@anddy is such a nice host last night! I am very grateful that he eased me in my very first experience at a gogo bar. I have stayed at Siam Heritage once a VERY long time ago (might be 10 years), also issues with joiners. Obviously, they still have the same policy of requiring to formally register guests AND pay 900 Baht given the sign at reception jason1975 mentions. But apparently jason1975 had no issues with joiners. Either they relaxed the enforcement of the rules, or jason was just lucky. Here is a theory (jus t a theory, of course) which might explain such luck: jason1975 is Asian, so coming with a boy maybe night guards mistake them for a regular Asian gay couple staying at the hotel. Whereas in a (older) farang plus boy case it would be much more obvious what's going on and they'd be stopped. No idea if there is any truth to this, but I'd advise caution booking this hotel. While it's important to be respectful to host country culture, it doesn't apply to what is happening in the industry,where rules are simple and universal. Whoever helped you may be tipped if you so inclined and whoever did not lift a finger, no matter what rank and seniority is should be left with empty hands. I rarely have problems with mamasans for simple reason, while I treat them politely I liberally use word 'no' when they offer help I don't need or request tip they don't earned. Complain that tip is too small is met with 'that' enough' from me. I believe a lot of our problems with mamasans comes from us trying to be too polite and too respectful , much more than necessary. After all we are not buying all that stuff hawkers on Patpong market are trying to push on us. Uninvited mamas an trying to make small talk will get a lot of polite nonsense from me as response, enough to get a hint I'm not interested in. "What boy do you like ' , "I like girls, 'what country you are from ?' " Tuvalu, Burkina Faso, Suriname' or some other country far from first pages. So first advice , while acknowledging them try to mind our own , not their business. Second is to have enough of change so no need to wait for staff to bring it, BTS change counters are very handy for that. Third is not to pay any attention to supposed cultural norm that tipping in coins is offensive, if they don't like, and some don't, take coins back and leave them empty handed, been there , done that and it works next time. As for boys circulating with erect cocks , it's nothing wrong with them expecting tip, we would do the same in that situation, no ? Again wave away and polite 'thank you' should work but if one touches that cock , pats boy on the bum or whatever should part with some money. While I don't like extortionate types I strongly believe in monetary rewards to people who helped us and made our experience better By the way I have a habit of settling my bills in bar right away, i.e. When drink is delivered I pay the tab and tip the waiter, this signalizes that I'm ok for a while and it's always read correctly.

I for one would like to hear the answer to Vinapu's question, then we can make a decision on whether/how much to take that answer into account. Maybe the answer is because of the conditions of the facility? If someone doesn't want to read reports on massage shops, or trip reports about experiences with particular guys (which are also personal experiences), then don't read.

Located on Silom, just passed Naritiwat Road, this place consistently has about 25 hunky/muscular boys who do what most people are looking for in a place like this. Good sex and a reasonable massage. Parking is available in the basement of the building. Unfortunately the physical place itself is quite grungy, run down and not at all attractive. While I won't call it dirty, it is not pleasing to the eye and not comfortable. Yes, no trip to Thailand is complete for me without breakfast at Foodland Patpong 2, pizza at Madrid Tavern, Patpong 1, chicken with cashews at Oasis and schnitzel at Alt Heidelberg , Beach Rd Pattaya.
