I do know the owner! we were friends long before he bought Meo Mundo and he was living in Miami! This past December he stayed at my house in SoCal. i toldvhim about the incident and he said they would be banned from ever working there but w/o a photo and their real name or someone to identify them in person unlikely to happen! He was genuinally surprised as he hadnt heard of guys being this brazen off site!

Guadalajara is a great city for culture, food, markets, etc and has a lot of good looking guys there. I am sure that the rent scene exists but I never really saw that when I have been there. There are several gay clubs for music and dancing. The few stripper bars I went to seemed to be more geared toward women clients and the dancers tended to be beefy--actually slightly overweight guys. Maybe there are other clubs that have more attractive dancers and I just missed them. I would definitely visit if I were you though--lots to see and as least as much potential in terms of guys as Mexico City(which I love).

Although I usually don't step in controversies I believe I get the characters of a certain (under) class in Brazil in particular Rio and looks to me that the other guy, maybe not a sauna garoto got to the frame of mind "we are here in this happening place without any money to score and there is a fucking faggott walking around, let's making give us what we need, he won't do anything, after all he is just a..." Happens when income disparity collides with extreme prejudice. It happens a lot in Brazil and elsewhere when the wrong factors combine. Our orientation is not accepted and is certainly an affront especially to some disadvantaged individuals. Do bad things to us unfortunately is totally accepted and justified.

Yeah I agree--thats why this was so odd. I have recognized guys outside the club before and even occasionally offered a drink which they accepted and that was that. This was totally different. But anyway in an effort to put it all behind me I went to 117 tonight. It was packed with guys and clients but I really didn't see anyone of my liking that appeared to be unoccupied. I decided to go to MM even knowing it would be slow--but you never know. At 8:30 I was the only client and virtually no visible guys working. I enjoyed a drink in complete solitude in the bar area--even the bartender closed up shop and left after he served my drink. It was actually kind of interesting being up in that area completely alone imagining all the stuff that had gone on up in that room through the years. I had pretty much given up on the night when a gorgeous guy emerged--his first night working there--and (so he said)today was his 20th birthday and I was his first client. Well we had a great and romantic time and closed the place down. When we left it was just the staff and the resident cat left. As an aside--when we were up in the cabin during the preliminaries so to speak I noticed his phone on and that he had put on Facebook live--broadcasting the goings on!! I had him turn it off which he did. In the end it was a great night that made up for the bad vibes of last night which I have put behind me. Rio and MM did not disappoint tonight.

It amazes me that this is even such a topic STILL. "Should so pay $100R or $120R? Am I getting cheated if I pay a higher amount?" The difference in those rates amounts to about $6 USD! If you are squabbling over $6, and that hurts your pocketbook, then why the fuck are you even traveling to another country? I suggest that instead you keep your broke, cheap ass in the States and go to Branson, MO or Orlando, FL for a nice, normal American vacation with a bunch of fat trailer trash slobs who think that a night at Sizzler is fancy dining, and Taco Bell is exotic.

Thanks everyone. It was the big 50 for me. I am getting up there. When I first met Hooboy I was in my early 30's and he convinced me to retire and start traveling. It has been a fun adventure. Campus escorts was started when I was in my 20's. But, I guess that tells you that I have always had a thing for hookers.

I am happy you finally made this decision. I know you won't regret it! I hope to be in Bangkok then and if I am, I'd love to meet up!

For those who enjoy history and literature (in between hunting for escorts), the insensitive remark made about the photos (posted up thread) reminds me of something written more than six hundred years ago, by the famous poet/writer, John Lydgate, (1370-1451). Lydgate wrote a response for people who repeatedly criticize good faith efforts of others. His response is just as true today as it was when he wrote it centuries ago. “You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can’t please all of the people all of the time.” In short, thanks for the photos posted, they were great, as were (are) all other photos posted here.
