We need clicks from outside BT to get new blood in. How do we get more Google hits? I never see BT in results for topics here. ( we'll stop them from just lurking after we get them in).

Also: @Lucky, your penchant for coming here to, ostensibly, clamor for greater forum participation, but then just enacting ad hominem attacks on active posters, seems a very unlikely way to increase participation. You elect to say that my posts must be because I have fallen off the wagon. You said that Lookin's plea in 2014 for greater forum civility must have been a symptom of his marijuana-induced personality passivity. And so forth and so on. Anger management therapy can be, if you sincerely seek it out and participate in it, a very effective therapeutic route out of your pathologies exhibited here over the years. As someone who has put himself through thousands of hours of various forms of therapy and counseling, including four years of psychotherapy and then four years of on-the-couch psychoanalysis, I cannot recommend those treatment modalities strongly enough. They can give you great surcease from the demons that very evidently trouble you.

Is it just me, or does $347K seem reasonable for any structure in SF these days.

In reference to "Adan", Madrid: all the curring rumors about their "closing" during last years were false - every time I went - until March 2017 - I found it the same as before: facilities old, rundown, ugly and seedy , but the muscled boys sexy and mouthwatering hot; rate 50/40 €. In fact the place never had any website - no need. Local patrons know it since Francos days, and foreign punters find their way also... There is another sauna with rentboys in Spain: "Termasauna Miguel" in Torremolinos; the place is renovated and clean, definetly ok, the working boys more average type, but happy to please and a lot cheaper than Bcn and Mad; 4 years ago my first guy over there, Gabriel from Brazil, a charming angel, did it for 20... I go back every year since.

@brall3 : I'm messaging casual guys off the apps who just want to make some supplemental income. The guys I usually go with are not models and 500 pesos appears to be the local price for casual guys. However, I've never been asked for 2000 pesos, the most I've been quoted was 1500 in Mexico City for a really hot model on Grindr. It probably helps that I speak a little Spanish but, I've never been quoted the prices you have been outside the US.
