Good news that she is gone. She and Trump share the same bigoted and hateful view of anyone who is not white. Her recent tweets confirm this fact. Although she said she was sorry for saying what she did, if she did not really think that way, she would not have written those hideous tweets. Her apology is insincere. She apologized solely in an attempt to save her job which she rightfully lost.

After several years of dwindling drive, I was surprised to find a reliable resurgence of randiness with not a single new pill added to the arsenal. As someone who hates spending more than ten minutes a day cooking for myself, it had long been a nagging concern that I was not getting very good nutrition, let alone the recommended three servings a day of veggies and two servings of fruit that I knew I should be getting. It finally occurred to me that a power blender might be the answer as, within five minutes, I could create a smoothie that would give me everything the FDA wanted me to have. So I got this blender: Every day, I started throwing in a big fistful of power greens (spinach, kale, chard), another fistful of baby carrots, a tomato, a handful of frozen berries, a scoop of high-quality protein powder, and enough water to make a shake-like consistency. Hitting the “smoothie” button produced, in less than a minute, a decent-tasting drink that took care of all the nutritional good stuff that had been missing from my diet. I then felt free to eat whatever else I felt like during the day, knowing that the basics were taken care of. I got everything I needed at Costco: blender, veggies, fruit, and protein powder. To my surprise, my sex drive returned, along with just enough priapism to make it actionable. After several months, owing to a hiatus from Costco, I stopped the daily drink and away went the sex drive. Back to Costco, and back came the sex drive. I’ve since done it enough times to know that, for me, this nutritional boost is a reliable way to get the nether regions working almost as in days of yore. I don’t know if it’s the fruit and veggies, the protein, or all of the above that make the difference, as I always throw everything in together. But I do know the combo delivers reliable results. I also get a general boost of energy with this blend, which started out being mildly irritating as I now have no excuse for not doing the things I don’t feel like doing. Worth noting that, unlike a juicer, the power blender retains all the fiber. My glucose numbers go down when I'm on this regimen, and my doctor told me that fiber is most likely the reason why. Anyhoo, wanted to share this experience with folks who have likewise been meaning to improve their nutrition and were looking for an easy way to do it.

Hey , I lived for a year in Mexico City (2016), Zona Rosa is the main spot for gay nightlife, but there are some nice bars/antros around the city - there was nice bar close to my apartment in Polanco - called Envy - but a bit too snobbish for my taste. Anyone who thought the decades mellowed Roseanne were Wrong. As I've always said, when people show you who they are, believe them. It usually holds True. Sao Paulo is not a city you fall in love with at first sight. It has a gritty urban feel, a color palate best described as gray and dingy, and the hustle and bustle of a fast -paced city. There are no beaches or mountains to dazzle you with their beauty. But over time a curious thing happens - you start to discover neighborhoods that you like, a certain charming resturaunt here and there. You meet amazing people, develop friendships, and suddenly an unexpected fondness for the city emerges. No, it will never be Rio. But I have learned to appreciate the city for what it is.. After 88 days in Brazil it’s time to go back to the US. I have no choice, actually: my e-visa is expiring and can’t be renewed. If I get my visa issues worked out, I might return in December or sometime next year. Perfect choices. Berlin is way underrated. It's a huge city much like Paris and beautiful. The people are as fashionable as anywhere and the nightclubs are easily the world's best (London 2nd). Decadence has always been "in" in Germany, especially Berlin. The main gay area is around Nollendorfplatz subway. There are 5 gay hustler bars there on one street that have been there forever. Hustling is a tradition in Germany and the rates are under 100E. The bars (except for BlueBoy and one small one) are mostly Romanian so be extra cautious. There are also several nude and fetish bars. The trendy nightclubs are close to AlexanderPlatz and Berghain, the world's most "in" club is easier for gays to get in. Lab.Oratory next to it is all gay and I hear gives new meaning to "decadent". Those two should be at the top of any "I've been there" list. Prague has been discussed plenty and the Prague thread here is very current. With both cities, although there is some bar scene, 99% of the good ones are online (Hunqz.com).

Thanks for the motivation Lookin. I bought this little beauty about a year ago (yes I fell for the infomercial. Like yourself I noticed an immediate boost of energy and sex drive (wink wink). Wonderful addition to the blender but a small amount will over power anything else you add to it. I think I can already feel a little tingle coming on down there.
