Nice Boys has its own Web Page and Facebook page, Opening 8pm - or thereabouts, and officially open until 12 I think ..... Sometimes only a handful of boys on stage, sometimes a dozen or more - they are freelancers and it depends on the time and on the day as to who you find inside. Less boys now that were commonplace pre-Covid. No underage!, most in their 20s, occasionally one or two 30 or more. These are all straight boys, often with day jobs, wives and GFs; all 'gay for pay'. Drinks, yours and the boys 200 baht each. The boys are not shy, well most of them - it takes new arrivals a week or two to loose their shyness. Pre-covid they wore just their pants on stage which would drop to their knees at the slightest encouragement. Now they wear jeans, but their belts usually hang loose. If you call them off the stage they would expect you to buy them a drink and they will mostly drop their pants and produce their cock for you to look at and play with. No fixed tip pricing, but a handling of their cock I give 100 baht, if I play with it for a period or suck it (yep that's ok), then maybe 200, but if they chuck-wow for you and cum then 300 baht is the expected tip. Lots of wriggle room as to individual requests. Last time I was in there were a couple of ladyboy customers with a bottle of whisky and one of the cuter boys completely naked parading around the bar, from their seats to the stage etc. Never did work out for sure what they paid him for that, but I think 500 baht? Off fees are three or four hundred baht, I can't recall specifically. Boy's fees in your room negotiable, I usually pay 2,000 baht for a visit be it ST or LT and never had any of them ask for more, although maybe an extra 100 baht for a taxi bike. Your trouble will be finding the bar; its on Soi VC backing onto Sunee rather than in the plaza itself; but trust me, it is worth the search. I have had many great nights both alone and with accompanying friends in Nice Boys!5 points

I'm in Sao Paulo for a couple of weeks then Rio...a few comments for newbies
Axiom2020 and 3 others reacted to floridarob for a topic
I live in Mexico, Speak Spanish and I lived in Brasil in about 2004....I speak Portuguese. The conversations, depending who I'm with, revolve around anything from politics to Michael Jackson music, travel, dreams of making a business and sexual fantasies or their stories from working at the saunas 😲. Anyone that knows me, knows I'm not a Santa Claus nor do I give/send money to guys for no reason. I'm in touch with a couple of guys from 15-20 yrs ago in Rio, that we meet sometimes when our schedules line up for lunch....as close friends as I have in USA, maybe closer. Likeable guys like Namazu or Tomcal are fun and the guys like to be around them ,not only for money, because God knows I don't throw money at them, lol. Because we don't treat them like sex objects, we are...usually, interested in them too. Not just slam, bang, thank you mam......4 points -
Lesson learned

I have built my relationships of trust with locals over years of regular visits and stays in several different countries. I don’t jeopardize those relationships just for the sake of sharing specific information with people I do not know and trust. I have gotten many requests here (in public and in private), and if I feel they are too invasive or they feel like a fishing expedition, I just ignore them. I really don’t care to be the Most Popular On Message Boards. I’d rather remain liked, trusted and well-respected by the locals.2 points -

Yep. I learned that lesson YEARS ago on another board and carried it over to this one. It’s why I keep my information shared about individuals to a minimum. Some posters and clients are really shady characters, others are just a little off their rockers.2 points -
Should I visit Pattaya?
splinter1949 and one other reacted to macaroni21 for a topic
After having visited Thailand's many kinds of gogo bars over the years (decades), I'm of the view that there's a downside to too large a space. Lucky Boys of Patpong 2 (which I understand has not reopened) is one such space I would consider too large. It makes it hard for eye contact and smile contact, and therefore tends to reduce the boys to mere statutes. This is not to say that (if rent is affordable) a large floor area serves no purpose. I can imagine a smart operator splitting a large area into several, more intimately-sized rooms with a different vibe in each room to suit various tastes. Some customers like drag shows; others like shows with full-on nudity; yet others just want to mingle with boys, talk and tip them with the aim of finding a suitable guy to take out. But first and foremost, the space must remain a gay male space. Owners must keep women out, in my view. Once they are let in, it's a slippery slope. The dancers (mostly straight) tend to pay attention to them over the gay male customers. Then women's tastes begin to change the flavour of the club (i.e. men in jeans preferred over nudity), and then the girls' hetero boyfriends start to go with them to the club.... and that's the end of the business as far as I am concerned. I recently read a comment somewhere about a Montreal bar (Stock bar, I think) letting more and more women in. Their gay customers then complained that screaming hordes of women utterly destroyed any gay vibe there used to be. The trouble with Western countries is this madness about non-discrimination and how it may be illegal to bar women from entering (but yet, it is OK to bar men from entering some clubs especially on Ladies Nights). I am all for discrimination in such matters. But it'll be a long thesis for me to explain my thoughts and reasoning, and I will spare you that.2 points -
Naval officer allegedly forces marines to drink semen
splinter1949 and one other reacted to reader for a topic
From Bangkok Post The navy has jailed an instructor who allegedly punished new recruits by forcing them to drink semen and will then discharge him for a serious breach of military discipline. Petty Officer Second Class Taksin Ngokpilai was earlier transferred to an inactive post pending an investigation into the allegations, said Vice Adm Pokkrong Monthatphalin, a Royal Thai Navy spokesman. A navy fact-finding panel ruled the allegation had grounds, prompting an order to detain PO2 Taksin for 30 days, the spokesman said. As the act was found to have seriously sullied the reputation of the military, PO2 Taksin will also be discharged later, he added.2 points -
Since this thread has already gone wildly off-topic I will wade in again. The straight boys working as money boys in the Pattaya bars, are, in my experience just as happy to be offed by a female customer as a male one. Which is fine as the female customers are looking for the straight guys rather than twinks. So in Boyztown, Cupidol (yes now closed) used to be mostly twinks and you rarely saw a female customer. BoyzBoyzBoyz always has a mixture of male and female customers. As indeed, to a lesser extend did Toy Boys which was a mixture of gay and straight boys; in fact Toy Boys makes the distinction in saying that it is a Boy Bar as opposed to a Gay Bar. I have also seen male and female customers (even a family with children one time) in XBoys even with the shower and boom boom shows. Less female customers to be see in Jomtien Complex, although I have seen a few. Sunee, and Nice Boys - welcomes all customers and the boys can be taken off by both male and female customers; Winner Boys less so as that is known to be a twink heaven. Conversely, in the karaoke bars, the boys there expect mostly female customers, but most are happy enough to be called down by gay customers for drinks and maybe more. This has always been the case I think, but especially in these Covid times I doubt anywhere would be turning away customers with money to spend.1 point

I live in So.Florida. It takes me about 30 hours from my condo in Florida to my condo in Bangkok. I use the Japan Airlines flights mostly thru Boston, but sometimes Dfw. Jal business fares go up and down all the time,so don’t panic if it goes away while your planning. It will come back. I’m in Bangkok now and got Bos Bkk Business fare for less than $3000.1 point

If I recall correctly. there were quite often several customers at Barbiery who came as a couple - i.e. male and female. Not many, but often at the week-ends. I do not recall any feeling of discrimination. Indeed, some of the boy couples doing their thing around the audience would sometimes go up to the girls.1 point

Unless significant savings, you should take a direct flight to GRU, also to avoid the hassle of a transfer at BOG. I traveled with AV between GRU and BOG pre-covid on A330 with non-flat business seats (actually, the seat was OK and I slept on the red-eye service to GRU) but the soft-product/service is below par compared to other carriers; disappointing IMO. As stated above, you need proof of yellow vacc. when boarding a flight from Brazil to CO (unless only in transfer at BOG).1 point

Is Avianca Business Class Worthwhile?
Lucky reacted to floridarob for a topic
Just watch some of the connections on the return, some are LONG layovers that would require getting a hotel...and if you're coming from Brasil, you'll need a yellow fever vaccine card. Not sure on connections, doubt it, but check with someone to be sure. The internet has very mixed reviews on Avianca and I think their biz class seats on many jets don't recline flat.1 point -

I agree, for me Dreamboys and Jupiter are chief offenders in that field as for bar discussion, I don't think most of Thai bars if any , with guys on the stage are gay bars, they are boy bars thus there's possibility they attract boy admirers of either gender and that's exactly what happens. It may not be comfortable for some but those ladies in audience while at times annoying, keep those bars operational and well staffed. While discrimination is slippery slope indeed , unfortunately and fortunately is fact of life and at times necessary. Senior discounts, ladies nights, suppression of night time noise, pedestrian only zones all all part and parcel of it. I'm discriminated against even in my former primary school which I can't visit as only parent and guardians of children are allowed inside and even thea are prohibited from entry during class times. As for presence of ladies in bars while at times annoying , I don't mind, specially when I'm marching away with hunk of my choice while they hold their tears jealously at such waste of prime man material. I would not complain seeing boy bar with sign "ladies only" either. Let them have their fun. In fact in my city we used to have male bar where "only men escorted by ladies are (were) admitted ", practice ended on grounds of discrimination and now we don't have neither discrimination not that bar.1 point

Should I visit Pattaya?
vinapu reacted to macaroni21 for a topic
Debating the particular - patpong and Pattaya bars - does not really throw light on the more general issue. The general point as I see it is that reader and perhaps some others hold non-discrimination as an article of faith. With quasi religious fervour. I have explained that there are situations where a rational consideration can justify discrimination, and that discrimination in such situations can produce social good valued by people. Z909 has pointed out that all over the world, discrimination exists and is accepted. Sometimes, the rationale is clear. Other times, e.g. snooker contests, the rationale is not. Especially when it's a private business*, the owner should be free to establish whatever customer policies he thinks serves his business goal, including making his business exclusive to one community. *The exception is when a private business has such large market share, it approaches monopoly position. But these rational arguments and real life examples will never convince true believers. Dogma is funny, isn't it?1 point -

I was chatting with friend (and former model) about an upcoming trip and I should have noted this: the Ultra Wellness Center gym at the Charlee Hotel in is the local gym of choice for many of the cam models that are also escorting because of the tourists in the area. You may want to book a session there to check out who is on offer these days. https://www.thecharlee.com/es/espacios/ultra-gym/1 point -
If women want to see guys on stage and maybe take them off why don’t they set up of bars for that purpose? Why dont we see straight Gogo bars for women customers with guys on the stage? This would avoid the necessity for women to go to gay bars to find their men and leave the gay bars for Gays.1 point

Should I visit Pattaya?
PeterRS reacted to New Londoner for a topic
The best bars had smiling, friendly guys, often teasing each other, interacting with the punters and having a good time. And dancing, some well, some not. But all trying. Then, a decade or more ago, we left the Age of the Dancer and entered the Era of Stander. And the Age of the Mobile. To compensate for the lack of joy on the podium, the bars resorted to the Guantamano solution; playing music so loud as to drown not only conversation but thought. And comfort. The coup de grace, well at least for me, was when some Boyztown bars dispensed with doors and inflicted their noise pollution on the whole d*** soi. Thus it is that I return to the issue of where to stay, and recommend Jomtien Complex and P's favourite hotel in Thailand- though he's stayed in more expensive , more luxurious ones - the Agate. And at present rooms are only 1000 bht pn.1 point -

I was at Magnum Sauna in Budapest in Oct. last year. It was Saturday late afternoon so quite busy. It is not a sauna with rent boys like in Barcelona or Brazil so don't go there expecting a lot of young muscle guys waiting for you (and your money). As I recall the crowd it was all ages, body types etc nevertheless I found a lean guy of my liking into mature guys with dad bod/small belly and wanting to suck and get fucked, so all good.1 point -

I fear both your time and mine have passed. I still think some enterprising entrepreneur with lots of cash could open up the sort of bar that was common in Bangkok 3 and more decades ago - like Barbiery. I am certain it would be hugely popular. But . . . my read is it will never happen again.1 point

Any form of hazing is a disgrace which should lead to the instant dismissal of those found guilty of the practice. Too many young men have died or been maimed as a result.1 point -
I stay many times in Classrooms ( on your recommendation by the way and thank you ) and never had problem with bar noise. I like their discreet entry to the side of bar. In Boyztown itself I prefer Copa to Ambiance if only because maze of corridors in the later is kind of scary. In Jomtien complex The Venue is good but there it may be problem with bar noise.1 point

Unlike some previous posters I am definitely of the 'glass half full' persuasion. I was in Pattaya for New Year and again last week. I have to tell you that the City is already more 'open for business' now than it was in January. Inevitably on this forum we look at the gay night life of Pattaya from the point of view of farang, but we are a tiny part of the sex tourism of the City and arguably not that representative of the whole. My hotel sits on Soi 6, in January 50% of the bars were open, by the end of last week when I left again, it was near 80%. The more popular bars were rammed with the sound of bells being rung, party balloons out here and there. Walking Street was almost dead in January, but this trip much more was open, maybe 50% of the agogos for example. The Beer Garden was open again, and even the little bars between it and Beach Road were repopulating. Soi Bukhow was buzzing, particularly Tree Town with just about every bar open and in full swing - although I agree overall not as busy as in previous years, though some bars certainly were. Boyztown itself seemed about 50% open, Toy Boys remains closed but according to some of the boys who work there, likely to re-open next month. BBB was busy although the 'sexy shows', still more muted than in the past. Pikky Bar, Castro, etc not exactly full of customers but open with boys about. I suspect BT relies much more heavily on the Chinese market than it does on the farang - but others may disagree. Just outside BT itself, A-Bomb was discretely open, Dream Boys more openly open. X-Boys remained 'restaurant' only but again with reports that it would re-open inside next month. In Jomtien Complex, just about every bar that could be open was open, with Home Bar and Sun Bar in particular doing a roaring trade. The Venue had its shows back on and there were a series of 'street party/shows' on most nights, sponsored by one bar or another. Elsewhere in the town Thai shops and businesses were mostly open, a number of the closed 7/11s had re-opened. Even the McDonalds at the the bottom of Soi 6 had re-opened - although closing at 10pm. Most massage shops were open again, although the ones, down Second Road, opposite Alazar are abandoned and seemingly awaiting demolition. My advice, for what it is worth, is ignore the doom-merchants and get yourselves back over there; Pattaya is steadily re-opening for business!1 point

Okay, so I've just come back from a trip to Barcelona. Not gonna lie, this trip was purely about sex tourism as I have already visited the city several times and seen most of the sights. Sauna Thermas was incredible. The going rate is EUR 50 for around half an hour - insanely cheap. Most of the guys are from Latin America: Brazil, Uruguay, Columbia, Venezuela and Costa Rica. There are also a few Eastern Europeans from Romania, Bulgaria and Poland. I went on five consecutive days and engaged the services of around 10 guys. I will highlight the memorable experiences below: 1. Douglas (from Colombia) - I noticed this guy touting for business as soon as I left the changing rooms. He came up to me, introduced himself before revealing his hard cock. He was around 25 years old, had a beautiful toned, smooth body. He wanted EUR 50 but when I asked him if he would be willing to french kiss, he said he would be happy to do it for EUR 60. The extra EUR 10 was totally worth it. He was a very generous kisser and stayed hard while we were making out for alteast 10 minutes. His cock was the perfect size for fucking (7 inches but not insanely thick) - I had him fuck me missionary, it was intense the way he was looking into my eyes with "I'ma fuck you hard and deep" stare and then proceeding to do just that. 2. Jan - a very hot Brazilian muscle stud. He told me that he was 30 but he looked much younger. He had a body of a muscle god with a massive uncut cock - there was no way I was getting fucked by him as it would have been way more pain than pleasure so this was a muscle worship session. Enjoyed every minute of it. Charged EUR 50. 3. Marek - this was a 27 yo, blue eyed- blond haired Polish guy with a nice body. He was an amazing kisser and gave me a blow job I wont be forgetting any time soon. I loved the way he sucked my balls too. Charged EUR 80 but the BJ made it worth it. 4. Ianco - Romanian guy, nice guy probably around 30-32. He gave me an amazing massage for only EUR 30. 5. Angelo - a young (I would guess late teens or early twenties) Colombian guy, not that tall (maybe 1.65m) but with a toned body (abs and biceps emerging nicely) with a glorious treasure trail leading to trimmed pubes and a beautiful uncut cock. He was very cute and his 'chin strap' accentuated his jaw line making him look masculine at the same time... hard to explain lol. Was reluctant to kiss deeply but I enjoyed being with a boy literally half my age. Charged EUR 50.1 point

You're attempting to justify discrimination in the bars because you'd be more comfortable if women were not present. Well, that is a slippery slope. What if the women are perfectly comfortable? What if the guys on stage are perfectly comfortable with women in the audience? (I don't ever recall hearing complaints from the performers). Now granted, some individuals may wish to partake in "hands-on" manipulation of performers. But why shouldn't that opportunity be open to both genders if that is the custom in that particular venue? And if I follow your proposal, you seem to be suggesting that staff segregate themselves by declaring that they are gay only, straight only or bisexual, with separate areas for each. That, to me, is a bit too clinical. You worry about lads on stage exposing themselves to ladies. They do that on a regular bases at all the bars in Silom and beyond now. Does anyone recall the guys complaining or refusing to perform? I again call attention to the fact that most of the guys who fill the stages in Bangkok, and at least some of the Pattaya bars, are straight and quite comfortable doing their stuff before both sexes. Let's not discriminate against them or anyone else.0 points
-
Using that shaky logic, one could easily find a way to exclude black men or Latino men, or Japanese or Jews. As someone recently said, it's a slippery slope and you seem all to ready to make the descent. "First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist. Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out— because I was not a trade unionist. Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew. Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me." Martin Niemöller, 19460 points

For some perhaps but folks in our age range are in a distinct minority. We alone cannot support the clubs and if women are willing to pony up the entrance fee, drink minimums and tips, it's no skin off my back. Those females help keep the clubs open. I don't feel threatened by the inclusion of women. Most of the guys on stage love the sounds of those screaming hordes. This is not your your granddaddy's world. Get over it.0 points
