I thought the "show" was a disaster. The pre-show even more painful. Had to fast-forward through most of it. I'm totally sick of the talking heads, even though I have respect for a few. The media and its race for profit and ratings can be a sickening lot. Their hunger for never-ending sound bites and anything salacious is tiresome. No wonder so many in the body politic hate the media. They often beg to be hated. I'm sick of the "SHOW" aspect of these debates, the over-inflated who-has-the-biggest-dick production value. These debates are nothing more substantial than a beauty pageant. I'd rather watch a town hall with questions from the audience. I'd rather see something that offers real and serious substance. I want to hear more about policy and less about posturing and preening. Chuck Todd needs to be stripped naked and his ass whipped. His question to Tulsi Gabbard about old comments regarding gays was USELESS. A waste of our valuable time. No offense to the Trans community, but I don't want to hear one word about them at these debates. If the Dems set their focus on Trans, or any other sexualized minority groups, they will LOSE against Trump. For sure. I hate the acronym LGBTTQQIAAP. Hate it. That cheesy play on words does not accurately describe me. I don't want to be lumped into some perceived group of wierdos. That said... Elizabeth Warren performed better than I expected. She is still not at the top of her game, but she has improved. Her post-debate interview with Chris Matthews revealed her intimate take on corruption in Washington. If she can hone this message and remain sounding like an ordinary, folksy citizen, she could continue to rise. I'm just not sure she has what it takes to dethrone Trump. Cory Booker had a decent night. But America is not ready for another Black president. Nobody cares about the crack shootings in his Newark neighborhood. Nobody in America cares about Newark except Cory. Julian Castro had a good night, but he WILL NOT be elected president of the United States. Pipe dream. He's way too short and he looks greasy on television with his slicked black hair. Beyond those three, it was a bad night for everyone else. Beto O'Rourke fell very flat. A flat tire. No energy. Speaking long sentences in Spanish will not get you elected president in this country. It's no different than Jon Huntsman speaking Chinese on the debate stage. An erection killer. Beto offered no new words. He was scripted, using stump stuff that loses impact upon constant repeating. Bill de Blasio was obnoxious. He's got his own bully style that's a serious turn off. It's easy to see why most New Yorkers simply don't admire the guy. John Delaney needs to get out. Tulsi Gabbard did not elevate her status. Jay Inslee got the biggest applause, saying that Trump is America's greatest threat. He's got a strong voice on climate change, and we need that. Tim Ryan was useless and bad. Amy Klobuchar puts me to sleep. The tone of her voice is irritating. She has no talent to motivate or inspire people. She comes off like a retired nun running for mayor of a small town.

Hey guys, I'm back from my recent trip in BKK, Thai and I really love to share my most exciting, wildest and romantic experience ever!!! Wherever you stay, if you blend sights and sauna venues you will likely need to travel locally most days via Metro or a ride app. The key for me is proximity to a Metro station. I have stayed on three different Metro lines and total travel (no charge, in my case) has been about the same each visit. I have liked that Lagoa, usually my last activity of the day, is walkable to Santa Cruz Metro where there are also many excellent dinner options if I have not yet eaten. I have also stayed within two blocks of there, meaning travel to more tourist areas in the daytime ... six of one, half a dozen of another in terms of the time of day travel will occur. I usually try to choose a top floor (penthouse/cobertura) apartment without adjoining neighbours, so I endure less annoying noise. Reasonably priced smaller modest ones are not plentiful, so location near a Metro station within ten stops of my destinations is the main determinant. I would likely choose my preferred type of accommodation even if Über would need to be my main source of transport, as long as there were other amenities within a short walk. I am usually back home before the Metro closes. I have not hosted guests. I do not know if Lagoa's change in location will be near a station. However, Über is inexpensive.

Hi, I would not call that area "the most convenient for sauna access" but I would call it a "general touristy walking around" area. Avenida Paulista is fairly close to Fragata but not to Lagoa. However, Avenida Paulista is a great street for sight seeing. If you like museums, you have MASP which has a frequent turn-over of exhibits. At the far end of Avenida Paulista is Trianon park. Depending on the weather, it is possible to find hustlers in that park. They are obvious when you enter the park. Have a good trip to Sao Paulo

Their transportation systems are pitiful compared to Thailand . Their roads are pitiful.Their banking system is archaic . Their schooling system make Thailand look like Harvard . Studies never impress me. They are done by academics and are usually years behind but of course when you google for information that is what you get and I speed read them and then see if I can agree with what my eyes tell me. My eyes tell me about Thailand and 35 years of visiting and residing. More tall buildings as apartments and Condos than ever before and actually people are buying them. Many of them are being bought by foreigners but many Thais are also buying them to live in or as investments.When you spend most of your time in at best moderate Hotels and in Massage Parlors and GoGo Bars you are unlikely to see the change in the middle class in Bangkok . When you live in a mixed use Commercial and residential building and you find 100's of office workers ( Mostly women) going into the Starbucks in the morning you start to realize that BKK is a vibrant city with an increasing middle class. There is hardly any middle class in Cambodia . I'm not trying to compare Thailand with Singapore . That would be as ridiculous as comparing Thailand with Cambodia. And frankly with the prices in Singapore , I would rather go to Switzerland for the same money. And my comparisons of Thailand to Cambodia have nothing to do with the people . I have spent many weeks in Cambodia and find the people delightful but they have many more years to over come the destruction of the Khmer Rouge and even begin to approach Thailand in any metric.

BKK has a mass transportation system that is modern and constantly getting more complete. Is it perfect ? Of course not but it is far superior to NYC and many other cities in the world that are considered world class. BKK has an airport that puts many airports in the western world to shame. Is it perfect , of course not . I am sick of Western people looking down their nose at a country they spend so much time in. Find another country to spend your time and get the quality of cheap sex. Of course that is the root of your problem . This extends to homes , restaurants, Hotels ( Guilty) chosen to eat in . Same with 80 inch tvs and expensive watches . I am an expert on buying mobile phones for guys in Thailand. If you need any advice, let me know. Seriously, if you like him and you have the money, I don't see a big deal.
