I really think you are getting there late...IMHO! by 8:00 the in demand guys have already done 2 or 3 guys and are heading out, if they have had 3 customers they can leave brfore the mandatory 3-1/2 hour "shift ends". Also dont forget as much as you(we)enjoy the saunas, it is a job to them and they just want to leave when their shift is done unless they haven't made any money.
