Spokesperson for the Immigration Bureau Mj Gen Choengron Rimphadee. It is by the far the busiest the airport has been since before the pandemic. To ensure that arrivals didn’t have to wait longer than one hour at immigration, all immigration booths were staffed and officers spent no longer than 45 seconds checking the passport data, visa status, personal biometric data, and blacklist status of each arrival. Commander of Immigration Division 2 Pol Maj Gen Montree Pancharoen said that although immigration officers are quick, they still do a thorough job to ensure that foreign criminals posing as tourists do not slip through the net and into the kingdom ahead of the APEC summit in Bangkok later this month, which will be attended by several world leaders. In preparation for High Season, the airport increased the number of immigration booths from 92 to 112. During busy hours, every booth will be staffed, said the officer. The airport is capable of checking in around 6,500 passengers per hour without compromising security, said Maj Gen Choengron Rimphadee. Currently, Suvarnabhumi Airport is welcoming an average of 45,000 to 50,000 people every day and the airport only expects figures to increase.

  16. In all my dozens of visits to Tokyo I have never used King of College. There are a few sites offering guys which are very explicit in terms of what they will do and how much you will pay. I'll repost images from another thread to save checking (@Tartegogo does give both the sites I list in his first post). The six icons at the foot of each boy's description are - Gay, Straight, Bisexual He appears in porn movies If in black, he can top him If in black, he will botom for you He will drink alcohol if highlighted He smokes cigarettes I am told Tokyo Kids also mentioned above is still going strong - https://kids-jp.com/en/tk/ This also lists what the guy will do or not do but not in quite so much detail -

    High season

I show up later this month, which is usually the beginning of high season. I chose "high season" because: -I have not had a vacation in almost three years and am really eager for one. -I can be relatively certain the monsoon rains will subside right before I arrive. -I'm hoping to sneak in before another covid outbreak hits like one did sometime last December. Of course, I hope there are no more covid outbreaks but we all know there will be and they seem to come at certain times of the year. -I like the crowds. Silom Soi 4 and Silom Soi 2 are so much more exciting when there are a lot of people enjoying themselves. This even holds true for the Patpong bars, which not only have more customers drinking and having fun but more go-go boys on stage than they do in the low season, at least in my experience. But this is not my favorite time of year to visit Bangkok. I love the city when it's throwing big parties during Songkran and New Year's that gay men from all over Asia show up for. These weeks draw even more tourists than at any other time during "high season." But I love Bangkok when Thais, some of the world's greatest hedonists, really let loose. And judging from the crowds of imported hedonists, I'm not the only one with this preference. Maybe I'll come again in April for the SK and S2O parties. I have been to Thailand during low season as well. I hate it. It feels desolate. I miss the parties. I miss the excitement. I get that hotels and flights are cheaper, but I have so few vacation days I'm not going to waste them being a tightwad and not enjoying myself.

    High season

My understanding is that "high season" came out of the larger number of visitors from Europe and North America escaping their winters. Many were retired even then, and were able to spend three months, mostly in Pattaya. It's similar to how flights from Russia are resuming for the next 3 - 4 months. It really has nothing to do with choosing to go during the busier or costlier period. The arrow of causation is the other way around. Winter in Europe >> more visitors to Thailand >> higher prices and busier places. Living in Australia, you may be able to count yourself lucky in that you do not have a long, damp or cold winter to escape from. Those of us like me who still have to work cannot afford to spend three whole months on vacation. We pop into Thailand for relatively short visits of perhaps 2 weeks at various times of the year. I have never really "participated" in High Season - at least not in the sense of being part of a migratory community.

  24. This is my 23rd trip to Thailand and it started very well as I managed to get, unusual in those expensive times, still very good rate so decided to visit few countries in the region. Started very well with plane full and departing on time. I usually travel with carry on only and so did this time but airline appealed before boarding to check carry on as dur to full load. Several. People decided to be good citizen among them me. And let me know, it was not a good idea which I learned shortly after take off. Captain announced that due to headwinds we can expect as much as 70 minutes delay, estimation proved exact. For me it meant that comfortable 90 minutes of connection time at Narita become in instant hair rising 20. And no, I was not naive to expect that in such time my luggage will be reloaded and very doubtful even if I will be reloaded. Japan proved efficient, there were scores of staff pointing into right direction not only 4 of us, Bangkok bound but also at least 40- 50 Manila bound Philippines. So sprint through the security, run to the Thai Air plane, walk of shame through cabin as my seat was in the last row and 10 minutes late we departed to arrive in Bangkok on the dot actually. Of course there was lady by conveyor belt with my name to inform me that luggage will arrive tomorrow and it was, quite liberating to go to the train station with tiny day pack. In May I took first train of the day from Swampy, this time I managed still to catch last one from Siam to Sala Daeng, walked through still busy Thaniya to Raya. Front door was closed as expected since it was past midnight but sign pointed to service elevator in the back. As veteran of that place I knew process anyways, there was still somebody on the reception, they checked me in smoothly requiring 1000 baht deposit. And I found myself in paradise again.

  25. Of course, but u r talking quality and I - quantity. The fewer there are, the less a chance to find a treasure. Furthermore: it's depressing to sit in an almost empty venue (not only in this context). The more - the merrier. I'd guess the promiscuous atmosphere in NB, enthusiatically described in the past, doesnt flourish in such a desolate scene. )-:

  26. I never tried a straight guy, so I cannot guarantee it, but I was explained that they all at least kiss, get naked, suck you and let you suck them. The Top / Bottom symbol is about penetration (personally I only ever chose one that had at least one of these 2 symbols ‘on’)

  28. The Japanese lack of street names is logical (to them!): "why would you want to label the empty spaces between buildings?" 😵 Because of this, they have small district police stations all over urban areas, whose main job is to give directions: https://jref.com/articles/koban-japanese-police-boxes.199/ "If you want to know the way, ask an omawari-san".

  29. @PeterRS Thanks. Maybe I think too much, but even the Danshi Gakuen symbols leave room for mislunderstanding. Take the example of Harusuke above. He has a black disc that shows two persons in doggie-style. One person is white (the bottom) and the other person is only outlined (the top). Does the white refer to the sex-worker, or the client? I have a vague feeling that the order by which the discs are presented is always top and bottom, not bottom and top, and so Harusuke's first disc (which is faded out) indicates a topping position, while the second disc indicates a bottoming position. But I'm still scratching my head which one is white and which one is outlined? As an aside, this reminds of something an acquaintance (who is some sort of linguist) told me. He said East Asian languages tend to be contextual whereas European languages tend to be mechanistic. By that he meant - I hope I got his meaning right - that one needs to understand context before deriving meaning from what is being communicated, whereas in European languages, one is trained to be very precise and draw meanng from the words and their inflections alone. I may be using an overly-Europeanistic approach to these symbols??? But I can't help it.....

I work full time and need to time my holidays around quieter periods at work, so I time my trips to use as many public holidays and as few vacation days as possible. That's all it is for me, I don't mind if its a quieter or busier time of year because I'm fairly certain I can make it a fun trip either way.

I agree entirely with macaroni. It’s all about escaping the dreadful European winter. In the past I also used to visit in low season and far preferred it for many reasons. Less people, less queueing, cheaper flights, cheaper accommodation etc. etc. However at the moment there is no real difference as there are so few tourists there anyway.

    lost virginity

Friends, after more than two years dodging the bug, I tested positive for COVID-19 last Monday. Fortunately, I had gotten the bivalent booster the weekend before, and the symptoms have been relatively mild. The worse was three days of a near unbearable pain (sore is not enough as a descriptor) in my throat. And an unexpected and quite welcomed side effect: I have lost my legendary and bottomless appetite. I did not lose any of my senses, just my appetite. I have lost 7 pounds, and a half slice of my favorite chocolate cake is still sitting in my fridge since yesterday! I do not recognize myself. If this lack of appetite is here to stay, this may be actually good news. I am glad I got it right now, the timing is perfect to guarantee a great fuckgiving trip to Rio in a few weeks. Now I fit in my old bikini.

  38. To be honest not tipping after you receive a happy ending, however disinterested the masseur is, would be completely unacceptable. That said I agree you shouldn’t just stay quiet about a bad massage. However I feel that saying something or not tipping *after* the massage is already over, is too late. It’s like going to a restaurant, eating the food completely, and then complaining about the quality and refusing to pay afterwards. If you don’t like the food, you try one bite and then you immediately inform the staff. With massages the same is true, if he’s disinterested and bad you can ask him to massage harder or let him know how you like it, and give him a chance to improve. If he doesn’t, you can reduce the tip (or give none at all if truly bad). However when it comes to happy endings if you don’t want to tip you should also decline it. These boys do want and rely on the big tip they get after a happy ending, so the best way for you to communicate to them that their attitude/massage is bad is by refusing the happy ending.

    Mezzaninu Sauna

Hi Fellow Members, my apologies. I was pretty busy when I came back from Brazil because I just sold my house and moving out and moving in a new house and now I am pretty much settled. This is my first time logging in since June. About Mezzaninu, for me I would not come back because it maybe a hit or miss. I went there Friday and Saturday. Friday is pretty dead, maybe 5 guys. The one I like with smooth tan a bit muscular, cute face is with a customer in the table. He noticed I kept looking at him but he cannot leave his customer. So when I started walking around and went upstairs after 30min, we met by the stairs and he started talking and I told him let's go to the Suite and I believe he is not available yet, I think. He keep telling me I will suck you here and then he started kissing me in the hallway. I am shy so I walked towards the dark corner by the two rooms and he started unzipping my pants and wanted to suck me and I told him again let's go to the room and I was turned on (he has beautiful face and in his early 20's). He pulled out my cock and started sucking it for about 1-2 min because I told him to stop lets get a room and then he is asking for 50Reals for the BJ and he said I am garoto and I work for this and that and I needed to get paid for my service ( I speak little portuguese because I studied the language). The argument started and I dont want to make a scene so I gave him the 50Reals. I am ok with it but what i did not like is he did not tell me he will charge me for quick BJ. Too bad he is my type, it just turned me off. I only flirted with the Bar tender who is the regular stripper there. His name is Luis, you will find him in the FB posting of the sauna. He teased me with his body so I booked him the next day afternoon for a private. I just arrived that Friday afternoon and feeling so horny. Luis bottom for me with plus 100Reals, since I am so horny I said ok. Saturday, I am hoping to see more boys which there are more boys. only few muscular but the face not my type. when there is new guy who arrives and started showering, i just keep watching them and decide who to pick. I smiled at them and they smiled back at me and to the guy i like, i nod and he acknowledge it so when he came out of the shower he come to my table. too bad he is not a bottom because he had pretty face, nice smile and a big cock 😞 Oh he speaks English pretty good because he wanted to do OnlyFans. I didnt get him so I started to looking for other boys and one caught my eye. His looks is like those young guys on a skateboard. he is 22 but he has a child already when he was 18. and he said he will bottom so we went upstairs. not a super performer but you have to lead the action, tell him what to do and he will do it. kinda boring for me. I am shocked in Mezanninu because it is not well maintained now. Air conditioner not working in my room. Water is cold and the shocking thing is they ran out of towels when I am ready to go upstairs with the boy. the garoto said, pointing to the towels in the shelves, "what about that", the grandma who works there said "it's not to be used and when she pulled the towels, and showed it to us, there are holes in the middle ! and also the other towels so overused if you know what i mean by the look of it. So if you come on Saturday, there are many boys, i would say 25 and there are also lots of cute boys and mostly top. I dont bottom so it was not the best night for me in Brazil. then Sunday morning off to Rio, I was more excited than POA. I am coming back next year - Memorial Weekend (end of May thru June) in Rio and SP. I will skip POA for sometime for now.... thanks for reading...

Hi everybody! I am in RJ for three months, but now I just wanted to comment that I visited Belem, state of Pará. Belem is an interesting city with excellent Amazonian gastronomy. A three days visit is enough, though. There is the Paradise sauna, with some very friendly GPs. The price difference with RJ is remarkable (100 BRS). Best greetings, Epi
