  1. Sorry guys but the rural areas and 'fly-over' country' still loves the guy and Yes they think he is doing what he promised. That includes where I live outside the 2 main cities. What has he done some are asking? Illegal Immigration and the start of deportations, Pipelines, working on a Healthcare plan they think they can afford and hoping for the Expanded Medicaid welfare ride to end, because our state like most others can't afford it since the Feds reduced their share forcing it on state budgets. 500,000 NEW Medicaid insured, the ONLY reason the uninsured rate went down in my state. A steady stream of companies deciding to stay and expand here. A Supreme Court nominee they absolutely love, Expanding the Military etc... This is why people voted for him. You may not like these things but they do. Hillary won the popular vote but look where her winning margin was.... California. She won Cal by 4.3 million...Nationwide by 2.8-2.9 million. http://www.investors.com/politics/commentary/its-official-clintons-popular-vote-win-came-entirely-from-california/ I haven't checked the numbers but I was told her LA County margin alone was more than 2.8 million. Remove California from the equation and Trump had the Popular vote. What does it take for people to realize that if you get off the Damn coast it is a different country and yes, like it or not Trump rules the Heartland....Sorry guys. I personally am just sitting back hoping for the best and trying to give him a chance just like I did Bush and Obama with as open a mind as I can TRY to have. No I don't see a Republican Congress, and a few Red state Dems, voting for impeachment anytime soon.

  2. I agree that Pence is boogeyman there to make liberals think twice. But as long as they're immune to hypocrisy and embarrassment Trump is the best option for both factions of the Republican base, big money/business and 'social conservatives' aka bigots. Think about it, this month they gutted some important EPA rules and are openly discussing rolling back many environmental regulations. Net Neutrality is already being neutered. Trans people are being shoved out of bathrooms and into closets again. There's a dozen more things that haven't even gotten the attention those got which are all important. If Pence did any of those things there'd be serious debate and everybody would be aware, even people on the right would start to say, wait, I like clean air and water, do we have to go so far? Many are speaking up about healthcare but Trump and team will undermine any discussion of details/policy by stating outright lies and getting called on it, will take up all the time that otherwise would look into actual costs to consumers, increased profits by the insurance lobby, and vastly decreased care available. Worse, most of Trumps hardcore supporters will believe the obvious lies and back him 100% as they gut their own healthcare--for which they'll blame Obama! With Trump most have no idea about the real substantive issues because it's all about the latest BS--like this fucking Obama wiretap thing. It's an abject lie harmful to the future of our democracy and embarrassing as hell at best, but they don't give a shit about that because we're all talking about that instead of all these other actions that have been in Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell's wet dreams for decades. Everybody's so focused on the circus the don't notice they're lighting the tent on fire all around us. Bonus look into McConnell's other wet dream:

  7. I think with all the new lighting that they put in for the World Cup/Olympics, which lights up Copacabana beach at night, some of us may have felt a little safer on the beach as the sun goes down. I've heard the stories many times about not going on the beach at night over the years and thought maybe things were a little safer. I was there a few months ago and was continuing to hang out on the beach at dusk with a Brazilian guy feeling relatively safe when one of the vendors came over to us and advised us to leave. He said it was really unsafe to stay on the beach even for a little while at dusk given the robberies that continue to occur. We were fortunately to leave without any incident. Badboy81 thanks for sharing your story to remind everyone.

  10. You're missing one thing because i forgot to say one important thing...i was not alone! In the previous post i use the 1st person just because the friend who was with me, was completely scared and frozen, and he didn't have his wallet.Ok they might take your phone from your hands, they might rob your belongings while you're having a bath, but a direct robbery is very unlikely to happen in Copa, which was packed of police even in the night. This is why it was strange. These guys were just looking for moneys to buy drugs...but what i mean is that we did have to leave the beach before it got dark. That's the mistake.

  11. I was surprised also! there are many 21 - 28 yr olds that are typical for that age group and then there is a whole nother level of gorgeus guys. I was fortunate to get to know this realtor who has introduced me to his friends who are early. 40's and who have BF's in the 21 - 25 yr range! Two of the guys that came last night are "print models" for fashion two of the other guys the venzuelean and Cuban are here semi permenently working at whatever they can make money at and with their looks they are doing well and have benefactors!

  12. I'm ready for it to be over now. It's exhausting, and I find this whole ordeal has usurped my entire life. You want to avoid it but you cant cause its in your face every moment of every hour. And the whole Trump tweeting thing is so far beyond the Presidential demeanor expected of our countrys leader. The man has made the USA a laughing stock and a bigger foreign target than it ever was. If ever there was an elected official that needs to GO..... its Drumpt....

  13. I got down here yesterday and my realtor picked me up an we dropped off my stuff at the house I rented for the weekend and headed out to dinner where we were joined by 5 of his friends! 3 were very goodlooking and after dinner we headed to a gay club that combined drag queens and a stripper fashion show! As the drag queen did her number the guys would come out on the stage and do a catwalk in either different speedos or shirts and shorts. Several times during the 2 hour show they would take everything off and twirl their speedo around their dicks! we stayed until 2:15 am! today we looked at 3 more homes and i found one i really like, but more then i originally intended to spend. But it is beautiful and the american couple that own it have to move back to the states....so now the negotiating will start! tonight there is a party at my house for 12 guys! 6 are "new" friends and 6 i know including one other American who owns a bar and restaurant down here. For those that are interested Grindr is really active down here! 24/7. Lol
