Just go to airbnb, put in Ipanema and your dates, then filter your choices to show only full apartments. Then click on the map and zoom in to show which units are beachfront. Make sure you read the fine print, because there are many units where, even though it is a private apartment, visitors may not be allowed. Mostly that would only be enforced/enforceable if the owner lived in the same building (not usually), or if the building has 24 hour door staff.

The thing is there probably is intelligent life out there but we are probably not interested in us. Are we really that into earthworms? Are earthworms interested in us? Same deal.

Everything you stated is based on what works for you.... I personally dont get drunk on the hot ass beaches in Rio so I arrive in the saunas drunk...I prefer to sip while I am there to get a little buzz... I prefer getting to the saunas before 5pm...6 pm at the latest..no matter the season because I like to see all of the options coming and going...The saunas tend to be busier during Rio summer months versus winter I dont care of the guy cums at all...Not even something Im into (not sure what it does for others either) I eat dinner later in Rio since it is a party city...either back in Copa where I stay or Lapa which is right around the corner from 117 Do what works best for you....

Some gay travel services provide great apartments you may not find elsewhere and places that don’t care if you have guests. I know how to use Google, etc.

But regarding the cost (if you factor in the cost of the trip and come up with something like a cost/orgasm...which made me laugh out loud): I would not factor in the cost of the trip. Fucking hookers is not my only reason for taking a vacation. I would be going on vacation anyway...Rio just happens to be a fun place to visit, and the saunas are only one aspect of that. For my own informal calculations, I might factor in the cost of the taxi to the sauna and the price of admission/cabin, and my cost would be nothing like the cost calculated by Tartegogo. Sex is also available for free all over the place in Rio. And I mean hot guys...maybe not the PRIME specimens at some of the saunas, but very hot and handsome guys.

I agree in whole. The economic disruption this policy change would create is what I think will undo it. Business today depends on the Internet. To have Internet access fucked with in this way will not be tolerated by the Big Businesses -- the retailers, banks, manufacturers, etc etc who depend on it; and whose collective lobbying clout on K Street eclipses that of the telecoms.

Hello again...after my November trip to Rio (which is the fourth and last for this year) I can tell you my opinion about the best and worst days to go to saunas in Rio. MM is not included in the following table due to the lack of personal experience since the few times i've been there, i really didn't like the place. As you can see I've found a better selection of guys on Saturdays on 202, in the last times since Pointe has recovered from its crisis. To prepare the table i've only taken in consideration the variety of garotos present each day (sauna facilities and special days are not taken into account even if reported for convenience). The table is inevitably affected by my personal tastes. I do not like next-door type guys. While 117 is always pretty consistent (apart from wednesdays), incredibly I have made some of the best discoveries in Rio in 202 during saturdays (117 is still good). And while there's no bad day at 202 apart from Thursday, I can tell you that even if good, Fridays and Sundays are way better at 117.
