I also have 2 regulars and I have reported extensively on the ins and outs of our "relationship" both here and elsewhere, so I won't repeat myself. I had a lot more to report on in the days when I was a butterfly and had numerous guys during my holidays. Both regulars have a lot in common - I tend to go for a certain type of guy - and one of those things is that we don't drink or take drugs. So we can always perform and also have proper conversations. As a farang, of course I'm considered "rich". But I never discuss my financial situation and simply tell them that not all farang are rich. There are numerous farang living on the pension. Do they believe me? Probably not. Farang = money. My 2 regular guys have never brought up the topic.

Id rather they remove the on arrival pcr and 1 night prebooked and maintain the pre-departure pcr. But thats just me.

An interesting thread and one in which I could probably contribute when I can give it a little more thought as I have a number of 'regulars' who I have known over the years. Obviously they mostly tell us what they want us to hear, at least when they are sober. However I do wonder if, say, two of us knew the same boy, if his story would be the same? Many boys are smart enough and experienced enough to quickly work out which particular heartstrings to pull haha.

From The Thaiger Thailand’s Health Ministry to propose scrapping pre-departure PCR for Test & Go Thailand’s Public Health Ministry is set to make a proposal to scrap the pre-departure PCR for Test & Go travellers, making entering the country more convenient and cost-efficient. The proposal will need to be approved by the Centre for Covid-19 Situation Administration, which will have its general meeting this Friday and is expected to discuss a number of topics, including possibly lifting the mask mandate. Officials are set to discuss the predeparture RT-PCR Covid-19 test, which is currently required 72 hours before travel to Thailand, according to Secretary of the Ministry of Public Health, Kiattiphum Wongjit. Thai media adds that officials are also discussing reducing the required health insurance from US$20,000 to US$10,000. Upon arrival, Test & Go travellers are required to undergo another RT-PCR test and isolate at a hotel or resort while they wait for their test results to come back, which can take up to a day. On Day 5 in Thailand, travellers are required to take a rapid antigen Covid-19 test, or ATK. Reports say officials will also discuss declaring Covid-19 as an endemic once there are more updates from the World Health Organisation. The mask mandate might also soon be lifted, possibly starting with public parks.

From Vietnam News Việt Nam drops COVID-19 vaccine certificates, quarantine requirements for foreign arrivals HÀ NỘI — The Ministry of Health late Tuesday officially issued the long-awaited COVID-19 protocols for foreign entries into Việt Nam. The regulations state that visitors with negative COVID tests can enjoy quarantine-free travel from day one. Travellers entering Việt Nam via air routes will have to present proof of negative SARS-CoV-2 tests (except for children under two years old) done within 72 hours prior to departure in cases of RT-PCR/RT-LAMP or within 24 hours in cases of rapid antigen tests, and the results must be certified by the authorities of the country where the tests are conducted. People entering via road, sea, and rail will be subjected to the same requirements. If entrants cannot show proof of negative tests, they are required to take a test (either using RT-PCR/RT-LAMP method or rapid antigen tests) in the first 24 hours from the time of arrival. If the results are negative, they may travel outside of their place of accommodation, with public health measures still in place, if the results are positive, they must notify health authorities for further instructions. Arrivals must make medical declaration before entering and use Việt Nam’s COVID-19 mobile application (PC-COVID, available in both Vietnamese and English on both iOS and Android) during their entire stay according to regulations. At the border gate, if one shows symptoms of SARS-CoV-2 infection (fever; cough; sore throat; runny nose, stuffy nose; body aches, fatigue, chills; reduced or loss of taste; reduced or loss of sense of smell; headache; diarrhoea; breathing difficulties; respiratory infection, etc.), they must immediately notify the health agency at the border gate to take medical measures as regulated. No mandatory quarantine is required, but in the first 10 days after entry, people should self-monitor their health and if any symptoms develop, ask for assistance from the nearest medical facilities. Visitors are asked to frequently wear masks and disinfect their hands. I know Buenos Aires well (having spent more than a year there in total) but I haven’t been back in a few years. I’ve rarely seen big muscle guys there @fitboynyc but I did so twice in Recoleta. I too like the “ripped fitness model types” mentioned. I found them at Megatlon gyms in upmarket areas. The gym mentioned by @Latbear4blk was popular and known as gay. I did hookup there but I found more ‘model types’ at the Megatlon in the mall named Alto Palermo Shopping.

Additionally, we may be suffering inflation in air fares in general. My flight tickets to Buenos Aires are this year 500 dollars more expensive than last year.

Yes I have had boys voice the “vacation proof” a good number of times since my first visit to Thailand more than 20 years ago, very often when I was reluctant to fund an excessive demand for cash or presents. Although I would say that the affluence gap between “the West” and SE Asia has closed somewhat over those years, manifesting itself in a much reduced supply of young Thai recruits from Isaan to the sex industry in the tourist resorts.

Take 100s in USD, it’s much easier to exchange them at the blue exchange. Def use cash as the blue rate is almost 2 to 1 better than if you use your credit card or get $ out of atm

I traveled to both Rio and BA in Feb 2020. It was my third visit to Buenos Aires. I find Buenos Aires to be much more tamer than Rio, however BA is more cosmopolitan than Rio, which is a more back city with a beach culture. Both are great cities to visit. I stayed at the Arc Arenales (apt/hotel) just on the outskirts of Recoleta, but in a quiet, residential area close and was very pleased with the accommodations. Large space, with good internet, quiet building, with a kitchen, & a nice sized patio facing the courtyard. Secure, modern building with a 24 hour front desk and a great value. Also, when exchanging currency (dollars to pesos) you will get a much better rate using the 'blue rate'. I exchanged dollars at a Western Union and a local cambio, and also at my hotel, for a much better exchange than the official rate.

It works well, even in the metro in Rio and SP, even riding between stations. I turn it on the minute I land and it just works in Brazil.

I was there a couple of years ago. There are a few massage places in Seoul. And there are a couple of saunas. I visited one of the massage places in Itaewon. It was OK. But not as good as Thailand or Taipei. But that is a small sample size. That said it's a cool country. I took the train down to Busan which is also a great city. I hope to go back some time in the not-too-distant future. They're planning to end quarantine for vaccinated travelers next week. This is the current SOP. Not sure if they will keep this in april but any changes should be towards less restriction. I should add, only those requiring hospitalization will be quarantine at hospital. Otherwise, self isolation is the default, whether at home or hotel. By 1st April, below will be the standard SOPs And SOP for travellers arriving after 1st April.

Im totally against drugs and tried to advocate that with the boys im with. Luckily so far, most of the boys i take fancy dont do drugs, or not that i know of. Sadly, some did. One actually shows some sort of withdrawal symptoms the night we were together, albeit mild. He did ask if i have ice.. No idea out of desperate needs or what since ive never give any indication that im into chem fun. On a second ocassion, a diff boys asked me if its okay for him to try drug with a diff customer. Apparently a customer is offering him chem sex for more money and i told him what i think of it. I advise him not to do it, but he said he already did it... And like it. I told him whats the danger of drugs etc, the whole thing i think he should know, and hope he listen. Apart from these, im pretty sure some of the guys i like took some sort of viagra to perform, as well as those bodybuilder taking steroids for diff reason.

Day 3 We woke up by my alarm at 10:15AM. V asked me to set up the alarm so that we don't miss breakfast. When presented with a buffet, V eats for an entire family. Given the fact that we have 10 mins to stock up with food he piles up several plates and actually eats them. Breakfast at W is good. After that, I said my goodbye to V, told him I'll be back in the room by 9PM and that he is welcomed to do whatever he wants. He had his own key to the room. Nonetheless, I was also surprised that there was some eye candy there. Several hours later, we go for Ramen and I tell him I'll meet him tomorrow as I have other business to attend to in the Sukhumvit area. He knows what I mean by that. But Babylon was something else. It was a different product. In Babylon, me being white was an advantage. Most people there were foreigners looking for foreigners or Asians looking for foreign men. I don't feel that my race is a disadvantage in the local saunas, but it is not an advantage. I know it can be argued that the local saunas are more Asian for Asian but I don’t feel that way. I do think that in the local saunas, rejection is commonly misinterpreted by white people as rejection by race. I think it's mere rejection, which is rarely based on race. Anyways, in addition, the level of facility in Babylon was nothing to be compared to the other saunas. I hope that a decent place that tries to enter that specific niche will pop up soon. RIP Babylon, I did a lot of sodomy in your premises. Arrived at Krubb sauna at 6PM on a Saturday eve. Staff were welcoming and friendly and explained that it's naked month and towels are provided only for showering. I loved that, and especially the enforcement of that policy as they kept enforcing that rule inside the compound and not only at the locker rooms. Facilities are high standard and well maintained. Compound has several levels which can be quite tiring and it's the same in the other local saunas I've been too in the past (R3, Chakran, Mania). Place is nicely full with about 100 men, me being the only white guy. The common dish that is served that night is Asian Twink and Asian Twunk which is not my favorite but it is something I can work with and I have my share of fun. An hour later I find one that is my type, and play with him. He asks me if I'll stay for the party which I was unaware of, but I already knew that when they say in the local saunas "party" they mean orgy. I tell him I'll probably stay and he tells me to come find him at the party. At 8PM, about 100 men went to a single 40SQM room at that place. My Covid conscious told me to get the fuck out of that room but my dick told me to stay. In Thailand I mostly listen to my dick. At home I am able to do more negotiation between the two 😊. In that room I spot my guy from before and realize he is part of the entertainment of the event. I come to see him, we have our public fun and I leave. All and all that place was fun, entertaining, well maintained. I leave and get back to the room where V is already waiting for me to go out for dinner. We go out for dinner at Soi 4 in the place opposite to the Mexican place and have another mediocre, reasonable dinner. From there we move on to GOD again. It's a full house that night (But still less than pre Covid), and parting with V was similarly great till lights turned on again at 1:20AM. This time I knew V would insist on an after party so I mentally prepared for a long night. You may be fooled by the term "after party" to thinking that it is a party with people dancing. If it was, I'd be more inclined on going, but it was a chem-sex party. Which means less party, more drugs and sex – which is a combo that is not a turn on for me. Anyways, we go, it is in a beautiful luxury penthouse at a very high tower. I suspect that there is an informal contract between the owner and some of the hot attendees – they come and play at his party – he supplies the drugs. Some of the more dangerous drugs are on the menu that night, but V stays with E and G. I don't even drink alcohol there, as I don't feel that it is a safe environment. V and I play, he takes more drugs and by that also he is more awake and energetic. At 3:30 AM we start negotiation on leaving time. I want 4, he wants 5, we leave at 4:30 AM for some more private fun. V knows that I'm a huge fan of oil play and he surprised me with a large Jar of Coconut oil for that night's fun. Bed is soaked with oil when we go to sleep at 6AM.

Bangkok I booked the first flight to Bangkok at 8.35am, which means I had to leave the hotel really early at 6.00 am. Airport check-in and security for domestic flight was simple and fast. The Thaismile flight was full. Despite having been in Thailand for 7 days, stepping in Bangkok again felt surreal. I was back and settled in at Le Meridien by 11am. Hotel felt empty such that the front desk manager and cute concierge guy would greet me by name every time I stepped into the lobby. Partially regretting making an early 1pm appointment, I took a short rest before leaving by Grabcar. I somehow forgot about Bangkok traffic as I reached slightly late. My first appointment was at Home Spa, one of the few places along Suthisan road near Saphan Kwai BTS area. Over 2 years, I have amounted some places I follow on Line and Twitter that I would now be able to visit. I would say it is a local place, their posts and ads are all in Thai. When I messaged them in English, they replied quickly and I made my booking with little hassle. The shop was basic but spacious, comfortable and clean. When I entered, one guy greeted me and mentioned the guy I booked. He spoke little English but nothing pointing can’t solve. Payment was requested first before proceeding for the massage. Massage was slightly underwhelming, made up however entirely by his physical being. I decided to walk the stretch of Suthisan road to the BTS since it was my first time in the area which took roughly 20 mins. I took a late lunch and then headed back to the hotel for a quick nap before my evening appointment. I was slightly nervous for my next appointment, it was with Myanmar boy. Before I flew to Thailand, I messaged to his last Wechat contact but he was no longer using it. I booked him through a massage shop so he does know it was me. As many have expressed, it is uncertain whether the chemistry and connection stood the test of time. At 5pm, I was awakened from my nap by a call from him, he called to confirm the appointment time. Near 7pm, another call to confirm my hotel as I went to grab coffee and wait for him. He came in a taxi as I greeted him, he seemed happy to see me. I was still glad I got to meet him. I tried to arrange a meetup for my last night but only got a reply after I left Thailand. He seemed to be doing a lot better in our follow-up messages, I may still look for him when I go back. I skipped visiting the bars that night as I planned to have my pre-departure ATK test the next morning. Some random notes of my observation of Patpong area: Patpong 1 without the night market was dead, King’s Castle lady gogo still open and what looks like a new or relocated pool place with ladies. Newly refurbished Thaniya plaza looks nice but did not get a chance to visit. The next night night I visited the ‘gogo’ bars in Patpong 2. Only 3 were open Freshboys, Dreamboys and Hotmale. Moonlight and Jupiter were also open from my knowledge but I did not visit this trip. Drink prices were the same 350-400-450 if I remembered correctly. All had a good number of boys ‘standing’. I went into Freshboys first and was the only customer. The fierce-looking mamasan now dressed down with a polo-tee and skirt greeted me. Was informed they still have a show at around 9.45pm. I got 2 boys to sit with me for a short while before heading to Hotmale. Hotmale had a few more customers inside and outside. Music blasted abit too loud and only one boy that caught my eye though most of them seemed more interested in looking at themselves through the mirror or the floor. I left shortly after for Dreamboys. Dreamboys also had two groups of customers with a reasonable number of boys. I stayed for the first act of the show at 10pm. On my last full day, I booked another afternoon session at Home spa. This time I decided to book a Grabbike which could weave through Bangkok traffic. This massage session could be the second highlight of my trip. He looked better in person than his photos. He started the massage with a towel on but would loose it not long after. I thought he still had underwear underneath, as with the previous guy but then I felt something brush my leg a couple of times before realising. His normal massage I would say is good but then he moved on to his special moves around the thigh and groin areas. He made sure I felt it as he added force and aggression to it. Honestly, I don’t think I have felt anything like that, at least not for some time. He spoke little English but we managed a short conversation after. A definite repeat for the next trip. That night, I would return only to Freshboys. I had the same cute Cambodian boy who spoke little English sit with me again, this time with another one of his friend. I was the only customer again until the last segment of the show when a couple walked in. I found myself talking to the friend more but I knew I was going to off cute Cambodian boy. He was one of the dancers in the gogo dance segment where I was also impressed with. There were a total of 12-13 boys and I thought all of them were decent and at least smiled or made eye contact. It was my last night so I decided to tip all of them. Mamasan then convinced me to take the friend as well just for supper, which I agreed since I enjoyed talking to him. We went to a place just down the street. Again, I talked more to the friend as he was complaining that he received a message from his other boss that the casino along the borders were re-opening so he has to go back there to work. After the supper, I said goodbye to the friend as me and cute Cambodian boy headed back to my room. I enjoyed his physical companionship but his lack of English communication made it difficult for a deeper connection. He stayed the night and was a light sleeper so he woke up early when I got up. We exchanged contacts and said our goodbye. It was a short but fulfilling comeback to Thailand. As I got on the plane, I left with two ‘Miss you’ on my phone this time.

When I was young, I enjoyed experimenting with drugs. Now that I'm old, not so much. At least here in the US, damn near everything might have a killing dose of Fentanyl in it. We had two high school kids die this week here in Portland Oregon of Fentanyl overdoses from counterfeit pills. They mix that shit with everything these days.
