  1. I saw this ad on Facebook for Paleo Robbie and decided to try them. I was not expecting very much but I was extremely surprised as the food tastes fantastic and the portions are huge. I have to break each box I get into half for 2 meals. The cost for one meal is about 400 baht. I split that box to make 2 meals at 200 baht each. I have some photos attached but they don't do the food justice. You order each week what you want and they deliver to your door the following week. They are reliable so far and I have loved each meal. I over ordered some some friends are having some free food this week as well. They use no artificial ingredients and the beef is from Australia or New Zealand. You can recycle their dishes or get throwaway. As I said, each meal I have had this week has been truly high quality and tastes delicious. As I break them into 2 meals, it is about 500 calories per meal for me. The BF and I split one meal the first night and both of us were stuffed. He also enjoyed the farang food! Check out their menu and photos. Everything is very accurate and the containers come with your name printed on them with the ingredients and nutritional information. https://paleorobbie.com/mealplan

    Login Question

Sure. The forum is the place to log in now. The homepage is a listings area and it is WordPress. You should be able to log in there as well as the two accounts should be linked. But, if you log into forums and then go to homepage and login with forum, it should work.

  5. I was saying to a friend today the whole thing might be a new record in the Thai government's competition for the most idiotic and nonsensical regulation as well as the fastest flip-flop. But then going on to say "most likely to the permanent resident visa" is another record on top of it. Why for PR's? EVERYone is already in the country in the exact same way as all other foreigners and indeed all Thais. Being in the country and thus being of equal Covid-risk as everyone else has nothing, nothing whatsoever, to do with visa type. Bureaucratic stupidity at it's best, again.... Probably just a flimsy attempt at a face-saving exit from the whole thing. When this came out this morning I just thought this is so idiotic, they will surely backtrack on it. I didn't have to wait long this time

    Air Quality

Years ago there were pleas that at least one extra car be added to the Skytrain and MRT. There is plenty of room on the platforms for at least 2 or 3 more. Yet even though many additional stations have since been added and yet more are about to come on line, there are still no extra cars. Once the tourists return, travelling at any time of day will feel like the sardines on Japan's commuter system.

    Air Quality

first that should think about decongesting trains in a peak times by adding more trains. Size of crowds at Siam station sometimes is downright scary.
