Last year I bought a 2nd home in Mexico and on my first trip there took a guy from Sao Paulo that I really liked to Mexico with me, it was the first time in all these years that I took someone with me on a trip as I always like to have "choices" and did not want to be tied down to one guy. Saying that, I have to admit it was great having him there and we had a great time and did a number of 3 somes off of Grindr. My next 5 trips there I went alone as the scene in this city is very busy and there is no problem finding available guys! then my last trip the same guy from SP was there again and again we had a great 10 days. When I was in Rio a month ago I met a guy who just amazed me! I was with him one night and then the next day left for Porto Alegre and was supposed to spend the weekend there and then go to SP and fly home the next day. All I could do was think about this guy! He was more then amazing!! so I made last minute and expensive changes to my ticket and flew back to Rio on Sunday to spend one more night with this guy! and it was worth it!! I have been with 100's of guys in Brazil the last 17 years and have never felt or done something like this before! So yesterday I arranged for him to meet me in Mexico for 10 days in March! and then I am going back to Rio for 10 days in April. Taking a Brazilian to Mexico is like "taking coals to Newcastle" and I never anticipated doing this(although the Mexicans seem to really like the Brazilans) but it has been great and I am looking forward to the March trip more then I have any other trip in a long time!6 points

Visa question: getting a garoto to come to the US
Cany10011 and one other reacted to floridarob for a topic
Fee is $160 usd for the appointment...non-refundable....don't buy tix ahead of time. If he is approved then get them (Like Ferrar said...when the economy was good, they were giving them to just about anyone that applied, not the case now). I've been through this in Mexico and the same "rules" follow. You'd think being somewhat honest is the best route to go...it is not. You have to tell them what they want to hear.....he lives at home and helps his family pay bills, he is going to Disney World or Las Vegas as a tourist, he doesn't know anyone there (they'll think they are staying if they say yes)...the application is quite long, online and has stupid questions....have him fill it out himself....why is he going alone...he asked his friends and they don't want to go but is his dream to see one of those places....how long is he planning to stay, 5-7 days, how is he paying for the trip...money he has been saving up..... will he return...of course, his family counts on him. No talk about knowing you or any other gringos.... this is only to get the visa, the roundtrip tix and other questions about funds will be when he arrives in the USA, Immigration will want to know that stuff to let him enter....still no mention of knowing gringos...even with a visa, he can be refused entry at that point...total discretion on the officer's part....so chose your airport of entry/connection wisely,lol2 points -
i have to say that bringing a brazilian on my trips to mexico does really increase the fun! My friend would go on grindr at midnight and by 12:15 he would have around 30 - 40 guys wanting to meet up! We would inform them what we were looking for and i don’t remember anyone turning us down! :-)2 points

And searching for flights for April....2 points -
Agree entirely. Have reported here previously how I went nuclear -- in two private messages to daddy, not in public -- over some things that daddy, & one of his mods, did to my posts that you simply do not do to members' posts on an online participatory forum, if you want the forum to have any authenticity at all. (And I got exiled for it, etc etc.) But, having cooled off, I will say he does do a pretty fair amount of good, given the totality of things. Our Oz does a lot more good, of course...2 points

Visa question: getting a garoto to come to the US
Latbear4blk reacted to Tartegogo for a topic
@Latbear4blk it would only be if the husband goes on vacation somewhere without me. Short window, but there could be an opening soon. That is why I was thinking about it. The ticket can be a fully cancelable ticket at low cancellation cost (they still do exist, even if they are more expensive that normal tickets), so that would be ok. But $160 just to apply for the visa, with so little chances of success, and all the concerns, potential issues: sigh. You are probably right.1 point -
It's nice you are so kind to invite the garoto to NYC, but i think it is mired in complications... I met a nice guy from Belarus last year while I was in Stockholm and he wants to come visit manhattan but ihe needs a tourist visa and that may be challenging for him to obtain one. Even though he is well educated in his country (Belarus), his occupation as a rentboy in Stockholm may preclude him from visiting... don't know. I don't think he can even visit me in London next month as that will require a visa as well. I should have flown him to Barcelona a few weeks ago when i was there, but i was being a slut in the saunas.1 point

Instead of stupid, brain-dead animated gifs and boring YouTube clips aimed to make an old-man-in-dementia smile, I offer a few rhetorical questions to warm the bitter, winter cold: In retrospect, was going nuclear necessary? Did it do any good for anyone? Did something important change for the better? Your membership account at Daddy's appears to be reinstated. I didn't calculate the clock, but it seems your Time-Out did not last very long. Is it fair to say your "nuclear" reaction was an over-reaction? Daddy has appeared to forgive you. Are you not ready yet to forgive him? Why don't you return? Clearly, just like others, you enjoyed the camaraderie of like-minded men in an anonymous environment. You seem to have a good-sized number of readers there who value your contributions. Why deny them the pleasure of your company and your special wit? Wouldn't you rather have a larger audience for your brilliance? After all, you're no stupid, blind-bitch, loud-mouthed TROLL. On top of that, you're a handsome, youngish man, with a full head of gorgeous hair. You're not a bald, fat, obnoxious New York jewish princess, a retired flunky cosmetologist from SuperCuts (owned by that flunky corporation REGIS), with scabby knees and lord knows what else, since the TROLL clearly enjoys scouring the floors at sex parties, looking for any cock, no matter where it's been, to stuff and shove into her big, fat mouth, because she doesn't know the meaning of E.N.O.U.G.H. If guys could see what I've seen, many would realize you're quite the catch, AdamSmith. You never know who you're going to meet on a populated forum board. Why cut yourself out when you don't have to? I only ask these rhetorical questions because it's cold and snowy outside. I also have plenty of experience in the Daddy/banning department. I lost count, but B banned me at least three times for a year each. A year to the date and time! Imagine that nuclear precision. Remarkably, he allowed me to return after each year was up. I've never been sure what to say about that, except, maybe, thank you? Now don't get me wrong, I served the guy a lot of shit. One could say I learned how to push all the right buttons. I was overly hell-bent on making changes to his piss-poor moderation style. And there was that certain failed escort-with-a-vendetta/God complex who fed at the trough of my username eradication. In some righteous fights, there are casualties. Granted, my reasons for participating may be different than yours and others. I certainly don't need to be an attention whore, even though I know how to play one on stage and screen. I've always been honest about how I came to Daddy: 1. To save Benjamin Nicholas from self and the bitter, evil wolves. 2. To study the financial opportunities in owning and running an escort review site. Luckily for me, I had no belonging agenda. I wasn't looking for new friends, dates, or . I admit, the first ban got my goat, and I did react to it in private email. But when Daddy decided to go all nuclear on me, I didn't feel it was necessary to return equal fire, since any personal investment was truly nowhere near my heart. It is amazing to me that some stupid TROLL keeps insisting that banishment from Daddy's causes heartache, bitterness, and jealousy. Stupid doesn't really get more stupid than this. All you have to do to end your banishment: create a new username/account. So many people have done this through the years. There is absolutely no need to whine about being banned or take it personally. You are not required to change your writing voice or pretend you are someone else. As far as I know, your IP is not blocked. Even if the IP poses a problem, there are ways around that, if you have half a brain. I know you didn't ask for my advice, and I'm not offering any. However, if I were you Adam, I would consider a comeback. I know a few guys who would welcome you with open arms. And I've heard you give good hugs. With love...1 point -

Very good article, is important to notice that Rounds was quite different for all the others, not a sleaze place at all, on the contrary, very very classy. By the addresses it can be seen that is the only one located on the East Side, upper midtown, no less, and lived up to expectations of the area. No drag queens if I can remember just a real piano man, at the entrance, playing Broadway tunes, surrounded by customers that actually knew the lyrics, all of them drama queens that have seen every show since the forties. In the middle and at the end were the out-of-this-world working boys and the younger customers with disco/early house on the sound system, but no DJ! Idon't think that in it's 15 or so years that existed, it had ever had a stage, and absolutely no back room! the pretty boys were the only attraction and the possibility of taking one (or two) home was enough to keep the place full. There was a door man but not a dress code, one could be dressed casual, but it had to be tidy, otherwise no admission. Nobody would dare to get shirtless, it would be thrown out and never able to return. The Anvil and The Minesahft were closed by the city in the mid- eighties during Mayor Koch because of the AIDS health crisis, their notorious back rooms could help spread the virus and the sensasionalist press would refer to these places as "AIDS dens". Giuliani could not use the same argument against Rounds, since they didn't have sex on premises, so he claimed the owners facilitated prostitution, arrested and put them on jail. The mob ties did not help.1 point

Thank you all, all good intel. I really appreciate that you take the time to provide it . I may still try, and the only real cost would be that my garoto likely will be disappointed by the rejection, but I hope he can handle it. 2 more questions: - He needs a proof of having a return flight already booked at the time of application, right? So we need to make sure we get a fully cancellable flight? - Does the visa request costs less than 100 dollars? (I don’t want to sink too much money into it given the small chances of getting through).1 point

In the past, the invitation letter carried a lot more weight, and consular officers were given more discretion. Say if the hosts could credibly convince the officer that they would ensure that the rules were followed. I wrote a few such letters for visas that were ultimately accepted, but it was a different time. You were even sometimes permitted to accompany the locals during their consular interviews. Just attempt that now! It got a lot easier around 2008, when Brazil was relatively unscathed by the global economic crisis, and actually 'booming.' Expats left Europe and the States to look for job opportunities in Brazil! Meanwhile, Brazilians were buying up Miami, and going to Disney in record numbers. US visa rejection rates for Brazilians reached an all-time low, as tourism authorities (like NYC) aggressively lobbied for increased Brazil tourism to improve the local economy! It was nearly IMPOSSIBLE for Brazilians to get rejected. After Presidenta Dilma successfully torpedoed the local economy, that situation turned on its head. With the present US administration stance on visa issuance not exactly welcoming, it would sure seem like an increasingly tough sell.1 point

I don't have any beefs. Ya think? For an anonymous poster on an escort forum, you sure seem to be 100% sure you have the OP pegged. I'm too experienced with escort boards to be that naive. I had strong suspicion it was gone, but it could have been a coding error. Server shit happens all the time. But I did get a big kick out the stupid, cock-suck-loving TROLL who insisted the thread was still there, in BOLD no less. Blind, dumb, and desperate for attention. I'm not. Pitting one escort against another on an escort forum should be off-limits, part of the TOS. This is a no-brainer. I find this inappropriate behavior far more egregious than posting reviews in the Lounge. There's nothing wrong with getting an education, but it shouldn't be at the cost of an escort's livelihood. Not every situation "in our little market" deserves to be discussed in an open forum. I disagree. LOL! And we all know the value of that education. Then prove your appreciation by hiring both and writing reviews for both. You're entitled to your opinion, but I'm glad Daddy decided to kill it and put it where it belonged. I don't think I overreacted one bit. Ditto with Daddy. He did the right thing. LOL! That's very funny. Thank you for that. The only thing Daddy and I have in common: we like to hire escorts. Similarities end there, I can assure you. Didn't think it was bitchy at all. I thought it was FUNNY. You clearly don't know me. And perhaps you've never met Daddy.1 point -

Ferrar, I'm currently in Sao Paulo right now. I considered doing a quick trip to Porto Alegre once I fly into Rio from Feb 7 to Feb 13 to avoid the noise...the boring side of me that just wants sex and peace on this vacation finds it tempting. But, the other part of me that realizes that going to Carnival is a once in a lifetime opportunity has taken over and decided to embrace this experience. Sao Paulo is currently having little early block parties now; and, unlike Songkran in Bangkok several years ago, I am actually really enjoying the Brazilian block parties...it's quite organized and fun...and people don't squirt you with water guns or bathe you in a cooler of ice water as you're walking to a nice restaurant. Yay! Life is short... and on this vacation... I've committed to having lots of Brazilian "pau" and parties.1 point -

Unfortunately, I don't take any pics of the boys. I'm a bit of a peculiar oddball,...once the boy makes me climax, I'm pretty much done,... Terrific post, one of the few that recognizes the superior quality of Lagoa boys when compared with boys in Rio. One advice if you are not a regular: The most desirable boys will be surrounded by their many admirers (moneyd) at prime time (7/8 PM). The same boys occasionally are there earlier (before 6 PM) and at this time they are all business and much easily approachable. If prime time cannot be avoided it helps to be on a table downing Scotches (beer won't do it). It helps to indicate that you have money, before offering the money itself.1 point -

I actually like it better now that I've used it. Any new format has a learning curve and the old format was outdated and cluttered. On the new one, the photos are a hell of a lot better and at least seem to be more recent. Even with the free version, I can easily save 50 favorites and contacts. On the old version even if I deleted some I couldn't add more after the 1st time hitting 50. The messages window looks like other social media now. (Although messages now disappear after a week!). The best part is all my contacts show up easily with one click. As I mentioned above, for now, to search other cities you evidently have to change your location to that city, choose Hunqz, choose distance. PITA I'm sure they'll fix.1 point -
