The $347K is just for the theater and arcade. The structure (building) is on the market for $3.78M. FYI, I've had many wonderful nights at that place. Took home several wonderful guys. I'm still in touch with one that I met around 2004.

I have had some good times there. Although I much preferred the long gone Campus theater the Nob Hill is in a much nicer (safer) location. I don't know if there are any places to play like this left in the US. BTW: 62 logged in users in last 24 hours and over 800 other visitors seems pretty active to me. If only everyone would participate. But, that is hard to get to happen.

I think they have been fairly active recently. But, I use my definition and not yours. And, without all the drama from other sites (minus a few threads here and there). Like I have always said, I appreciate your opinion. But, everyone has one. And, I appreciated your vote on the poll as well. I only created this thread to see if the name was the issue. Don't blame me for not trying to do things to get the site more active. Instead, create some good threads. You use to be great at that. As one of the most intelligent men I have ever met, I know you have the potential to create great stuff. Or, the potential to complain about things not being great. However, you have the ability to help positively in one of those choices.
