  1. You are right about lack of knowledge of how to behave in bar but I doubt anywhere in the world it,s acceptable and permissible to enter bar with half empty bottle of one,s beer and treat it matter of factly Even cheap package tours are not attracting slum dwellers but educated niddle classes and they should know better so no, in this case described by Min, those were cheap skates. Or to use full tittle : cheap fucking skates.

  2. Day 4/5/6: Less to describe these days, as work has begun. I have had to reduce the exploring to accommodate. Have stuck to the apps and had some repeats, rather than going into the thick of the bars. Day 4 I rustled-up a delightful non-MB local on Scruff, who was a bonus excellent conversationalist, with plenty in common to talk about. Day 5 I organised a repeat with K, the particularly good masseur from day 3. He showed up ready for everything, as requested, and was an absolute delight. I might even go back for thirds… Day 6 Work but then also went and had dinner at what is apparently an offshoot of Gaggan, a hatted restaurant that people back home are telling me I have to try. This one was called Ms Maria and Mr Singh, in Ekkamai. It was Indian and Mexican fusion, run by a couple of each origin. Although I was initially dubious about the combination, it turned out to be incredible. Lots of good fusion options such as paneer quesadillas, and chicken tikka tacos. It also had a really nice, relaxed vibe, and I was told the mescal was excellent. I can definitely recommend for anyone looking for something different! Getting back to the hotel at midnight, I am too tired to do anything other than another order-in massage from the delightful little Laotian 7/11 from night 1. Just as good as before, and he’s paid attention to what worked the first time. He tells me he’s just spent 7 hours on a bus doing a visa run to Cambodia, but somehow still has energy to spare. Time is running short now, though… I will be stepping out for my final days for sure.

  3. I'm sort of dating a cute young Indian student here in DC. I say sort of because its more of a "seeking arrangement" kind of thing, but we've been enjoying each other's company quite a bit. He's happy to be away from India and his homophobic parents. He's very sweet, smart and driven. And very fun in bed. You need only see all of the horrific stories that come out of India frequently to see how messed up their society is in general. Yesterday it was a 12 year old girl raped and left at the side of the road that all of the men had their phones out video-ing instead of helping that caused widespread outrage. It seems that women in general are very poorly treated. And of course you have the caste system that sorts people out into classes so it's probably no surprise that a middle class Indian person would feel superior to mere prostitutes and think they can get away with treating them poorly. I hate painting with such a broad brush, but I think there are some generalizations one can make.

  4. I have no doubt that there are cheap package tours from India. But india is one of the prime target markets for the TAT and we are going to see lots more. Not all are cheap charlies by any means. Go into Central Chidlom and other major department stores and you see indian couples with several high-end boutique shopping bags. As for bars, to my understanding there are no similar bars in India. Being charitable it may just be that they do not know how to behave in a gay bar. But if that is the case, the mamasan should be pointing out the rules.

    10 Days in BKK

For last few trips I exchange at XONE on Suriwong between Tawan soi and Amara hotel. Consistently best rate on my currency and as, a bonus one an request payment in smaller denominations, handy for bars and tipping. As for airport rates in arrival area, yes they are lower but not need to be dramatic like in many other countries, perhaps 10 % lower. Nothing close to Turkey or Poland where airport rates were even 1/ 3 worse. On another hand airport in Mexico city aparently has better rates than city itself. As for trip money, always used old adage " take half goods and twice as much money"

  6. Indian gay use an applications only and arrange for an action during very late at 2-3am in the morning to avoid to be seen. They prefer to visit you instead of doing it at their hotel. Mostly young and eagerly Indians in their early twenties. I had two virgin last trip, quite a memorable sessions. The twentieth year old one came for the second round and confested he just turned 18. After 15 minutes of rimming, sucking and chewing on his tasty Ass, I placed my cock’s head at his hole, rubbing & poking at the entrance and at the mean time staring into his face. Once the head lodged into his hot hole, he closed his eyes and he was there for me to take until morning. He Received 2 loads in his newly created pussy with a huge gab. Before leaving, he was eagerly to do Ass to Mouth…….. since then, I always checked my applications during late night…

  7. Plenty of them in Phuket, middle class Indian with no manners, speak loudly, and no respect to other and themselves at all. Cheap packages tour and visa upon arrival. Shameless. However, Indian tourists I saw in Europe were well behaved.. .. sad for Thailand and tourists.

  8. From Channel News Asia An old pagoda inside The Artist's House. (Photo: CNA/Pichayada Promchertchoo) Once part of the Kamphaeng Bangchak temple ground, the old pagoda has become an architectural centrepiece of The Artist’s House since it was opened to the public in 2009. The space is dedicated to art and offers a platform for artists to create and showcase their work – from paintings to sculptures, woodcut prints and performances. Visitors can also enjoy drinks from its small cafe, browse around its shop and gallery, or simply relax in the building and soak up the slow life by the water. By making art easily accessible to the public, its founders hope the presence of visitors in Klong Bang Luang will breathe life into the declining community and help preserve its traditional way of life along the canal before it vanishes. “We thought if businesses could be created here, people wouldn’t have to go far to find jobs. They could just stay here and that would be nice,” said Chumpol Akkapantanon, an artist and founder behind The Artist’s House or Ban Silapin, as it is locally known. In front of him, a silver bird sculpture rests near the base of the pagoda. The contemporary art and remnants of the past stand side by side in a lush green space behind the two-storey teak house, which once belonged to an old family of goldsmiths and traders. Back in 2007, Chumpol led a renovation project that transformed their dilapidated dwelling into an art space. At that time, he recalled, the community was quiet and decrepit. Boats and waterways had been taken over by cars and roads and many residents had left their wooden houses by the canal for new accommodation and careers downtown. Those who remained were mostly the elderly, including Prapai Raksamruad, then in her late sixties. She was the last family member to live in the run-down building where The Artist’s House stands today.“She wanted to sell the house to someone who wouldn’t destroy but restore it,” Chumpol recounted. “The house was out of shape. Everything was decaying. Nobody would want to buy it and she was living there alone. It was so miserable and depressing. I was thinking how I could help her because selling it would be hard.” Continues with more photos at https://www.channelnewsasia.com/asia/thailand-bangkok-artist-house-klong-bang-luang-2982476 Getting there: The closest BTS Skytrain Station to the Artist’s House is Bang Wa. From there, visitors can either walk about 20 minutes or get a motorbike taxi to their final destination.

  10. Yeah, to be honest I thought I’d done a good job trying to communicate; maybe the lad doesn’t deserve the kindness of the benefit of the doubt. But it’s much better for my blood pressure to just move on and not be too annoyed. A Google-translated “what can you do when we go together?” came back with a translated reply of “can do anything”. Followed by a top or bottom enquiry for which I was shown a translation as “also”, which I took to mean both, or vers. Instead I got a top who also didn’t want to suck. A small lesson learned, I guess. Maybe I should’ve tried to find a Kmer-speaking mamasan, but I was trying to not involve them 🤷‍♂️

  11. One thing that surprised me about my July visit after two years plus away was how dominant Indian tourists were in the South Pattaya district. And how few I saw elsewhere, such as in the JC, the malls, the restaurants and the beaches. They seem to like being in groups, invariably male-only, and usually between the ages (I guess) of between thirty and fifty. They seem to do a lot of just standing around. How did they spend their time in Pattaya? Certainly not in gay bars- as far as I could see. Any ideas? and, by the way, there are a number of Indian restaurants in the South Pattaya area which, when we passed them in the evening, were entirely empty. Where do these guys eat?

    10 Days in BKK

This is a useful thread for me. I live in Japan and thus have always had yen to exchange. The best place has always been a liquor store in Soi Thaniya, close to Silom. There would always be three or four people in the line in front of me, all carrying huge stacks of 10,000-yen notes. The line was always fast, I don't even think they checked passports. Same with the gold and drugstores on the same soi that also exchange currencies. All of these places have really good rates, but the liquor shop is usually fractionally better. But the yen is now the weakest it's been in decades. I had grown used to a 10,000-yen note being worth more than $100, but now one can't even buy $70. So I'm going to bring some strong dollars to exchange. I'll check out the Soi Thaniya dollar rates and compare them to those at Xone and the shops that have "Rich" in their names. As a side note, at night, when all the bars in the area were busy, there used to be a dude camping out in front of an ATM on Surawong, near Soi Thaniya, if I remember correctly. He would offer to exchange currency whenever anyone stepped toward the ATM. He was always happy to see I had yen, gave even better rates than the liquor store and was willing to haggle. So it paid to know what the exchange shops in the area were selling baht for.

What I particularly liked about Xone is its efficiency. On my first visit they entered all data from passport into system. My second visit was processed more quickly because they had retained it. Be sure to get queue ticket from dispenser before entering shop. Expect them to take your currency and put it into plastic envelope that then goes to back room. You’ll be asked to step aside while order is filled. When ready (usually only a few minutes) your number will be called again to pick up your cash. When I was there a few days ago all three windows open and six customers being served.

  14. Not defending cheap skate Indians but when I asked one of BBB veterans which clients are good, he mentioned farangs, Malaysians, Japanese and, gasp, Indians. But he also stated that some of those, can be very cheap, and yes said they want girt of buy to be shared between few for one fees so that stereotype is not out of nowhere.

70,000 baht. Maybe you will spend that much, maybe you won't. I arrived at that figure because before the pandemic, I would top up my wallet to 7,000 baht every day. That would cover all my spending -- from my morning coffee and mango and sticky rice to fitness center or massage fees to late-night carousing and tipping. I'm not sure 7,000 baht would cover my habits these days, though. Judging from posts on this forum, drinks in go-go bars are almost twice as expensive as they were when I could count on being safe with 7,000 baht in my pocket. Disclaimer: I rarely made it all the way through that much money, although I occasionally had to go back to my hotel room safe for even more cash. Disclaimer 2: I'm not great at economizing while on vacation.

ATM limits are typically 10 000 to 30 000 B. Or just hide them somewhere else in the system. It's a safe bet that the bank will not be the loser.

Not sure if that's what you meant, but don't buy baht until you arrive - you will get a much better exchange rate in Thailand than back home. Use exchanges (Super Rich, TT or similar, not banks.) Don't exchange money in the arrivals area of Suvarnabhumi, go down to the basement (Airport Rail Link) level where the rates are better. Be aware that the ATMs will charge you 220 baht (around $6) per transaction. That's on top of whatever your home bank charges for foreign exchange and use of foreign ATMS. ... and if hotel are not paid in advance you may find that sometimes they insist on cash. "machine broken, no card" (which may not be the real reason!)

Sorry to hear this and I hope you have have a speedy recovery. Like you, I dodged it for several years but two weeks back got it. It was a bit harder for me and some things (cough and tiredness) are lingering even now. Doc said cough may last a month more. But, he gave me good cough with codeine. In USA, a friend died after Covid because of hard coughing and it ruptured something inside. For me, other than the cough, it was very very mild. I hope all goes well and you can do your fuckgiving trip to Rio.

Unlike the Ukrainians, the Russians have no chance in countries where they can get government support. In Turkey, Serbia and of course Thailand they are on their own. I read on Wikipedia that around 900,000 of them fled so far this year. It is hard to imagine that they all have bank accounts that would support them for longer periods. I would not be surprised that there is an influx of boys for pay in most of the countries where Russians have fled to.

  26. From Thai News Agency BANGKOK, Oct 26 (TNA) – About 100 policemen raided a building in Charoen Rat area of Sathorn district and found a lot of foreigners and narcotics. Detective, metropolitan, immigration and forensic police searched the building where there were about 20 karaoke rooms and a storage room that kept several hundred packs of ketamine and “happy water” drugs. There police found 237 people, mostly Chinese, as well as 29 Thai workers and Cambodians. Pol Maj Gen Nitithorn Jintakanon, deputy Bangkok police chief, said the place was operated as an unauthorized karaoke shop for foreign tourists, especially Chinese people. There were also narcotic trade and gambling. Police also seized about 30 luxury cars, some of which used fake registration. Police would find out if any people there were involved in illicit drug business or money laundering, he said. The business owner at the building was Chinese and police did not reveal his name pending investigation. (TNA)

Massage include masseur fee Min. 1500 Bht. Go go bar including drinks, off fee and boy fee short time session Min. 3500 Bht. Boys from online apps Min. 1500 Bht short time. This is a rough min. estimation cost, if you have special requests, long time session (over night stay with the boy) or want the high demand star boys the prices will rise up accordingly.

I prefer MahaNakhon at sunset so you can see the city in daylight and then as the lights come on. I think the Grand Palace and surrounding area including Wat Po is also a must even though the tickets aren't cheap. These days it's easy to reach via MRT or by river boat. The public transport is fairly straightfoward if you have any experience with such systems. You'll have a great time. I love the chaos of Bangkok.

  36. No idea what planet you are travelling from but those prices seem out of this world. Prices from NYC to Bangkok in January on business class can still be had for under $4,000. Skyscanner.com has great deals, as usual. I looked at some of the options and put in the dates of 17.01.2023 for departure and 31.01.2023 for the return and the best options seem to be on Turkish Airlines. which is a perfectly good airline. Some of the results below. 26 hours on the way up and 24 hours on the way back for $3,844. Pay a few hundred more ($4,150) and Turkish Airlines will even get you there in 21 hours and 45 minutes. Skyscanner.com ...infinitely better than lying Google.

  37. I can afford business class but my tough North U.K. upbringing has conditioned me to travel MAN > BKK economy, saving approximately £2000 / $2200. Yes it’s uncomfortable that way - small seats, queuing to use the toilets, no sleep with the constant Noise and adjacent passengers wanting to get past etc etc. But I used to run marathons 20 years ago and they were also similarly uncomfortable even painful but the satisfaction in reaching the finish was huge. It’s the same for me travelling economy where the satisfaction is reaching Bkk saving 2000 quid on the business fare.

    Kissing and Oral Safety

I agree with you I agree, kissing it very important to me. I have never had any problem getting the gay boys to french kiss. (use good oral hygiene, Thailand is hot humid and Thai are sensitive to bad smells, poor hygiene, both oral and body are a must for them to be comfortable). Straight boys are much more likely to not want to do it. I refuse to suck a rubber. If the cock is clean and free of sores and not dripping strange fluids... I suck it.

  46. I lived in Barranco area, Lima for 9 months. Lima is not a cosmopolitan capital like BuenosAires. After 9pm on any street and Miraflores area are completely dead. There are one or two theaters, tiny things and are not perform all year round. The actions only happen during the weekend, mainly Friday and Saturday night, and pickup place is in Kennedy’s park. City center is not safe and hardly any one after 9pm even on the weekend. Taxi and transportation via application are available, it has Metro runs until 10pm. along the coast from Barranco to Miraflores and a bit beyond is fine and the most safest area in Lima. sex and fun, with two gay saunas, one is active and fun but best visit during the day and early evening. Gay bars and mix 🕺 dico for pickups young native Peruvian. with recent migration from Venezuela, there are plenty of young and beautiful Boys available on gay applications…… amazing choices and reasonable prices. Lima: 3 nights 4 days is plenty unless you madly in love with Food and young migrant from Venezuela. Recent trip, 8 months ago, I had an amazing three nights with some of the best good looking Latinos, mostly Young Venezulano. Venezulanos, comes in all shades from very dark Carribean to Super white, very much like Brazilian. Peru in general is safer and you can be more relax. I’m getting hard just thinking of those guy…… ps, ask the questions on what services included before you settle with cost and never pay up front or send money upon the meeting. 90% of Venezulanos are straight and I love fucking straight guy, especially the gorgeous one. Long term stay, along the coast is the best place, walking distance to everywhere. All the best.

  47. So true @Slvkguy In Latin America, I only stay in hotels with good security that demand visitors register their ID at reception before being allowed into the elevators. It bemuses me when posters new to Latin America ask for recommendations of hotels and AirBnB places that don’t check their visitors and their identity. However discreet the poster may be, some small embarrassment does not outweigh the considerable risk of being beaten and robbed by strangers

    Report from Medellin

There is a group of 10-12 young people that do choreographed dance routines throughout Parque Lleras and Calle 10. You will see them practicing their routines for hours in the Parque Poblado (Calle 10 and Cra 43A -- seen in your photo with the white tents) where they master some very impressive acrobatics and dance moves. They will often perform at red light breaks on Calle 10 (the main street) and along Parque Lleras. They always made me smile when they would perform in front of Donde Aquellos and make a point of the most muscular guys stripping their shirts off. Once I got a routine in their boxers. Often while enjoying my evening scotch. I was part of just a handful of patrons in the audience. If you can, tip them well as many of them are street kids (Venezuelans mostly) who subside on very little and this is how they pay their way. Even 25K COP buys a lot of samosas. ¡Disfrútate mucho!
