  1. I've found the best and cheapest way for you to travel to Thailand. You don't even need to wear a tie. But I guess there is no guarantee you will actually make it all the way there. 🤣

  2. Salt and Pepper in Soi Day / Night 2 is amazing. It is reasonable and good food and the owners are friendly and kind. I have eaten there hundreds of times over the years and the food tastes great and always comes with a smile. I ate there just this week and the place was very quiet. And, as always, the food was excellent! They are one place that gays have gathered for many years (maybe 20 or so) and I hope they are around for another 20. https://www.facebook.com/saltandpepperpattaya

    Living in Brazil

I have been wanting to write about my crazy adventures in Brazil. Because for the better part of the past year I have been living in Rio working remote. It’s been a life changing experience. Once I broke free of the GP scene (be careful it’s a trap). I discovered a whole new world! I have experienced places in Rio that I don’t think many Gringos or expats wouldn’t dare to venture to. Bailes in Mandu, São Joao, Penha, Providencia, CDD, Rocinha, Vidigal and so many other cool places. Which were all very safe for me because I used common sense. Also because I’m a young black man and I’m accompanied by other black Brazilians I never don’t feel safe. It’s been amazing getting to know people and really finding my place in the city. The experience of a younger bisexual black American man is a unique one. And it has gotten meinto some amazing situations. There are also some amazing parties outside the favelas gringos don’t go to. Park Bar in Lagoa on Wednesday night! When I do log in here I get a lot of questions about the sauna in Bangu. It’s called Boate Casa Grande google it for the address and all that info. It’s best on Sunday but open on Friday and one other day I don’t remember. Don’t pay more than 100 and don’t go if it’s raining. Invest in learning Portuguese, the past 6 months I’ve taken it serious and it feels great actually knowing what people are saying around you. I've also spent significant time in Bahia so if you have any questions lmk. And to think just a couple of weeks ago I found out the beach showers is where most people go to take a piss.Especially when the ocean is cold. Lol!!!

  4. I have used Grab for ages and in Bangkok, I like it. But, in Pattaya, holy shit, the prices are insane. This week, I was going from the Royal Cliff to Salt and Pepper in Soi Day night for lunch. The cost for Grab was 220 baht. My boyfriend pulled out his Bolt application and the cost was 47 baht. That is a huge difference. Now, he sees the same thing in Bangkok as Bolt is the only one he used. I like Grab's SUV feature when I go somewhere so I have stuck to that.

  5. And she can go fuck her ignorant self. I'm absolutely thrilled that other Black entertainers are calling her out for her utter stupidity and ignorance. Ignorant celebrities with a bullhorn and too much fake pride deserve to be called out and shamed. Let her see what it feels like, as a Black woman, to be playing in Kanye West territory.

  9. In all my pessimism about the world's indifference to Chinese expansion there is this tiny reed of hope. China has told the US, the UK and Australia to abandon their “cold war” mentality or risk harming their own interests after the three countries unveiled a new defence cooperation pact. The trilateral security partnership, named Aukus, was announced on Thursday by the three nations’ leaders via video link, and will include an 18-month plan to provide Australia with nuclear-powered submarines. It drew strong political reaction domestically in Australia and the UK, and from France, whose existing $90bn (£65bn) submarine contract with Australia has now come to an abrupt end. While none of the three western leaders involved mentioned China, the arrangement is widely understood to be in response to Beijing’s expansionism and aggression in the South China Sea and towards Taiwan. The US president, Joe Biden, spoke of the need to maintain a “free and open Indo-Pacific” and to address the region’s “current strategic environment”. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2021/sep/16/cold-war-mentality-china-criticises-aukus-us-uk-australia-submarine-pact

  11. I'm shocked....shocked! From Bangkok Post Bangkok's reopening to be postponed Bangkok's reopening for inoculated tourists will be delayed by two weeks as most of the city's residents are still waiting for their second jabs, while the tourism ministry has pledged to open the city to bring at least 1 million international tourists this year. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, the tourism and sports minister, said the appropriate timeline for Bangkok should be postponed from Oct 1 to Oct 15 as the capital city is expected to have administered Covid-19 vaccines to 70% of its residents by then. At present, 37% of population is fully vaccinated, while another 33% are in the 8-12 week interval following their first AstraZeneca shot. The revised plan came up after a discussion between the minister and Bangkok governor Aswin Kwanmuang yesterday regarding the readiness of the city, which should be the gateway for inbound tourism. Mr Phiphat said the ministry and Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) had proposed a plan to open just 21 inner districts, but due to possible inconvenience for tourists who might have to travel across districts, the Bangkok governor said the city should wait until the whole conurbation is ready to take part in the programme. "The quarantine-free entry via Bangkok will benefit the whole country as tourists usually visit Bangkok as their first destination before travelling to other provinces. With the 7+7 extension plan which will be enabled at the same time, tourists can stay in the capital city for just seven days and choose another 8 provinces in the pilot reopening programme as their second choice," Mr Phiphat said. Besides Bangkok, Pattaya, Chiang Mai, Hua Hin and Cha-am in the pipeline, Thailand already has Phuket and Koh Samui as the first two destinations for its sandbox programme, while Krabi and Phang Nga were added in the extension programme. https://www.bangkokpost.com/business/2182455/bangkoks-reopening-to-be-postponed

  13. Indeed, different cultures use different metrics to judge their rulers. Western societies with a long history of democratic development give strong weight to what is known as "representative legitimacy" -- a government is considered acceptable and legitimate when it is representative of the people. When seen through the centuries even of European history, this is actually a very recent way to see things. In many other parts of the world, the biggest weight is given to a different metric: "Performance legitimacy" -- a government is considered acceptable and legitimate when it delivers a better life. This better explains the persistence of authoritarian governments; they still have a bedrock of support and any resistance just does not catch fire so long as the rulers deliver progress. We need to bear this distinction in mind whenever we read of protests against governments. Too often Western media might cast the grievance of the demonstrators as that of unrepresentativeness of the government, when in fact the impetus for protests has much more to do with the failure of the government to deliver a better life. Partly it has to do with the fact that it makes better copy for the protestors to shout slogans that mimic calls for democracy. Partly too, they see a nexus between the uncaring attitudes of an unrepresentative elite (particularly corrupt ones) and the daily grind of the poor. But again and again, we've seen in history how, after protests have succeeded, what followed was not necessariily a more "democratic" government. And they're OK with it. They see the messiness of Western democracies, and the very underwhelming performance of democratically elected governments in Latin America, and they say: "That's not for us". I'll just mention Afghanistan -- but I won't go further. Too much of the effort in the last 20 years had been to ensure that the country had elections and a "democratic government". In the end the representative legitimacy of the the government counted for little when it had no performance legitimacy. Huge numbers of people in the countryside were agnostic about the Taliban taking over. The misplaced focus of the last 20 years all but guaranteed today's outcome.

  15. 7 project episode 3 kind of refreshing. We use to see guys kissing and pull off their shirts in moments of passion , now it's turn to see our sisters in similar action. And a finish still quite surprising. Watch part 4 of that episode till very end as usual payroll list appears about 7 minutes before end and plot still continues

Some people, especially the younger ones, are more adventurous. But for me at my age, I am just content with the saunas in Rio and SP, heck I don't even have high demand for sex. It would be enough just to feel those firm, muscled young bodies, and their hard cock oozing out their men juice. I have no energy to travel up and down the country to explore new possibilities. That's just me tho.

  22. I recall Salt and Pepper with smile too. Once I was supposed to have dinner there with one of our members , their regular . I arrived early , took a seat and immediately I was nicely asked if I can move because this table is taken by somebody who is about to arrive in a second and is regular there. I moved with no fuss and who was that regular ? Guy I was supposed to dine with. We all have good laugh. Their Chicken with cashew nuts is the best in Pattaya Word of warning - they were used to close one weekday so make sure you know which day it is. Otherwise you may be forced to look for another venue, not there's shortage of those in vicinity. This happened to Christian PFC , biguyby and me, we arrived to find it shuttered all of the sudden even if night before it was opened and busy. Upon moving to place across the soi we had good time constructing conspiracy theories as of what could happen only to find truth next day while passing by .

  24. Thank you , I hope to see you there as well, not only because of that drink☺️ I follow developments closely but I will not go when all those non-sensical sandboxy restrictions are in place. I can live with proof of vaccination and perhaps test before flight but that's about it. On another hand if they open I'll go even if bars will not be opened yet as I firmly believe that closures won't last long after re-opening and early bird get a worm

  25. Hey guys n gals. Hope your Labor Day was festive and fun. We spent the holiday weekend in Santo domingo with a few of Manny's new men who provided their expert services. His new guy is scarecrow and his dick never gets soft. He is a fuck machine and takes GREAT PRIDE in feeding you his long thick dick. Mannys next guy is COCO. this guy is amazing and has a dick like a surfboard. If your nips are sensitive like mine then COCO is who you need to hire. Omg. He sucked my nipples and sent me straight to heaven. My soul left my body because of the intense please I felt from him sucking my nipples Hes very intuitive because the more I moaned, the better he sucked. He actually pulled me to the edge of the bed, fucked me missionary style, and sucked my nipples while I jacked off and had a SCREAMING ORGASM. It was AMAZING!! ALSO, ask manny about 6'5. This guy is tall, friendly and has a HARD HUGE DICK. I will post the pics in the members only page. Remember when arriving and leaving the DR you have to complete the e-ticket. Do it at home the night before you travel and screenshot the qrc code. Complete it before you leave your hotel when leaving the dr because there was mass confusion when we arrived to SDQ. They will not let you advance to the security line if it isn't done and the internet at the airport was weak when we arrived so complete the e-ticket before you leave your residence in the DR and screenshot the qrc code. Manny also has a doctor who will come to you to administer your covid test and have the results within an hour. Have fun!!!! Be safe and suck as many dicks as you can

  27. Life is short @davet and I don’t believe in wasting time. When I’m in a new city and I’ve found out which gym is fashionable/which has the hottest trainers, it’s straightforward. 1. I work out on my own 1x or 2x as part of checking out the trainers. I don’t go at “rush-hour”; I usually go mid/late morning when the trainers aren’t busy. Sometimes trainers have approached me to chat and ask if I’m interested in personal training. If not, I book personal training sessions at reception and say I want to work out with A or B or C (the hot guys I fancy). Reception is always happy to book who you want. 2. When I’m exercising with the trainer, I’m very friendly and chat. I tell the guy I’m visiting on my own, looking for some fun, and that I’m into men. If this sparks some interest with the trainer, I add that I’m happy to invite him out and pay for drinks or dinner. Also I emphasize that I’m low-key and discreet. If there’s no interest on his part, I ask him if he can recommend a friend who will help me out. Generally speaking, trainers know who is gay-friendly and could use some extra cash. 3. I make a point of inviting that first trainer out to lunch after our session, even if he’s turned me down. The trainers all talk together and it helps to be known as the friendly, generous new guy who’s into men. Once I’ve got names and phone numbers, I’m pretty direct. When trainers ask me what I’m into, I state I’m pretty vanilla but I’m a selfish top. If they want more details, I add that I’m into deep kissing, I like to fuck, and I really enjoy getting sucked off to completion.

  28. @numazu I'd say don't expect to be able to make a trip to Thailand that's worth your while this year. The country is still virtually closed, the supposed "opening" through the Phuket Sandbox is way too onerous to deserve the label "opening". I don't see a true opening anytime soon really. They could have done a test- and qaurantine-free true opening for vaccinated guests during this 3rd wave, since they pose a close to zero risk to the covid situation in Thailand with their 20k domestic new cases every day. But they are still irrationally paranoid about foreigners. Go figure. As for nightlife and bars, hard to predict when they will open again and under what conditions. Now a "green card" is being touted in a way back to a "new normalcy". Any bar openings will probably gradual, with some remaining closed because it's not (yet) viable to open with the continued lack of foreigner. Sad state of affairs, predictions and planning are futile, so I advise to follow the single best strategy there has been since this began: wait and see.

  30. The international Gay Games scheduled for 2022 in Hong Kong have been postponed by a year to November 2023. The pandemic and Hong Kong's very strict quarantine regulations are blamed for the year's delay. Even fully vaccinated Hong Kong residents have to spend 21 days in a quarantine hotel if they come from high risk countries. “We want to make sure that everyone is able to come to the event,” Gay games founder and co-chair Dennis Philipse told HKFP. “We cannot be in a bubble event, people cannot be in quarantine for 21 days.” The Games will be the first to be held in Asia. Organisers won the bid to hold the Games in Hong Kong in 2017. They were expected to have an economic impact of around HK$1 billion (US$128 million), drawing 12,000 participants, 75,000 spectators and 3,000 from 100 countries. But the successful bid for the Games was slammed by some Beijing lawmakers who were then rebuffed by the city's leader Carrie Lam. Since then Ms. Lam has shown that she is now merely a Beijing puppet. It will be interesting to see whether the Games can actually take place or another reason will be found for their cancellation. https://hongkongfp.com/2021/09/15/breaking-hong-kong-gay-games-postponed-due-to-covid-travel-restrictions/

  31. From Thai Enquirer The Ratchaphreuk Taxi Cooperatives are turning abandoned taxis into vegetable gardens and frog ponds over the roofs and hoods of the cars, and converting them into a way to help their employees who are suffering from the Covid-19 pandemic. As a result of the lack of tourists and lockdown measures, taxi drivers have returned their rentals since February, leaving more than 300 taxis in the lot. 32. China's government seems bent on expounding on the virtues of virile, manly men, wholly devoid of the slightest bit of effeminacy. Such men, they say, are better prepared to defend against any enemy of the state and better suited to lead the economy to new heights. It was about 90 years ago that the brash Ernst Rohm was pushing an even more sinister view on homosexuality in pre-war Germany. As commander of the Sturmabteilung (the Nazi party's storm troopers), he charged that that homosexuals were widespread within the party and should be purged. Many suspects were castrated and imprisoned. But Rohm's fate eventually caught up with him when even Hitler had to acknowledge what was already widely known: Rohm himself was gay. And that wouldn't look good on a resume of the man who commanded a force of over two million of those manly men. What course China's fledgling campaign against the signs and symptoms of gayness will take remains unknown. Proponents, however, would be well served to be reminded that history frequently repeats itself. ================================ From The Diplomat Is the CCP About to Rehabilitate the Cultural Revolution? The official historical narrative – as defined by Xi Jinping – is set to feature prominently at the CCP plenum in November. There are claims that a new “Resolution on History” may be on the horizon in China. This would revise a previous “Resolution on History” issued under Deng Xiaoping in 1981 criticizing the Cultural Revolution. “Questions of the party’s historical experience and major successes” and “summarizing the 100-year struggle” will be the focus of the Sixth Plenum of the 19th Party Congress scheduled for November, according to a Xinhua report on August 31. Following Xinhua, on September 1 privately owned New York-based media company Duowei News claimed the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has a third “Resolution on History” in the works, citing unnamed sources “closely involved in party governance.” Deng Yuwen, who formerly edited the CCP newspaper Study Times but is now frequently critical of the party, argued that a “Third Resolution on History” is likely in an op-ed for Deutsche Welle Chinese last week. According to Deng, proposing a “Resolution on History” would be a risky move for Xi, revealing his insecurity, but if successful could help to reinforce his power and address lingering dissatisfaction over his removal of term limits. “Although Xi could completely ignore these questions [over his abolition of term limits] … to do so would undermine him among skeptics in the party, of whom there are more than a few, including at an elite level.” The backdrop to the announcement of the Sixth Plenum’s focus on history and “struggle” includes a firebrand essay published in official media earlier in the month, titled “Everyone can sense that a profound transformation is underway.” The piece, written by ultra-leftist Li Guangman, praised the CCP’s crackdown on what Li described as “capitalist cliques” and “sissyboy celebrities.” It first appeared on an obscure blog but was republished in edited form by outlets including The People’s Daily, the CCP’s official mouthpiece. Talk of a “Cultural Revolution 2.0” is underway on Chinese discussion forums beyond the reach of China’s censors. According to Deng Yuwen, a “New Cultural Revolution” is the wrong label for Xi’s program as it ignores the fact that the maintenance of stability remains a high priority. “A more appropriate description for what Xi thinks he is doing is ‘Creating a Clean Society’,” said Deng in a YouTube broadcast on Tuesday. “He doesn’t want to hand over an ‘unclean’ society to the next generation of the CCP.” https://thediplomat.com/2021/09/is-the-ccp-about-to-rehabilitate-the-cultural-revolution/
