I have kept it off and it has continued to be successful for me. I eat less but I also exercise more.

Thank you Nancy Reagan. The psychology behind overeating is a subject worth researching. For anyone who suffers from obesity, I highly recommend therapy as part of treatment. The brain plays a significant role in the gratifying feelings that food/eating conjures. Without therapy, it can be very difficult to change brain behavior, and a serious change in behavior is what is needed to succeed at weight loss. Portion control is a challenge for many. It can be like asking a size queen to give up big cock and learn to love small. There is tremendous value in deliberately switching to smaller plates and bowls for everyday use, especially when eating specific foods. The speed of your eating matters. Attempting to slow down the eating process is a beneficial exercise. Learn to savor eat bite and chew more slowly, as opposed to participating in a contest. It's especially important to do this when we think we are excessively hungry. Mind over matter. Slower eaters tend to eat less and they feel fuller for longer periods of time without risking over indulging. A high fiber and high protein diet also helps to create a longer lasting feeling of full. When you study the effects of sugar on the human body, and then you learn that the body digests most carbs as sugar, you quickly realize how "you are what you eat" becomes relevant. I applaud anyone who figures out a healthy way to lose excess, unwanted weight. As we get older, carrying extra weight can become a serious burden to our bodies and good, decent health. The heavier we are, the less active we will want to be. Overweight people tend to feel less motivated to raise their heart rate. If you say no to cardio, you run the risk of inviting all kinds of problems. No one is going to live forever, but if you surrender to depression and eat to counter those feelings, you're more likely to create an unpleasant hole that may grow too deep to fix. Our bodies need fuel. Learn what fuels are best and acquire the drive to eat for good health. Learn how to love yourself. When you love yourself, caring for your health becomes easier and more enjoyable.

I had a gastric sleeve done at Bumrungrad in December 2017. I thought others might like to hear my experience. First, I spent a lot of time researching and talking to my doctor. He recommended a surgeon for me and I met with him. I liked him and we set a date for the preoperative procedures which included sending a camera down my throat and heart exam, etc. The throat exam was done under anesthesia and thus I remember nothing. But, all the doctors I met with signed off on the procedure so it was a go. The cost for the surgery was estimated at 650,000-700,000 Thai-Baht which included 4 nights in the hospital. The procedure itself took 2 hours. I was in the post op room for 2 more hours and then in my room. The doctors and nurses took great care of me in the room. The first night was very uncomfortable but not a great deal of pain. They did have me on pain killers. It was hard to sleep though although I felt I got more sleep in those 4 days than ever in my life. I had two doctors that checked in on me daily. The nurses were never more than one minute away if I pressed the button. They were professional and the room was great. I opted for a single room and it had a table and chairs and a sofa. It allowed me to move from my bed to different places in the room during the day to sit and read email, etc. The hospital Internet was great and never went down. The food was very bland as I was on an all liquid diet but that was expected. When the doctor released me, I felt fine and no pain. I had to go back to the doctor two times the first week to have the stitches removed and get checked. All was good and after those two visits, I was told to come back in one month. They put me on an all liquid diet and it has been fine. After 2 weeks of surgery I lost 25 pounds. Last week was the 4 month mark and I have lost 100 pounds since December. It has been an easy transition and much easier than I expected. I had little pain and little discomfort after a week or two. I have adjusted to real food but smaller portions. I am now swimming one hour per day and it has been healthy for me. I walk much better and am so much more active. My sex drive is up and I decided to start PrEP as there are just too many sexy Thai guys that need my assistance. My pants sizes are down and I feel better than I have in many years. It was a very good gamble for me to get the surgery. I am quite happy with the results. I can't express how much I recommend Bumrungrad. He not only did a great job but he made it easier than expected and I have had 3 friends use him and all had excellent experiences.

I went in, after many years, to take a friend visiting Pattaya for the first time. Wow, what a disappointment, He even said it looked liked they left the door open and let anyone work up on stage. (Very early) Morning everyone, I finally made it to BKK arriving yesterday. It is a trip that has been a long time in the making and that i have look forward to for months now. I've lost more than 120 lbs and am in the best shape of my life. Exercise and diet. It's just hard work that you decide gives you enough reward that you do it. Back from a two week trip to Pattaya over the New Year and in Toy Boys every night. Mostly a stage-full of boys, mostly twinks, but of the more muscley types. Hello (sawasdee khrap in local style), Ive just returned to BKK here, KrungThep, yesterday for about the 99th time or so. Some ideas: before: there are 2 dediciated fora like this one (one is now even married with this-haha), gayguides.com and sawasdee network, then find the fora. These have your general 1st time Qs about every month and answered-sometimes brusk as it repeats so often. Some ideas about your points: @1.BKK has 1000s of massageshops, in the touristy Silom neighborhood at least 100. Some of those have only male masseurs and some of these offer or expect that you come for not so much the massage but other things. You always pay the normal fee to the shop (about 5/600 bt for 1 hr of oil msg-thats what you ask for, normal Thai msg is dry and in a kind of hospital gown) and besides that you have to tip your masseur for his extra sevices-often discreetly in the room so others cannot see. Some of the dedicated m2m shops state MIN tips-mostly 1000 bt (about 30 EUR or 33 US$ today), it varies a bit what you can expect for that. The more touristy and renowned the place, the higher the tip. Thus reverse also holds: in suburban BKK are also many such places with local prices and service and no foreign language at all. There is an excellent blog about all that with more explication: linked in the sawasdee netwk forum and like ´m2m massage Bangkok/thailand´ by one of the moderators of the gayguides site this one is married to. It also has actual listings. NOTE; here in TH/Bkk places change VERY often, relocate, close down, buildings get torned down, etc. There are tons of listing sites that are much out of date. @2. this is a copycat of female such bars and these are copycats of the Japanese system: those workers in BARs (thus NOT sauna/shops etc.) must be ´barfined´ to get them out before closing time-mostly this is about 3/500 bt, roughly same price as a drink in these places would cost. You are also more or less expected to sit down first with the guy and offer him a drink (special prices may apply for that) and sometimes even to also ´thank´ the mamasan, who is an intermediate and can translate if so needed. Speaking english (angkrit) is not a special virtue of Thai so adapt to that. Tips for such offs in the Silom rea are now quoted to be mostly like 1500/2000 for short time and 2/3000 for overnight. If you have very specific wishes, make that clear and do not expect that anyone will agree to that-esp. bottoming for you. Also do NOT expect that all guys are gay by nature-the majority are gayforpay. Again the sites I mentioned before have all that info ad extenso. @3 Uber has been banned here, its called GRAB. Thats most often normal taxi grabbing a fixed ride-prices may even be higher as on the meter. It doesn't have a good metro system so therefore you rely more on Grab (uber in S.E Asia) or just taxi's in general which I hate. Plus, because the traffic is so horrendous, it takes ages to get even a few kilometres. The food wasn't very good either (unless constantly eating fast food is your thing). Bangkok is the much better choice if you are considering either. If I go back to the Philippines, i'm passing Manila and check out the trade in smaller cities like Cebu. I'm thinking the guys will be friendlier and for the rent trade - cheaper. As of right now though, I would say if you want better value and as sexy, if not sexier men - i'd go with Thailand over Phillipines. Pattaya to me is still the easiest place in S.E Asia to reliably get hot guys for reasonable prices and who perform well. It isn't the city of sin for nothing.

Reverse of this situation is when guys are staying too long. Out hots for them are long gone and we'd be happy to off somebody else but as soon as we show up in the door they are planted beside thinking we owe them another off. The Dalai Lama (another advocate for climate change) flies in jets all over the world and eats meat! Shame! How can any green politician actually get elected If - and this seems bonkers to me - he or she can't have a phone or apparently use the internet, because ... electricity?? I'm not saying anyone has to like Greta. I find her tone off-putting and like most zealots and all 15-17 years olds, rather tedious. But I certainly don't hate her. I would never give her that power over me. And I still can respect what she's done to keep climate change in the fore and I hope she keeps at it. I take some comfort that maybe I'm not alone in my views and the folks at Time Magazine who thought long and hard about it decided that she's not the horrible creature it seems some people want to say she is. Once again, just worth maybe meditating for a moment or two on the fact that Time Magazine did recognize her for who she is and what she's done, warts and all, real world and all. And so do a lot of other people. Maybe that's just a bit of sanity check? I think "breathtaking hypocrisy" is a vocal anti-gay minister or politician who is hitting up Grindr at night for gay hookups. Greta and all the other environmental activists young and old out protesting for climate change but still using their smartphones, maybe occasionally being in the presence of a plastic bottle (!), etc., etc., aren't anything like real hypocrites.

26/12 Day 8- Back to Le Meridian, i was originally planning on heading to Pattaya today but changed my plans to spend an extra 2 nights in Bangkok before i go. Arranged via Line to see the N from Banana Boys again who has now moved to Lucky Boys, I arrived at about 930pm and immediately greeted by the mamasan who took care of me on my first visit and seated in my previous seat with a side view of the boys.
