I first saw Stark in Journey's End on Broadway, but he didn't stand out for his looks because his uniform covered so much of him. Then I saw him in Bonnie & Clyde at the La Jolla Playhouse. That's where he had a scene baring his butt on stage. It's a very nice butt. I saw him last in Chicago, where Kinky Boots was doing a trial run. As for the gif above, I can't say. It could be!
