If all is as Mr Smith described, the only TOS violation I see is disagreeing and confronting Admin, who's attitude in most instances seems selfish , childish and bratty. At least Mr Smith had the luxury of actually discussing his case with Admin.... I never had that, I was totally blocked from any discussion about my alleged violation. Now, saying that Daddy will realize the error of his ways, and realize what's good for the site and pardon Adam, is like saying Trump will realize what's good for HIM and admit his misdeeds.. Never gonna happen. So although a loss, I am happy Mr Smith made a definitive decision NOT to return.. I wish I could grow a pair of Balls that big..... While there is alot more "traffic" elsewhere, the responses often tend to be "preachy and condescending".... Many respondents (especially the escorts) fancy themselves EXPERTS and will often discount comments of others, or "overspeak" them.... Some will write long, rambling dissertations. (you know, the MORE words the more convincing, right ?) So MORE is not always better. It boils down to the quality of the post, its honesty and sincerity, presentation and content. A post made simply to show you are better or more knowledgeable than someone else is a post NOT WORTH HAVING....

Well let's not quibble and be Thankful there were not apparent casualties for this incident (YET).... What I can tell you is that all of us that signed the petition are on Daddy's radar, and that's not a good thing. He probably takes it as a sign of being "crossed" ? I disagree, Fluffy. I think I brought the issue in a way that was not defiant. When I call B at the beginning of my post it is, I understand, a sign of respect. Also, when you do things in the open, it brings more traffic.

Ok--I'll chime in as I am in Rio now. For the average visitor nothing has changed one bit. The city is beautiful and vibrant as always. The saunas are full of great guys and on sunny days the beaches are packed. When I left The Week(dance club) at 5am last night there were thousands of guys still dancing inside. I see no more security or anything different now than in the 15 years I have been visiting here. What has changed in talking to locals is a little sense that the overall security situation is worse. An Uber driver last night told me how dangerous the city was now. More than the security issue the locals gripe about the prolonged economic crisis and the fact that the lower value of the Real has hurt their ability to travel and buy goods from abroad. But for all the problems they have--security and otherwise--they still don't have the kind of mass shootings that occur in the US. I have to share one experience from the other night that for me makes this place special. Last night on the metro while stopped at a station I looked upon two cute guys that were on the platform. By any gaydar in the world these two guys were 100% straight. When they figured out I was checking them out they gave me a big smile and a thumbs up. You won't find that at home.

Well we should be thankful for members that post HERE often.... Otherwise, this site would be pretty much a wasteland... If you havent noticed, it doesnt get alot of "active" participation, eventhough "traffic numbers" are high.... most people just lurk

I think it has gotten more like the first 4 or 5 years I started going to Rio! Lots of minor thefts, many guys had their Name brand sneakers stolen from them(seems like most Brazilians are a size 10!) two different sauna boys were killed on the beach in Copa but almost all these incidents were drug related and didn’t affect the Tourists or tourist zone! I was much more naive back then as were my friends and can say we collectively did not have any harrowing experiences!

Valérie Plante seeems like a very nice progressive Québécoise and she comes in with a lot of promises to fix Montreal (including updating the Metro system- Yay!) there is another side to her as well. She wants to make Montreal more "Family friendly" Some regular posters here and at the "other site" bemoan the decline of St. Catherine street in the Village from the glory days of the 90's. While I do miss those times very much i fear we will never see them again. That era has passed and many Gay businesses, struggling to survive, have had to abandon marketing solely to Gay men or face going out of business. This of course includes Gay bars and (of special interest to the participants of this site) the Gay bars that have male strippers. You are not going to find strip clubs (male or female) in nice shiny clean gentrified neighborhoods. So while St. Cat's is not the lovely street many of us falsely remember (It always had VERY rough edges which that neighborhood is historically famous for https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gay_Village,_Montreal ) I will take that over a sterilized "nice" neighborhood any day!

Frankly, I don't see what all of this hullabaloo concerning Adam Smith's posts is about I do not find his posts to be better than other posters and particularly find his posts of all of those videos to be irritating. I wish he would start a thread where he posts all of them and keep them out of other topics. Still, I defend his right to post what he believes. I do also know that he who calls himself "daddy" is getting to be more and more dictatorial and unfair in his blocking actions and this has caused all of his little suck-buddies to be fearful of posting anything that would irritate him. Adam, while I dont know why you are banned for life, I can only imagine that the reasons are elevated in the Old girls mind... I felt the same way you do, that I was a valued contributor, and didnt deserve the scorn I was getting from her. But once I was on the Old girls radar, i was doomed... She seized every opportunity to take a minor offense and make it into something TOS worthy, and once you get Banned, there is no communicating with admin or even trying to "discuss" the action... I left last Thursday to Brazil, and I took a flight I really don't like but it was the one that worked logistically...I thought! I took the LAX to GRU direct flight (12-1/2 hrs. ugh) and we ended up boarding on time but sat on the runway for over an hour and landed in Sao Paulo and hour and 15 mins late! which means I missed my connection to Belo Horzonte, but anticipating a possible problem I had bought the changeable ticket on GOL airlines so I went to their counter and they said that their 3:30 flight was booked full, so then I asked about flying out of CGH the city airport and the girl said Yes they have a flight at 1:15 and the shuttle bus is free between the two airports, it was now 10:15 so I took that option. it is a 1:15 bus ride to the city airport, and I was really tired but the ride was comfortable. when I got to CGH I went to the counter it was now almost noon, and the girl at the desk says " the gate is just closed you have to go on a later flight!' I go "what? it isn't leaving for over a hour from now!" she goes " no it is leaving at 12:10" the agent at Gru at looked at the wrong time!! so I asked her what was available and she says " our 3:00 flight is sold out but I can put you on the 6:30 flight"! that means I wouldn't have gotten to the sauna until after 9:00pm so I said forget it and I canceled BH and am spending the weekend here in SP and flying to Rio on Sunday(which is a whole nother story, as I then had to change my routing and that was a night mare but it's done! . I get to Lagoa about 6:00 pm last night and it was already pretty full. as I sat at the bar there was one guy who was standing against the wall who was playing with his "fucking enormous dick"! and he was handsome! nicely toned muscled but not steroid body. I don't recommend doing this with sauna guys! but these 4 have proven their trust in them is well placed and we have almost 14 trips in the last 3 years together and there has never been a problem! Thursday night one of the boys is making a 4 course dinner for all of us, he is a chef and last trip he did that and it was really amazing. he did a standing crowned pork roast with all the side dishes. it took him about 4 hours! tonight I am going to 117 so hopefully it will be good!
