Many of us did behave differently before Anita Hill. I've always worked in the presence of horny gay men, and most of us viewed "touching" as a special right, being members of an exclusive club. As a successful businessman, I've always been in a position of power. I was never predatory, and no one ever lost his job because he rejected my advances. The thought never occurred to me. I never took my power or sex that seriously. Most of the guys I "touched" (and touched me back) were around my age. But I certainly did things in my 20's and 30's, on the job, that would not be done today. Now, gay men have to be very careful in a business setting. It will get more restrictive moving forward. My humble contribution: Growing up, Mom had one of these in the house, or something similar. It was a 700lb monster. One January in 1969, after 7 days of relentless rains, the canyon wall let go and buried half the house and most of the road leading up the hill. The only way out was by a foot trail that was about an eighth of a mile long down a steep embankment that led to the main road. Dozens of people showed up to help us evacuate. Reading Kevin’s posts reminds me so much of this gay law professor that I had in law school over 20 years ago. He was scrawny, very insecure, geeky, not anything at all to look at, socially inept, and always inappropriately speaking up just to be heard. The exchange rate at the currency exchange in my city costs around 13% for both Euros and Canadian dollars, so it doesn't save anything. I will check the rates when I get to the airport. The photo you posted is a bit provocative. It's especially enticing for those of us who enjoy an armpit licking fantasy. Same i will be going at the end of november...my last time was 1 month ago ...medias are making things looking much worse than what they are. The level of crime which Rio is currently experiencing is the same of the period between 2010 and 2013. Slightly higher than during the olympics. Almost all of the crap which is going on, usually happens in favelas or in crappy neighborhoods. Just don't go there. Easy. One of the worst experiences of my life happened in a McDonald's involving a thief, a gun and the head of the cashier at which it was aimed to. That was in New York. I'm not saying that Rio is heaven...but well...keep in mind that what's happening now, is nothing new and that presidential elections are approaching in a scenario where the current president approval is less than 10%, and where every single event is going to cause a hell of a crapstorm.

I know all 3 owners of the saunas well and talk frequently to them! Over the past 16 years they have varied which one was the most popular and changed places as to which one was the best(although I would say 117 has been the most consistent). With that being said, pointe has definitely back! They have taken MM’s Monday nights as the best and busiest as well as Wednesday’s! Friday and Sundays are fairly busy also. MM is trying to get a new location close to where they are, if then can get this new location(50/50 chance) it could change the dynamics again as I have toured it and it has 20 rooms all with bathrooms/showers!
