  2. I stayed in Istanbul for 5 days. here is a brief report: 1. Hornet is the most active app. there are lots of escorts who you can find online. 2. Aquarius spa is still alive. I went there twice, one on Thursday at 4pm and the other time on Saturday at 6pm. Saturday is obviously busier than weekdays. Normally there are 5-10 working men, most are 25-30 years old, muscular and some are hairy (stereotyped Turkish men). Nevertheless, on Saturday I met a very handsome twink of 20 years old. The spa is better than I thought (and better than the online reviews in my opinion). the men are not pushing at all. However, some are very "straight" so it is better to talk about details before hand. Some may not even touch your private part. entry fee 50 Lira; massage 100 Lira; extra service, negotiable. 3. Taksim square: There are gays/hustlers/trans sitting right under Monumento alla Repubblica. if you see one, you probably spot the small group around. However, things are subtle now and I don't see a lot going on. I met two men from Russia and turkmenistan one night and had a threesome for a total of 400 Lira in a nearby motel (for 150 Lira). I took a hot balloon tour in capadocia which was a very fine experience, safe and stable and not scary at all.

LOL...he knows about the photos, the younger sauna guys... maybe the younger generation everywhere don’t seem to be bothered about info getting out like previous generations! also he is openly gay, belonging to quite a few M4M sites on instagram! just like many of the straight sauna guys have girlfriends and wives that know they work in a sauna!

    My Visit to Bangkok

to me this Woman in the strip clubs in Bangkok/Pattaya is getting blown way out of proportion by the typical few that like to complain about everything in forums. When guys post about women in clubs they never say how many. I have been to Jupiter many times. Rarely is there more than 4 or 5 and they are with boyfriends. There aren’t raging bachelorette parties going on. You will see more on weekends. Sometimes Dreamboys will have more than a few because they cater to Chinese tour groups. If I hang out 7 nights, you won’t see any women 5 nights. I get it, some guys just don’t want any women around. But these same guys that are complaining aren’t spending enough money to sustain these places. And yes, many of the boys are straight or bi, so they encourage the women. They are mostly going for the shows, so only there for an hour or so. They rarely off a boy. Mostly have a couple drinks, watch the show and they head out.

Yeah, I pretty much never max out my limit @Latbear4blk, especially in countries where the exchange rate is so much in my favor. I use a no foreign transaction fee credit card whenever possible and prefer to keep spare cash in my pocket to a minimum. Even if you're only taking out a relatively small amount of cash out at a time, a no fee situation can save you a decent amount of money. For instance, taking $100 USD out of a foreign ATM as a Chase customer will cost you more than $10.50 ($2.50 non-Chase ATM fee + 5% foreign transaction fee + $3 flat foreign transaction fee + whatever fee the ATM itself charges). Eliminating those fees also means you can be safer and withdrawal cash as needed rather than take it all out at once in an effort to minimize your fees thus exposing you to more theft risk.

  7. Can anyone recommend an AirBnB? I'm looking for comfort, air conditioning, wifi and beachfront. Open to hotel suggestions as well. The flexibility to bring a guest back is a plus but not a necessity as I intend to leave the drama at the sauna.

I always use Charles Schwab for my foreign ATM withdrawals, @Tomcal. Official rate + no transaction fees + unlimited reimbursement for ATM fees charged by any other bank worldwide. No minimum balance, no monthly fees. I can ACH funds into my Schwab account from any other bank and it's available in 3 business days. If I remember correctly, they start the debit card with a limit of $500 but you can request it be increased to $1,000 without any argument. Depending what other business you have with them, you may have success convincing them to increase it higher than that. It can take a little time to setup, so I wouldn't count on it for trips in the very near future, but if you've got a couple weeks or want to set it up for future trips, it's worth it.

  9. Exactly what he said... If you like beaches, sun, saunas and a cheaper experience...RIO If you like museums, tons of traffic, a huge metropolis....Sao Paulo... Both have tons of hot guys around...both have saunas...both have metros, uber and taxis so getting around is not an issue SP is more experience to me than Rio..

  10. Short answer No! :-). but i would pick Rio as it is more a vacation destination then São Paulo imho. Think of São Paulo as a much bigger NYC and Rio as a bigger Miami! plus you have 4 saunas all relitively close to each other in Rio! Either way you are bound to have a good time!

    Bangkok Fun Diminished?

Caeron's experience makes me wonder if Bangkok is much fun anymore. A post on gaythailand by Michael was also not encouraging. I have been there 15 times over the years, and certainly in the beginning (1987) it was a blast. Now it seems all money-oriented, giving as little as possible for the highest rate. Boys lazy in bed, such as the Tawan guy. The innocence seems gone for good, and that was part of the attraction. I used to think the guys were glad to be chosen and eager to please. There was no race to the door when finished either. Am I wrong?

  12. You will likely produce more replacement semen, assuming an increase in ejaculation frequency but, paradoxically for your goals, increased frequency may tax the replenishment aspect, depending on timing of multiple encounters (if any) and thereby reduce per-orgasm volume. So you may have a net production increase and your desire for more copious volume while in Brasil will be met over the full duration. But I know of no trick, other than warm yogurt flung externally, to uptick load-blow quantity. Universal laws of supply and demand apply. Philosophically, 'the condom is half full' will work in your favour. I mean, of course, swimmers not meat. Spiritually, a prayer offered up to the Redentor. Otherwise, you are at liberty to cook or bind your balls as I do not pick up breeding goals from your inquiry,

  13. Exactly what I think - as a gay man in the boybar I am craving for nothing else than the company of hot, musculine studs - to look, to flirt, to talk, to touch, and at least to hire! Even one single female around means - to me - a big turn off, like the notorious hair in the soup... No, sorry, thanks a lot! As much as I like and appriciate the ladies apart from my sexual desires - the gay marketplace is definetly not for them.

  14. Nice! I went to Istanbul about two years ago, but I think you had more luck than I did. I couldn't bring any guys back to my hotel so my options were limited. I met one guy via gayromeo and hooked up with him at his apt. I did go to the same spa, Aquarius, and was able to arrange a decent massage with a full service ending. It was a little strange to be in such an openly gay environment in such a Muslim/"anti-gay" country. Turkey is a little more liberal than their other Muslim neighbors, but homosexuality is still taboo there. Unfortunately, the staff tried to shake me down for more money when I was getting dressed in the little changing room/cabin. We had agreed on a price ahead of time, but he tried to get more out of me before I left. I refused and left. Luckily, no one tried to stop me! I did have one additional experience - a guy tried to proposition me while waiting for a tram one night. It felt weird though and I knew it was either going to be for money (which would have been ok) or possibly to be drugged. Not sure, but I had heard something about guys being drugged and robbed in situations like this so I politely declined. Oh, and one other thing - my taxi driver tried to boost the fare by taking a circuitous route to the airport. I want to say that the expected fare was around 50 lira(?) and it was going to end up being like 90-100 lira. Fortunately, I had my map open on my phone and questioned why we went up and around instead of straight over. He got nervous, charged the expected fare and asked me not to report him to the police.

    My Visit to Bangkok

I, too, have visited the boy bars many times in the last 15-18 years. I've been to Bangkok pretty much every year in the last ten. While my business certainly doesn't sustain them, I am a repeat customer, which has a definite value. And when I say repeat customer, I hire pretty much every night I'm there from one bar or another. If I don't hire, it's because I can't find someone my type or they're not into what I'm looking for. As for many of the guys being straight, I think it depends on the bar. Jupiter seems to have the highest concentration of straight guys, but I will admit that's based on a limited number of visits. The gogo bars like Dreamboys, Fresh Boys, Hot Male, etc. have more gay guys (but certainly a lot of straight too). And of course, our perceptions may depend on what we're looking for. If you're looking for tops, you may notice the straight guys more. I am into bottoms so I prefer to hire guys who are more likely to be gay (or bi). I have hired a few straight guys who were "less than thrilled," so to speak, to bottom for me, and with varying levels of success, I might add. That's one reason I tend to zone in on the "gayer" guys. I am one of those people who prefers not to have women in the gogo bars. I do understand the business reasons behind allowing them in, of course, but that doesn't mean I have to like it. My reasoning is I'm trying to partake in the seedier side of (gay) life. While I'm not concerned with strangers judging me, especially females, I find it annoying when straight females shoehorn their way into what I feel is "my turf," if that makes any sense. I'm there to enjoy some quality time with naked or almost naked guys. IMHO, it is less enjoyable with women (even just one or two) sitting 5 feet away. Again, I under$tand why, but I'm not a fan...

    Uber?

Install Uber while you are here. It works in English, and does not switch language when you arrive there. and you don’t even need to speak to your driver. Setup a credit card on it so that you never have to take out any cash in a car. In Rio, meter-taxis are also everywhere, very easy to flag. But you need to speak to them in Portuguese to give them your address and to pay. i am really not sure what you mean by accessing your contacts! Anyway, it is Uber, an international company with operations in 40+ countries. If they were to start misusing people’s contact it would be a huge scandal that would seriously harm their business. Install it, and try again (you can see the drivers around your location without booking a ride).

    Age/Weight

When your doctor tells you that the sauna/steam room is no longer safe for your heart. Weight in the southern hemisphere does not share the same relevance with the north. I've met quite a few fit, gorgeous young men who adore their XXL guys. There are many benefits to carrying less weight as we age. Attraction is a very personal, individual thing. One can never know when the sparks might fly. There is this homely-looking gay guy in his 50's, a member at my gym, with a super small cock and balls. I've seen him there for over a decade. He has no worked-out body. I think he may come for yoga class. I see him hook-up all the time in the shower area with some pretty good-looking guys. I have no idea what the attraction is, but clearly, the guy has something to offer. I'm not a fan of being deluded, but I am a fan of leaving the door open to possibility. If your eyes and smile say "sweet, lovable and sexy," I imagine a lot can come of it, no matter what size you are.

Tom, I have the ATM/debit card from First Republic Bank. There are no ATM charges, period. I don't pay the foreign bank's ATM charges either. First Republic does. So I can use the card to my heart's content, and it only costs me my own money that I take out to spend on Brazilian guys with fat, hard cocks, waiting to release their buckets of cum.

What is to many. I have friends that don’t want any. But 2 or 3 to much? Or is 10 to many? This is a subject that has no absolute answer.

You'd think that Itau would have entered into some kind of business arrangement with Citi. After all, they were the successful bidders for Citi's entire retail operation in the country. Not the case however. Major incompatibility and fee issues! I have the identical type of card as yourself, and found, surprisingly, that Bradesco offers - fee-free - the wholesale rate for this card. So zero change from the now extinct Citi-branded ATM's. Just make sure of course that you only use an ATM with the Cirrus sticker.

  30. This is sort of like the United incident of the doctor being told to give up his seat he was already in. (of course he was dragged off the plane). Airlines need to be more cautious when someone is already seated. It's much worse to be told to give up your seat than to be denied boarding to it. That's common. Being unseated isn't. I suspect there's more of the story to come and someone's angling for a big settlement. LA to NY is a crowded route with many power players as passengers.

  31. Seems the seats were allocated twice. https://onemileatatime.com/did-alaska-airlines-discriminate-against-a-gay-couple/ They had to be given up by somebody. I am not sure the rules about who gets preferential treatment, probably the passenger who has the most miles, or the longest history of travel with this airline, but I can’t imagine the rule is “straights first”. Anyway for any airline to allocate the same seat twice is really crappy organisation. Don’t they have an IT system that prevents them to do that? I mean, it is programming 101.

    My Visit to Bangkok

Women alone tend to be Chinese and have a lot of money. Most of the other Asian women are with boyfriends. Especially on weekends , Thai girls will come in because their boyfriends work there and they just hang out. I don’t know if I’ve ever seen an American woman or even a Western woman in the gogo’s. South Korean and Japanese couples will sit in the front rows . Boyfriends will call boys onstage to come over and get a little personal with their girlfriends.

  33. Many airlines to include Alaska. American, Delta, FEDEX, UPS and many, many others support the National Gay Pilots Association. I realize that anyone can contribute money and businesses often contribute to both the Democrats and Republicans but, in my opinion, the airlines have no dog in this hunt other than they need to recruit pilots. Just thought you might like to know this. Best regards, RA1

  37. BTW: I have given up my seat voluntarily many times so that couples and families can sit together. However, being forced to move from one class to another is unacceptable just to keep a couple together. If you want to be together, book and reserve together. Otherwise, spend a few hours apart or ask for volunteers. I hate the games airlines play! BTW: I did give up my seat for a honeymoon couple once even though I didn't want to but no one in first volunteered. The flight attendant could do nothing so I volunteered and he gave me 60,000 miles. That is the way to treat someone. Not forcing them to move from their plans. IMHO

    My Visit to Bangkok

I am not bothered by the women. I know what I like and if they are free that night, great. If not, easy to move on. I never liked the gay NYC clubs exclusion of women either. But, I love to hang with ladies and I don't mind the competition. I also think this is where the locals have a bit of leverage. When I lived in Pattaya and was in the bars nightly, I got all the attention and was a known quantity. Even ladies didn't get preference over me. I have an ex who works at BoyzBoyzBoyz and he has a slew of ladies that take care of him and he is well taken care of. He is straight and rarely goes with guys anymore. However, he messages me often and we meet often and he still asks if he can move back in and stay with me and he prefers me to take care of him than the ladies. Part is money but part is also the respect he is given. But, female competition is not something I have worried about anywhere.

  41. My most memorable Rio punctuality tale: Well-known circuit gogo running on deus disposto time arrived late for an arranged home outcall and, as a result, was going to miss his subsequent appointed stage time. I gave him a few options. Return later, or split the session and paycheque into two parts and return to my apto later for the finale. In either case, added an hour of travel time to his evening and we ended up with the half''n'half solution. Naturally, he tried to bargain for 75% then 66% the cash at intermission. I just smiled and handed him two Metro unitario cards. I later gave him a takeout meal of his choosing that he wolfed down. What a life ... always rushed and trying to look perfect (him of course!). One of his issues had been keeping his busy smartphone charged. I think a great practical yet not exorbitant gift idea for these guys is a compatible Mophie charger. I just purchased one for my iPhone.

    My Visit to Bangkok

I haven’t found it nearly as bad in Bangkok as some people report. Maybe I’m just lucky. More often than not a few females with their boyfriends. At Jupiter and Moonlight, many of the boys onstage are straight and they are encouraging the women sitting up front to maybe get a bit involved. I can easily ignor them and just concentrate on what I came for.

  43. In Medellin the bars, the gay sex hotel and the sauna on 57A are strictly hustlers. The gay sex hotel is above one of the bars. That sounds great except some of the guys are ugly and the others are more ugly. I hope that's changed. There are supposed to be at least a couple big gay nightclubs in Medellin where young possibly-haveable guys hang out. I didn't go. They're in Parque Lleras in Polabo and Laurelios/Estadio in the center west of Club Tobi. If any of these parks or cruise areas are directly on the west side of the cathedral, beware. There are a couple gay places listed there but "Not for the faint-hearted" is an understatement. There's an annual gay festival in Cartegenea called Rumors listed in this article: https://www.twobadtourists.com/2017/03/03/this-south-american-country-might-be-the-newest-emerging-gay-destination/ In Bogota I'm not certain it was Boys Online Private Cabins but one highly-touted one was complete zero customers. Another was a pretty gross sauna-like sex club that had surprisingly good-looking customers but no rent. They were both in the area just southwest of Theatron. Medellin. The airport's way on the other side of those mountains and the taxi drivers take hairpin curves at 80mph in little sub-compact cars. The mountains in Bogota are much higher (Capital City of the Andes), but the airport ride is easy. Medellin is where the Andes end and Spanish America begins. Bogota and Medellin are only 120 miles apart but it takes 18 hours to drive between them. From Bogota to Lima, Peru the Andes are pretty much impassable. Bogota (population: 8 million) and view down not from an airplane but from Monteserret: The white tower (Calpehria Tower?) is covered in millions of led lights and puts on a light show all night.

  44. That is exactly the problem, the notion of "wasting time". It is a radical difference between the way life and time are understood in many Latin cultures and many Anglo Saxon cultures. I guess you heard about The Protestant Ethic and the Spirit of Capitalism, Max Weber's masterpiece. The moment is more important than the future. That is also why sex in so many Latin cultures is more uninhibited than sex in many Anglo Saxon ones.
